| 1 | Operando reconstruction-induced CO_(2)reduction activity and selectivity for cobalt-based photocatalysis显示文摘The oxygen atom coordination inducing the structure reconstruction of the catalytic site is identified and recognized ambiguously,which is related to accurately declare the mechanism in a dynamic catalytic process.Herein,we demonstrated that the reconstructed catalytic sites would lead to a remarkable performance for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.At the initial 4-cycles testing,the in-situ formation of CoOx active sites on the Co(CoP)surface performed an increasing transient activity and selectivity toward CO evolution.The formation of reconstructive Co-O bond and the appearance of intermediate specie CO were simultaneously observed by the pre-operando Raman,revealing the dynamic relationship between catalytic site structure and the photocatalytic properties.Moreover,density functional theory calculations showed that the electronic structure of the reconstructive surface sites could modulate the ability of CO_(2)adsorption and CO desorption.The reduced barrier energy for the rate-determining step finally improved the activity and selectivity of CO_(2)reduction. | Kun Zhao Weiying Pang Shuaiyu Jiang Canyu Hu Porun Liu Dandan Cui Xuefei An Baojuan Tian Chao Gao Pan Zhang Meng Tian Dong Fu Huijun Zhao | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,4: | 1 |
| 2 | Optimize the combination regimen of Trastuzumab and Nab-paclitaxel in HER2-positive tumors via modulating Caveolin-1 expression by lovastatin显示文摘The combination regimen of trastuzumab(Tras)plus Nab-paclitaxel(Nab)is recommended to treat HER2-positive(HER2+)cancers.However,they exert effects in different mechanisms:Tras need to stay on cell membranes,while Nab need to be endocytosed,therefore the concurrent combination regimen may not be the best one in HER2+tumors treatment.Caveolin-1(Cav-1)is a key player in mediating their endocytosis and is associated with their efficacy,but few researches noticed the opposite effect of Cav-1 expression on the combination efficacy.Herein,we systematically studied the Cav-1 expression level on the combination efficacy and proposed an optimized and clinically feasible combination regimen for HER2+Cav-1 High tumor treatment.In the regimen,lovastatin(Lova)was introduced to modulate the Cav-1 expression and the results indicated that Lova could downregulate Cav-1 expression,increase Tras retention on cell membrane and enhance the in vitro cytotoxicity of Tras in HER2+Cav-1 High cells but not in HER2+Cav-1 Low cells.Therefore,by exchanging the dosing sequence of Nab and Tras,and by adding Lova at appropriate time points,the precise three-drug-sequential regimen(PTDS,Nab(D1)-Lova(D2)-Lova&Tras(D2+12 h))was established.Compared with the concurrent regimen,the PTDS regimen exhibited a higher in vitro cytotoxicity and a stronger tumor growth inhibition in HER2+Cav-1 High tumors,which might be a promising combination regimen for these patients in clinics. | Canyu Yang Shumin Fan Xing Wang Wei Liu Long Yang Bing He Wenbing Dai Hua Zhang Xueqing Wang Qiang Zhang | 2022 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,17,5: | 0 |

| 4 | Repurposing of Antazoline Hydrochloride as an Inhibitor of Hepatitis B Virus DNA Secretion显示文摘Hepatitis B virus(HBV) belongs to Hepadnaviridae family and mainly infects hepatocytes, which can cause acute or chronic hepatitis. Currently, two types of antiviral drugs are approved for chronic infection clinically: interferons and nucleos(t)ide analogues. However, the clinical cure for chronic infection is still rare, and it is a huge challenge for all researchers to develop high-efficiency, safe, non-tolerant, and low-toxicity anti-HBV drugs. Antazoline hydrochloride is a first-generation antihistamine with anticholinergic properties, and it is commonly used to relieve nasal congestion and in eye drops. Recently, an in vitro high-throughput evaluation system was constructed to screen nearly 800 compounds from the Food and Drug Administration(FDA)-approved Drug Library. We found that arbidol hydrochloride and antazoline hydrochloride can effectively reduce HBV DNA in the extracellular supernatant in a dose-dependent manner, with EC_(50) of4.321 lmol/L and 2.910 lmol/L in HepAD38 cells, respectively. Moreover, the antiviral effects and potential mechanism of action of antazoline hydrochloride were studied in different HBV replication systems. The results indicate that antazoline hydrochloride also has a significant inhibitory effect on HBV DNA in the extracellular supernatant of Huh7 cells,with an EC_(50) of 2.349 lmol/L.
