| 3 | High-Performance 3-D Fiber Network Composite Electrolyte Enabled with Li-Ion Conducting Nanofibers and Amorphous PEO-Based Cross-Linked Polymer for Ambient All-Solid-State Lithium-Metal Batteries显示文摘Solid electrolytes have gained attention recently for the development of next-generation Li-ion batteries since they can fun-damentally improve the battery stability and safety.Among various types of solid electrolytes,composite solid electrolytes(CSEs)exhibit both high ionic conductivity and excellent interfacial contact with the electrodes.Incorporating active nanofib-ers into the polymer matrix demonstrates an effective method to fabricate CSEs.However,current CSEs based on traditional poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)polymer suffer from the poor ionic conductivity of PEO and agglomeration effect of inorganic fillers at high concentrations,which limit further improvements in Li+conductivity and electrochemical stability.Herein,we synthesize a novel PEO based cross-linked polymer(CLP)as the polymer matrix with naturally amorphous structure and high room-temperature ionic conductivity of 2.40×10^(−4)S cm^(−1).Li_(0.3)La_(0.557)TiO_(3)(LLTO)nanofibers are incorporated into the CLP matrix to form composite solid electrolytes,achieving enhanced ionic conductivity without showing filler agglomeration.The high content of Li-conductive nanofibers improves the mechanical strength,ensures the conductive network,and increases the total Li+conductivity to 3.31×10^(−4)S cm^(−1).The all-solid-state Li|LiFePO_(4)batteries with LLTO nanofiber-incorporated CSEs are able to deliver attractive specific capacity of 147 mAh g^(−1)at room temperature,and no evident dendrite is found at the anode/electrolyte interface after 100 cycles. | Chaoyi Yan Pei Zhu Hao Jia Jiadeng Zhu R.Kalai Selvan Ya Li Xia Dong Zhuang Du Indunil Angunawela Nianqiang Wu Mahmut Dirican Xiangwu Zhang | 2019 | Advanced Fiber Materials2019,1,1: | 2 |

| 5 | Global antimicrobial resistance:a system-wide comprehensive investigation using the Global One Health Index显示文摘Background:Antimicrobial resistance(AMR)is one of the top ten global public health challenges.However,given the lack of a comprehensive assessment of worldwide AMR status,our objective is to develop a One Health-based system-wide evaluation tool on global AMR.Methods:We have further developed the three-hierarchical Global One Health Index(GOHI)-AMR indicator scheme,which consists of five key indicators,17 indicators,and 49 sub-indicators,by incorporating 146 countries'data from diverse authoritative databases,including WHO's Global Antimicrobial Resistance and Use Surveillance System(GLASS)and the European CDC.We investigated the overall-or sub-rankings of GOHI-AMR at the international/regional/national levels for data preprocessing and score calculation utilizing the existing GOHI methodology.Additionally,a correlation analysis was conducted between the GOHI-AMR and other socioeconomic factors.Results:The average GOHI-AMR score for 146 countries is 38.45.As expected,high-income countries(HICs)outperform the other three income groups on overall rankings and all five key indicators of GOHI-AMR,whereas lowincome countries unexpectedly outperform upper-middle-income countries and lower-middle-income countries on the antibiotics-resistant key indicator(ARR)and ARR-subordinate indicators,including carbapenem-,β-lactam-,and quinolone resistance,and even HICs on aminoglycoside resistance.There were no significant differences among the four groups on the environmental-monitoring indicator(P>0.05).GOHI-AMR was positively correlated with gross domestic product,life expectancy,and AMR-related publications,but negatively with natural growth rate and chronic respiratory disease.In contrast to Cyprus,the remarkably lower prevalence of'ESKAPE pathogens'in high-scoring Sweden and Denmark highlights Europe's huge gaps.China and Russia outperformed the other three BRICS countries on all key indicators,particularly India's ARR and Brazil's AMR laboratory network and coordination capacity.Furthermore,significant internal disparities in carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKP)and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)prevalence were observed between China and the USA,with MRSA prevalence both gradually declining,whereas CRKP prevalence has been declining in the USA but increasing in China,consistent with higher carbapenems-related indicator'performance in USA.Conclusions:GOHI-AMR is the most comprehensive tool currently available for the assessment of AMR status worldwide.We discovered unique features impacting AMR in each country and offered precise recommendations to improve the capacity to tackle AMR in low-ranking countries. | Nan Zhou Zile Cheng Xiaoxi Zhang Chao Lv Chaoyi Guo Haodong Liu Ke Dong Yan Zhang Chang Liu Yunfu Chang Sheng Chen Xiaokui Guo Xiao-Nong Zhou Min Li Yongzhang Zhu | 2022 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,4: | 2 |

| 10 | Polyacrylonitrile Nanofber‑Reinforced Flexible Single‑Ion Conducting Polymer Electrolyte for High‑Performance,Room‑Temperature All‑Solid‑State Li‑Metal Batteries显示文摘Single-ion conducting polymer electrolytes(SIPEs)can be formed by anchoring charge delocalized anions on the side chains of a crosslinked polymer matrix,thereby eliminating the severe concentration polarization efect in conventional dual-ion polymer electrolytes.Addition of a plasticizer into the polymer matrix confers advantages of both liquid and solid electrolytes.However,plasticized SIPEs usually face a trade-of between conductivity and mechanical strength.With insufcient strength,potentially there is short-circuiting failure during cycling.To address this challenge,a simple and mechanicallyrobust SIPE was developed by crosslinking monomer lithium(4-styrenesulfonyl)(trifuoromethylsulfonyl)imide(LiSTFSI)and crosslinker poly(ethylene glycol)diacrylate(PEGDA),with plasticizer propylene carbonate(PC),on electrospun polyacrylonitrile nanofbers(PAN-NFs).The well-fabricated polymer matrix provided fast and efective Li^(+) conductive pathways with a remarkable ionic conductivity of 8.09×10^(-4) S cm^(−1) and a superior lithium-ion transference number close to unity(t_(Li+)=0.92).The introduction of PAN-NFs not only improved the mechanical strength and fexibility but also endowed the plasticized SIPE with a wide electrochemical stability window(4.9 V vs.Li^(+)/Li)and better cycling stability.Superior longterm lithium cycling stability and dynamic interfacial compatibility were demonstrated by lithium symmetric cell testing.Most importantly,the assembled all-solid-state Li metal batteries showed stable cycling performance and remarkable rate capability both in low and high current densities.Therefore,this straightforward and mechanically reinforced SIPE exhibits great potential in the development of advanced all-solid-state Li-metal batteries. | Hui Cheng Chaoyi Yan Raphael Orenstein Mahmut Dirican Shuzhen Wei Nakarin Subjalearndee Xiangwu Zhang | 2022 | Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,3: | 1 |

Isochronous mass spectrometry (IMS), using astorage ring combined with an in-flight separator, has been shown to be a powerful tool for mass measurementof exotic nuclei[1]. Recently, masses of many proton-rich nuclides were accurately determined at the HIRFL-CSRfacility[2]. In this paper, we described the first isochronous mass measurement of neutron-rich nuclides at CSRe.This experiment was performed at the end of 2011. In the experiment, the primary beam of 86Kr28+ ions wasaccumulated and accelerated to an energy of 460.65 MeV/u in the synchrotron CSRm. In order to improve the performance of the IMS experiments and to provide a reliable tool fordesigning and preparing the future experiments, a simulation code, named SimCSR is developed.Presently, six-dimension phase-space linear transmission theory is applied to simulate the transmission of ionsin the experimental storage ring (CSRe). The basic algorithm is Bf = MBi. The Bi and Bf are six-dimensionphase-space vectors of ions at the entrance and exit of each element of the CSRe lattice, respectively. M is a6-by-6-dimension first-order transfer matrix of each element. M is calculated using formulas described in Ref.[1]. Inthe simulations, the ring lattice is considered in detail, and the same magnetic setting as in our previous experimentwith 58Ni projectile fragments[2] is considered. However, for a nuclear species, the half-lives inneutral atoms could be very different from that in highly charged ions. The half-lives of some highly charged ionshave been directly measured at GSI for multiple motivations[1]. In the same case, the nuclear state(i:e the isomer)may be in the range of several tens of microseconds and their half-live can be measured using isochronous massspectrometry. The J = 8+ isomeric state in 94Ru was chosen to test this method. The half-life of this isomer is71 s [2] in neutral atoms, and the excitation energy is 2.64 MeV. The internal conversion coefficient of this decayin neutral atom is 0.335. | 15 | Zhenxin Anshen formula(镇心安神方)ameliorates atopic der-matitis-like skin dysfunction in mice and in vitro via regulation of transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 and transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 in Neural pathways显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Zhenxin Anshen formula(镇心安神方,ZXAS)on atopic dermatitis(AD)by transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1)and transient receptor potential ankyrin 1(TRPA1)signalling pathway in mice and in vitro.METHODS:AD-like lesions were induced by 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene(DNCB)to the shaved dorsal skin of BALB/c mice.BALB/c mice were divided into five groups:normal control,model control,cetirizine,low-,medium-,and high-dose of ZXAS.After ZXAS in-tervention,the skin lesions and blood samples were collected for hematoxylin and eosin-stained and measuring the concentrations of inflammatory cytokines.Immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,IL-13,and thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)were de-tected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The spinal cords were collected for measuring the expression of gastrin-releasing peptide receptor(GRPR),TRPV1,and TRPA1 by using immunohistochemistry,western blotting,and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qR T-PCR)analyses.In addition,3-(4,5-dimethylthiazolyl-2)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay,flow cytometry,ELISA,and Western blotting were conducted for analysis of primary dorsal root ganglia(DRG)neurons in vitro.RESULTS:ZXAS treatment improved DNCB-induced AD-like lesions through reducing dermatitis score,number of scratching and epidermal thickness,accompanied by the de-creased IgE and Th2 inflammatory cytokines.ZXAS also supressed the mRNA and protein expression of GRPR,TRPV1,and TRPA1 in the spinal cord.The medicated sera of ZXAS decreased capsaicin-induced Ca^(2+)influx and downregulated the expression of TRPV1,TRPA1,and phospholipase C in DRG neurons.CONCLUSIONS:The therapeutic effect of ZXAS on AD may be related to the regulation of TRPV1 and TRPA1 and inhibition of Ca^(2+)signals in neurons. | ZHAO Yiding YAN Xiaoning JIANG Shanshan LIU Yong DONG Chun CHI Huiyan MAO Chaoyi | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,5: | 0 |
