| 1 | 针对亚洲男性前列腺疾病及特征的概观显示文摘本文综述了在亚洲男性中良性前列腺增生症、前列腺癌及慢性前列腺炎等三种常见前列腺疾病的特征。与西方男性相比,亚洲男性在前列腺疾病方面有着独特的特征。通过总结这些疾病的流行病学,症状学及诊断和治疗,我们发现亚洲男性前列腺癌的发病率低于西方人,但是良性前列腺增生症和慢性前列腺炎的发病率与西方人相似。患有慢性前列腺炎的亚洲男性,相比于西方男性,通常表现为较少的疾病位点,但是更容易出现排尿时,非性高潮后的疼痛感。前列腺特异抗原(PSA)作为一种前列腺癌诊断的生物标记物,在东西方均被广泛应用。尽管亚洲人PSA的基础水平较西方人低,但是目前使用的诊断闽值仍是以西方人为标准制定所得。在回顾这些前列腺疾病可用的治疗方法之后,我们没有在亚洲男性和西方男性间找到根本的差异。再者,基于病人的个体需要选择最适当的治疗方法仍是亚洲泌尿科医生所面临的挑战。在考虑针对亚洲男性前列腺疾病的特点之后,我们希望本文为针对亚洲男性前列腺疾病诊疗方案的发展提供信息。 | Shu-Jie Xia Di Cui Qi Jiang | 2012 | Asian Journal of Andrology2012,14,3: | 22 |
| 2 | Simulated Microgravity Conditions and Carbon Ion Irradiation Induce Spermatogenic Cell Apoptosis and Sperm DNA Damage显示文摘Objective To investigate the effect of simulated microgravity and carbon ion irradiation(CIR) on spermatogenic cell apoptosis and sperm DNA damage to the testis of male Swiss Webster mice,and assess the risk associated with space environment.Methods Sperm DNA damage indicated by DNA fragmentation index(DFI) and high DNA stainability(HDS) was measured by sperm chromatin structure assay(SCSA).Apoptosis of spermatogenic cells was detected by annexin V-propidium iodide assay.Bax(the expression levels of p53) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) were measured by immunoblotting;p53 and PCNA were located by immunohistology.Results HDS,DFI,apoptosis index,and the expression levels of p53 and Bax were detected to be significantly higher in the experimental groups(P<0.05) compared with those in the control group;however,the PCNA expression varied to a certain degree.p53-and PCNA-positive expression were detected in each group,mainly in relation to the spermatogonic cells and spermatocytes.Conclusion The findings of the present study demonstrated that simulated microgravity and CIR can induce spermatogenic cell apoptosis and sperm DNA damage.Sperm DNA damage may be one of the underlying mechanisms behind male fertility decline under space environment.These findings may provide a scientific basis for protecting astronauts and space traveler's health and safety. | LI Hong Yan ZHANG Hong MIAO Guo Ying XIE Yi SUN Chao DI Cui Xia LIU Yang LIU Yuan Yuan ZHANG Xin MA Xiao Fei XU Shuai GAN Lu ZHOU Xin | 2013 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2013,26,9: | 10 |
| 3 | Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). | 14 | Nutritional Risk Screening with NRS2002 among Hospitalized Cancer Patients in China显示文摘Objective The Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS 2002)was used to assess the nutritional risk of hospitalized oncology patients in China.This study explored the factors affecting the risk of nutrition to provide a scientific basis for the assessment and treatment of malnutrition in oncology patients.Methods We used the NRS 2002 to evaluate the nutritional risk in 48,831 hospitalized cancer patients.Descriptive statistical methods were used to describe the general patient information.A Chi-squared test was applied to analyze the relationship between NRS 2002 scores and different demographic characteristics,and the NRS 2002 scores of cancer patients with different characteristics were compared by one-way ANOVA.Results Among 48,831 patients,43.3%were women and 57.7%were men,and 36.5%(17,802)of patients were at risk of nutrition(score≥3).The NRS 2002 score was the highest in leukemia patients(2.93±1.28).A one-way ANOVA revealed that the differences in NRS 2002 scores among patients of different gender,ages,TNM stages,education levels,occupations and areas of residence were statistically significant(P<0.001).Male patients had slightly higher NRS 2002 scores than females(2.33 vs.2.17).The lowest NRS 2002 scores were in patients aged 45-59(2.00±1.26)years and the highest scores were in patients aged≥70(2.76±1.43)years.The NRS 2002 score of patients receiving surgery was the highest(2.45±1.41),and patients receiving surgery plus radiotherapy/chemotherapy was the lowest(2.00±1.26).The risk of nutrition was highest in patients who were farmers(2.34±1.37 scores)and lowest in office staff(2.15±1.32 scores).Patients living in rural areas had the highest risk of nutrition(2.32±1.37 scores).There were significant differences in the NRS 2002 scores for different cancer sub-types for different ethnic groups(P<0.05),except for Zhuang individuals(P=0.124).The risk of nutrition was highest in Uyghur patients(3.35±1.33 scores)and lowest in Mongolians(2.04±1.37 scores).Conclusion More attention should be paid to people at high risk of nutrition,such as elderly patients,patients with a high TNM stage,patients receiving surgical treatment,and patients living in rural areas.Active nutritional interventions should be carried out to improve the nutritional status of malnourished patients. | Ming Ming Zhou Tian Tian Wu Yu Han Wang Yuan Lin Zou Ke Di Xu Jiu Wei Cui Zeng Ning Li Jun Qiang Chen Ming Liu Zeng Qing Guo Hong Xia Xu Han Ping Shi Chun Hua Song Investigation on Nutrition Status and Clinical Outcome of Common Cancers(INSCOC)Group | 2022 | Journal of Nutritional Oncology2022,7,2: | 0 |
