| 1 | Detumbling strategy based on friction control of dual-arm space robot for capturing tumbling target显示文摘The rotational motion of a tumbling target brings great challenges to space robot on successfully capturing the tumbling target.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the target's rotation to a rate at which capture can be accomplished by the space robot.In this paper,a detumbling strategy based on friction control of dual-arm space robot for capturing tumbling target is proposed.This strategy can reduce the target's rotational velocity while maintaining base attitude stability through the establishment of the rotation attenuation controller and base attitude adjustment controller.The rotation attenuation controller adopts the multi-space hybrid impedance control method to control the friction precisely.The base attitude adjustment controller applies the dual-arm extended Jacobian matrix to stabilize the base attitude.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)The compliant control method is adopted to achieve a precise friction control,which can reduce the target angular velocity steadily;(2)The dual-arm extended Jacobian matrix is applied to stabilize the base attitude without affecting the target capture task;(3)The detumbling strategy of dualarm space robot is designed considering base attitude stabilization,realizing coordinated planning of the base attitude and the arms.The strategy is verified by a dual-arm space robot with two 7-DOF(degrees of freedom)arms.Simulation results show that,target with a rotation velocity of 20(°)/s can be effectively controlled to stop within 30 s,and the final deflection of the base attitude is less than 0.15°without affecting the target capture task,verifying the correctness and effectiveness of the strategy.Except to the tumbling target capture task,the control strategy can also be applied to other typical on-orbit operation tasks such as space debris removal and spacecraft maintenance. | Gang CHEN Yuqi WANG Yifan WANG Ji LIANG Long ZHANG Guangtang PAN | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,3: | 9 |

| 3 | Modulating the function of ABCB1: in vitro and in vivo characterization of sitravatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor显示文摘Background:Overexpression of ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporter is a major contributor to multidrug resistance(MDR),in which cancer cells acquire resistance to a wide spectrum of chemotherapeutic drugs.In this work,we evaluated the sensitizing effect of sitravatinib,a broad-spectrum tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI),on ATP-binding cassette subfamily B member 1(ABCB1)-and ATP-binding cassette subfamily C member 10(ABCC10)-mediated MDR.Methods:MTT assay was conducted to examine cytotoxicity and evaluate the sensitizing effect of sitravatinib at non-toxic concentrations.Tritium-labeled paclitaxel transportation,Western blotting,immunofluorescence analysis,and ATPase assay were carried out to elucidate the mechanism of sitravatinib-induced chemosensitization.The in vitro findings were translated into preclinical evaluation with the establishment of xenograft models.Results:Sitravatinib considerably reversed MDR mediated by ABCB1 and partially antagonized ABCC10-mediated MDR.Our in silico docking simulation analysis indicated that sitravatinib strongly and stably bound to the transmembrane domain of ABCB1 human-mouse chimeric model.Furthermore,sitravatinib inhibited hydrolysis of ATP and synchronously decreased the efflux function of ABCB1.Thus,sitravatinib could considerably enhance the intracellular concentration of anticancer drugs.Interestingly,no significant alterations of both expression level and localization of ABCB1 were observed.More importantly,sitravatinib could remarkably restore the antitumor activity of vincristine in ABCB1-mediated xenograft model without observable toxic effect.Conclusions:The findings in this study suggest that the combination of sitrvatinib and substrate antineoplastic drugs of ABCB1 could attenuate the MDR mediated by the overexpression of ABCB1. | Yuqi Yang Ning Ji Chao-Yun Cai Jing-Quan Wang Zi-Ning Lei Qiu-Xu Teng Zhuo-Xun Wu Qingbin Cui Yihang Pan Zhe-Sheng Chen | 2020 | Cancer Communications2020,40,7: | 2 |
| 4 | Automated detection of parasitized Cadra cautella eggs by Trichogramma bourarachae using machine vision显示文摘Cadra(Ephestia)cautella(Walker)is a moth that attacks dates from ripening stages while on tree,throughout storage,and until consumption,causing enormous qualitative and quantitative damages,resulting in economic losses.Image-processing algorithms were developed for detecting and differentiating between three Cadra egg categories based on the success of Trichogramma bourarachae(Pintureau and Babaul)parasitization.These categories were parasitized(black and dark red),unparasitized fertile unhatched(yellow),and unparasitized hatched(white)eggs.Color,light intensity,and shape information was used to develop detection algorithms.Two image processing methods were developed based on three randomly selected images and were tested on a larger validation image set of 40 images:(i)segmentation and extractions of color and morphological features followed by Watershed delineation,and is referred to as Algorithm 1(ALGO1),(ii)finding circular objects by Hough Transformation followed by convolution filtering,and is referred to as Algorithm 2(ALGO2).ALGO1 and ALGO2 achieved correct classification rates(CCRs)for parasitized eggs of 92%and 96%,respectively.Their CCRs for unhatched eggs were 48%and 94%,and for hatched eggs were 42%and 73%,respectively.Regarding parasitized eggs,both methods performed satisfactorily,but,in general,ALGO2 outperformed ALGO1.These results ensure automatic evaluation of the efficiency of biological control of Cadra cautella by the egg parasitoid Trichogramma bourarachae by quantifying the rate of parasitization.The developed detection methods can be used by producers of biocontrol agents for online monitoring of Trichogramma and similar insect natural enemies during mass production and before release against crop pests.Moreover,with few adjustments these methods can be used in similar applications such as detecting plant diseases. | Mohammed S.El-Faki Yuqi Song Naiqian Zhang Hamadttu A.El-Shafie Pan Xin | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,3: | 2 |

| 9 | Numerical study of a trapezoidal bypass dual throat nozzle显示文摘Bypass Dual Throat Nozzle(BDTN)is a novel type of fluidic thrust vectoring nozzle.To improve the infrared stealth performance of BDTN,a nozzle based on BDTN is proposed and numerically simulated.Each cross-section along the x-axis of the novel nozzle becomes a trapezoid,which is named“BDTN-TRA.”The main numerical simulation results show that BDTN-TRA can produce a thrust vectoring angle when the upper or lower bypass valve is open.The angle difference between the two conditions mentioned above is usually approximately 1°-2°.Even if the two bypasses are closed,BDTN-TRA can produce a small thrust vectoring angle at around 3°-5°.When the sidewall angle increases from 60°to 90°,the thrust coefficient and thrust vectoring angle under each work condition usually decrease.A larger aspect ratio indicates better performance.As the aspect ratio increases over 7.2,the performance of BDTN-TRA is quite close to that of BDTN with rectangular cross-sections at the same aspect ratio.These features will benefit the control and trimming for future aircraft design,especially for the flying wing layout aircraft.Last but not least,BDTN-TRA has a more extraordinary mixing performance compared with BDTN.The distributions of static temperature and axial velocity along the x-axis of BDTN-TRA with sidewall angle of 60°decrease faster than those of BDTN.When the total temperature of the inlet equals 1600 K,the static temperature difference between BDTN-TRA with sidewall angles of 60°and 90°is over 360 K at twice the length of the nozzle downstream of the nozzle exit,which is the reflection for excellent infrared stealth for the fighter. | Shuai HUANG Jinglei XU Kaikai YU Yangsheng WANG Ruifeng PAN Kuangshi CHEN Yuqi ZHANG | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,3: | 0 |
| 10 | Investigation of operative skills and cranioplasty complications using biomimetic bone(nano-hap/collagen composites)显示文摘The aim of the current study was to investigate the operation skills and complications associated with skull defect repair using biomimetic bone(nano-hap/collagen composites). Clinical data from 45 patients with skull defects who underwent cranioplasty with biomimetic bone from January 2014 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients participated in follow-up visits from 8 months to 3 years postoperatively. Cranioplasties were successful in all 45 patients,but 17 patients(20 cases) presented various complications, including subcutaneous hydrops(14 cases), biomimetic bone fixation loosening(4 cases), wound indolence(1 case), and biomimetic bone fragmentation(1 case).
