1Oxalate-assisted morphological effect of NaYF4:Yb3+,Er3+on photoelectrochemical performance for dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘In this study. we have employed a facile oxalate-assisted hydrothermal approach to tailor the morphology of β-NaYF_4:Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)(NYFEY) powders through the variation of the molar ratio of oxalate ions(Oxa^(2-)) and rare earth ions(RE^(3+)) in the range of 0.5:1.1:1.2:1, 5:1. and 10:1. The obtained results show that the crystallinity, particle size and upconversion luminescence intensity of the as-synthesized NYFEY particles are gradually decreased as the Oxa^(2-):RE^(3+) molar ratio increases from 0.5:1 to 10:1. For the purpose of photoelectrochemical performance evaluation,the as-synthesized NYFEY particles with different morphologies are incorporated into the nanocrystalline TiO2 films to form the multifunctional nano-and sub-micro meter composite photoanodes of dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs). A short-circuit current density(Jsc) of 14.26 mA/cm^2 and power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 7.31% are obtained for DSSCs prepared with hexagonal rod-like NYFEY crystals,evidencing an increase of 29.8% compared with DSSCs prepared with only TiO_2 nanoparticles. 3Design and Analysis of Double One Out of Two with a Hot Standby Safety Redundant Structure显示文摘In the rail transit system,the running foundation of the computer control system is required to be highly reliable,available and safe.A redundant system structure of double one out of two with a hot standby applied to the safety computer platform of the train control system is proposed in this paper.Considering the common cause failure,fault diagnosis rate,repair rate and switching success rate,the Markovian approach is adopted for modeling four safety redundant structures,including two out of three,double one out of two,one out of two with a hot standby and double one out of two with a hot standby.The calculation of the failure rate and PFH values is carried out with MATLAB to evaluate the reliability,safety and influencing factors of each structure.The final conclusion is that double one out of two with a hot standby structure can be best in the aspect of both reliability and safety with appropriate DC andβparameters.WEN Jiakun CAO Yuan MA Lianchuan DU Siqi 2020Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,3:4

8Ambient Temperature and Years of Life Lost:A National Study in China显示文摘Although numerous studies have investigated premature deaths attributable to temperature,effects of temperature on years of life lost(YLL)remain unclear.We estimated the relationship between temperatures and YLL,and quantified the YLL per death caused by temperature in China.We collected daily meteorological and mortality data,and calculated the daily YLL values for 364 locations(2013–2017 in Yunnan,Guangdong,Hunan,Zhejiang,and Jilin provinces,and 2006–2011 in other locations)in China.A time-series design with a distributed lag nonlinear model was first employed to estimate the location-specific associations between temperature and YLL rates(YLL/100,000 population),and a multivariate meta-analysis model was used to pool location-specific associations.Then,YLL per death caused by temperatures was calculated.The temperature and YLL rates consistently showed U-shaped associations.A mean of 1.02(95%confidence interval:0.67,1.37)YLL per death was attributable to temperature.Cold temperature caused 0.98 YLL per death with most from moderate cold(0.84).The mean YLL per death was higher in those with cardiovascular diseases(1.14),males(1.15),younger age categories(1.31 in people aged 65–74 years),and in central China(1.34)than in those with respiratory diseases(0.47),females(0.87),older people(0.85 in people R75 years old),and northern China(0.64)or southern China(1.19).The mortality burden was modified by annual temperature and temperature variability,relative humidity,latitude,longitude,altitude,education attainment,and central heating use.Temperatures caused substantial YLL per death in China,which was modified by demographic and regional characteristics.Tao Liu Chunliang Zhou Haoming Zhang Biao Huang Yanjun Xu Lifeng Lin Lijun Wang Ruying Hu Zhulin Hou Yize Xiao Junhua Li Xiaojun Xu Donghui Jin Mingfang Qin Qinglong Zhao Weiwei Gong Peng Yin Yiqing Xu Jianxiong Hu Jianpeng Xiao Weilin Zeng Xing Li Siqi Chen Lingchuan Guo Zuhua Rong Yonghui Zhang Cunrui Huang Yaodong Du Yuming Guo Shannon Rutherford Min Yu Maigeng Zhou Wenjun Ma 2021The Innovation2021,2,1:1

11miR‑423 sponged by lncRNA NORHA inhibits granulosa cell apoptosis显示文摘Background Atresia and degeneration,a follicular developmental fate that reduces female fertility and is triggered by granulosa cell(GC)apoptosis,have been induced by dozens of miRNAs.Here,we report a miRNA,miR-423,that inhibits the initiation of follicular atresia(FA),and early apoptosis of GCs.Results We showed that miR-423 was down-regulated during sow FA,and its levels in follicles were negatively correlated with the GC density and the P4/E2 ratio in the follicular fluid in vivo.The in vitro gain-of-function experiments revealed that miR-423 suppresses cell apoptosis,especially early apoptosis in GCs.Mechanically speaking,the miR-423 targets and interacts with the 3’-UTR of the porcine SMAD7 gene,which encodes an apoptosis-inducing factor in GCs,and represses its expression and pro-apoptotic function.Interestingly,FA and the GC apoptosis-related lncRNA NORHA was demonstrated as a ceRNA of miR-423.Additionally,we showed that a single base deletion/insertion in the miR-423 promoter is significantly associated with the number of stillbirths(NSB)trait of sows.Conclusion These results demonstrate that miR-423 is a small molecule for inhibiting FA initiation and GC early apoptosis,suggesting that treating with miR-423 may be a novel approach for inhibiting FA initiation and improving female fertility.Yuqi Li Zhuofan Zhang Siqi Wang Xing Du Qifa Li 2024Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2024,15,2:0
12A Case Report:Severe Bullous Skin Reaction Induced by Anti-PD-1 Antibody(Toripalimab)Therapy in a Patient with Thymic Carcinoma显示文摘The development of immune checkpoint inhibitors,such as those targeting programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1),represents a major breakthrough in cancer therapy.Although immune checkpoint blockade therapy has a favorable risk/benefit ratio,it causes significant immune-related adverse events(irAEs),such as cutaneous reactions,in particular,severe bullous skin reactions and toxic epidermal necrolysis.Here,we report a case of a 51-year-old woman with malignant thymoma who developed a severe bullous skin reaction(characterized by a systemic rash,bullae,epidermal desquamation,and Stevens-Johnson syndrome)as a result of treatment with the PD-1 inhibitor toripalimab.The patient was treated with high doses of glucocorticoid,intravenous immunoglobulin,and intensive care,and eventually recovered from the severe irAEs.The intravenous injection of anti-PD-1 antibodies induces cutaneous reactions,which are associated with higher mortality rates.High doses of glucocorticoid combined with intravenous immunoglobulin are effective in alleviating such irAEs.Thus,improving the level of care and preventing skin infections can effectively reduce the risk of death.Chong TENG Xiaowei SONG Chengjuan FAN Yashuang ZHAO Lina DU Siqi MAN Yuanyuan HU Zhengjun JIANG Tao XIN 2022Clinical Cancer Bulletin2022,1,3:0
13Altering the Residual Stress in High-Carbon Steel through Promoted Dislocation Movement and Accelerated Carbon Diffusion by Pulsed Electric Current显示文摘Residual stress in high-carbon steel affects the dimensional accuracy, structural stability, and integrity of components. Although the evolution of residual stress under an electric field has received extensive attention, its elimination mechanism has not been fully clarified. In this study, it was found that the residual stress of high-carbon steel could be effectively relieved within a few minutes through the application of a low density pulse current. The difference between the current pulse treatment and traditional heat treatment in reducing residual stress is that the electric pulse provides additional Gibbs free energy for the system, which promotes dislocation annihilation and carbon atom diffusion to form carbides, thus reducing the free energy of the system. The electroplastic and thermal effects of the pulse current promoted the movement of dislocations under the electric field, thus eliminating the internal stress caused by dislocation entanglement. The precipitation of carbides reduced the carbon content of the steel matrix and lattice shrinkage, thereby reducing the residual tensile stress. 14First Principle Study of Cesium-based Lead-free Halide Double Perovskites显示文摘Inorganic halide double perovskites A_(2)B'B'X_(6) have gained significant interests for their diverse composition,stable physicochemical properties,and potential for photoelectric applications.The influences of trivalent and monovalent cations on the formation energy,decomposition energy,electronic structure and optical properties of cesium-based lead-free Cs^(+)_(2)B'B'Br_(6) (B'=Na^(+),In^(+)Cu^(+),or Ag^(+);B'=Bi^(3),Sb^(3+),In^(3+)) are systematically studied.In view of the analysis and results of the selected double perovskites,for the double perovskites with different B-site trivalent cation,the band gap increases in the order of Cs_(2)AgInBr_(6),Cs_(2)AgSbBr_(6) and Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6),with Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) possessing the highest thermodynamic stability.Therefore,the Bi-based perovskites are further studied to elucidate the effect of monovalent cation on their stability and electronics.Results show that the thermodynamic stability rises in the sequence of Cs_(2)NaBiBr_(6),Cs_(2)InBiBr_(6),Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) and Cs_(2)CuBiBr_(6).Notably,Cs_(2)CuBiBr_(6) exhibits a relatively narrow and appropriate band gap of 1.4634 eV,together with the highest absorption coefficient than other compounds,suggesting that Cs_(2)CuBiBr_(6) is a promising light absorbing material that can be further explored experimentally and be applied to optoelectronic devices.Our research offers theoretical backing for the potential optoelectronic application of cesium-based lead-free halide double perovskites in solar energy conversion.郑伟 甘小燕 DU Dingjin WANG Yajie DAI Siqi GUO Liling LIU Hanxing 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,3:0
15Production of reactive oxygen species by PuRBOHF is critical for stone cell development in pear fruit显示文摘The production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)by NADPH oxidase,which is also referred to as respiratory burst oxidase homolog(RBOH),affects several processes in plants.However,the role of RBOHs in cell wall lignification is not well understood.In this study,we show that PuRBOHF,an RBOH isoform,plays an important role in secondary wall formation in pear stone cells.ROS were closely associated with lignin deposition and stone cell formation according to microscopy data.In addition,according to the results of an in situ hybridization analysis,the stage-specific expression of PuRBOHF was higher in stone cells than in cells of other flesh tissues.Inhibitors of RBOH activity suppressed ROS accumulation and stone cell lignification in pear fruit.Moreover,transient overexpression of PuRBOHF caused significant changes in the amount of ROS and lignin that accumulated in pear fruit and flesh calli.We further showed that PuMYB169 regulates PuRBOHF expression,while PuRBOHF-derived ROS induces the transcription of PuPOD2 and PuLAC2.The findings of this study indicate that PuRBOHF-mediated ROS production,which is regulated by a lignin-related transcriptional network,is essential for monolignol polymerization and stone cell formation in pear fruit.Xiaoqian Wang Siqi Liu Huili Sun Chunyan Liu Xinyue Li Yang Liu Deguo Lyu Guodong Du 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0
16Alleviation of Drought Stress in Wheat Using Exogenous Ulva prolifera Extract Produced by Enzymatic Hydrolysis显示文摘Drought is one of the major abiotic stresses that affect plant growth and reduce agricultural productivity.Use of algal extract as a biostimulant is gaining increased attention from researchers.This study aimed to investigate the potential of Ulva prolifera extract(UE)as a biostimulant when enzymatically extracted under conditions of water deficit.UE treatments(0.02%,0.06%,and 0.1%)significantly improved the shoot length,root length,and dry weight of roots after 120 h of drought stress relative to that in treatment with the negative control.An increase in catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)activity was also observed that resulted in improved antioxidant capacity.Application of 0.1%UE reduced the malondialdehyde(MDA)content by 30.06%compared with that in the negative control.In addition,the soluble sugar and protein content in wheat treated with 0.1%UE was increased by 23.10%and 93.51%,respectively,resulting in adjustment of the osmotic pressure.Results suggest that UE could significantly enhance the drought tolerance of wheat.This study provides a basis for increasing the value of UE as a biostimulant.Feiyu Li Siqi Zuo Yongzhou Chi Chunying Du Zhaopeng Shen Xihong Han Xiaohui Wang Peng Wang 2020Journal of Renewable Materials2020,8,11:0
