| 2 | Molecular Phylogeny Supports the Validity of Polypedates impresus Yang 2008显示文摘The taxonomy of the Asian tree frogs of the Polypedates leucomystax complex, a group of widespread and morphologically similar species, is very controversial. To ascertain the taxonomic status of these species, we investi- gated the historical relationships among representative samples based on ~ 2 kb of nucleotide sequences from the mitochondrial 12S rRNA, tRNAvaline, and 16S rRNA genes. Our phylogeny resolved five well supported lineages(A, B, C, D and E) in the P. leucomystax complex. Polypedates impresus from Yunnan, China, Polypedates cf. mutus and Polypedates cf. megacephalus from Guangxi and Yunnan, China, and Laos constructed Clade C, which is monophyletic. In order to recognize the unique position of this clade, we considered P. impresus in Clade C as a valid species. Following our phylogeny, Chinese Polypedates, corresponding to the other four clades, should include four species: P. mutus(Clade A); P. braueri(Clade B); P. impresus(Clade C) and P. megacephalus(Clade D). | 6 | Experimental analysis of sea clutter using airborne circular scanning SAR in medium grazing angle显示文摘The theoretical statistical model of sea clutter is a key issue for maritime surveillance. In recent years, the statistical model of sea clutter has attracted much attention to design the detector well. Meanwhile, the circular scanning synthetic aperture radar(SAR) has been applied to wide surveillance of the sea surface.Therefore, the paper analyzes the validity of available sea clutter models for range Doppler images from different scan angles for moderate sea state in the medium grazing angle. The parameter estimation method for different distribution models employs the method of logarithmic cumulant(MoLC) based on Mellin transform uniformly. | 7 | Impact of pathological response after preoperative transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)on incidences of microvascular invasion and early tumor recurrence in hepatocellular carcinoma:a multicenter propensity score matching analysis显示文摘Background:To study the influence of pathological responses(PR)after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)on incidences of microvascular invasion(MVI)and early recurrence in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients.Methods:Between 2013 to 2015,consecutive HCC patients who underwent liver resection with“curative”intent at three hospitals were enrolled in this study.Patients with different areas of PR after preoperative TACE were compared with those without preoperative TACE on the incidences of MVI,early recurrence rates and patterns of recurrence before and after propensity score matching(PSM).Results:Of 1,970 patients,737 patients who received preoperative TACE were divided into three groups according to the areas of PR:≥90%(n=226),60-90%(n=447),and<60%(n=64).PR≥90%was an independent protective factor of incidences of MVI[odds ratio(OR),0.144;95%confidence interval(CI),0.082-0.245,P<0.001)and early recurrence(HR,0.742;95%CI,0.561-0.963,P=0.032);while PR<60%was an independent risk factor of incidences of MVI(OR,6.076;95%CI,3.004-11.728,P<0.001)and early recurrence(HR,1.428;95%CI,1.095-1.929;P=0.009).Furthermore,patients with PR<60%were significantly more likely to develop multiple intrahepatic recurrences involving multiple hepatic segments when compared with patients without preoperative TACE.Conclusions:This study indicated the area of PR after TACE was closely associated with the incidences of MVI and early tumor recurrence.Patients with PR<60%were at significantly higher risks of having more MVI,early and multiple tumor recurrences. | Yun Yang Zheng Dang Peng Lu Youwen Qian Kongying Lin Zeya Pan Wan Yee Lau Weiping Zhou | 2022 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2022，11，3： | 2 |
| 8 | Robust UV/moisture dual curable PDMS-microcapsule-silica functional material for self-healing,antifouling,and antibacterial applications显示文摘Polydimethylsiloxane containing methacryloyloxy and methoxy silane groups(MAPDMS)-microcapsule-SiO_(2)(MPMS)functional materials were prepared by constructing micro-nano hierarchical structures on the surface of MAPDMS matrix.Herein,MAPDMS@1,1-stilbene-modified hydrolyzed polyglycidyl methacrylate/graphene oxide/dimethyloctadecyl[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ammonium chloride(MAPDMS@PGMA_(m)/GO/QC18)self-healing microcapsules with compact multi-shell structure were synthesized and combined with nano-SiO_(2)to construct the hierarchical structures.Furthermore,ultraviolet(UV)/moisture dual curing mode was introduced into deep curing reaction and efficient self-healing reaction of the MPMS.The results show that the introduction of UV/moisture dual curing mode and micro-nano hierarchical structure gives MPMS functional materials excellent mechanical properties,antifouling properties,self-healing properties,antibacterial properties.The shear strength and tensile strength of MPMS increase from 3.32 and 4.26 MPa of MAPDMS to 3.81 and 5.06 MPa,respectively.Its static contact angle increases from 115.9°of MAPDMS to 156.5°,its slide angle decreases from 68.5°of MAPDMS to 7.8°,respectively.The antifouling performance of MPMS against seawater,soy sauce,juice,coffee,protein,other contaminants is effectively improved compared with MAPDMS matrix.At the same time,the tensile strength and elongation at break of MPMS after healing reach 98.22%and 96.57%of those in original state,respectively.In addition,the antibacterial rates of MPMS against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reach 99.85%and 100%,respectively.The MPMS prepared in this paper is expected to be widely used in marine antifouling,pipeline network,anti-icing,microfluidics,wearable devices,medical devices,electrochemical biosensors,other fields. | Nan Zheng Jie Liu Guoqing Wang Pan Yao Lihong Dang Ze Liu Jiufu Lu Wenge Li | 2023 | Nano Research2023，16，5： | 2 |

| 13 | Predictive Modeling for Growth and Enterotoxin Production of Staphylococcus aureus in Milk显示文摘Predictive microbiology was utilized to model Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus) growth and staphylococcal enterotoxin A(SEA) production in milk in this study. The modified logistic model, modified Gompertz model and Baranyi model were applied to model growth data of S. aureus between 15℃ and 37℃. Model comparisons indicated that Baranyi model described the growth data more accurately than two others with a mean square error of 0.0129. Growth rates generated from Baranyi model matched the observed ones with a bias factor of 0.999 and an accuracy factor of 1.01, and fit a square root model with respect to temperature; other two modified models both overestimated the observed ones. SEA amount began to be detected when the cell number reached 10^(6.4) cfu · mL^(-1), and showed the linear correlation with time. Besides, the rate of SEA production fitted an exponential relationship as a function of temperature.
