In the age of big data, for the infrared remote sensor has short life, which annoys many people. In the packaging process, due to a difference in thermal expansion coefficients [2] between the flip-chip bonded MEMS device and the substrate, cooling after bonding can cause the MEMS to buckle. Combine TAIZ theory with the flexure design in CAD to solve the problem. It can be obtained that increasing fold length can reduce warpage. | 4 | Comparative study on microstructure evolution and failure mechanisms of ordinary and refurbished EB-PVD TBC under cyclic oxidation显示文摘Refurbishment of thermal barrier coating(TBC)has become a valuable technique to prolong the service life of high-temperature components.This study investigates the effect of the refurbishment process(coating removal and recoating)on the microstructure evolution and physical properties of TBC,including oxidation characteristics,element diffusion behavior,and crack failure mechanisms.The results showed that a certain amount of interdiffusion zone(IDZ)with Cr-rich would be retained in DD6 superalloy substrate after coating removal.The microstructure of the refurbished specimens showed equiaxedβ-NiAl phases,while the ordinary specimens have elongated grain shapes with a high aspect ratio.Moreover,mixed oxides in the refurbished TBC specimens were earlier observed during cyclic oxidation,with a greater thickness compared to ordinary TBC,due to the influence of BC layer phase sizes.The growth mechanism of thermally grown oxide(TGO-Al_(2)O_(3)layer)in the refurbished TBC specimens was also different,resulting from the different mechanisms of mixed oxides growth.Furthermore,under cyclic oxidation with water quenching at 1100℃,the cracks in the refurbished specimen tend to occur in the mixed oxides layer,while the cracks in the ordinary specimen occur in the top coat(TC)layer,attributing to the earlier and thicker mixed oxides layer formed in refurbished specimens. | Pan Li Xiaochao Jin Pin Lu Delin Liu Rende Mou Xueling Fan | 2023 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,9: | 0 |
| 5 | Progress of Brain Network Studies on Anesthesia and Consciousness: Framework and Clinical Applications显示文摘Although the relationship between anesthesia and consciousness has been investigated for decades, our understanding of the underlying neural mechanisms of anesthesia and consciousness remains rudimentary, which limits the development of systems for anesthesia monitoring and consciousness evaluation. Moreover, the current practices for anesthesia monitoring are mainly based on methods that do not provide adequate information and may present obstacles to the precise application of anesthesia. Most recently, there has been a growing trend to utilize brain network analysis to reveal the mechanisms of anesthesia, with the aim of providing novel insights to promote practical application. This review summarizes recent research on brain network studies of anesthesia, and compares the underlying neural mechanisms of consciousness and anesthesia along with the neural signs and measures of the distinct aspects of neural activity. Using the theory of cortical fragmentation as a starting point, we introduce important methods and research involving connectivity and network analysis. We demonstrate that whole-brain multimodal network data can provide important supplementary clinical information. | 6 | Discovery of a first-in-class ANXA3 degrader for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a nasty disease with extremely high malignancy and poor prognosis.Annexin A3(ANXA3)is a potential prognosis biomarker,displaying an excellent correlation of ANXA3 overexpression with patients'poor prognosis.Silencing the expression of ANXA3effectively inhibits the proliferation and metastasis of TNBC,suggesting that ANXA3 can be a promising therapeutic target to treat TNBC.Herein,we report a first-in-class ANXA3-targeted small molecule(R)-SL18,which demonstrated excellent anti-proliferative and anti-invasive activities to TNBC cells.(R)-SL18 directly bound to ANXA3 and increased its ubiquitination,thereby inducing ANXA3 degradation with moderate family selectivity.Importantly,(R)-SL18 showed a safe and effective therapeutic potency in a high ANXA3-expressing TNBC patient-derived xenograft model.Furthermore,(R)-SL18 could reduce theβ-catenin level,and accordingly inhibit the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in TNBC cells.Collectively,our data suggested that targeting degradation of ANXA3 by(R)-SL18 possesses the potential to treat TNBC. | Yongxi Liang Delin Min Hulin Fan Kunlin Liu Juchuanli Tu Xueyan He Bingjie Liu Lu Zhou Suling Liu Xun Sun | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,4: | 0 |
