| 4 | Pharmacokinetics of acteoside following single dose intragastric and intravenous administrations in dogs显示文摘Acteoside(verbascoside), a phenylethanoid glycoside widely distributed in various plants, has been shown to have potential activity against Alzheimer's disease, attracting great attentions recently. The present study was designed to develop a selective and sensitive LC-MS/MS method for the determination of acteoside in biological samples and carry our a phamacokinetic(PK) study in beagle dogs. The PK parameters were calculated using non-compartmental models. Following a single-dose oral administration, acteoside was rapidly absorbed and eliminated, with Tmax being between 30 to 45 min and terminal half-life being about 90 min. The areas under the time-concentration curve(AUC) were 47.28 ± 8.74, 87.86 ± 13.33, and 183.14 ± 28.69 mg·min·L-1 for oral administration of 10, 20, and 40 mg·kg-1, respectively, demonstrating that the exposure of acteoside proportionally increased with the dose level. The absolute bioavailability of acteoside was around 4%. For all the PK parameters, there were large variations between individual dogs. | 9 | Field Transmission of 100G and Beyond:Multiple Baud Rates and Mixed Line Rates Using Nyquist-WDM Technology显示文摘In this paper,we describe successful joint experiments with Deutsche Telecom on long-haul transmission of 100G and beyond over standard single mode fiber (SSMF) and with in-line EDFA-only amplification.The transmission link consists of 8 nodes and 950 km installed SSMF in DT's optical infrastructure.Laboratory SSMF was added for extended optical reach.The first field experiment involved transmission of 8 × 216.8 Gbit/s Nyquist-WDM signals over 1750 km with 21.6 dB average loss per span.Each channel,modulated by a 54.2 Gbaud PDM-CSRZ-QPSK signal,is on a 50 GHz grid,which produces a net spectral efficiency (SE) of 4 bit/s/Hz.We also describe mixed-data-rate transmission coexisting with 1T,400G,and 100G channels.The 400G channel uses four independent subcarriers modulated by 28 Gbaud PDM-QPSK signals.This yields a net SE of 4 bit/s/Hz,and 13 optically generated subcarriers from a single optical source are used in the 1T channel with 25 Gbaud PDM-QPSK modulation.The 100G signal uses real-time coherent PDM-QPSK transponder with 15% overhead of soft-decision forward-error correction (SD-FEC).The digital post filter and 1-bit maximum-likelihood sequence estimation (MLSE) are introduced at the receiver DSP to suppress noise,linear crosstalk,and filtering effects.Our results show that future 400G and 1T channels that use Nyquist WDM can transmit over long-haul distances with higher SE and using the same QPSK format. | Zhensheng Jia Jianjun Yu Hung-Chang Chien Ze Dong Di Huo | 2012 | ZTE Communications2012,10,3: | 2 |
| 10 | Evolution of the magmatic–hydrothermal system and formation of the giant Zhuxi W–Cu deposit in South China显示文摘The Zhuxi deposit is a recently discovered W–Cu deposit located in the Jiangnan porphyry–skarn W belt in South China. The deposit has a resource of 3.44 million tonnes of WO3, making it the largest on Earth,however its origin and the evolution of its magmatic–hydrothermal system remain unclear, largely because alteration–mineralization types in this giant deposit have been less well-studied, apart from a study of the calcic skarn orebodies. The different types of mineralization can be classified into magnesian skarn, calcic skarn, and scheelite–quartz–muscovite(SQM) vein types. Field investigations and mineralogical analyses show that the magnesian skarn hosted by dolomitic limestone is characterized by garnet of the grossular–pyralspite(pyrope, almandine, and spessartine) series, diopside, serpentine,and Mg-rich chlorite. The calcic skarn hosted by limestone is characterized by garnet of the grossular–andradite series, hedenbergite, wollastonite, epidote, and Fe-rich chlorite. The SQM veins host highgrade W–Cu mineralization and have overprinted the magnesian and calcic skarn orebodies. Scheelite is intergrown with hydrous silicates in the retrograde skarn, or occurs with quartz, chalcopyrite, sulfide minerals, fluorite, and muscovite in the SQM veins.Fluid inclusion investigations of the gangue and ore minerals revealed the evolution of the ore-forming fluids, which involved:(1) melt and coexisting high–moderate-salinity, high-temperature, high-pressure(>450 ℃and >1.68 kbar), methane-bearing aqueous fluids that were trapped in prograde skarn minerals;(2) moderate–low-salinity, moderate-temperature, moderate-pressure(~210–300 ℃and ~0.64 kbar),methane-rich aqueous fluids that formed the retrograde skarn-type W orebodies;(3) low-salinity,moderate–low-temperature, moderate-pressure(~150–240 ℃and ~0.56 kbar), methane-rich aqueous fluids that formed the quartz–sulfide Cu(–W) orebodies in skarn;(4) moderate–low-salinity,moderate-temperature, low-pressure(~150–250 ℃and ~0.34 kbar) alkanes-dominated aqueous fluids in the SQM vein stage, which led to the formation of high-grade W–Cu orebodies. The S–Pb isotopic compositions of the sulfides suggest that the ore-forming materials were mainly derived from magma generated by crustal anatexis, with minor addition of a mantle component. The H–O isotopic compositions of quartz and scheelite indicate that the ore-forming fluids originated mainly from magmatic water with later addition of meteoric water. The C–O isotopic compositions of calcite indicate that the ore-forming fluid was originally derived from granitic magma, and then mixed with reduced fluid exsolved from local carbonate strata. Depressurization and resultant fluid boiling were key to precipitation of W in the retrograde skarn stage. Mixing of residual fluid with meteoric water led to a decrease in fluid salinity and Cu(–W) mineralization in the quartz–sulfide stage in skarn. | 16 | A functional missense variant in ITIH3 affects protein expression and neurodevelopment and confers schizophrenia risk in the Han Chinese population显示文摘The Psychiatric Genomics Consortium(PGC)has recently identified 10 potential functional coding variants for schizophrenia.However,how these coding variants confer schizophrenia risk remains largely unknown.Here,we investigate the associations between eight potential functional coding variants identified by PGC and schizophrenia in a large Han Chinese sample(n=4022 cases and 9270 controls).Among the eight tested single nucelotide polymorphisms(SNPs),rs3617(a missense variant,p.K315 Q in the ITIH3 gene)showed genome-wide significant association with schizophrenia in the Han Chinese population(P=8.36×10-16),with the same risk allele as in PGC.Interestingly,rs3617 is located in a genomic region that is highly evolutionarily conserved,and its schizophrenia risk allele(C allele)was associated with lower ITIH3 mRNA and protein expression.Intriguingly,mouse neural stem cells stably overexpressing ITIH3 with different alleles of rs3617 exhibited significant differences in proliferation,migration,and differentiation,suggesting the impact of rs3617 on neurodevelopment.Subsequent transcriptome analysis found that the differentially expressed genes in neural stem cells stably overexpressing different alleles of rs3617 were significantly enriched in schizophrenia-related pathways,including cell adhesion,synapse assembly,MAPK and PI3 K-AKT pathways.Our study provides convergent lines of evidence suggesting that rs3617 in ITIH3 likely affects protein function and neurodevelopment and thereby confers risk of schizophrenia. | Kaiqin Li Yifan Li Junyang Wang Yongxia Huo Di Huang Shiwu Li Jiewei Liu Xiaoyan Li Rong Liu Xiaogang Chen Yong-Gang Yao Ceshi Chen Xiao Xiao Ming Li Xiong-Jian Luo | 2020 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2020,47,5: | 1 |
| 17 | Formation mechanism of high-quality reservoirs of Lower Cretaceous volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks in Songliao Basin显示文摘High abundance gas reservoirs were discovered in the volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks of Wangfu faulted depression in Songliao Basin,but the distribution pattern and formation mechanism of this type of high-quality reservoirs were not clear.In the Shahezi Formation of Well Block CS6 in Wangfu faulted depression,the void space type,reservoir property,pore throat and pore diameters were studied by means of the casting thin section,helium intrusion porosimetry,mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)methods,moreover,formation mechanism and main controlling factors of the high-quality reservoirs were discussed.Results showed that lithology of high-quality reservoirs consisted of the volcaniclastic sedimentary agglomerate and the volcaniclastic sedimentary breccia,and exhibited the coarsening-upward characteristics.Furthermore,three types(seven subtypes)of void spaces were identified,among which the intragranular vesicles with primary abundant pores were uniquely developed in the high-quality reservoirs of volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks,indicating this high-quality reservoir belonged to the large-pore and small-throat reservoir;porosity and permeability of volcaniclastic sedimentary agglomerate were slightly higher than those of volcaniclastic sedimentary breccia,and both were significantly higher than those of sedimentary rock in the Shahezi Formation,the porosity was closely related with the burial depth.Formation mechanisms of reservoirs in the volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks were release of volatile matters in parent rocks,grain support,dissolution and tectonic modification,among which the former two were the main controlling factors.The high-quality reservoirs over the study area were mainly distributed in the central part of the fan of volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks,among which the grain-supported,coarse-grained volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks with high content of intragranular vesicular detritus and burial depth less than 3000 m were the most favorable area for development of the high-quality reservoirs. | Huafeng Tang Tan Kong Xiang Liu Di Yang Hongyu Huo Yulong Huang | 2017 | Petroleum Research2017,2,2: | 1 |

| 20 | Associations of Residential Greenness with Depression and Anxiety in Rural Chinese Adults显示文摘BACKGROUND Depression and anxiety are top contributors to non-fatal health loss globally.Several studies have indicated the association between residential greenness and mental health.METHOD The participants(n=27,366)were recruited from four counties in Henan Province,China during 2015–2017.Symptoms of depression and anxiety were evaluated using the Patient Health Questionnaire-2(PHQ-2)and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-2(GAD-2)in the baseline survey.The level of residential greenness during the 3-year period before the baseline survey was assessed using the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)and Enhanced Vegetation Index(EVI).The mixed-effect linear regression model was applied to examine the associations of residential greenness with depression and anxiety.RESULTS The results of adjusted models showed that the score of PHQ-2(Dscore and 95%confidence interval[CI])decreased by-0.024(-0.041,-0.006)and-0.022(-0.038,-0.004)with an interquartile range(IQR)increase in NDVI and EVI within a 1,000-m buffer radius,respectively.The score of GAD-2(Dscore and 95%CI)decreased by-0.024(-0.040,-0.006)and-0.028(-0.044,-0.011),in relation to an IQR increase in NDVI and EVI within a 1,000-m buffer radius,respectively.CONCLUSIONS A higher level of residential greenness was significantly associated with lower risk of depression and anxiety in rural areas of Henan Province.Improving residential greenness accessibility may help to promote the mental health of rural populations. | Niu Di Shanshan Li Hao Xiang Yinyu Xie Zhenxing Mao Jian Hou Xiaotian Liu Wenqian Huo Boyi Yang Guanghui Dong Chongjian Wang Gongbo Chen Yuming Guo | 2020 | The Innovation2020,1,3: | 1 |
