| 1 | The effect of nanohybrid materials on the pour-point and viscosity depressing of waxy crude oil显示文摘The pipeline transportation of waxy crude oil is a problem both at home and abroad.In this paper,a novel nanohybrid pour-point depressant (PPD) was used to decrease the pour point and viscosity of waxy crude oil.The pour point and apparent viscosity of waxy crude oil was decreased significantly upon addition of the nanohybrid PPD,and the long-term stability of the nanohybrid PPD was superior to that of a conventional ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer PPD.Polarized optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to study the effect of the nanohybrid PPD on the crystallization of crude oil.Addition of the nanohybrid PPD reduced the amount of wax crystals,prevented their aggregation,and reduced the temperature at which the crude oil started to crystallize.The significant effect of this nanohybrid PPD on the pour point and viscosity depressing of crude oil is of great importance for facilitating the safe,efficient and energy-minimized transportation of waxy crude oil. | WANG Feng ZHANG DongMin DING YanFen ZHANG LiXin YANG MingShu JIANG BaoLiang ZHANG ShiMin AI MuYang LIU GuangWen ZHI ShuJie HUO LianFeng OUYANG Xin LI Li | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,1: | 9 |
| 2 | Synergistic effect of W and P on ZSM-5 and its catalytic performance in the cracking of heavy oil显示文摘In order to develop the conversion of heavy oil with a high yield of propylene in the catalytic cracking process, ZSM-5 zeolite was modified by tungsten and phosphorus, which was proved to be an effective method. Characterization results show that the improvement of catalytic performance could be correlated to the interaction of phosphorus and tungsten species on ZSM-5. P inhibited the aggregation of tungsten species on ZSM-5 and was conductive to convert the tungsten species with octahedral coordination into tetrahedral coordination. And this ultimately led to that more acid sites were reserved after hydrothermal treatment in the tungsten and phosphorus co-modified ZSM-5 catalyst.Phosphorus species played an important role to restrain the dehydrogenation activity of tungsten. | 3 | Prediction of geotemperatures in coal-bearing strata and implications for coal bed methane accumulation in the Bide-Santang basin,western Guizhou,China显示文摘The geothermal fields of coal-bearing strata have become a key topic in geological research into coal and coal bed methane(CBM).Based on temperature data from 135 boreholes that penetrate the Upper Permian coal-bearing strata in the Bide-Santang basin,western Guizhou,the precisions of geothermal predictions made using a geothermal gradient model and a gray sequence GM(1,1)model are analyzed and compared.The results indicate that the gray sequence GM(1,1)model is more appropriate for the prediction of geothermal fields.The GM(1,1)model is used to predict the geothermal field at three levels with depths of 500,1000,and 1500 m,as well as within the No.6,No.16,and No.27 coal seams.The results indicate that the geotemperatures of the 500 m depth level are between 21.0 and 30.0°C,indicating no heat damage;the geotemperatures of the 1000 m depth level are between 29.4 and 44.7°C,indicating the first level of heat damage;and the geotemperatures of the 1500 m depth level are between35.6 and 63.4°C,indicating the second level of heat damage.The CBM contents are positively correlated with the geotemperatures of the coal seams.The target area for CBM development is identified. | Chen Guo Yong Qin Dongmin Ma Zhaobiao Yang Lingling Lu | 2020 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2020,30,2: | 4 |
| 4 | An Experimental Study on the Conductivity Changes in Coal during Methane Adsorption-Desorption and their Influencing Factors显示文摘During the processes of methane adsorption and desorption,the internal structure of coal changes,accordingly leading to changes in electrical conductivity.In this paper,using low rank coal seams of the Yan'an Formation in the Dafbsi field as the research subject,the relationship between coal resistivity,methane adsorption quantity,and equilibrium pressure is analyzed through proximate analysis,mercury injection tests,low temperature liquid nitrogen adsorption tests,and coal resistivity measurements during methane adsorption and desorption.The results show that during the process of pressure rise and methane adsorption,the conductivity of coal increases,resulting from heat release from methane adsorption,coal matrix swelling and adsorbed water molecules replaced by methane,but the resistivity reduction gradually decreases.The relationship between coal resistivity and methane adsorption quantity and equilibrium pressure can be described by a quadratic function.During the processes of depressurization and desorption,the resistivity of coal rebounds slightly,due to decalescence of methane desorption,coal matrix shrinkage and water-gas displacement,and the relationship coincides with a linear function.Methane adsorption leads to irreversible changes in coal internal structure and enhances the coal conductivity,and resistivity can not be restored to the initial level even after methane desorption.The resistivity and reduction rate of durain are higher than those of vitrain,with relatively greater homogeneous pore throat structure and fewer charged particles in the double electric layer.In addition,moisture can enhance the conductivity of coal and makes it change more complexly during methane adsorption and desorption. | CHEN Yue MA Dongmin GUO Chen YANG Fu MU Tian GAO Zheng | 2019 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3: | 3 |

| 6 | Microbial community structure analyses and cultivable denitrifier isolation of Myriophyllum aquaticum constructed wetland under low C/N ratio显示文摘With the rapid expansion of livestock production,the amount of livestock wastewater accumulated rapidly.Lack of biodegradable organic matter makes denitrification of livestock wastewater after anaerobic digestion more difficult.In this study,Myriophyllum aquaticum constructed wetlands(CWs)with efficient nitrogen removal performance were established under different carbon/nitrogen(C/N)ratios.Analysis of community composition reveals the change of M.aquaticum CWs in microbial community structure with C/N ratios.The proportion of Proteobacteria which is one of the dominant phyla among denitrifier communities increased significantly under low C/N ratio conditions.Besides,to obtain cultivable denitrifier that could be added into CWs in situ,33 strains belonging to phylum Proteobacteria were isolated from efficient M.aquaticum CWs,while the best-performing denitrification strain M3-1 was identified as Bacillus velezensis JT3-1(GenBank No.CP032506.1).Redundancy analysis and quadratic models showed that C/N ratio had significant effects on disposal of nitrate(NO_(3)^(−)-N)and the strains isolated could perform well in denitrification when C/N ratio is relatively low.In addition,they have relatively wide ranges of carbon sources,temperature and a high NO_(3)^(−)removal rate of 9.12 mg/(L·hr)at elevated concentrations of 800 mg/L nitrate.Thus,strains isolated from M.aquaticum CWs with low C/N ratio have a practical application value in the treatment of nitrate-containing wastewater.These denitrifying bacteria could be added to CWs to enhance nitrogen removal efficiency of CWs for livestock wastewater with low C/N ratio in the future. | Jialiang Zuo Lina Xu Jianlin Guo Shengjun Xu Shuanglong Ma Cancan Jiang Dongmin Yang Danhua Wang Xuliang Zhuang | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,5: | 2 |
| 7 | B cell-derived anti-beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody mediates hyperhomocysteinemia-aggravated hypertensive glomerular lesions by triggering ferroptosis显示文摘Hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy)is a risk factor for chronic kidney diseases(CKDs)that affects about 85%CKD patients.HHcy stimulates B cells to secrete pathological antibodies,although it is unknown whether this pathway mediates kidney injury.In HHcytreated 2-kidney,1-clip(2K1C)hypertensive murine model,HHcy-activated B cells secreted anti-beta 2 glycoprotein I(β2GPI)antibodies that deposited in glomerular endothelial cells(GECs),exacerbating glomerulosclerosis and reducing renal function.Mechanistically,HHcy 2K1C mice increased phosphatidylethanolamine(PE)(18:0/20:4,18:0/22:6,16:0/20:4)in kidney tissue,as determined by lipidomics.GECs oxidative lipidomics validated the increase of oxidized phospholipids upon Hcy-activated B cells culture medium(Hcy-B CM)treatment,including PE(18:0/20:4+3[O],PE(18:0a/22:4+1[O],PE(18:0/22:4+2[O]and PE(18:0/22:4+3[O]).PE synthases ethanolamine kinase 2(etnk2)and ethanolamine-phosphate cytidylyltransferase 2(pcyt2)were increased in the kidney GECs of HHcy 2K1C mice and facilitated polyunsaturated PE synthesis to act as lipid peroxidation substrates.In HHcy 2K1C mice and Hcy-B CM-treated GECs,the oxidative environment induced by iron accumulation and the insufficient clearance of lipid peroxides caused by transferrin receptor(TFR)elevation and down-regulation of SLC7A11/glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)contributed to GECs ferroptosis of the kidneys.In vivo,pharmacological depletion of B cells or inhibition of ferroptosis mitigated the HHcy-aggravated hypertensive renal injury.Consequently,our findings uncovered a novel mechanism by which B cell-derived pathogenic anti-β2GPI IgG generated by HHcy exacerbated hypertensive kidney damage by inducing GECs ferroptosis.Targeting B cells or ferroptosis may be viable therapeutic strategies for ameliorating lipid peroxidative renal injury in HHcy patients with hypertensive nephropathy. | Xing Du Xiaolong Ma Ying Tan Fangyu Shao Chun Li Yang Zhao Yutong Miao Lulu Han Guohui Dang Yuwei Song Dongmin Yang Zhenling Deng Yue Wang Changtao Jiang Wei Kong Juan Feng Xian Wang | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4: | 2 |

| 20 | Sensitivity evaluation of the flash flood warning system introduced to ungauged small mountainous basins in Korea显示文摘This study evaluates the uncertainty involved in the determination of the flash flood guidance(FFG) of the flash flood warning system(FFWS) for a small mountainous region(FFWS_MR)in Korea. The sensitivity is evaluated both at each step to determine the FFG and for all steps together. The results show that the relative difference of the FFG is about 50% of the current system, most of which involves the channel width. Especially, the use of some specific empirical equations to estimate the major parameters results in a considerable amount of the relative difference of the FFG. In addition, though only four basins were field-surveyed, it is found that the indirect estimation of the major parameters always introduces some amount of additional uncertainty.
