2Ca_(1−x)Li_(x)Al_(1−x)Si_(1+x)N_(3):Eu^(2+) solid solutions as broadband,color-tunable and thermally robust red phosphors for superior color rendition white light-emitting diodes显示文摘Color rendition,luminous efficacy and reliability are three key technical parameters for white light-emitting diodes(wLEDs)that are dominantly determined by down-conversion phosphors.However,there is usually an inevitable trade-off between color rendition and luminescence efficacy because the spectrum of red phosphor(that is,spectral broadness and position)cannot satisfy them simultaneously.In this work,we report a very promising red phosphor that can minimize the aforementioned trade-off via structure and band-gap engineering,achieved by introducing isostructural LiSi_(2)N_(3) into CaAlSiN_(3):Eu^(2+).The solid solution phosphors show both substantial spectra broadening(88→117 nm)and blueshift(652→642 nm),along with a significant improvement in thermal quenching(only a 6%reduction at 150℃),which are strongly associated with electronic and crystal structure evolutions.The broadband and robust red phosphor thus enables fabrication of super-high color rendering wLEDs(Ra=95 and R9=96)concurrently with the maintenance of a high-luminous efficacy(101 lm W^(−1)),validating its superiority in highperformance solid state lightings over currently used red phosphors.Le Wang Rong-Jun Xie Yuanqiang Li Xiaojun Wang Chong-Geng Ma Dong Luo Takashi Takeda Yi-Ting Tsai Ru-Shi Liu Naoto Hirosaki 2016Light(Science & Applications)2016,5,1:9
3Multi-layered micro/nanofibrous nonwovens for functional face mask filter显示文摘The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic has led to an attention on the usage of personal protective face masks.However,the longevity and safety of the commercial face masks are limited due to the charge dissipation of the electret meltblown nonwovens,which are dominate in the face mask filters.Herein,we design a type of multi-layer structured nonwovens using meltblowing and electrospinning technologies.The complex nonwovens involving meltblown and electrospun fibers are designed to possess multilevel fiber diameters and pore sizes.The micro/nanofibers with porous and wrinkled surface morphologies can well capture particulate matters(PMs),and the multilevel pore sizes contribute to low air resistance under high filtration efficiency.Airflow field simulation was carried out to understand the pressure distribution within the nonwovens in the filtration process.Meanwhile,by adding Ag nanoparticles(AgNPs)as additives,the nonwovens exhibit excellent antibacterial performance.The resultant nonwovens exhibit filtration efficiency of 99.1%for PM0.3 and low pressure drop of 105 Pa under the 10.67 cm/s inlet air velocity,and antibacterial rate of>99.99%for Escherichia coli.These performances and functions make the designed complex nonwovens a promising filter core for face masks.Yuanqiang Xu Xiaomin Zhang Defang Teng Tienan Zhao Ying Li Yongchun Zeng 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:6
4SciFinder-guided rational design of fluorescent carbon dots for ratiometric monitoring intracellular pH fluctuations under heat shock显示文摘Intracellular pH plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation,apoptosis, metabolism, enzyme activity and homeostasis. In this work, a novel design strategy for the preparation of pH responsive carbon dots(CDs-pH) for ratiometric intracellular imaging was reported. By using SciFinder database, fluorescent CDs-pH with the required p Kavalue of 6.84 were rationally designed, which is vital important for precise sensing of intracellular pH. As a result, the synthesized CDspH demonstrated robust ability to test pH fluctuations within the physiological range of 5.4-7.4. The CDspH was further utilized for fluorescent ratiometric imaging of pH in living HeLa cells, effectively avoided the influence of autofluorescence from native cellular species. Moreover, real-time monitoring of intracellular pH fluctuation under heat shock was successfully realized. 5Multiscale Simulation of a Novel Leaf-vein-inspired Gradient Porous Wick Structure显示文摘With the rapid development of photoelectric products,their miniaturization and high integration have intensified the problem of heat dissipation.Vapor chamber is a special type of heat pipe that is a particularly effective heat spreader for electronics.In this paper,a novel Leaf-vein-inspired Gradient Porous(LGP)wick structure is designed macroscopically and the LGP design is verified using a general model.After that,the gradient porous design Model IGis selected for the subsequent mesoscopic modeling.Then a connected 2D random LGP wick model presenting porosity gradient is generated by the expanded quartet structure generation set method.Using the mesoscopic Lattice Boltzmann Method(LBM),the flow and heat transfer in the LGP wick model is analyzed.For verification,FLUENT based on the macroscopic finite volume method is used as a benchmark.Finally,the microscopic flow behaviors in the 2D random LGP wick model are analyzed using the LBM developed.Observing the entire flowing process from the inlet to outlet,it is possible to explain the mesoscopic and macroscopic phenomena well based on the microscopic flow behaviors.Yuanqiang Luo Wangyu Liu Jingren Gou 2019Journal of Bionic Engineering2019,16,5:2

7Dual-atom active sites embedded in two-dimensional C_(2)N for efficient CO_(2) electroreduction: A computational study显示文摘Double-atom catalysts(DACs)have emerged as an enhanced platform of single-atom catalyst for promoting electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2) RR).Herein,we present a density-functional theory study on CO_(2) RR performance of seven C_(2) N-supported homo-and heteronuclear DACs,denoted as M_(2)@C_(2) N.Our results demonstrate that there exists substantial synergistic effect of dual-metal-atom N_(2) M_(2) N_(2) active site and C_(2) N matrix on O=C=O bond activation.The dual-atom M_(2) sites are able to drive CO_(2) RR beyond C1 products with low limiting potential(UL).Specifically,C_(2) H4 formation is preferred on FeM@C_(2) N(M=Fe,Co,Ni,Cu)versus CH4 formation on CuM@C_(2) N(M=Co,Ni,Cu).Furthermore,^(*)CO+^(*)CO cobinding strength can serve as a descriptor for CO_(2) RR activity for making C_(2) products such that the moderate binding results in the lowest UL.Remarkably,C-affinity matters most to C-C bond coupling and C_(2) H4 formation while both C-and O-affinity control CH4 formation.Our results provide theoretical insight into rational design of DACs for efficient CO_(2) RR.Haimei Liu Qingliang Huang Wei An Yuanqiang Wang Yong Men Shuang Liu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,10:1
