| 2 | A novel mutation in the MITF may be digenic with GJB2 mutations in a large Chinese family of Waardenburg syndrome type Ⅱ显示文摘Waardenburg syndrome typeⅡ(WS2) is associated with syndromic deafness.A subset of WS2,WS2A,accounting for approximately 15%of patients,is attributed to mutations in the microphthalmia-associated transcription factor(MITF) gene.We examined the genetic basis of WS2 in a large Chinese family.All 9 exons of the MITF gene,the single coding exon(exon 2) of the most common hereditary deafness gene GJB2 and the mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) 12S rRNA were sequenced.A novel heterozygous mutation c.[742_743delAAinsT;746_747delCA]in exon 8 of the MITF gene co-segregates with WS2 in the family.The MITF mutation results in a premature termination codon and a truncated MITF protein with only 247 of the 419 wild type amino acids.The deaf proband had this MITF gene heterozygous mutation as well as a c.[109G>A]+ [235delC]compound heterozygous pathogenic mutation in the GJB2 gene.No pathogenic mutation was found in mtDNA 12S rRNA in this family.Thus,a novel compound heterozygous mutation,c.[742_743delAAinsT;746_747delCA]in MITF exon 8 was the key genetic reason for WS2 in this family,and a digenic effect of MITF and GJB2 genes may contribute to deafness of the proband. | Xukun Yan Tianyu Zhang Zhengmin Wang Yi Jiang Yan Chen Hongyan Wang Duan Ma Lei Wang Huawei Li | 2011 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2011，38，12： | 8 |

| 5 | The Effect of 2,5-hexanedione on Myelin Protein Zero Expression,and Its Mitigation Using Ginkgo Biloba Extract显示文摘Objective To investigate the role of myelin protein zero (P 0) in 2,5-hexanedione (2,5-HD)-induced peripheral nerve injury,and the protective effect of Ginkgo biloba extract (Egb761) on 2,5-HD-induced toxic peripheral neuropathy.Methods After 4 weeks of treatment with 2,5-HD at different doses (50,100,200,400 mg/kg) in rats,changes in the levels of P 0 in rat sciatic nerves was investigated,and the effect of Egb761 on 2,5-HD-induced toxic peripheral neuropathy was studied.Results The blood-nerve barrier (BNB) permeability of the sciatic nerve increased,and the expression of P 0 mRNA and P 0 protein decreased in a dose-dependent manner after treatment with 2,5-HD for 4 weeks.Pretreatment with Egb761 protected against BNB interruption,and inhibited P 0 mRNA and protein reduction during 2,5-HD treatment.Pretreatment with Egb761 significantly reduced loss of body weight (P<0.01) and mitigated gait abnormalities (2.85±0.22) induced by 400 mg/kg 2,5-HD (P<0.01).It also reduced the signs of neurotoxicity induced by 2,5-HD.Conclusion 2,5-HD inhibited the expression of P 0 in a dose-dependent manner,and this may be an important mechanism by which toxic peripheral neuropathy is induced by 2,5-HD.Egb761 has a protective effect against 2,5-HD-induced peripheral neurotoxicity in rats. | ZHAO Lei LIU QingJun CHEN Hong DUAN HuaWei BIN Ping LIU Qing NIU Yong DAI YuFei ZHENG YuXin | 2011 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011，24，4： | 3 |

| 9 | Architecture characterization of Ordovician fault-controlled paleokarst carbonate reservoirs in Tuoputai,Tahe oilfield,Tarim Basin,NW China显示文摘Based on outcrop,core,logging,seismic and production data,and the formation of fault-controlled karst reservoirs,the types and characterization of Ordovician fault-controlled karst reservoir architectures in the Tuoputai area of the Tahe oilfield are studied.According to the concept of genetic geologic body,the fault-controlled karst reservoir is divided into architecture elements of four levels,the strike-slip fault impact zone is the level-1 architecture element,the fault-controlled karst reservoir the level-2 architecture element,the fracture-cave zone(which can be further subdivided into dissolution cave,dissolution pore and vug,and fracture zones)inside the fault-controlled karst reservoir the level-3 architecture element,and fillings inside caves is the level-4 architecture element(which can be further divided based on the filling degree and lithologic types of the fillings).Specific characterization techniques have been optimized according to the characteristics of various architecture elements.The zone impacted by strike-slip fault is characterized by seismic coherence and artificial interpretation.Under the constraint of zone impacted by strike-slip fault,fault likelihood(FL)property is used to characterize the outline of fault-controlled karst reservoir.Under the constraint of fault-controlled karst reservoir outline,the internal structures are divided based on seismic texture attribute.Finally,the cavern filling pattern is interpreted based on drilling and logging data.The fault-controlled karst reservoirs can be interpreted in 3-dimensional space by architecture element levels,and the characterization technology combining log and seismic data for fault-controlled karst reservoir has been worked out,which has complemented the development theory and technologies for this kind of reservoirs in the Tahe oilfield. | ZHANG Wenbiao DUAN Taizhong LI Meng ZHAO Huawei SHANG Xiaofei WANG Yan | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021，48，2： | 0 |

| 11 | Remuneration Difference between Migrant Workers and Non-migrant Workers显示文摘Through the survey of direct economic remuneration, indirect economic remuneration and non-economic remuneration of employees in flat panel furniture enterprises in Chengdu City, we conduct a comparative analysis of the problems and causes of remuneration difference between migrant workers and non-migrant workers. The results show that the wage difference between migrant workers and non-migrant workers is the biggest, and there is little difference in terms of interests safeguarding and non-economic factors. The reason for the above results lies in the difference of education level; gender, region, household registration and other issues have little impact on the above results.
