| 1 | Short Texts Classification Through Reference Document Expansion显示文摘With the rapid development of information technology, short texts arising from socialized human interaction are gradually predominant in network information streams. Accelerating demands are requiring the industry to provide more effective classification of the brief texts.However, faced with short text documents, each of which contains only a few words, traditional document classification models run into difficulty. Aggressive documents expansion works remarkably well for many cases but suffers from the assumption of independent, identically distributed observations. We formalize a view of classification using Bayesian decision theory, treat each short text as observations from a probabilistic model, called a statistical language model, and encode classification preferences with a loss function defined by the language models and the external reference document. According to Vapnik's methods of Structural risk minimization(SRM), the optimal classification action is the one that minimizes the structural risk, which provides a result that allows one to trade off errors on the training sample against improved generalization performance. We conduct experiments by using several corpora of microblog-like data, and analyze the experimental results. | 2 | Mussel-inspired nanozyme catalyzed conductive and self-setting hydrogel for adhesive and antibacterial bioelectronics显示文摘Adhesive hydrogels have broad applications ranging from tissue engineering to bioelectronics;however,fabricating adhesive hydrogels with multiple functions remains a challenge.In this study,a mussel-inspired tannic acid chelated-Ag(TA-Ag)nanozyme with peroxidase(POD)-like activity was designed by the in situ reduction of ultrasmall Ag nanoparticles(NPs)with TA.The ultrasmall TA-Ag nanozyme exhibited high catalytic activity to induce hydrogel self-setting without external aid.The nanozyme retained abundant phenolic hydroxyl groups and maintained the dynamic redox balance of phenol-quinone,providing the hydrogels with long-term and repeatable adhesiveness,similar to the adhesion of mussels.The phenolic hydroxyl groups also afforded uniform distribution of the nanozyme in the hydrogel network,thereby improving its mechanical properties and conductivity.Furthermore,the nanozyme endowed the hydrogel with antibacterial activity through synergistic effects of the reactive oxygen species generated via POD-like catalytic reactions and the intrinsic bactericidal activity of Ag.Owing to these advantages,the ultrasmall TA-Ag nanozyme-catalyzed hydrogel could be effectively used as an adhesive,antibacterial,and implantable bioelectrode to detect bio-signals,and as a wound dressing to accelerate tissue regeneration while preventing infection.Therefore,this study provides a promising approach for the fabrication of adhesive hydrogel bioelectronics with multiple functions via mussel-inspired nanozyme catalysis. | Zhanrong Jia Xuanhan Lv Yue Hou Kefeng Wang Fuzeng Ren Dingguo Xu Qun Wang Kelong Fan Chaoming Xie Xiong Lu | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,9: | 7 |

The system includes the key for watermark extraction and th e host image. The algorithm splits the original image into blocks and classifies these blocks based on visual masking, that is, noise visibility function (NVF). Watermark components with different strength are inserted into chosen direct cu rrent components of DCT coefficients according to the classifier. The watermark extraction is based on the characteristic of the statistic independence of the h ost image, watermark and key. Principle component analysis (PCA) whitening proce ss and FastICA techniques are introduced to ensure a blind watermark extraction without requiring the original image. Experimental results show the proposed tec hnique is robust under attacks such as image filtering and adding noise, croppin g and resizing. | 9 | A Blockchain-Based Flexible Data Auditing Scheme for the Cloud Service显示文摘Nowdays, cloud storage technology has become a hot topic, and an increasing number of users are concerned with the security of their data in the cloud.Many auditing schemes on the cloud are proposed and the introduction of a third-party auditor to assist users in verifying the integrity of cloud data. As a centralized node, the third-party auditor has to communicate with all cloud users and cloud service providers, which becomes the bottleneck of the whole scheme. To solve this problem,we design a blockchain-based flexible cloud data auditing scheme. In our scheme, a decentralized auditing framework is proposed to eliminate the dependency on the thirdparty auditor, which increases the stability, security and performance of the whole scheme. Since the cloud service provider can automatically generates auditing proofs, our scheme can relieve the communication burdens of the cloud service provider.
