1Proton radiography of magnetic fields generated with an open-ended coil driven by high power laser pulses显示文摘Recently generation of strong magnetic(B)fields has been demonstrated in capacitor coils heated by high power laser pulses[S.Fujioka et al.,Sci.Rep.3,1170(2013)].This paper will present a direct measurement of B field generated with an open-ended coil target driven by a nanosecond laser pulse using ultrafast proton radiography.The radiographs are analyzed with particle-tracing simulations.The B field at the coil center is inferred to be ~50 T at an irradiance of ~5×10^(14) W·cm^(-2).The B field generation is attributed to the background cold electron flow pointing to the laser focal spot,where a target potential is induced due to the escape of energetic electrons.Guoqian Liao Yutong Li Baojun Zhu Yanfei Li Fang Li Mengchao Li Xuan Wang Zhe Zhang Shukai He Weiwu Wang Feng Lu Faqiang Zhang Lei Yang Kainan Zhou Na Xie Wei Hong Yuqiu Gu Zongqing Zhao Baohan Zhang Jie Zhang 2016Matter and Radiation at Extremes2016,1,4:1

5Angular dependent NEXAFS study of the molecular orientation of PTCDA multilayers on Au (111) surface显示文摘The molecular orientation of perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (PTCDA) multilayers adsorbed on Au (111) surface has been investigated using angular dependent O K-edge near edge X-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) spectroscopy. The significant angular dependence of important resonant structures (π* and σ*) reveals that PTCDA molecules adopt an ordered geometry on the substrate surface. 7Enhanced energy storage properties of barium titanate ceramics made from surface modified particles显示文摘Surface modification of barium titanate particles has been carried out using a wet chemical method.The microstructural and dielectric properties of the ceramics made from surface modified particles were extensively investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and dielectric properties measurements.The breakdown strength increased by 69%and 117%for the Al_(2)O_(3) and B_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2) modified ceramics,respectively.An energy storage density of up to 3.2 J/cm^(3) has been obtained.The suppression of grain boundary electron transport and reduction in pore defects lead to the energy storage properties enhancement of the modified ceramics.These results indicated that surface modification of ceramic particles is a promising approach to obtain dielectric ceramics with high energy storage density.Zhifu Liu Zhiqiang Zhang Faqiang Zhang Yongxiang Li 2013Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2013,3,3:1
8Synchrotron radiation photoemission study on growth of gadolinium film over Ni(110)surface显示文摘The growth of Gd film on Ni(110) surfaco was studied by synchrotron radiation photoemission spectroscopy and XPS techniques. It is revealed that in the coverage range of 0—0.22 nm Gd4f core level showed a single-peak structure, therefore Gd film grows over Ni(110) in the layer-by-layer mode. However, when Gd coverage was larger than 0.22, nm the Gd4f peak turned gradually into double-peak and a double-peak structure with 2.3 eV separation was formed at 1.51 nm, meanwhile similar phenomenon was observed in the Gd4d XPS spectra. It is suggested that the double-peak structure of Gd4f was derived from the growth of Gd film in cluster mode and the Gd atomic clusters may exhibit different electronic states from Gd metal owing to their special structures. 9Unusual local electric field concentration in multilayer ceramic capacitors显示文摘Local electric-field around multitype pores(dielectric pore,interface pore,electrode pore)in multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCCs)was investigated using Kelvin probe force microscopy combined with the finite element simulation to understand the effect of pores on the electric reliability of MLCCs.Electricfield is found to be concentrated significantly in the vicinity of these pores and the strength of the local electric-field is 1.5e5.0 times of the nominal strength.Unexpectedly,the concentration degree of the pores in the inner electrode is much higher than that in the dielectrics and dielectric-electrode interfaces.Meanwhile,geometry orientations are found to have a remarkable influence on the local electric field strength.The pores act as an insulation degradation precursor via local electric,thermal center,and oxygen vacancies accumulation center.Such unusual local electric field concentration of multitype pores can provide new insights into the understanding of insulation degradation evolution,processing tailoring and design optimization for MLCCs.Wentong Du Huarong Zeng Weiwei Yang Kunyu Zhao Faqiang Zhang Guorong Li Yongxiang Li Zhifu Liu 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,2:0
10Microstructure regulation and failure mechanism study of BaTiO_(3)-based dielectrics for MLCC application显示文摘Most widely used dielectrics for MLCC are based on BaTiO_(3) composition which inevitably shows performance degradation during the application due to the migration of oxygen vacancies(V_(O)¨).Here,the BaTiO_(3),(Ba_(0.97)Ca_(0.03))TiO_(3),Ba(Ti_(0.98)Mg_(0.02))O_(3),(Ba_(0.97)Ca_(0.03))(Ti_(0.98)Mg_(0.02))O_(3),(Ba0.96Ca_(0.03)Dy0.01)(Ti_(0.98)Mg_(0.02))O_(3) ceramics(denoted as BT,BCT,BTM,BCTM and BCDTM,respectively)were prepared by a solid-state reaction method.The core-shell structured grains(~200 nm)featured with 10-20 nm wide shell were observed and contributed to the relatively flat dielectric constant-temperature spectra of BTM,BCTM and BCDTM ceramics.The TSDC study found that the single/mix doping of Ca^(2+),especially the Mg^(2+),Mg^(2+)/Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)/Ca^(2+)/Dy^(3+)could limit the emergence of V_(O)¨during the sintering and suppress its long-range migration under the electric-field.Because of this,the highly accelerated lifetimes of the ceramics were increased and the value of BCDTM is 377 times higher than that of BT ceramics.The p-n junction model was built to explain the correlation mechanism between the long-range migration of V_(O)¨and the significantly increased leakage current of BT-based dielectrics in the late stage of HALT.Yan Gu Faqiang Zhang Wanghua Wu Zhifu Liu 2023Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2023,13,2:0
11Identification model of multi-layered neural network parameters and its applications in the petroleum production显示文摘This paper creates a LM (Levenberg-Marquardt) algorithm model which is appropriate to solve the problem about weights value of feedforward neural network. On the base of this model, we provide two applications in the oilfield production. Firstly, we simulated the functional relationships between the petrophysical and electrical properties of the rock by neural networks model, and studied oil saturation. Under the precision of data is confirmed, this method can reduce the number of experiments. Secondly, we simulated the relationships between investment and income by the neural networks model, and studied invest saturation point and income growth rate. It is very significant to guide the investment decision. 12Metric Learning with Relative Distance Constraints:A Modified SVM Approach显示文摘Distance metric learning plays an important role in many machine learning tasks. In this paper, we propose a method for learning a Mahanalobis distance metric. By formulating the metric learning problem with relative distance constraints, we suggest a Relative Distance Constrained Metric Learning (RDCML) model which can be easily implemented and effectively solved by a modified support vector machine (SVM) approach. 15Synthesis,structure,and optical properties of manganese phthalocyanine thin films and nanostructures显示文摘Manganese phthalocyanine(MnPc) nanostructures with different morphologies were prepared on porous anodic alumina oxide(AAO) at different substrate temperature(T_S=50 ℃,80 ℃,120 ℃,180 ℃,240 ℃) in an organic molecular beam deposition(OMBD) system.The nanostructures morphologies were studied using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and the results showed that the nanostructures morphologies could be modulated by the control of T_S,as a result,the continuous film was obtained at 50 ℃,whereas the nanorods(NRs),nanoribbons(NBs),nanowires(NWs),nanosheets(NSs) and nanoparticles(NPs) were facilely generated as T_S increased.At the same time,the density and the uniformity of the nanostructures decreased.The results of X-ray diffraction(XRD) indicated that only the(3-phase polymorph formed throughout the growth process irrelevant to the T_S.Additionally,the ultraviolet visible(UV-Vis) absorption spectra demonstrated that the main absorption bands of MnPc nanostructures showed a remarkable band broadening as the T_S was increased.Lu Meng Kai Wang Yuyan Han Yi Yao Pin Gao Chao Huang Wenhua Zhang Faqiang Xu 2017Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2017,27,3:0
16Damage Mechanism of Ultra-thin Asphalt Overlay(UTAO) based on Discrete Element Method显示文摘Aiming to analyze the damage mechanism of UTAO from the perspective of meso-mechanical mechanism using discrete element method(DEM),we conducted study of diseases problems of UTAO in several provinces in China,and found that aggregate spalling was one of the main disease types of UTAO.A discrete element model of UTAO pavement structure was constructed to explore the meso-mechanical mechanism of UTAO damage under the influence of layer thickness,gradation,and bonding modulus.The experimental results show that,as the thickness of UTAO decreasing,the maximum value and the mean value of the contact force between all aggregate particles gradually increase,which leads to aggregates more prone to spalling.Compared with OGFC-5 UTAO,AC-5 UTAO presents smaller maximum and average values of all contact forces,and the loading pressure in AC-5 UTAO is fully diffused in the lateral direction.In addition,the increment of pavement modulus strengthens the overall force of aggregate particles inside UTAO,resulting in aggregate particles peeling off more easily.The increase of bonding modulus changes the position where the maximum value of the tangential force appears,whereas has no effect on the normal force.杜晓博 GAO Liang RAO Faqiang 林宏伟 ZHANG Hongchao SUN Mutian XU Xiuchen 2024Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2024,39,2:0
