| 1 | Immunohistochemical study on p53,H-rasp21,c-erbB-2 protein and PCNA expression in HCC tissues of Hart and minority ethnic patients显示文摘AIM To find out the difference of humanprimary liver carcinogenesis between Han andminority ethnic patients in Xinjiang.METHODS Expression of p53,c-erbB-2,H-rasp21 protein and proliferating cell nuclearantigen(PCNA)in tumor tissues of 50 patients(Han 38,minority 12)with primary hepaticcarcinoma was detected byimmunohistochemistry(LSAB).RESULTS The positive frequency of p53,c-erbB-2,H-rasp21 and PCNA expression was46.0%(23/50),70.0%(35/50),68.0%(34/50)and 82.0%(41/50)in tumor tissues;4.0%(2/50),22.0%(11/50),64.0%(32/50)and 52.0%(26/ 50)in peritumors respectively and asignificant difference,except for H-rasp21,ofoncogene alteration was found(P<0.05)between tumor and non-tumorous tissues.Combined the three oncogenes alteration,26%(13/50)tumor tissues had positiveimmunoreactivity,but in peritumor and normallivers it was negative.The positive rate of p53,c-erbB-2 and H-rasp21 protein expression was39.5%(15/38),60.5%(23/38)and 39.5%(15/38)in tumors of Han patients;66.7%(8/12),100%(12/12)and 75.0%(9/12)in minoritiesrespectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).CONCLUSION Overexpression of p53,c-erbB-2and H-rasp21 in human primary liver carcinoma isan important biomarker of genetic alteration.The different frequency of these oncogeneticchanges may reflect some environmental or/andethnic hereditary factors affecting the livercarcinogenesis.The special life style of Han,Uygur,Kazak and Mongolia nationalities inXinjiang may also be related to theetiopathogenesis of this disease. | Guo Yue Lin Zhao Lun Chen Cai Mo Lu Ying Li Xiao Jia Ping Rong Huang Department of Laboratory Medicine,Chinese PLA 474 Hospital,Urumqi 830011,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomic Region,China Department of Pathology,the 1st Teaching Hospital,Xinjiang Medical University,Urumqi 830054,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomic Region,China | 2000 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2000，6，2： | 40 |

| 3 | A multi-locus backbone tree for Pestalotiopsis, with a polyphasic characterization of 14 new species显示文摘Pestalotiopsis is a taxonomically confused,pathogenic and chemically creative genus requiring a critical reexamination using a multi-gene phylogeny based on ex-type and ex-epitype cultures.In this study 40 isolates of Pestalotiopsis,comprised of 28 strains collected from living and dead plant material of various host plants from China were studied by means of morphology and analysis of ITS,β–tubulin and tef1 gene sequence data.Based on molecular and morphological data we describe 14 new species(Pestalotiopsis asiatica,P.chinensis,P.chrysea,P.clavata,P.diversiseta,P.ellipsospora,P.inflexa,P.intermedia,P.linearis,P.rosea,P.saprophyta,P.umberspora,P.unicolor and P.verruculosa)and three species are epitypified(P.adusta,P.clavispora and P.foedans).Of the 10 gene regions(ACT,β-tubulin,CAL,GPDH,GS,ITS,LSU,RPB 1,SSU and tef1)utilized to resolve cryptic Pestalotiopsis species,ITS,β–tubulin and tef1 proved to be the better markers.The other gene regions were less useful due to poor success in PCR amplification and/or in their ability to resolve species boundaries.As a single gene tef1 met the requirements for an ideal candidate and functions well for species delimitation due to its better species resolution and PCR success.Althoughβ-tubulin showed fairly good differences among species,a combination of ITS,β-tubulin and tef1 gene data gave the best resolution as compared to single gene analysis.This work provides a backbone tree for 22 ex-type/epitypified species of Pestalotiopsis and can be used in future studies of the genus. | Sajeewa S.N.Maharachchikumbura Liang Dong Guo Lei Cai Ekachai Chukeatirote Wen Ping Wu Xiang Sun Pedro W.Crous D.Jayarama Bhat Eric H.C.McKenzie Ali H.Bahkali Kevin D.Hyde | 2012 | Fungal Diversity2012，，5： | 9 |
| 4 | CNP signal pathway up-regulated in rectum of depressed rats and the interventional effect of Xiaoyaosan显示文摘AIM:To investigate the distribution and expressionof C-type natriuretic peptide(CNP)/natriuretic peptide receptor B(NPR-B) in the rectum of a rodent depression model and the interventional effect of Xiaoyaosan(XYS).METHODS:Male rats(n = 45) of clean grade(200 ± 20 g) were divided into five groups after one week of adaptive feeding:primary control,depression model,low dose XYS,middle dose XYS,and high dose XYS.The animal experiment continued for 3 wk.Primary controls were fed normally ad libitum.The rats of all other groups were raised in solitary and exposed to classic chronic mild unpredictable stimulation each day.XYS groups were perfused intragastrically with low dose,middle dose,and high dose XYS one hour before stimulation.Primary control and depression model groups were perfused intragastrically with normal saline under similar conditions as the XYS groups.Three weeks later,all rats were sacrificed,and the expression levels of CNP and NPR-B in rectum tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry,real-time polymerase chain reaction,and Western blotting.RESULTS:CNP and NPR-B were both expressed in the rectum tissues of all rats.However,the expression levels of CNP and NPR-B at both gene and protein levels in the depression model group were significantly higher when compared to the primary control group(n = 9; P < 0.01).XYS intervention markedly inhibited the expression levels of CNP and NPR-B in depressed rats.The expression levels of CNP and NPR-B in the high dose XYS group did not significantly differ from the expression levels in the primary control group.Additionally,the high and middle dose XYS groups(but not the low dose group) significantly exhibited lower CNP and NPR-B expression levels in the rectum tissues of the respectively treated rats compared to the untreated depression model cohort(n = 9; P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:The CNP/NPR-B pathway is upregulated in the rectum of depressed rats and may be one mechanism for depression-associated digestive disorders.XYS antagonizes this pathway at least partially. | Ping Li Xu-Dong Tang Zheng-Xu Cai Juan-Juan Qiu Xue-Lian Lin Tong Zhu Lawrence Owusu Hui-Shu Guo | 2015 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2015，21，5： | 8 |

| 6 | Influence of(FeO+Ti O_2) abundance on the microwave thermal emissions of lunar regolith显示文摘One of the essential controls on the microwave thermal emissions(MTE) of the lunar regolith is the abundance of Fe O and TiO_2, known as the(Fe O+Ti O_2) abundance(FTA). In this paper, a radiative transfer simulation is employed first to study the change in the brightness temperature(T_B) with FTA under a range of frequencies and surface temperatures. Then, we analyze the influence of FTA on the MTE of the lunar regolith using microwave sounder(CELMS) data from the Chang'E-2 lunar orbiter, Clementine UV-VIS data, and lunar samples recovered from the Apollo and Surveyor projects. We conclude that:(1) FTA strongly influences the MTE of the lunar regolith, but it is not the decisive control, and(2) FTA decreases slightly with depth. | 7 | Synthesis, characterization, thermodynamic and kinetic investigations on uranium(Ⅵ) adsorption using organic-inorganic composites: Zirconyl-molybdopyrophosphate-tributyl phosphate显示文摘Zirconyl-molybdopyrophosphate-tributyl phosphate(ZMPP-TBP)was a novel organic-inorganic composite adsorbent prepared by co-precipitation method and used in the adsorption of uranium from aqueous solution in batch adsorption experiments.The as-obtained product was characterized using SEM,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),XRD and BET-N2adsorption measurements.The study had been conducted to investigate the effects of solution pH,temperature,contact time,initial concentration and coexisting ions.A maximum removal of 99.31%was observed for an initial concentration 5 mg/L,at pH6.0 and an adsorbent dose of 1.0 g/L.The isothermal data were fitted with both Langmuir and Freundlich equations,but the data fitted the former better than the latter.According to the evaluation using the Langmuir equation,the maximum adsorption capacity of uranium(Ⅵ)was 196.08 mg/g at 293 K and pH 6.0.The pseudo-first-order kinetic model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model were used to describe the kinetic data,and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model was better.The thermodynamic parameterΔG was calculated,the negativeΔG values of uranium(VI)at different temperature showed that the adsorption process was spontaneous.The good reusability of ZMPP-TBP also indicated that the ZMPP-TBP was a very promising adsorbent for uranium adsorption from aqueous solution. | ZHOU ShiMin CHEN BaiHua LI Yuan GUO JingWei CAI XiaoJiaoX CAI XiaoJiao QIN Zhi BAI Jing NA Ping | 2013 | Science China Chemistry2013，56，11： | 4 |

| 10 | Hot deformation characterization and processing map of Cu-10 %Fe-1.5 %Ag in situ composite显示文摘The Cu-10 %Fe-1.5 %Ag in situ composite with high strength, high conductivity and low cost was prepared, and its hot deformation behavior was investigated by isothermal compression test with true strain of 0.69, temperature range of 750-950 ℃ and strain rate of 0.002-1.000 s^(-1). The flow stress-strain response shows the characterization of dynamic recrystallization(DRX), and the peak stress increases gradually with deformation temperature decreasing and strain rate increasing. The deformation activation energy of the composite for DRX is calculated as 241.864 kJ·mol^(-1). The constitutive relation of the composite was got by Arrhenius equation. Furthermore, according to the dynamic material modeling and Kumar-Prasad's instability criteria, the processing map was constructed and the unsafe regions for hot deformation were analyzed. | 12 | Effect of diacylglycerol acyltransferase 2overexpression in 3T3-L1 is associated to an increase in mono-unsaturated fatty acid accumulation显示文摘Background:Fatty acid(FA) composition is the most important parameter affecting the flavor and nutritional value of the meat.The final and the only committed step in the biosynthesis of triglycerides is catalyzed by diacylglycerol acyltransferase 2(DGAT2).The role of DGAT2 in lipid accumulation has been demonstrated in adipocytes,However,little is known about the effect of DGAT2 on the FA composition of these cells.Methods:To investigate the role of DGAT2 in regulating lipid accumulation,FA composition and the expression of adipogenic genes,we cloned the open reading frame of the porcine DGAT2 gene and established 3T3-L1 cells that overexpressed DGAT2.Cells were then cultured in differentiation medium(DM) without FA,with a mixture of FAs(FA-DM),or containing a ^(13)C stable isotope-labeled FA mixture(IFA-DM).The FA composition of adipocytes was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-isotope ratio mass spectrometry.Quantitative PCR and western blotting were employed to detect expression of adipogenic genes in 3T3-L1 adipocytes cultured with FA-DM for 12 d.Results:The triacylglyceride(TAG) content was significantly higher in 3T3-L1 adipocytes overexpressing DGAT2 than in control cells.When cultured in DM or FA-DM for 12 d,cells overexpressing DGAT2 showed a higher proportion of unsaturated FAs(C16:1 and C18:1).However,when cells overexpressing DGAT2 were cultured with FA-DM for30 min,the FA composition was almost identical to that of controls.Further,the proportion of stable isotope-labeled FAs were similar in 3T3-L1 adipocytes overexpressing DGAT2 and control cells cultured in IFA-DM for 12 d.These results collectively indicate that the higher proportion of mono-unsaturated FAs,C16:1 and C18:1,may originate from de novo FA synthesis but not from the uptake of specific FAs from the medium.This hypothesis is further supported by evidence that both mRNA and protein expression of genes involved in FA synthesis(ACACA,FASN,SCD1,and A-FABP)were significantly higher in cells overexpressing DGAT2 than in control cells.Conclusions:In conclusion,our study revealed that TAG accumulation,the proportion of MUFAs,and the expression of adipogenic genes were higher in 3T3-L1 cells overexpressing DGAT2 than in control cells. | Zhiqi Zhang Gang Shu Xiaotong Zhu Junming Guo Han Cai Songbo Wang Lina Wang Ping Gao Qianyun Xi Yongliang Zhang Li Yuan Qingyan Jiang | 2014 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2014，5，4： | 3 |

| 15 | A Retrospective Study of Culture-confirmed Mycobacterial Infection among Hospitalized HIV-infected Patients in Beijing, China显示文摘A retrospective analysis was performed in two major HIV/AIDS referral hospitals in Beijing to evaluate the prevalence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB) and non-tuberculous mycobacterial(NTM) infections in HIV-infected patients. A total of 627 patients' data were reviewed, and 102(16.3%) patients were diagnosed with culture-confirmed mycobacterial infection, including 84 with MTB, 16 with NTM, and 2 with both MTB and NTM. The most frequent clinical complication by mycobacterial infection was pulmonary infection(48/102, 47.1%). The overall rates of multidrug-resistant TB(MDR-TB) and extensively drug-resistant TB(XDR-TB) were 11.9% and 3.4%, respectively.
