| 1 | Hydrate agglomeration modeling and pipeline hydrate slurry flow behavior simulation显示文摘Dynamic modeling and numerical simulation of hydrate slurry flow behavior are of great importance to offshore hydrate management.For this purpose, a dynamic model of hydrate agglomeration was proposed in this paper.Based on population balance equation, the frame of the dynamic model was established first, which took both hydrate agglomeration and hydrate breakage into consideration.Then, the calculating methods of four key parameters involved in the dynamic model were given according to hydrate agglomeration dynamics.The four key parameters are collision frequency, agglomeration efficiency, breakage frequency and the size distribution of sub particles resulting from particle breakage.After the whole dynamic model was built, it was combined with several traditional solid–liquid flow models and then together solved by the CFD software FLUENT 14.5.Finally, using this method, the influences of flow rate and hydrate volume fraction on hydrate particle size distribution, hydrate volume concentration distribution and pipeline pressure drop were simulated and analyzed. | Guangchun Song Yuxing Li Wuchang Wang Kai Jiang Zhengzhuo Shi Shupeng Yao | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,1: | 6 |

| 7 | Investigation on hydrate growth at the oil–water interface:In the presence of asphaltene显示文摘Natural gas hydrates can readily form in deep-water oil production processes and pose a great threat to the oil industry.Moreover,the coexistence of hydrate and asphaltene can result in more severe challenges to subsea flow assurance.In order to study the effects of asphaltene on hydrate growth at the oil-water interface,a series of micro-experiments were conducted in a self-made reactor,where hydrates nucleated and grew on the surface of a water droplet immersed in asphaltene-containing oil.Based on the micro-observations,the shape and growth rate of the hydrate shell formed at the oil-water interface were mainly investigated and the effects of asphaltene on hydrate growth were analyzed.According to the experimental results,the shape of the water droplet and the interfacial area changed significantly after the formation of the hydrate shell when the asphaltene concentration was higher than a certain value.A mechanism related to the reduction of the interfacial tension caused by the absorption of asphaltenes on the interface was proposed for illustration.Moreover,the growth rate of the hydrate shell decreased significantly with the increasing asphaltene concentration under experimental conditions.The conclusions of this paper could provide preliminary insight how asphaltene affect hydrate growth at the oil-water interface. | Guangchun Song Yuanxing Ning Yuxing Li Wuchang Wang | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,5: | 1 |
| 8 | Migration to gliomas of bone mesenchymal stem cells transfected with cytosine deaminase gene following transplantation in vivo显示文摘This experiment sought to observe the migration and distribution of bone mesenchymal stem cells transfected with the cytosine deaminase gene (BMSCs-CD/eGFP) after transplantation in vivo through three pathways. In addition, we examined the tropism of these cells to glioma. Intracranial C6 glioma models were established in Sprague-Dawley rats using an intracranial stereotactic inoculation method. When tumors were 7 days old, rats were inoculated with 1×106 BMSCs-CD/eGFP cells via the tumor-bearing internal carotid artery, the contralateral hemisphere and the tumor-bearing glioma. Fluorescence microscopy revealed that BMSCs-CD/eGFP exhibited a strong capacity for migration to tumors. BMSCs-CD/eGFP transplanted via the tumor-bearing internal carotid artery were observed to distribute in glioma tissues. BMSCs-CD/eGFP inoculated via the ipsilateral glioma mainly located within and at the edge of glioma tissues. | 10 | Single-Atom Ce-N_(4)-C-(OH)_(2)Nanozyme-Catalyzed Cascade Reaction to Alleviate Hyperglycemia显示文摘The enzyme-mimicking catalytic activity of single-atom nanozymes has been widely used in tumor treatment.However,research on alleviating metabolic diseases,such as hyperglycemia,has not been reported.Herein,we found that the single-atom Ce-N_(4)-C-(OH)_(2)(SACe-N_(4)-C-(OH)_(2))nanozyme promoted glucose absorption in lysosomes,resulting in increased reactive oxygen species production in HepG2 cells.Furthermore,the SACe-N_(4)-C-(OH)_(2)nanozyme initiated a cascade reaction involving superoxide dismutase-,oxidase-,catalase-,and peroxidase-like activity to overcome the limitations associated with the substrate and produce•OH,thus improving glucose intolerance and insulin resistance by increasing the phosphorylation of protein kinase B and glycogen synthase kinase 3β,and the expression of glycogen synthase,promoting glycogen synthesis to improve glucose intolerance and insulin resistance in high-fat diet-induced hyperglycemic mice.Altogether,these results demonstrated that the novel nanozyme SACeN_(4)-C-(OH)_(2)alleviated the effects of hyperglycemia without evident toxicity,demonstrating its excellent clinical application potential. | Guangchun Song Jia Xu Hong Zhong Qi Zhang Xin Wang Yitong Lin Scott PBeckman Yunbo Luo Xiaoyun He Jin-Cheng Li Kunlun Huang Nan Cheng | 2023 | Research2023,,4: | 0 |

| 12 | Towards Personalized Intervention for Alzheimer's Disease显示文摘Alzheimer's disease(AD) remains to be a grand challenge for the international community despite over a century of exploration. A key factor likely accounting for such a situation is the vast heterogeneity in the disease etiology, which involves very complex and divergent pathways.Therefore, intervention strategies shall be tailored for subgroups of AD patients. Both demographic and in-depth information is needed for patient stratification. The demographic information includes primarily APOE genotype, age, gender, education, environmental exposure, life style, and medical history, whereas in-depth information stems from genome sequencing, brain imaging, peripheral biomarkers, and even functional assays on neurons derived from patient-specific induced pluripotent cells(i PSCs).
