| 1 | Temporal and spatial variations of the active layer along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway in a permafrost region显示文摘Using monitored active layer thickness(ALT) and environmental variables of 10 observation fields along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway in permafrost region of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau(QTP),a model for ALT estimation was developed.The temporal and spatial characteristics of the ALT were also analyzed.The results showed that in the past 30 years ALT in the study region increased at a rate of 1.33 cm a-1.Temperatures at the upper limit of permafrost and at 50 cm depth,along with soil cumulative temperature at 5 cm depth also exhibited a rising trend.Soil heat flux increased at a rate of 0.1 Wm-2 a-1.All the above changes demonstrated that the degradation of permafrost happened in the study region on the QTP.The initial thawing date of active layer was advanced,while the initial freezing date was delayed.The number of thawing days increased to a rate of 1.18 da-1.The variations of active layer were closely related to the permafrost type,altitude,underlying surface type and soil composition.The variations were more evident in cold permafrost region than in warm permafrost region,in high-altitude region than in low-altitude region,in alpine meadow region than in alpine steppe region;and in fine-grained soil region than in coarse-grained soil region. | LI Ren ZHAO Lin DING YongJian WU TongHua XIAO Yao DU ErJi LIU GuangYue QIAO YongPing | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,35: | 51 |
| 2 | A CuNi/C Nanosheet Array Based on a Metal–Organic Framework Derivate as a Supersensitive Non-Enzymatic Glucose Sensor显示文摘Bimetal catalysts are good alternatives for nonenzymatic glucose sensors owing to their low cost, high activity, good conductivity, and ease of fabrication. In the present study, a self-supported CuNi/C electrode prepared by electrodepositing Cu nanoparticles on a Ni-based metal–organic framework(MOF) derivate was used as a non-enzymatic glucose sensor. The porous construction and carbon scaffold inherited from the Ni-MOF guarantee good kinetics of the electrode process in electrochemical glucose detection. Furthermore, Cu nanoparticles disturb the array structure of MOF derived films and evidently enhance their electrochemical performances in glucose detection. Electrochemical measurements indicate that the CuNi/C electrode possesses a high sensitivity of17.12 mA mM^(-1) cm^(-2), a low detection limit of 66.67 nM,and a wider linearity range from 0.20 to 2.72 mM. Additionally, the electrode exhibits good reusability, reproducibility, and stability, thereby catering to the practical use of glucose sensors. | 3 | The influence of ^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography on the N-and M-staging and subsequent clinical management of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma显示文摘Background:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is a highly metastatic cancer.^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography(^(18)F-FDG PET/CT)enables sensitive tumor and metastasis detection.Our aim is to evaluate the influence of pre-treatment PET/CT on the N-and M-staging and subsequent clinical management in ICC patients.Methods:Between August 2010 and August 2018,660 consecutive ICC patients,without prior anti-tumor treatments nor other malignancies,were enrolled.The diagnostic performance of PET/CT on the N-and M-staging was compared with conventional imaging,and the preoperative staging accuracy and treatment re-allocation by PET/CT were retrospectively calculated.Survival difference was compared between patients receiving PET/CT or not after propensity score matching.Results:Patients were divided into group A(n=291)and group B(n=369)according to whether PET/CT was performed.Among 291 patients with both PET/CT and conventional imaging for staging in group A,PET/CT showed significantly higher sensitivity(83.0%vs.70.5%,P=0.001),specificity(88.3%vs.74.9%,P<0.001)and accuracy(86.3%vs.73.2%,P<0.001)than conventional imaging in diagnosing regional lymph node metastasis,as well as higher sensitivity(87.8%vs.67.6%,P<0.001)and accuracy(93.5%vs.89.3%,P=0.023)in diagnosing distant metastasis.Overall,PET/CT improved the accuracy of preoperative staging from 60.1%to 71.8%(P<0.001),and modified clinical treatment strategy in 5.8%(17/291)of ICC patients,with unique roles in different tumor-node-metastasis(TNM)stages.High tumor-to-non-tumor ratio(TNR)predicted poor overall survival[hazard ratio(HR)=2.17;95%confidence interval(CI):1.49-3.15;P<0.001].Furthermore,patients performing PET/CT had longer overall survival compared with those without PET/CT(HR=0.74;95%CI:0.58-0.93;P=0.011)after propensity score matching.Conclusions:PET/CT was valuable for diagnosing regional lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis in ICC patients,and facilitated accurate tumor staging and optimal treatment allocation. | Youpei Lin Huanhuan Chong Guohe Song Chenhao Zhang Liangqing Dong Ling Aye Fei Liang Shuaixi Yang Mengsu Zeng Guangyu Ding Shu Zhang Jieyi Shi Aiwu Ke Xiaoying Wang Jian Zhou Jia Fan Qiang Gao | 2022 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2022,11,5: | 3 |

| 10 | Change in Surface Microstructure and Properties of PTFE after Solar Radiation and its Mechanism显示文摘A series of solar radiation tests for the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) bulk and film samples were carried out using Q-SUN XE-3-HSC type Solar Radiation Simulator, with the test parameters as follows: radiation intensity is 1 120 W/m^2, temperature is 55 ℃ and humidity is 70% RH. Surface morphology, composition and microstructure of the PTFE samples before and after radiation tests were characterized contrastively. Effect of solar radiation on the tribology and wetting properties of PTFE were also studied by tribometer and contact angle tester, respectively. The results show that, for radiated PTFE, surface roughness, the relative content of C element, the friction coefficients and the contact angle with water increased in varying degrees. | 11 | The sulfolane-based liquid electrolyte with LiClO_(4)additive for the wide-temperature operating high nickel ternary cathode显示文摘An adequate wide temperature electrolyte for high nickel ternary cathode is urgent to further develop high energy density batteries.Herein,a comprehensive double-salt local high-concentration sulfolane-based electrolyte(DLi)is proposed with specific sheath structure to build stable interface on the LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1O2)(NCM811)cathode at wide operating temperature between−60 and 55℃.Lithium perchlorate(LiClO_(4))in combination with high concentration lithium bis-(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI)strengthens the internal interaction between anion and cation in the solvation structure,increasing Li+transference number of the electrolyte to 0.61.Moreover,the structure and component characteristics of the passive interface layer on NCM811 are modulated,decreasing desolvation energy of Li+ions,benefiting Li+transport dynamics especially at low temperature,and also ensuring the interfacial stability at a wide operating temperature range.As a result,the cathode with DLi exhibits excellent high-temperature storage performance and high capacity retention of 80.5%in 100 cycles at 55℃.Meanwhile,the Li||NCM811 cells can deliver high discharge capacity of 160.1,136.1,and 110.3 mAh·g^(−1)under current density of 0.1 C at−20,−40,and−60℃,maintaining 84.5%,71.8%,and 58.2%of the discharge capacity at 30℃,respectively.Moreover,it enables NCM811 cathode to achieve a reversible capacity of 142.8 mAh·g^(−1)in 200 cycles at−20℃and 0.2 C.Our studies shed light on the molecular strategy of wide operational temperature electrolyte for high nickel ternary cathode. | Yixin Zhu Shuang He Jiayi Ding Guangyu Zhao Fang Lian | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,3: | 0 |

| 13 | Smart light-responsive hierarchical metal organic frameworks constructed mixed matrix membranes for efficient gas separation显示文摘One type of new light-responsive hierarchical metal organic framework(MOF) has been successfully prepared using Co(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O as the metal salt and 4,4’-azobenzenedicarboxylic acid as the ligand by microwave method for the first time. It is found that MOF [Co(Az DC)] exhibits a light-responsive characteristic to SO_(2)adsorption due to the presence of azo group from the ligand. The light-responsive hierarchical MOFs are incorporated into Matrimid■ 5218(PI) matrix to prepare mixed matrix membranes(MMMs) for gas separation application. The morphology, crystallinity, chain mobility and thermal stability of MMMs are explored. Results show that Co(Az DC) may elevate both the CO_(2)(SO_(2)) permeability and CO_(2)(SO_(2))/N_(2)selectivity of the MMMs. In particular,the Co(Az DC) doped MMMs exhibit the significantly improved CO_(2)(SO_(2))/N_(2)selectivity from 33(123) for PI control membrane to 78(420) for MMMs, overcoming the 2008 Robeson upper bound for CO_(2)/N_(2)system. Sizesieving effect of Co(Az DC) with pore size 0.35 nm enhances the selectivity, while the –N=N– group from Co(Az DC) shows affinity to CO_(2)molecular rather than N_(2), also elevating selectivity of MMMs. In brief, enhanced selectivity of high-performance membrane is attributed to incorporation of Co(Az DC) particles, which displays synergistic effects both in size-sieving and CO_(2)-philic interaction for CO_(2)/N_(2)separation. Smart highly selective interface is constructed in MMMs by switching the configuration of MOFs from cis to trans. | 14 | Monitoring of Avian Influenza Virus and Newcastle Disease Virus in Suichuan Region of Jiangxi Province显示文摘[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of Avian influenza virus( AIV) and Newcastle disease virus( NDV)of wild Ardeid birds in Suichuan region of Jiangxi Province. [Method] A total of 110 nasopharyngeal swabs and 110 cloacal swabs of Ardeid birds were collected from Suichuan region of Jiangxi Province in October of 2014. The swabs were conducted the virus isolation using SPF chicken embryos,suspected positive samples were screened by hemagglutination( HA) test and identified by Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction( RT-PCR). [Results] HA titre of all 110 test samples was 0 except four samples. Detection on AIV and NDV of the test samples by RT-PCR showed that all the samples were negative,which indicated that the infection risk of avian influenza( AI) and newcastle disease( ND) of Ardeid birds in Suichuan region in Jiangxi Province in the summer of 2014 was low. | 16 | An improved constant volume cycle model for performance analysis and shape design of PDRE nozzle显示文摘An improved constant volume cycle(CVC) model is developed to analyze the nozzle effects on the thrust and specific impulse of pulse detonation rocket engine(PDRE).Theoretically, this model shows that the thrust coefficient/specific impulse of PDRE is a function of the nozzle contraction/expansion ratio and the operating frequency. The relationship between the nozzle contraction ratio and the operation frequency is obtained by introducing the duty ratio, by which the key problem in the theoretical design can be solved. Therefore, the performance of PDRE can be accessed to guide the preliminary shape design of nozzle conveniently and quickly. The higher the operating frequency of PDRE is, the smaller the nozzle contraction ratio should be. Besides, the lower the ambient pressure is, the larger the expansion ratio of the nozzle should be. When the ambient pressure is 1.013 × 105 Pa, the optimal expansion ratio will be less than 2.26.When the ambient pressure is reduced to vacuum, the extremum of the optimal thrust coefficient is 2.236 9, and the extremum of the specific impulse is 321.01 s.
