| 1 | A Review on Graphene-Based Gas/Vapor Sensors with Unique Properties and Potential Applications显示文摘Graphene-based gas/vapor sensors have attracted much attention in recent years due to their variety of structures, unique sensing performances, room-temperature working conditions, and tremendous application prospects, etc.Herein, we summarize recent advantages in graphene preparation, sensor construction, and sensing properties of various graphene-based gas/vapor sensors, such as NH_3, NO_2, H_2, CO, SO_2, H_2S, as well as vapor of volatile organic compounds.The detection mechanisms pertaining to various gases are also discussed. In conclusion part, some existing problems which may hinder the sensor applications are presented. | 5 | Virus-inspired surface-nanoengineered antimicrobial liposome:A potential system to simultaneously achieve high activity and selectivity显示文摘Enveloped viruses such as SARS-CoV-2 frequently have a highly infectious nature and are considered effective natural delivery systems exhibiting high efficiency and specificity.Since simultaneously enhancing the activity and selectivity of lipopeptides is a seemingly unsolvable problem for conventional chemistry and pharmaceutical approaches,we present a biomimetic strategy to construct lipopeptide-based mimics of viral architectures and infections to enhance their antimicrobial efficacy while avoiding side effects.Herein,a surface-nanoengineered antimicrobial liposome(SNAL)is developed with the morphological features of enveloped viruses,including a moderate size range,lipid-based membrane structure,and highly lipopeptide-enriched bilayer surface.The SNAL possesses virus-like infection to bacterial cells,which can mediate high-efficiency and high-selectivity bacteria binding,rapidly attack and invade bacteria via plasma membrane fusion pathway,and induce a local“burst”release of lipopeptide to produce irreversible damage of cell membrane.Remarkably,viral mimics are effective against multiple pathogens with low minimum inhibitory concentrations(1.6-6.3μg mL1),high bactericidal efficiency of>99%within 2 h,>10-fold enhanced selectivity over free lipopeptide,99.8%reduction in skin MRSA load after a single treatment,and negligible toxicity.This bioinspired design has significant potential to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of lipopeptides and may create new opportunities for designing next-generation antimicrobials. | Yin Shi Xiaoqian Feng Liming Lin Jing Wang Jiaying Chi Biyuan Wu Guilin Zhou Feiyuan Yu Qian Xu Daojun Liu Guilan Quan Chao Lu Xin Pan Jianfeng Cai Chuanbin Wu | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,10: | 1 |

| 11 | The General Situation of Malaria Imported into China显示文摘Form 1980 to 1994, the number of infection of malaria imported into China was 2,603 among the personnel who had gone abroad and the infection rate was 8.38 per cent. The number of people died from malaria was 41 and the case fatality rate was 1.58 per cent. The army men and traffic engineering personnel were the people who had the highest infection rate,which were 78. 57 per cent and 54.97 per cent. Civil builders and agrotechnical personnel came to the second,whose infection rate were 37.15 per cent and 35.94 per cent. The constituent ratios transmitted were 97.69 per cent from Africa,2. 19 per cent from Asia,however only 0. 12 per cent from America and Europe. The malaria imported by the incoming foreign people bad been found in 148 cases,and the pernicious malarial cases were 71.62 per cent. These malarial cases,and the pernicious malarial cases were 71.62 per cent. These malarial cases were transmitted from 15 Asian and African countries. Now we would like to make a synthetically analysis on the situation of malaria death cases in this essay, and we have made a comparison between the malaria IFAT(Indiredt Fluorescence Antibody Test)and the smear of the malarial diagnosis, which can show that Ⅰ-FAT takes an important part in avoiding misjudging of malarial diagnosis. | 12 | Suppression of grazing-induced instability in single degree-of-freedom impact oscillators显示文摘As a typical non-smooth bifurcation, grazing bifurcation can induce instability of elementary near-grazing impact periodic motion in impact oscillators. In this paper,the stability for near-grazing period-one impact motion to suppress grazing-induced instabilities is analyzed, based on which, a control strategy is proposed. The commonly-used leading order zero time discontinuity mapping is extended to a higher order one to aid the perturbation analysis of the characteristic equation. It is shown that the degenerate grazing bifurcation can eliminate the singular term in the characteristic equation, leading to bounded eigenvalues. Based on such a precondition, the bounded eigenvalues are further restricted inside the unit circle, and a continuous transition between non-impact and controlled impact motion is observed. For this reason, we have made an analysis for disorders of the tourists to Guilin. The detectable rate of disaese among the international tourists is 43. 38 per 100,000 from 1981 to 1992 in Guilin Airport. The disease incidence is 316. 72per 100,000 from 1989 to 1991. According to the materals we have mastered so far, all kinds of communicable disorders transmitted into Guilin have reached 4,034 cases. The mortality rate of international tourists is 1.12 per 100,000 from 1981 to 1994. The most dangerous age period is from 60 to 69. The mortality rate of cardiovascular disease amounts to 91.84 per cent among the disease varieties of death. The aged tourists suffering from cardiovascular disease are in high-degree danger in traveling.
