| 1 | Modeling and simulation of non-linear dynamic process of the induction motor system with fluctuating potential loads显示文摘The induction motor system with fluctuating potential loads is a non-linear complex electro-mechanical system.With beam pumping motors as an example,this paper proposes a multiple factor non-linear mathematical model to study the operating performance of the induction motor system.This model consists of non-linear time varying electromagnetic field equations,mechanical wave equations of sucker rods and non-linear coupling equation of reducer and four-bar linkage.The equations are numerically solved by combining time-step finite element method(TS-FEM),finite difference method(FDM),a linear dimension reduction method and the Newton-Raphson method.Simulation results,which are validated by experiments,reveal the influence of the fluctuating potential load on magnetic field distributions,stator and rotor currents,the input power and the power factor.The model and simulation results provide theoretical and technical supports for subsequent researches on model simplification and energy saving technologies. | LUO Wei WANG Bo ZHAO HaiSen LUO YingLi | 2014 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,9: | 13 |

| 3 | Time-stepping finite element analysis on the influence of skewed rotors and different skew angles on the losses of squirrel cage asynchronous motors显示文摘To study the influence of skewed rotors and different skew angles on the losses of squirrel cage asynchronous motors,a 5.5-kW motor was taken as an example and the multi-sliced field-circuit coupled time stepping finite element method(T-S FEM)was used to analyze the axially non-uniform fundamental and harmonic field distribution characteristics at typical locations in the stator and rotor cores.The major conclusions are:firstly the skewed rotor exhibits a decrease in the harmonic copper losses caused by slot harmonic currents in the stator winding and rotor bars.Secondly,the skewed rotor shifts the non-uniform distribution of field in the axial direction,which leads to more severe saturation and an increase in iron losses.The heavier the load,the more pronounced the increase in iron losses.Furthermore,the influences of different skew angles on motor losses are studied systematically,with skew angles from 0.5 to 1.5 stator tooth pitch.It is found that the lowest total loss occurs at 0.8 stator tooth pitch,and the slot harmonics can be decreased effectively. | ZHAO HaiSen LIU XiaoFang LUO YingLi CHEN WeiHua Peter BALDASSARI | 2011 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,9: | 4 |
| 4 | Some results on pointwise second-order necessary conditions for stochastic optimal controls显示文摘The purpose of this paper is to derive some pointwise second-order necessary conditions for stochastic optimal controls in the general case that the control variable enters into both the drift and the diffusion terms.When the control region is convex, a pointwise second-order necessary condition for stochastic singular optimal controls in the classical sense is established; while when the control region is allowed to be nonconvex, we obtain a pointwise second-order necessary condition for stochastic singular optimal controls in the sense of Pontryagin-type maximum principle. | 5 | LncRNA H19 inhibits oxidative stress injury of cochlear hair cells by regulating miR-653-5p/SIRT1 axis显示文摘Oxidative stress is one of the important mechanisms of inner ear cell damage,which can lead to age-related hearing loss(ARHL).LncRNA H19 is significantly downregulated in the cochlea of old mouse,however,the role of H19 in the development of ARHL remains unclear.In this study,we aim to investigate the expression and function of H19 in oxidative stress injury of cochlear hair cells induced by H_(2)O_(2).RT-qPCR and western blot analysis confirms that HEI-OC1 cells stimulated with H_(2)O_(2) decreases the expressions of H19 and SIRT1,but increases the expression of miR-653-5p.Overexpression of H19 could increase cell viability,ATP level and mitochondrial membrane potential,but reduce mitochondrial ROS generation and cell apoptosis ratio in H2O2-stimulated HEI-OC1 cells.MiR-653-5p is a target of H19,which can bind to the 3'-UTR of SIRT1.H19 is found to regulate the expression of SIRT1 through miR-653-5p.Further experiments demonstrates that H19 regulates HEI-OC1 cell viability,ATP level,mitochondrial membrane potential,mitochondrial ROS generation,and cell apoptosis ratio via the miR-653-5p/SIRT1 axis.In conclusion,lncRNA H19 inhibits oxidative stress injury of cochlear hair cells via the miR-653-5p/SIRT1 axis. | Wen Xie Ting Shu Haisen Peng Jiali Liu Chunhua Li Meiqun Wang Ping Wu Yuehui Liu | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,3: | 2 |

| 18 | Effects of Grape Balanced Nutrition Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Wine Grapes显示文摘In this study,the wine grapes balanced nutrient fertilizer(BNF)was designed according to the wine grape nutritional requirements in different growth stages,and objected to reduce fertilizer application rate of wine grape cultivation,improve fertilizer utilization rate,achieve stable yield and improve the quality of wine grapes.The experiment was carried out at the Great Wall Sanggan Winery,and the Aristocratic Winery.The experiment was designed with two treatments:Namely BNF treatment,and the traditional fertilization(CK).We investigated the effects of BNF on the quality of wine grapes by examining the plant traits of wine grapes in different experimental areas during the growing season,the fruit traits at maturity,and determined the contents of VC,organic acids,amino acids,flavonoids,soluble total sugars,soluble solids,tannins,total phenols and catechins.The results show that:①The application of grape BNF greatly reduced the application amount of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,while the vine had no fertilizer deficiency phenomenon;②It increased the single fruit weight,the ear weight and yield to varying degrees,and the yield increase range was between 12% and 41%;③The wine grapes with BNF had the following characteristics:tight infructescence,even color,small fruit less,no fruit dropped,strong fruit colloid feeling,better aroma and taste;④It greatly improved the quality of wine grapes,and increased the content of soluble solids,soluble total sugar,organic acids,VC,total phenols,flavonoids,amino acids and tannins in fruits;⑤It greatly increased the total catechin content of'Riesling'and'Syrah',and had no significant effects on the catechin content of'Merlot'and'Cabernet Sauvignon'.In summary,the application of grape BNF has certain practical significance for guiding the production of local wine grapes,ensuring the yield while improving the quality,increasing the income and reducing the environmental pollution caused by excessive fertilization. | Jianhua LUO Haisen YU Lin SHI Xin KE Yu WANG Jixian DONG Zhigang GUO Donglian LI Pengzhao GAO | 2020 | Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,4: | 1 |

| 20 | Analysis and implementation of cross sync period underwater acoustical positioning techniques for underwater targets显示文摘The sampling rate of an underwater acoustical synchronous positioning system for the track of an underwater target will be decreasing during the process of positioning while the target moves away, resulting in the reduction of raw data and insufficient use of the processing ability of the positioning system. For a long time, this problem has remained unsolved, and it is even pushed forward recently because of the rapid development of modern electronic tech- niques. Based on the thorough study and investigation of the problem, we developed a new synchronous positioning technique called 'Cross Sync Period' underwater acoustical positioning. It can increase the sampling rate of an underwater acoustical positioning system for the track of an underwater target at long range significantly Besides, a new algorithm specially designed for the detection of the propagation time delay of the positioning signals called 'Mod-ulo Algorithm' was also developed, which makes the implementation of the 'cross sync period'underwater acoustical positioning technique easier and more efficient. These techniques have been successfully applied in a real positioning system. The system can position 5 underwater targets at the maximum range of 6 km simultaneously without any ambiguity of target distances with the working period of 0.4 s.
