1Travel Behaviours of Sharing Bicycles in the Central Urban Area Based on Geographically Weighted Regression: The Case of Guangzhou, China显示文摘Mobile information and communication technologies(MICTs) have fully penetrated everyday life in smart societies;this has greatly compressed time, space, and distance, and consequently, reshaped residents’ travel behaviour patterns. As a new mode of shared mobility, the sharing bicycle offers a variety of options for the daily travel of urban residents. Extant studies have mainly examined the travel characteristics and influencing factors of public bicycles with piles, while the travel patterns for sharing bicycles and their driving mechanisms have been largely ignored. Using one week’s travel data for Mobike, this study investigated the spatial and temporal distribution patterns of sharing bicycle travel behaviours in the central urban area of Guangzhou, China;furthermore, it identified the influences of built environment density factors on sharing bicycle travel behaviours based on the geographically weighted regression method. Obvious morning and evening peaks were observed in the sharing bicycle travel patterns for both weekdays and weekends. The old urban area, which had a high degree of mixed function, dense road networks, and cycling-friendly built environments, was the main travel area that attracted sharing bicycles on both weekdays and weekends. Furthermore, factors including the point of interest(POI) for the density of public transport stations, the functional mixing degree, and the density of residential POIs significantly affected residents’ travel behaviours. 2Using image processing technology to create a novel fry counting algorithm显示文摘Quantitative counting of fry is required for multiple reasons,including breeding,transportation,and sales and creating a fish-counting algorithm using image processing technology is proposed as a useful method.The images for fish fry were preprocessed to extract the details of the target fish,using methods including binarization,dilation,and erosion.The thinning and the connected area algorithms were then independently adopted to count the fish fry within the image.The advantages and the disadvantages of the two algorithms under different densities were also compared,revealing that the fish fry pictures with a clear contrast between the foreground and background resulted in a higher accuracy.The main purpose of this research is to solve the problem of fry counting in the case of high density and high overlap.This research provides a reference point for this method based on image technology.Jianfei Zhang Haitong Pang Weiming Cai Zhonghong Yan 2022Aquaculture and Fisheries2022,7,4:2

4Naoxintong capsules(脑心通胶囊)modulates tumor necrosis factor-α-induced endothelial senescence through silent information regulator 1 signaling显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effects of Naoxintong capsules(脑心通胶囊,NXT)on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)-induced senescence inendothelial cells and its mechanism.METHODS:Human umbilical vascular endothelial cells(HUVECs)were treated with TNF-α±NXT and assessed for silent information regulator 1(SIRT1)expression and signaling.Cells were stained with beta-galactosidase to assess the levels of cellular senescence.SIRT1 was silenced through siRNA transfection.RESULTS:TNF-αtreatment led to the downregulation of SIRT1,resulting in forkhead box O1(FoxO-1)acetylation,p53 acetylation and enhanced p21 expression.Following TNF-αtreatment,higher SAβ-Gal activity improved.TNF-αenhanced the migration of HUVECs and increased SIRT1 expression,both of which were attenuated by NXT treatment.The downstream targets of SIRT1 including FoxO-1/p53/p21 were also modulated,and HUVECs were protected from TNF-α-induced senescence.In contrast,the NXT-mediated protection was prevented by SIRT1 silencing.CONCLUSIONS:These findings suggest that sustained endothelial senescence can be induced by TNF-αstimulation via the SIRT1/FoxO-1/p53/p21 pathway.The protection of NXT against TNF-αwas partially mediated through its effects on SIRT1.This highlights the promise of NXT as a therapeutic for atherosclerosis.GUO Qianyun ZHANG Bin ZHANG Haitong ZHANG Erli WU Yongjian 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,2:1

8Excess mortality associated with high ozone exposure:A national cohort study in China显示文摘Emerging epidemiological studies suggest that long-term ozone(O_(3))exposure may increase the risk of mortality,while pre-existing evidence is mixed and has been generated predominantly in North America and Europe.In this study,we investigated the impact of long-term O_(3)exposure on all-cause mortality in a national cohort in China.A dynamic cohort of 20882 participants aged40 years was recruited between 2011 and 2018 from four waves of the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study.A Cox proportional hazard regression model with time-varying exposures on an annual scale was used to estimate the mortality risk associated with warm-season(Aprile September)O_(3)exposure.The annual average level of participant exposure to warm-season O_(3)concentrations was 100 mg m^(-3)(range:61 e142 mg m^(-3)).An increase of 10 mg m^(-3)in O_(3)was associated with a hazard ratio(HR)of 1.18(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.13e1.23)for all-cause mortality.Compared with the first exposure quartile of O_(3),HRs of mortality associated with the second,third,and highest exposure quartiles were 1.09(95%CI:0.95e1.25),1.02(95%CI:0.88e1.19),and 1.56(95%CI:1.34e1.82),respectively.A J-shaped concentration eresponse associationwas observed,revealing a non-significant increase in risk below a concentration of approximately 110 mg m^(-3).Low-temperature-exposure residents had a higher risk of mortality associated with long-term O_(3)exposure.This study expands current epidemiological evidence from China and reveals that high-concentration O_(3)exposure curtails the long-term survival of middle-aged and older adults.Yang Yuan Kai Wang Haitong Zhe Sun Yu Zhan Zhiming Yang Kejia Hu Yunquan Zhang 2023Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2023,,3:0
9Anatomical morphology of the aortic valve in Chinese aortic stenosis patients and clinical results after downsize strategy of transcatheter aortic valve replacement显示文摘Background:The study aimed to describe the aortic valve morphology in Chinese patients underwent transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)for symptomatic severe aortic stenosis(AS),and the impact of sizing strategies and related procedural outcomes.Methods:Patients with severe AS who underwent TAVR were consecutively enrolled from 2012 to 2019.The anatomy and morphology of the aortic root were assessed.'Downsize'strategy was preformed when patients had complex morphology.The clinical outcomes of patients who performed downsize strategy were compared with those received annular sizing strategy.The primary outcome was device success rate,and secondary outcomes included Valve Academic Research Consortium-3 clinical outcomes variables based on 1-year follow-up.Results:A total of 293 patients were enrolled.Among them,95 patients(32.4%)had bicuspid aortic valve.The calcium volume(Hounsfield Unit-850)of aortic root was 449.90(243.15-782.15)mm3.Calcium is distributed mostly on the leaflet level.Downsize strategy was performed in 204 patients(69.6%).Compared with the patients who performed annular sizing strategy,those received downsize strategy achieved a similar device success rate(82.0%[73]vs.83.3%[170],P=0.79).Aortic valve gradients(downsize strategy group vs.annular sizing group,11.28 mmHg vs.11.88 mmHg,P=0.64)and percentages of patients with moderate or severe paravalvular regurgitation 2.0%(4/204)vs.4.5%(4/89),P=0.21were similar in the two groups at 30 days after TAVR.These echocardiographic results were sustainable for one year.Conclusions:Chinese TAVR patients have more prevalent bicuspid morphology and large calcium volume of aortic root.Calcium is distributed mostly on the leaflet level.Compare with annular sizing strategy,downsize strategy provided a non-inferior device success rate and transcatheter heart valve hemodynamic performance in self-expanding TAVR procedure.Guannan Niu Walid Ben Ali Moyang Wang Hasan Jilaihawi Haitong Zhang Qian Zhang Yunqing Ye Xinmin Liu Jing Yao Qinghao Zhao Yubin Wang Zheng Zhou Lizhi Zhang Xinshuang Ren Yunqiang An Bin Lu Thomas Modine Yongjian Wu Guangyuan Song 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,24:0
10Simulation and analysis of the pneumatic recovery for side-cutting loss of combine harvesters with CFD-DEM coupling approach显示文摘A novel pneumatic recovery method was proposed to curb the problem of high losses caused by side-cutting in a rapeseed combine harvester header.The influence of recovery method and material status changes on the recovery effect was studied via the CFD-DEM(computational fluid dynamic-discrete element method)coupling simulation.The effect of airflow action on the recovery effect was compared and analyzed,and the composite pneumatic recovery method was determined.In addition,the influence of material status changes and material feeding rate on the recovery effect was explored,and the critical condition of material blockage in the recovery device was configured.As such,the relationship model between air velocity and recovery rate was constructed and the air distribution ratio of the flow field in the device under this condition was optimized,had verified the rationality of this pneumatic recovery method was verified by a series of field tests.The average rapeseed recovery rate of 92.95%was achieved with the application of the recovery device,and the total loss rate of the header reduced by 52.26%,which is of great significance in reducing the total loss rate of the combine harvesters and improving the operation performance of machinery.The research results can provide a reference for the design of the header structure of a rape combine harvester.Tao Jiang Min Zhang Zhuohuai Guan Senlin Mu Chongyou Wu Gang Wang Haitong Li 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,2:0
