| 2 | Petrogenesis and tectonic implications of Late-Triassic high εNd(t)-εHf(t) granites in the Ailaoshan tectonic zone(SW China)显示文摘High εNd(t)-εHf(t) granites are robust evidence for crustal growth. In this paper we report results of petrologic, geochronological and geochemical investigations on the Huashiban granites from the Ailaoshan tectonic zone in western Yunnan(SW China). Zircon grains separated from the two samples(10HH-119 A and 10HH-120A) yield the weighted mean 206Pb/238 U ages of 229.9 ± 2.0 Ma and 229.3 ± 2.3 Ma, respectively, interpreted as the crystallization ages of the granites. Based on our results, in combination with the existing U-Pb geochronological data for the Ailaoshan metamorphic rocks, we propose that the Ailaoshan Group might be a rock complex composed of the Mesoproterozoic, Neoproterozoic, Hercynian, Indosinian and Himalayan components, rather than a part of the crystalline basement of the Yangtze block. The zircon grains show highly depleted Lu-Hf isotope compositions, with positive εHf(t) values ranging from 8.4 to 13.1. The Huashiban granites have high SiO2(72.66 wt%–73.70 wt%), low Mg#(0.28–0.34) with A/CNK=1.01–1.05, and can be classified as peralumious high-K calc-alkaline I-type granites. A synthesis of these data indicates that the Ailaoshan tectonic zone had evolved into a post-collisional setting by the Late-Triassic(229 Ma). | 3 | Application of Two-Dimensional Electrophoresis in the Research of Retinal Proteins of Diabetic Rat显示文摘Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease which is associated with numerous serious health complications such as diabetic retinopathy, and is the leading cause of new cases of blindness in adults at the age of 20-74 years old. The aim of the study was to establish and optimize a two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2-DE) technique for retina proteomics to improve the resolution and reproducibility, and to observe the proteomic changes of retinal tissues in diabetic and normal rats. Proteins were extracted from retinal tissues of normal and 8 weeks diabetic SD rats and used in two-dimensional electrophoresis. Various conditions of retina proteomic 2-DE were adjusted, optimized and protein spots of differential expression were obtained through analysis of 2-DE images with PDQuest software. By choosing appropriate sample amount, using pre-cast IPG dry strips (pH 5-8) and casting 12% equal gel, satisfactory 2-DE images of retina were obtained and a steady 2-DE technique was established. In this way, we found 36 spots in 2-DE gel of diabetic retinas that exhibited statistically significant variations, including up-regulation of 5 proteins in diabetic rat retinas, down-regulation of 23, and disappearance of 8, in comparison with normal tissues. The differences of protein expression were observed in retinas between diabetic and normal rats. | 5 | BLT1 in dendritic cells promotes Th1/Th17 differentiation and its deficiency ameliorates TNBS-induced colitis显示文摘Leukotriene B4(LTB4)synthesis is enhanced in the colonic mucosa in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).BLT1,a highaffinity receptor for LTB4,exhibits no effect on the progression of dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)-induced colitis,which mostly relies on innate immunity.Here,we reported that BLT1 regulates trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)-induced colitis,which reflects CD4+T-cell-dependent adaptive immune mechanisms of IBD.We found that BLT1 signaling enhanced the progression of colitis through controlling the production of proinflammatory cytokines by dendritic cells(DCs)and modulating the differentiation of Th1 and Th17.BLT1−/−mice displayed an alleviated severity of TNBS-induced colitis with reduced body weight loss and infiltrating cells in the lamina propria.BLT1 deficiency in DCs led to reduced production of proinflammatory cytokines,including IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-12,and these results were further confirmed via treatment with a BLT1 antagonist.The impaired cytokine production by BLT1−/−DCs subsequently led to reduced Th1 and Th17 differentiation both in vitro and in vivo.We further performed a conditional DC reconstitution experiment to assess whether BLT1 in DCs plays a major role in regulating the pathogenesis of TNBS-induced colitis,and the results indicate that BLT1 deficiency in DCs also significantly reduces disease severity.The mechanistic study demonstrated that BLT1-regulated proinflammatory cytokine production through the Gαiβγsubunit-phospholipase Cβ(PLCβ)-PKC pathway.Notably,we found that treatment with the BLT1 antagonist also reduced the production of proinflammatory cytokines by human peripheral blood DCs.Our findings reveal the critical role of BLT1 in regulating adaptive immunity and TNBS-induced colitis,which further supports BLT1 as a potential drug target for adaptive immunity-mediated IBD. | Jinfeng Zhou Weiming Lai Wanjie Yang Juping Pan Hu Shen Yingying Cai Cuixia Yang Ningjia Ma Yue Zhang Ru Zhang Xin Xie Zhongjun Dong Yuan Gao Changsheng Du | 2018 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,12: | 9 |

| 7 | Effect of Transition Metals (Cu, Co and Fe) on the Autothermal Reforming of Methane over Ni/Ce_(0.2)Zr_(0.1)Al_(0.7)O_δ Catalyst显示文摘The transition metals (Cu, Co, and Fe) were applied to modify Ni/Ce0.2Zr0.1 Al0.7Oδcatalyst. The effects of transition metals on the catalytic properties of Ni/Ce0.2Zr0.1 Al0.7Oδautothermal reforming of methane were investigated. The Ni-supported catalysts were characterized by XRD, TPR and XPS. Tests in autothermal reforming of methane to hydrogen showed that the addition of transition metals (Cu and Co) significantly increased the activity of catalyst under the conditions of lower reaction temperature, and Ni/Cu0.05Ce0.2Zr0.1Al0.65Oδwas found to have the highest conversion of CH4 among all catalysts in the operation temperatures ranging from 923 K to 1023 K. TPR, XRD and XPS measurements indicated that the cubic phases of CexZr1-xO2 solid solution were formed in the preparation process of catalysts. Strong interaction was found to exist between NiO and CexZr1-xO2 solid solution. | 8 | Autothermal reforming of methane over Ni catalysts supported over ZrO2-CeO2-Al2O3显示文摘Ni catalysts supported on Al_2O_3,ZrO_2-Al_2O_3,CeO_2-Al_2O_3 and ZrO_2-CeO_2-Al_2O_3 were prepared by co- precipitation method,and their catalytic performances for autothermal reforming of methane to hydrogen were investigated. The Ni-supported catalysts were characterized by XRD,TPR and XPS.The relationship between the structures and catalytic activities of the catalysts was discussed.The results showed that the catalytic activity and stability of the Ni/ZrO_2-CeO_2-Al_2O_3 catalyst was better than those of other catalysts with the highest CH_4 conversion,H_2/CO and H_2/CO_x ratio at 750℃.The cat- alyst showed a little deactivation along the reaction time during its 72 h on stream with the mean deactivation rate of 0.08%/h. | 9 | Effect of CeO2 on the catalytic performance of Ni/Al2O3 for autothermal reforming of methane显示文摘The effect of promoter Ce on the catalytic performance of Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst for autothermal reforming of methane to hydrogen was investigated.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),temperature-programmed reduction (TPR),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results indicated that the catalytic performance of the catalysts was improved with the addition of Ce.Ni/Ce_(30)Al_(70)O_δshowed the highest CH_4 conversion in operation temperatures ranging from 650℃to 850℃.At the same time,the decrease in H_2/CO ratio with increasing reaction temperature was consistent with the fact that water-gas shift reaction was thermodynamically unfavorable at higher temperatures.The XRD result indicated that adding Ce to Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst prevented the formation of NiAl_2O_4 and facilitated the formation of NiO.The formation of NiO increased the number of active sites,resulting in higher activity.Comparing the TPR profiles of Ni/Ce_(30)Al_(70)O_δwith Ni/Al_2O_3,it could be clearly observed that with the addition of Ce,the total reduction peak areas in the middle and low temperatures increased.It was most probably that the addition of Ce inhibited the stronger interaction between Ni and Al_2O_3 to form the phase of NiAl_2O_4,and favored the formation of the strong interaction between NiO species and CeO_2.Therefore, the addition of Ce to the Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst increased the active surface that promoted the activity of the catalyst. | Xiulan Cai Xinfa Dong Weiming Lin | 2008 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2008,17,1: | 4 |
| 10 | Qiguiyishen decoction reduced the accumulation of extracellular matrix in the kidneys of rats with adriamycin-induced nephropathy显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Qiguiyishen decoction(QGYS) on the severity of nephropathy.METHODS: Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into four groups(Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ) according to the random number table. Group Ⅰ as control group did not establish nephropathy model. Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ, and Ⅳ were intravenously administered Adriamycin(7.5 mg/kg) through the tail vein to establish nephropathy model. QGYS was prepared with the extracts of Huangqi(Radix Astragali Mongolici),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Niuxi(RadixAchyran-this Bidentatae), and Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong).Group Ⅳ was administered QGYS (2mL·kg-1·d-1), group Ⅲ was administered benazepril(10 mL·kg-1·d-1), and group Ⅰ, Ⅱ was administered water(2mL·kg-1·d-1)once daily for eight weeks.RESULTS: QGYS reduced the excretion of urinary protein and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase and alleviated the accumulation of extracellular matrix(ECM) in renal tissue.
