1SHRIMP U-Pb zircon dating of the Ordos Basin basement and its tectonic significance显示文摘SHRIMP U-Pb zircon 207 Pb/206 Pb ages were obtained from two drill cores from the basement of the Ordos Basin.A garnet-sillimanite-biotite-plagioclase gneiss(QI1-1) from the western Ordos Basin basement yielded an average age of 2031 10 Ma.Based on the mineral assemblages,the source material of the gneiss is speculated to be pelitic-felsic system.A gneissic two-mica granite(Long1-1) from the eastern Ordos Basin basement yielded an average age of 2035 10 Ma.The zircons from both samples exhibit magmatic growth pattern.The shapes of the zircons suggest that the zircons should crystallize from a granitic of felsic volcanic terrain.The ages and the characters of zircons are consisitent with the other researches in the Ordos Basin and indicate that the basement of the Ordos Basin had experienced an intensive magmatic epsode during the late Paleoproterozoic period.The date from this study suggest the possible existences of a Paleoproterozoic mobile tectonic belt in the region.The reconstruction of such a belt is critical for understanding the tectonomagmatic evolution of the western block of the North China Craton.HU JianMin LIU XinShe LI ZhenHong ZHAO Yue ZHANG ShuanHong LIU XiaoChun QU HongJie CHEN Hong 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,1:21
2The influence of tectonic evolution on the accumulation and enrichment of coalbed methane (CBM)显示文摘The current accumulation and enrichment of CBM reservoir is a result of the preservation and destruction of former CBM, after the superposing evolution of reversing-and-uplifting and the subsequent evolution within the coal-bearing basin. The critical moment of the CBM reservoir formation is the time when the burying depth of the overlying net thickness amounts to the least in geological history after the gas generation of coal beds. Except the coal-bearing basins of lower metamorphism, most basins suffered the evolution stage of reversion and uplift. The formation of the CBM reservoir is controlled by the beginning and lasting time, and the intensity of reversing and uplifting. The tectonic evolution after reversing and uplifting also affects the accumulation of CBM in coal-bearing basin. The CBM constantly dissipates in the area of chronically uplifting and de-nudating. 3Interaction of Hsp40 with influenza virus M2 protein: implications for PKR signaling pathway显示文摘Influenza virus contains three integral membrane proteins:haemagglutinin,neuraminidase,and matrix protein(M1 and M2).Among them,M2 protein functions as an ion channel,important for virus uncoating in endosomes of virus-infected cells and essential for virus replication.In an effort to explore potential new functions of M2 in the virus life cycle,we used yeast two-hybrid system to search for M2-associated cellular proteins.One of the positive clones was identified as human Hsp40/Hdj1,a DnaJ/Hsp40 family protein.Here,we report that both BM2(M2 of influenza B virus)and A/M2(M2 of influenza A virus)interacted with Hsp40 in vitro and in vivo.The region of M2-Hsp40 interaction has been mapped to the CTD1 domain of Hsp40.Hsp40 has been reported to be a regulator of PKR signaling pathway by interacting with p58^(IPK) that is a cellular inhibitor of PKR.PKR is a crucial component of the host defense response against virus infection.We therefore attempted to understand the relationship among M2,Hsp40 and p58^(IPK) by further experimentation.The results demonstrated that both A/M2 and BM2 are able to bind to p58^(IPK)in vitro and in vivo and enhance PKR autophosphorylation probably via forming a stable complex with Hsp40 and P58^(IPK),and consequently induce cell death.These results suggest that influenza virus M2 protein is involved in p58^(IPK)mediated PKR regulation during influenza virus infection,therefore affecting infected-cell life cycle and virus replication.Zhenhong Guan Di Liu Shuofu Mi Jie Zhang Qinong Ye Ming Wang George F.Gao Jinghua Yan 2010Protein & Cell2010,1,10:11
4Exosomes: roles and therapeutic potential in osteoarthritis显示文摘Exosomes participate in many physiological and pathological processes by regulating cell–cell communication, which are involved in numerous diseases, including osteoarthritis(OA). Exosomes are detectable in the human articular cavity and were observed to change with OA progression. Several joint cells, including chondrocytes, synovial fibroblasts, osteoblasts, and tenocytes, can produce and secrete exosomes that influence the biological effects of targeted cells. 5Molecular dynamics simulation of cylindrical Richtmyer-Meshkov instability显示文摘The microscopic-scale Richtmyer-Meshkov(RM) instability of a single-mode Cu-He interface subjected to a cylindrically converging shock is studied through the classical molecular dynamics simulation. An unperturbed interface is first considered to examine the flow features in the convergent geometry, and notable distortions at the circular inhomogeneity are observed due to the atomic fluctuation. Detailed processes of the shock propagation and interface deformation for the single-mode interface impacted by a converging shock are clearly captured. Different from the macroscopic-scale situation, the intense molecular thermal motions in the present microscale flow introduce massive small wavelength perturbations at the single-mode interface, which later significantly impede the formation of the roll-up structure. Influences of the initial conditions including the initial amplitude,wave number and density ratio on the instability growth are carefully analyzed. It is found that the late-stage instability development for interfaces with a large perturbation does not depend on its initial amplitude any more. Surprisingly, as the wave number increases from 8 to 12, the growth rate after the reshock drops gradually. The distinct behaviors induced by the amplitude and wave number increments indicate that the present microscopic RM instability cannot be simply characterized by the amplitude over wavelength ratio(η). 8Land Subsidence in Xiong’an New Area,China Revealed by InSAR Observations显示文摘In 2017,China’s central government approved the national strategy to build Xiong’an New Area(XNA,100 km southwest to Beijing),which was announced as a'millennium strategy'and a'demo area'for a sustainable,modern,and innovative urban model.Xiong’an will draw in as much as$380 billion investment and is expected to help accelerate the development of the wider Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(Jingjinji)Area.In this paper,present subsidence in the XNA area is investigated using InSAR observations for the first time.The 24 SAR images acquired by European Space Agency’s Sentinel-1 satellites during the period from June 2017 to July 2018 suggest that in the north of Xiong County,the subsidence rate reaches up to 90 mm/y,which is highly correlated with the exploitation of geothermal drilling.As the construction in the XNA area will significantly accelerate and its high-quality development,the InSAR findings could provide valuable information for future sustainable urban planning and underground infrastructure construction.Keren DAI Peilian RAN Zhenhong LI Julian AUSTIN Jan-Peter MULLER Qiming ZENG Jingfa ZHANG Leyin HU 2021Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,1:8
9Origin, Flow of Formation Water and Hydrocarbon Accumulation in the Zhenwu Area of the North Jiangsu Basin, China显示文摘In order to understand the origin and flow of formation water and to evaluate the hydrocarbon accumulation and preservation conditions, the properties of formation water chemistry and dynamics of the Zhenwu area in the southern Gaoyou Sag, North Jiangsu Basin, China, have been investigated. The results show that Xuzhuang oilfield is infiltrated discontinuously by meteoric water under gravity, which consequently leads to the desalination of formation water. Formation water in the Zhenwu and Caozhuang oilfields is less influenced by meteoric water infiltration, and the origin is interpreted to be connate water. Hydrocarbon migration, accumulation and preservation are closely related to the hydrodynamic field of formation water. Formation water concentrates gradually during the process of centrifugal flow released by mudstone compaction and the centripetal flow of meteoric water infiltration, leading to the high salinity of the central part. The geological conditions of the southern fault-terrace belt are poor for hydrocarbon accumulation and preservation as meteoric water infiltration, leaching and oxidation, while the central part, i.e., northern Zhenwu and Caozhuang oilfields is beneficial for an abundance of hydrocarbon accumulation. 10Successful Applications of Generic Atmospheric Correction Online Service for InSAR (GACOS) to the Reduction of Atmospheric Effects on InSAR Observations显示文摘The tremendous development of Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR)missions in recent years facilitates the study of smaller amplitude ground deformation over greater spatial scales using longer time series.However,this poses greater challenges for correcting atmospheric effects due to the wider coverage of SAR imagery than ever.Previous attempts have used observations from Global Positioning System(GPS)and Numerical Weather Models(NWMs)to separate atmospheric delays,but they are limited by(1)The availability(and distribution)of GPS stations;(2)The low spatial resolution of NWM;And(3)The difficulties in quantifying their performance.To overcome these limitations,we have developed the Generic Atmospheric Correction Online Service for InSAR(GACOS)which utilizes the high-resolution European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)products using an Iterative Tropospheric Decomposition(ITD)model.This enables the reduction of the coupling effects of the troposphere turbulence and stratification and hence achieves equivalent performances over flat and mountainous terrains.GACOS comprises a range of notable features:(1)Global coverage;(2)All-weather,all-time usability;(3)Available with a maximum of two-day latency;And(4)Indicators available to assess the model’s performance and feasibility.In this paper,we demonstrate some successful applications of the GACOS online service to a variety of geophysical studies.Chen YU Zhenhong LI Lin BAI Jan-Peter MULLER Jingfa ZHANG Qiming ZENG 2021Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,1:8

12Light-triggered release of insecticidally active spirotetramat-enol显示文摘Spirotetramat metabolizes to its active enol form in the plant. We described here a photocaged pesticide delivery system that can release insecticidal spirotetramat enol form upon light irradiation. Covalently linking spirotetramat-enol with photoresponsive coumarin generated the caged insecticide. The photophysical and photochemical properties, deprotection photolysis and insecticidal activities of the caged spirotetramat enol were studied. This light-triggered system can undergo cleavage to release free spirotetramat enol form at the presence of blue light(420 nm) or sunlight. 15Short-pulsed Raman fiber laser and its dynamics显示文摘We provide a perspective review over the recent development of short-pulsed Raman fiber lasers(RFLs),which can provide laser emissions with flexible wavelengths for a variety of applications as well as an excellent platform to investigate various nonlinear pulse dynamics behaviors that cannot be captured in conventional rare-earth(RE)doped counterparts.Various pulse generation techniques have been explored in RFLs.However,the output pulse performance in terms of the pulse energy,duration and stability from short-pulsed RFLs is still inferior to their RE-doped counterparts despite significant advances made over the past few decades.Therefore,more efforts are required to improve these targets.In this review,we present a detailed overview of the short-pulsed RFLs based on different mechanisms from the principle to the experiment,including the Q-switching,gainswitching,mode-locking,synchronous pumping and other innovative techniques.In addition,Raman-induced pulse dynamics in ultrafast RFLs and RE-doped mode-locked fiber lasers(MLFLs)are briefly reviewed.Finally,a perspective outlook for the future ultrafast RFLs is provided based on their potential applications in industrial and scientific research areas.Jun Liu Jiadong Wu Hualong Chen Yu Chen Zhenhong Wang Chunyang Ma Han Zhang 2021Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,1:4

18Distribution of δ^(34)S and δ^(18)O in SO_4^(2-) in Groundwater from the Ordos Cretaceous Groundwater Basin and Geological Implications显示文摘The Ordos Cretaceous Groundwater Basin,located in an arid-semiarid area in northwestern China,is a large-style groundwater basin.SO_4^(2-) is one of the major harmful components in groundwater.Dissolved SO_4^(2-) concentrations,andδ^(34)S-SO_4^(2-) andδ^(18)O-SO_4^(2-) in groundwater from 14 boreholes and in gypsum from aquifer were analyzed.Results show that SO_4^(2-) in shallow groundwaters originates from precipitation,sulfide oxidation,and dissolution of stratum sulphate,with a big range ofδ^(34)S values,from-10.7‰to 9.2‰,and addition of SO_4^(2-) in deep groundwater results from dissolution of stratum sulphate,with biggerδ^(34)S values,from 7.8‰to 18.5‰,compared with those in shallow groundwater.This research also indicates that three types of sulphate are present in the strata,and characterized by highδ^(34)S values and highδ^(18)O values-style,highδ^(34)S values and middleδ^(18)O valuesstyle, middleδ^(34)S values and lowδ^(18)O values-style,respectively.Theδ^(34)S-SO_4^(2-) andδ^(18)O-SO_4^(2-) in groundwater have a good perspective for application in distinguishing different groundwater systems and determining groundwater circulation and evolution in this area.YANG Yuncheng SHEN Zhaoli WEN Dongguang HOU Guangcai SHE Hongquan ZHAO Zhenhong WANG Dong LI Jingwen 2010Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2010,84,2:3
19Rabies virus co-localizes with early(Rab5) and late(Rab7) endosomal proteins in neuronal and SH-SY5Y cells显示文摘Rabies virus(RABV) is a highly neurotropic virus that follows clathrin-mediated endocytosis and p H-dependent pathway for trafficking and invasion into endothelial cells. Early(Rab5, EEA1) and late(Rab7, LAMP1) endosomal proteins play critical roles in endosomal sorting, maturity and targeting various molecular cargoes, but their precise functions in the early stage of RABV neuronal infection remain elusive. In this study, the relationship between enigmatic entry of RABV with these endosomal proteins into neuronal and SH-SY5 Y cells was investigated.Immunofluorescence, TCID_(50) titers, electron microscopy and western blotting were carried out to determine the molecular interaction of the nucleoprotein(N) of RABV with early or late endosomal proteins in these cell lines. The expression of N was also determined by down-regulating Rab5 and Rab7 in both cell lines through RNA interference. The results were indicative that N proficiently colocalized with Rab5/EEA1 and Rab7/LAMP1 in both cell lines at 24 and 48 h post-infection, while N titers significantly decreased in early infection of RABV. Down-regulation of Rab5 and Rab7 did not inhibit N expression, but it prevented productive infection via blocking the normal trafficking of RABV in a low pH environment. Ultrathin sections of cells studied by electron microscope also verified the close association of RABV with Rab5 and Rab7 in neurons. 20Initiation and Development of the Late Cenozoic Uplift of Daluo Mountains,Northeastern Margin of the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Daluo Mountains lie at front of the arcuate tectonic belt at the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau,and are the landform boundary zone between the active Tibetan Plateau and the stable North China Craton.Studying of the late Cenozoic uplift evolution of Daluo Mountains is important for understanding the expansion mechanism of the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau and its influence on the western North China Craton.In this study,the late Cenozoic uplift of Daluo Mountains is constructed from the development of the late Cenozoic alluvial fan around Daluo Mountains.The entire sedimentary sequence and framework of the fan was revealed by the newly obtained drilling core data.The cosmogenic nuclide,optically stimulated luminescence,and detrital zircon U-Pb dating results provide new evidences for discussion about the initial timing of the late Cenozoic uplift of Daluo Mountains and the key stages of uplift during the Pleistocene.The late Cenozoic alluvial fan at front of Daluo Mountains overlies a set of fluvial-facies strata;therefore,development of the alluvial-fan marks the start of late Cenozoic uplift of Daluo Mountains.The timing of this event can be constrained to~4.64 Ma.Two extensive gravel layers(dated to ca.0.76–0.6 Ma and~0.05 Ma)developed during the Pleistocene,indicating two episodes of considerable uplift.This study provides a new time scale for the uplift and expansion of the arcuate tectonic belt at the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau.KOU Linlin DONG Xiaopeng LI Zhenhong CUI Jiawei MA Zhaoying LI Hailong 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,6:2
