2Algorithm for Smooth S-curve Feedrate Profiling Generation显示文摘The algorithms for feedrate profile generation,such as linear and S-curve profiles,have been widely used in machinery controllers,and these algorithms can greatly improve the smoothness of motion.However,most of the algorithms lead to the discontinuous acceleration/deceleration and jerk,or high jerk levels,which is very harmful to machine tool or robot in most occasions. This paper presents a smooth S-curve feedrate profiling generation algorithm that produces continuous feedrate,acceleration,and jerk profiles.Smooth jerk is obtained by imposing limits on the first and second time derivatives of acceleration,resulting in trapezoidal jerk profiles along the tool path.The discretization of smooth S-curve feedrate is realized with a novel approach that improves the efficiency without calculating the deceleration point in each sampled time.To ensure that the interpolation time is a multiple of the value of sampled time,the feedrate,acceleration,jerk,and jerk derivative are recalculated.Meantime,to improve the efficiency,the interpolation steps of all regions are computed before interpolation.According to the distance of trajectory,the smooth S-curve acceleration and decelerations are divided into three blocks:normal block,short block type-Ⅰ,and short block type-Ⅱ.Finally feedrate discretization of short block type-Ⅰand type-Ⅱis obtained with considering the efficiency.The proposed generation algorithm is tested in machining a part on a five axis milling machine,which is controlled with the CNC system for newly developed high-speed machine tools.The test result shows that the smooth S-curve approach has the smoother feedrate,acceleration,deceleration,and jerk profiles than S-curve.The proposed algorithm ensures the automated machinery motion smoothness,and improves the quality and efficiency of the automated machinery motion planning.CHEN Youdong WEI Hongxing SUN Kai LIU Miao WANG Tianmiao 2011Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,2:13
3GSA:Genome Sequence Archive显示文摘With the rapid development of sequencing technologies towards higher throughput and lower cost, sequence data are generated at an unprecedentedly explosive rate. To provide an efficient and easy-to-use platform for managing huge sequence data, here we present Genome Sequence Archive(GSA; http://bigd.big.ac.cn/gsa or http://gsa.big.ac.cn), a data repository for archiving raw sequence data. In compliance with data standards and structures of the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration(INSDC), GSA adopts four data objects(Bio Project, Bio Sample,Experiment, and Run) for data organization, accepts raw sequence reads produced by a variety of sequencing platforms, stores both sequence reads and metadata submitted from all over the world,and makes all these data publicly available to worldwide scientific communities. 4The cut sets,decomposition theorems and representation theorems on intuitionistic fuzzy sets and interval valued fuzzy sets显示文摘In this paper,the cut sets,decomposition theorems and representation theorems of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and interval valued fuzzy sets are researched indail.First,new definitions of four kinds of cut sets on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are introduced,which are generalizations of cut sets on Zadeh fuzzy sets and have the same properties as that of Zadeh fuzzy sets.Second,based on these new cut sets,the decomposition theorems and representation theorems on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are established.Each kind of cut sets corresponds to two kinds of decomposition theorems and representation theorems.Thus eight kinds of decomposition theorems and representation theorems on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are obtained,respectively.At last,new definitions of cut sets on interval valued fuzzy sets are given based on the theory of cut sets on intuitionistic fuzzy sets,and eight kinds of decomposition theorems and representation theorems on interval valued fuzzy sets are also obtained. 5Remotely excited Raman optical activity using chiral plasmon propagation in Ag nanowires显示文摘We experimentally investigated remotely excited Raman optical activity(ROA)using propagating surface plasmons in chiral Ag nanowires.Using chiral fmoc-glycyl-glycine-OH(FGGO)molecules,we first studied the local surface plasmon-enhanced ROA.We found that the Raman intensity can be excited by left-and right-circularly polarized lights and that the circular intensity difference(CID)can be significantly enhanced.Second,by selecting vibrational modes with large Raman and ROA intensities that are not influenced by chemical enhancements,we studied remotely excited ROA imaging and the CID of FGGO molecules by propagating a plasmonic waveguide using Ag chiral nanostructures.When laser light was radiated on one of the Ag terminals,the measured CID of the FGG at the other terminal showed little change compared to the local excited CID.Meanwhile,when the laser light was radiated on the Ag nanowires(not on the terminals)and was coupled to the nearby nanoantenna,the CID of the ROA could be manipulated by altering the coupling angle between the Ag nanowires.To directly demonstrate the propagation of ROA along the nanowire and its remote detection,we also measured the remotely excited ROA spectra.Our experimental method has the potential to remotely determine the chirality of molecular structures and the absolute configuration or conformation of a chiral live cell.Mengtao Sun Zhenglong Zhang Peijie Wang Qiang Li Fengcai Ma Hongxing Xu 2013Light(Science & Applications)2013,2,1:7
6Urban Plant Diversity in Relation to Land Use Types in Built-up Areas of Beijing显示文摘Urban plants provide various ecosystem services and biodiversity for human well-being. It is necessary to examine the plant species and functional traits composition and the influencing factors. In this study, a field survey was conducted using the tessellation-randomized plot method to assess the plant species and functional traits variability in greenspaces across eight land use types(LUTs) in the built-up areas of Beijing, China. Results showed that the woody plants in the built-up areas of Beijing comprised 85 non-native species(57%), 21 pollen-allergenic species(14%), and 99 resistant species(67%). Residential areas, community parks and institutional areas had higher woody plant species richness than other LUTs. Native and extralimital native species were more widespread than exotic species. Proportions of species with resistances were low except for cold-and drought-resistance; consequently, a high intensity of management and maintenance is essential for survival of plants in this urban area. Caution should be exerted in selecting plant species with resistance to harsh conditions in different LUTs. Housing prices, distances from the urban center, years since the establishment of LUTs and greening rate were strongly correlated with the plant functional traits and species diversity. 9The precise multimode GNSS positioning for UAV and its application in large scale photogrammetry显示文摘In this paper,we use multimode GNSS instead of single GPS constellation to resolve the three exterior line elements of each image.The principles of differential GNSS positioning and GNSSsupported aerial triangulation(AT)are presented and an implementation case is demonstrated.With multi-constellation system,the number of visible satellites is significantly increased and the geometry distribution of the satellites is well improved.The positioning accuracy and robustness are therefore getting better compared to GPS positioning.Experimental results show that differential GNSS has remarkable increment on the integer rate of ambiguity solution when GPS has few number and low elevation angle of satellites.The combined AT adjustment of GNSS resolution and 10 ground control points(GCPs)achieve the horizontal accuracy of±18 cm and vertical accuracy of±23 cm for the check points,which are comparable with traditional bundle adjustment with dense GCPs and better than GPS-supported AT.The achieved accuracy also satisfies the requirement for 1:500 topographic maps with the bonus of 84%GCPs eliminated.In conclusion,GNSS-supported AT is of feasibility and superiority for large scale Unmanned Aerial Vehicle-based photogrammetry.Hongxing Sun Leilei Li Xuewen Ding Bingxuan Guo 2016Geo-Spatial Information Science2016,19,3:3
10Photonic synapses with ultralow energy consumption for artificial visual perception and brain storage显示文摘The human visual system,dependent on retinal cells,can be regarded as a complex combination of optical system and nervous system.Artificial retinal system could mimic the sensing and processing function of human eyes.Optically stimulated synaptic devices could serve as the building blocks for artificial retinas and subsequent information transmission system to brain.Herein,photonic synaptic transistors based on polycrystalline MoS_(2),which could simulate human visual perception and brain storage,are presented.Moreover,the photodetection range from visible light to near-infrared light of MoS_(2) multilayer could extend human eyes’vision limitation to near-infrared light.Additionally,the photonic synaptic transistor shows an ultrafast speed within 5μs and ultralow power consumption under optical stimuli about 40 aJ,several orders of magnitude lower than biological synapses(50 ms and 10 fJ).Furthermore,the backgate control could act as emotional modulation of the artificial brain to enhance or suppress memory function,i.e.the intensity of photoresponse.The proposed carrier trapping/detrapping as the main working mechanism is presented for the device.In addition,synaptic functionalities including short synaptic plasticity,long synaptic plasticity and paired-pulse facilitation could be successfully simulated based on the prepared device.Furthermore,the large difference between short synaptic plasticity and long synaptic plasticity reveals the better image pre-processing function of the prepared photonic synapses.The classical Pavlovian conditioning associated with the associative learning is successfully implemented as well.Therefore,the efficient and rich functionalities demonstrate the potential of the MoS_(2) synaptic device that integrates sensing-memory-preprocessing capabilities for realizing artificial neural networks with different emotions that mimic human retina and brain.Caihong Li Wen Du Yixuan Huang Jihua Zou Lingzhi Luo Song Sun Alexander OGovorov Jiang Wu Hongxing Xu Zhiming Wang 2022Opto-Electronic Advances2022,5,9:3
11Serious BTEX pollution in rural area of the North China Plain during winter season显示文摘Atmospheric BTEX compounds(benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes) in a rural site of the North China Plain(NCP) were preliminarily investigated in winter, and the outdoor concentrations(25.8–236.0 μg/m3) were found to be much higher than those reported in urban regions. The pollution of BTEX inside a farmer's house was even more serious, with combined concentrations of 254.5–1552.9 μg/m3. Based on the ratio of benzene to toluene(1.17 ± 0.34) measured, the serious BTEX pollution in the rural site was mainly ascribed to domestic coal combustion for heating during the winter season. 13Antidepressant effect of bioactive compounds from Paecilomyces tenuipes in mice and rats显示文摘A bioactive compound from Paecilomyces tenuipes (BCPT) has an inhibitory effect on monoamine oxidase A (MAO-A) in vitro. Researchers have thought that BCPT may be a potential antidepressant. The MAO-A suppressor moclobemide served as a control, and this study investigated the mechanisms of BCPT as an antidepressant. Results demonstrated that BCPT induced significantly increased sucrose intake in chronic unpredictable stressed rats, shortened immobility time in forced swimming mice, improved the scores of blepharoptosis and akinesia in reserpine-treated mice, increased the number of 5-hydroxy tryptophan-induced head-twitches, remarkably enhanced the expression of hippocampus mineralcorticoid receptor and glucocorticoid receptor mRNA, decreased the ratio of mineralcorticoid receptor to glucocorticoid receptor and raised the levels of dopamine, norepinephrine and 5-hydroxytryptamine, while decreasing hydroxyindole acetic acid levels or dihydroxy-phenyl acetic acid in chronic unpredictable stressed rats. Behavioral test results suggested that BCPT potentially had antidepressant-like activity. 14Detection of Asymptomatic Carotid Artery Stenosis in High-Risk Individuals of Stroke Using a Machine-Learning Algorithm显示文摘Objective Asymptomatic carotid stenosis(ACS)is closely associated to the incidence of severe cerebrovascular diseases.Early identifying the individuals with ACS and its associated risk factors could be beneficial for primary prevention of stroke.This study aimed to investigate a machine-learning algorithm for the detection of ACS among high-risk population of stroke based on the associated risk factors.Methods A novel model of machine learning was utilized to screen the associated predictors of ACS based on 30 potential risk factors.The algorithm of this model adopted a random forest pattern based on the training data and then was verified using the testing data.All of the original data were retrieved from the China National Stroke Screening and Prevention Project(CNSSPP),including demographic,clinical and laboratory characteristics.The individuals with high risk of stroke were enrolled and randomly divided into a training group and a testing group at a ratio of 4:1.The identification of carotid stenosis by carotid artery duplex scans was set as the golden standard.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and the area under the curve(AUC)was used to evaluate the efficacy of the model in detecting ACS.Results Of 2841 high risk individual of stroke enrolled,326(11.6%)were diagnosed as ACS by ultrasonography.The top five risk fectors contributing to ACS in this model were identified as family history of dyslipidemia,high level of lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c),low level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c),aging,and low body.Junxiong Yin Cheng Yu Lixia Wei Chuanyong Yu Hongxing Liu Mingyang Du Feng Sun Chongjun Wang Xiaoshan Wang 2020Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2020,35,4:2

18Variation of airborne quartz in air of Beijing during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Economic Leaders' Meeting显示文摘Quartz particles are a toxic component of airborne paniculate matter(PM).Quartz concentrations were analyzed by X-ray diffraction in eighty-seven airborne PM samples collected from three locations in Beijing before,during,and after the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC) Leaders' Meeting in 2014.The results showed that the mean concentrations of quartz in PM samples from the two urban sites were considerably higher than those from the rural site.The quartz concentrations in samples collected after the APEC meeting,when the pollution restriction lever was lifted,were higher than those in the samples collected before or during the APEC meeting.The quartz concentrations ranged from 0.97 to 13.2 μg/m^3,which were among the highest values amid those reported from other countries.The highest quartz concentration exceeded the Californian Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment reference exposure level and was close to the occupational threshold limit values for occupational settings.Moreover,a correlation analysis showed that quartz concentrations were positively correlated with concentrations of pollution parameters PM_(10),PM_(2.5),SO_2 and NO_x,but were negatively correlated with O_3 concentration.The results suggest that the airborne quartz particles may potentially pose health risks to the general population of Beijing.Gang Li Yingming Li Hongxing Zhang Honghua Li Guanjun Gao Qian Zhou Yuan Gao Wenjuan Li Huizhong Sun Xiaoke Wang Qinghua Zhang 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,1:1
