1Distributed and Weighted Extreme Learning Machine for Imbalanced Big Data Learning显示文摘The Extreme Learning Machine(ELM) and its variants are effective in many machine learning applications such as Imbalanced Learning(IL) or Big Data(BD) learning. However, they are unable to solve both imbalanced and large-volume data learning problems. This study addresses the IL problem in BD applications. The Distributed and Weighted ELM(DW-ELM) algorithm is proposed, which is based on the Map Reduce framework. To confirm the feasibility of parallel computation, first, the fact that matrix multiplication operators are decomposable is illustrated.Then, to further improve the computational efficiency, an Improved DW-ELM algorithm(IDW-ELM) is developed using only one Map Reduce job. 2Clinical characteristics of 310 SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant patients and comparison with Delta and Beta variant patients in China显示文摘Although the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)Omicron variant has spread,data on the clinical characteristics of infected patients are limited.In this study,the demographic,clinical characteristics,and laboratory data of 310 SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant patients treated at Haihe Hospital of Tianjin were collected and analyzed.Information on these patients was compared to 96 patients with the Delta variant of concern(VOC)and 326 patients with the Beta VOC during the previous coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak in Harbin.Of the 310 patients infected with the Omicron variant,the median age was 35 years.Most patients were clinically classified as mild(57.74%),and the most common symptoms were cough(48.71%),fever(39.35%),and sore throat(38.26%).The results for different vaccination groups in the Omicron group showed that the median of“SARS-CoV-2 specific IgG”after 2 or 3 doses of vaccination was higher than the unvaccinated group(all Ps<0.05).Older age was associated with a higher proportion of moderate cases and lower asymptomatic and mild cases based on clinical classifications.Compared to the Delta and Beta groups,the median age of the Omicron group was younger.The total number of asymptomatic patients and mild patients in the Omicron virus group was higher than the Delta and Beta groups(60.97%vs.54.17%vs.47.55%).This study presented the clinical characteristics of the first group of patients infected with the Omicron variant in Tianjin,China,and compared their clinical features with patients infected by the Delta and Beta variants,which would increase our understanding of the characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant.Wei Yang Songliu Yang Lei Wang Yuxin Zhou Yu Xin Hongxu Li Wenjing Mu Qi Wu Lei Xu Mingyan Zhao Changsong Wang Kaijiang Yu 2022Virologica Sinica2022,37,5:4
3BPGM: A Big Graph Mining Tool显示文摘The design and implementation of a scalable parallel mining system target for big graph analysis has proven to be challenging. In this study, we propose a parallel data mining system for analyzing big graph data generated on a Bulk Synchronous Parallel(BSP) computing model named BSP-based Parallel Graph Mining(BPGM). This system has four sets of parallel graph mining algorithms programmed in the BSP parallel model and a well-designed workflow engine optimized for cloud computing to invoke these algorithms. 4Injectable melatonin-loaded carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)-based hydrogel accelerates wound healing by reducing inflammation and promoting angiogenesis and collagen deposition显示文摘Carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)-based hydrogels have antibacterial activity,and have shown the abilities of preventing wound infection,promoting cell proliferation,accelerating collagen deposition,and stimulating hyaluronic acid formation during wound healing.As a hormone produced by the pineal gland in humans and animals,melatonin promotes skin wound healing by regulating the release of inflammatory mediators and accelerating the proliferation and migration of cells,angiogenesis,and collagen deposition.However,the combined effects of CMCS and melatonin on wound healing remain unclear.Injectable CMCS-based hydrogels containing melatonin were prepared,and their healing effects were evaluated using a full-thickness cutaneous wound model in rats.Compared with the control and the hydrogel with no melatonin groups,the melatonin-loaded hydrogel significantly increased the percentage of wound closure,promoted the proliferation of granulation tissue and re-epithelialization,and accelerated collagen deposition.Additionally,the melatonin-loaded hydrogel promoted angiogenesis and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor protein expression and increased the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 and inducible nitric oxide synthase.The melatonin-loaded hydrogel also markedly increased the expression of collagen III,α-smooth muscle actin,and transforming growth factor-β1 proteins and reduced collagen I expression.These results suggest that the melatonin-loaded hydrogel promoted granulation tissue formation and accelerated wound healing by reducing inflammation and promoting angiogenesis and collagen deposition.Kai Chen Changci Tong Jinge Yang Peifang Cong Ying Liu Xiuyun Shi Xu Liu Jun Zhang Rufei Zou Keshen Xiao Yuyang Ni Lei Xu Mingxiao Hou Hongxu Jin Yunen Liu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,4:2

6Characteristics of Uranium Mineralization in Red Clastic Formations in the Southwestern Margin of the Ordos Basin显示文摘In the southwestern margin of the Ordos Basin,uranium mineralization is primarily hosted by predominantly oxidative red clastic formations in the Lower Cretaceous.The main target layers for uranium exploration are the Madongshan and Liwaxia formations of the Liupanshan Group,followed by the Jingchuan Formation of the Zhidan Group.The host rocks(medium-fine feldspar quartz sandstone),which are bleached to a light grayish white color,contain a minor organic matter component and pyrite.Uranium mineralization changes from surficial infiltration or phreatic oxidation in the upper part to interlayer oxidation in the lower part.Uranium ore bodies are mostly lenticular or tabular in shape,locally shaped like crescent rolls.Individual ore bodies are typically small and shallow.Uranium predominantly manifests as pitchblende and coffinite.Coffinite is usually short and columnar or granular in habit,whereas pitchblende occurs as an irregular colloidal covering on the surface or in fissures of ferric oxide,silicate,clay or carbonate.Secondary uranium minerals are torbernite,uranophane,and uranopilite.Minerals associated with uranium are mainly pyrite,chalcopyrite and,to a minor extent,arsenopyrite and fluorite.The associated elements are Mo,V,Se,Co,Ni,and Mn,the host sandstone being high in Cu and Ba.Overall,the red clastic formations in the southwestern margin of the Ordos Basin are characterized by’five multiples but one low’which means multiple target layers,multiple stages of mineralization,multiple ore body shapes,multiple kinds of uranium minerals,multiple associated elements,but low organic matter.This implies an overall complex uranium metallogenic environment and mineralization process.It is recommended that future uranium exploration should take into consideration regional metallogenic conditions and mineralization features,with target layers in the wide-smooth synclinal slope being focused on.Most uranium deposits are small to medium in size,and the main type of uranium mineralization can vary by target layer.ZHANG Zilong HE Feng YI Longsheng FAN Honghai CAI Yuqi LIU Hongxu LIU Xinyang CHEN Hongbin JIA Cui YANG Mengjia 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,5:1
7Au nanoring arrays with tunable morphological features and plasmonic resonances显示文摘Gold nanoring arrays are widely applied in various fields benefitting from their localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)properties.A key advantage of gold nanoring arrays is that the dipole resonance peak can be systematically tuned by changing the dimensions of gold nanoring arrays.However,most of the currently reported methods for preparing gold nanoring arrays cannot conveniently control the heights of the nanorings at a low cost.Here we introduce a facile method for preparing gold nanoring arrays with tunable plasmonic resonances using colloidal lithography.The dimensions of the nanorings including diameters,lattice constants,even the heights of the nanorings can be conveniently varied.Fourier transform near-infrared(FT-NIR)absorption spectroscopy was used to obtain the plasmonic resonance spectra of the nanoring arrays.All the prepared gold nanoring arrays exhibited a strong NIR or infrared(IR)plasmonic resonance which can be tuned by varying the nanoring dimensions.This versatile method can also be used to fabricate other types of plasmonic nanostructures,such as gold nanocone arrays.The obtained gold nanoring arrays as well as nanocone arrays may have potential applications in surface-enhanced spectroscopy or plasmonic sensing.Shilin Mu Hongxu Chen Chenyu Shi Junhu Zhang Bai Yang 2021Nano Research2021,14,12:1

10Synthesis and structure-insecticidal activity relationship of novel phenylpyrazole carboxylic acid derivatives containing fluorine moiety显示文摘A series of novel phenylpyrazole carboxylic acid derivatives containing fluorine moiety,i.e.,diamides 11,simple aryl-bearing amides 12 and acylthioureas 14 were successfully synthesized based on the key fluo ro-containing phe nylpyrazole acid intermediate.The new compounds were identified and confirmed by melting point,1H NMR,13C NMR and elemental analysis or HRMS.The bioassay results indicated that some of the compounds possessed excellent insecticidal activities towards oriental armyworm,diamondback moth and corn borer at low concentrations.For examples,compounds 11a,11e-g and 14b exhibited remarkable larvicidal activities with LC50 values of 0.13-0.39 mg/L and 0.0002-0.0014 mg/L against oriental armyworm and diamondback moth,respectively,were comparable with those of the control chlorantraniliprole.Particularly,lie were found superior to chlorantraniliprole in oriental armyworm tests(LC50:0.23 mg/L vs.0.26 mg/L);11a,lie,11f and 14c in diamondback moth tests with LC50 values of 0.0002 mg/L,0.0002 mg/L,0.0008 mg/L and 0.0005 mg/L,respectively,we re more effective than that of chlorantraniliprole.In addition,12 a also showed a promising insecticidal potential and development/optimization advantage.Compounds 11a,lle-g,12a,14b and 14c could be considered as possible new leading structures for further study.The SAR investigation indicated that the compounds with fluorine motif(e.g.,-F,-CF2H,-CF3)held apparently favorable insecticidal potentials,which provided useful guidance for further design/development of new phenylpyrazole-containing agrochemicals.Baolei Wang Hongxue Wang Hang Liu Lixia Xiong Na Yang Yan Zhang Zhengming Li 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,3:1

15Green Control Measures of Weeds in Wheat Fields in Hetao Irrigation Area along the Yellow River显示文摘This study was conducted to solve the problem of green weed control in wheat fields in Hetao irrigation area among the Yellow River.Based on the observation of the competition between wheat and weeds in areas where weeds occurred seriously in wheat fields in Hetao irrigation area among the Yellow River,we measured the effects of green weed control measures and wheat yield using different wheat varieties,planting densities,different organic fertilizers,different ploughing times,and different mulching methods.The results showed that the emergence of weeds in wheat fields dominated by Chenopodiaceae weeds,grain amaranth and barnyard grass was more than 10 d later than wheat.Weeds were mainly distributed between rows(holes),and the number of plants accounted for 66.6%(drill seeding)and 97.6%(hole seeding),respectively.And the growth of weeds in rows(holes)was weaker,and the fresh weight of individual plants was 39.3%-41.9%lower than that between rows(holes).The ecological weed inhibitory effect was significant in the early stage of wheat growth;and among the green weed control measures,except that different varieties and planting densities caused no significant difference in weed control effect,other measures had obvious weed control effects.Comprehensive comparison showed that the control effects of plant number in black film full-covered hole seeding,conventional film-covered hole seeding,increasing ploughing times,and applying organic fertilizer free of weed seed pollution were 82.3%,71.7%,22.0%,and 8.6%,respectively;the fresh weight control effects of black film full-covered hole seeding,conventional film-covered hole seeding,increasing ploughing times,and applying organic fertilizer free of weed seed pollution were 98.0%,97.1%,23.9%,and 9.6%,respectively;and the fresh weight control effects of black film full-covered hole seeding,conventional film-covered hole seeding and increasing ploughing times increased wheat yield by 69.4%,56.4%and 21.1%,respectively.The technologies in this study can realize the purposes of mechanized green weed control in organic wheat production and low-cost,high-yield,large-scale production.Lei YANG Jing LIU Ruiqiang WEN Peizhi ZHANG Chang LIU Aiqing WEN Jiancheng ZHANG Chunzhi ZHAO Huijuan ZHANG Hongxu ZHANG Guoqiang LI 2021Agricultural Biotechnology2021,10,6:0
16Isolation and Identification and Drug Resistance Analysis of Avian Escherichia coli and In Vitro Competition with Lactobacillus显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to understand the resistance of commonly used clinical antibiotics to avian Escherichia coli and the inhibition of lactobacillus against pathogenic E.coli.[Method]The strain was isolated and identified by SS medium culture,microscope examination,PCR amplification and biochemical test,and the sensitivity of avian E.coli to eight antibiotics was determined by disk diffusion method.Twelve strains of avian E.coli and one strain of lactobacillus were divided into five group using in vitro liquid culture method,namely simultaneous mixed culture group of lactobacillus and E.coli,first colonization group of E.coli,first colonization group of lactobacillus,E.coli control group and lactobacillus control group,for competitive inhibition test between E.coli and lactobacillus.[Result]Totally 34 strains with similar characteristics to E.coli strains were preliminarily screened;the target band amplified by PCR was 293 bp,which was consistent with the expected size.The isolated strain could decompose maltose,sucrose,lactose,glucose,arabinose,mannitol and sorbitol;the nitrate reduction test was positive,while citrate and V-P test was negative,consistent with the biochemical characteristics of E.coli.The resistance rate of the isolates to cefalexin and tylosin was over 65%,and that to enrofloxacin and doxycycline was up to 50%;the isolates were more sensitive to apramycin,tilmicosin,neomycin and colistin,and the total resistance rate was below 15%.The inhibitory effects of mixed culture of lactobacillus and E.coli against E.coli was better than first colonization of lactobacillus at 24 h;the inhibitory effects of first colonization of lactobacillus against E.coli was better than that of mixed culture of lactobacillus and E.coli at 36 h;the inhibitory effects of mixed culture of lactobacillus and E.coli against E.coli was the best at 48 h.[Conclusion]The isolated strains of E.coli were generally resistant to eight commonly used antibiotics.Lactobacillus could inhibit the growth of avian E.coli in vitro,and first colonization of lactobacillus received the best effort.Li Juan Liu Qiuchen Zhai Hongxu Wang Yehua Jiang Guotuo Lin Yang Liu Yan Shan Chunqiao 2020Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2020,12,1:0
17New insights in nano-copper chromite catalyzing ultrafine AP:Evaluation of dispersity and mixing uniformity显示文摘Improving the application of nanomaterials has always been a research hotspot in the field of energetic materials(EMs)due to their obvious catalytic effect on the EMs,especially the uniformly dispersed nanomaterials.However,few studies have reported the dispersion of nanomaterials.In this study,the dispersity and mixing uniformity of nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)was evaluated based on the difference of solid UV light absorption between the nano-catalytic materials and EMs.The nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)/ultrafine AP composites with different dispersity of nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)were prepared by manual grinding and mechanical grinding with different grinding strength and griding time.And then,the absorbance of different samples at 212 nm was obtained by solid UV testing due to the high repeatability of the absorbance at 210-214 nm for three parallel experiments,and the dispersity of different samples was calculated through the established difference equation.Furthermore,the samples were characterized by XRD,IR,SEM,EDS,DSC and TG-MS,which confirmed that different mixing methods did not change the structure of the samples(XRD and IR),and the mixing uniformity improved with the increase of grinding strength and grinding time(SEM and EDS).The scientificity and feasibility of the difference equation were further verified by DSC.The dispersity of nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)exhibits a positive intrinsic relationship with its catalytic performance,and the uniformly dispersed nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)significantly reduces the thermal decomposition temperature of ultrafine AP from 367.7 to 338.8℃.The TG-MS patterns show that the dispersed nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)advanced the thermal decomposition process of ultrafine AP by about 700 s,especially in the high temperature decomposition stage,and the more concentrated energy release characteristic is beneficial to further enhance the energy performance of AP-based propellants.The above conclusions show that the evaluation method of dispersity based on solid UV curves could provide new ideas for the dispersity characterization of nano-catalytic materials in EMs,which is expected to be widely used in the field of EMs.Yong Kou Peng Luo Lei Xiao Yanping Xin Guangpu Zhang Yubing Hu Junqing Yang Hongxu Gao Fengqi Zhao Wei Jiang Gazi Hao 2024Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,32,2:0
18Revealing the correlation between adsorption energy and activation energy to predict the catalytic activity of metal oxides for HMX using DFT显示文摘Traditional selection of combustion catalysis is time-consuming and labor-intensive.Theoretical calculation is expected to resolve this problem.The adsorption energy of HMX and O atoms on 13 metal oxides was calculated using DMol3,since HMX and O are key substances in decomposition process.And the relationship between the adsorption energy of HMX,O on metal oxides(TiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),PbO,CuO,Fe_(2)O_(3),Co_(3)O_(4),Bi_(2)O_(3),NiO)and experimental T30 values(time required for the decomposition depth of HMX to reach 30%)was depicted as volcano plot.Thus,the T30 values of other metal oxides was predicted based on their adsorption energy on volcano plot and validated by previous experimental data.Further,the adsorption energy of HMX on ZrO_(2)and MnO_(2)was predicted based on the linear relationship between surface energy and adsorption energy,and T30 values were estimated based on volcano plot.The apparent activation energy data of HMX/MgO,HMX/SnO_(2),HMX/ZrO_(2),and HMX/MnO_(2)obtained from DSC experiments are basically consistent with our predicted T30 values,indicating that it is feasible to predict the catalytic activity based on the adsorption calculation,and it is expected that these simple structural properties can predict adsorption energy to reduce the large quantities of computation and experiment cost.Xiurong Yang Chi Zhang Wujing Jin Zhaoqi Guo Hongxu Gao Shiyao Niu Fengqi Zhao Bo Liu Haixia Ma 2024Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,31,1:0
19Ag nanoparticle/polymer composite barcode nanorods显示文摘We demonstrate a facile method combining colloidal lithography, selective ion-exchange, and the in situ reduction of Ag ions (Ag+) for the fabrication of multi-segmented barcode nanorods. First, polymer multilayer films were prepared by spin-coating alternating thin films of polystyrene and polyacrylic acid (PAA), and then multi-segmented polymer nanorods were fabricated via reactive ion etching with colloidal masks. Second, Ag nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were incorporated into the PAA segments by an ion exchange and the in situ reduction of the Ag~. The selective incorporation of the Ag NPs permitted the modification of the specific bars of the nanorods. Lastly, the Ag NP/polymer composite nanorods were released from the substrate to form suspensions for further coding applications. By increasing the number of segments and changing the length of each segment in the nanorods, the coding capacity of nanorods was improved. More importantly, this method can easily realize the density tuning of Ag NPs in different segments of a single nanorod by varying the composition of the PAA segments. 20Optimize the Deployment and Integration for Multicast-Oriented Virtual Network Function Tree显示文摘Due to the development of network technology,the number of users is increasing rapidly,and the demand for emerging multicast services is becoming more and more abundant,traffic data is increasing day by day,network nodes are becoming denser,network topology is becoming more complex,and operators’equipment operation and maintenance costs are increasing.Network functions virtualization multicast issues include building a traffic forwarding topology,deploying the required functions,and directing traffic.Combining the two is still a problem to be studied in depth at present,and this paper proposes a two-stage solution where the decisions of these two stages are interdependent.Specifically,this paper decouples multicast traffic forwarding and function delivery.The minimum spanning tree of traffic forwarding is constructed by Steiner tree,and the traffic forwarding is realized by Viterbi-algorithm.Use a general topology network to examine network cost and service performance.Simulation results show that this method can reduce overhead and delay and optimize user experience.Ying Chang Hongxue Yang Qinghua Zhu 2022Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2022,31,5:0
