1Double-shell structure of Al_3(Zr,Sc) precipitate induced by thermomechanical treatment of Al-Zr-Sc alloy cable显示文摘A spheroidal Al_3(Zr,Sc) precipitate with a double-shell structure, comprising a Sc-enriched core enveloped by a Zr-enriched inner shell and a Sc-enriched outer shell(~9 nm in thickness), appears in an Al-0.2 Zr-0.1 Sc alloy cable after thermomechanical treatment. The average diameter of the spheroidal Al_3(Zr,Sc) precipitate is approximately 80 nm. The double-shelled Al_3(Zr,Sc) precipitate presents three different interfaces and is semi-coherent with the Al matrix. Atom probe tomography(APT) analyses further show that the outer shell of Al_3(Zr,Sc) precipitate is Sc element enrichment. 2Effects of grain size and secondary phase on corrosion behavior and electrochemical performance of Mg-3Al-5Pb-1Ga-Y sacrificial anode显示文摘Grains with size of 4.5—20.5μm were studied for their corrosion behavior and electrochemical performance in a Mg-3 Al-5 Pb-1 Ga-Y sacrificial anode using immersion testing,electrochemical measurements and microstructure analysis.The results show that fine-grained microstructure has higher chemical activity and more negative discharge potentials than coarse-grained samples.The sample with the smallest average grain size of 4.5μm exhibits corrosion current density of 7.473×10-5 A/cm2,and work potentials of-1.721 V at current density of 10 mA/cm2.The density of grain boundaries and LAGBs increases with grain refinement,which leads to higher rates of dissolution and diffusion for the atoms.The secondary phases promote the occurrence of corrosion and improve the chemical activity of alloy due to their higher potential than the substrate.Higher corrosion rate and discharge activity are directly attributed to the higher density of grain boundaries and LAGBs,as well as the secondary phase.Qiang Cui Danqing Yi Hongxuan Wang Jiayi Zhang Jiao Xu Bin Wang 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,12:6

4Qualitative and quantitative analyses of influenza virus receptors in trachea and lung tissues of humans,mice,chickens and ducks显示文摘To accurately determine the expression and distribution patterns of two influenza virus receptors(SA 2,3-gal and SA 2,6-gal) in trachea and lung tissues of humans,mice,chickens and ducks,we analyzed lectin immunofluorescence stainings of various tissue sections qualitatively and quantitatively.Results from the qualitative analysis showed that both influenza virus receptors were expressed in lung tissues of humans,mice,chickens and ducks as well as trachea tissues of mice and ducks.However,SA 2,6-gal receptor was expressed only in the human trachea tissue and SA 2,3-gal receptor was expressed only in the chicken trachea tissue.Results from the quantitative analysis demonstrated that both receptors were expressed in trachea tissues of human and mouse,as well as in lung tissues of humans,chickens and ducks.Meanwhile,our results also showed that the expression and distribution of influenza virus receptors in the same tissue were not always uniform,indicating that their distribution and expression in various tissues are not simply the distinction between the presence or absence of receptors,but rather the difference in the amount of expressed receptors.WANG BaoLin LIU Bo CHEN Ling ZHANG JianYong HE HongXuan ZHANG Hong 2012Science China(Life Sciences)2012,55,7:2

The plausible structures of the highly dispersed and isolated active species, as well as their effects on the catalytic performances are discussed. 15Prediction of potential targets and molecular mechanisms of Tripterygium hypoglaucum for oral lichen planus based on network pharmacology and molecular docking显示文摘Objective:To explore the potential targets and molecular mechanisms of tripterygium hypoglaucum for oral lichen planus(OLP)by applying network pharmacology and molecular docking technology.Methods:The active ingredients and targets of tripterygium hypoglaucum were screened.OLP-related targets were predicted.The Protein-Protein Interaction(PPI)network was constructed for the intersection targets of tripterygium hypoglaucum and OLP.The“OLP-target-molecule-Tripterygium hypoglaucum”network was constructed and visualized.The intersection genes were screened for gene ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analyses.Molecular docking analysis and visualization were performed.Results:15 active ingredients and 78 targets of tripterygium hypoglaucum were obtained.9109 OLP-related targets were screened,and 54 intersection genes of tripterygium hypoglaucum with OLP were obtained.The top 10 key targets were screened from the constructed PPI network.The top 10 active ingredients of tripterygium hypoglaucum were screened from the constructed“OLP-targets of actionactive ingredients-tripterygium hypoglaucum”network.The GO and KEGG analyses of the 54 intersection targets indicated that tripterygium hypoglaucum may play a therapeutic role by regulating one carbon pool by folate,pathways in cancer,et al.Molecular docking analysis showed that dihydrofolate reductase(DHFR),phosphoribosylglycinamide formyltransferase(GART),estrogen receptor 1(ESR1),et al are the key targets for the treatment of OLP in tripterygium hypoglaucum.Conclusion:The potential key targets and molecular mechanisms of tripterygium hypoglaucum in treating OLP provide a theoretical basis for new drug development and clinical applications.MEI Jie SUN Yu WANG Zheng-an KUANG Hui-fang ZENG Xiao-mei CAI Hongxuan FU Qi-ya LUO Wen 2023Journal of Hainan Medical University2023,29,24:0
16Ultrasound-induced elevation of interlayer spacing and conductivity of CoNi hydroxides for high-performance Ni–Zn batteries显示文摘Nickel–zinc(Ni–Zn) batteries hold a lot of promise for energy storage thanks to their high output voltage, plentiful Zn supply, and low toxicity. Achieving the facile preparation of high-performance cathodes at ambient temperature remains a challenge, it is however essential for practical applications. Here, in the present study, an efficient ultrasound-assisted one-step fabrication of CoNi double hydroxide(UACoNi DH) microspheres at room temperature that performs well as a cathode for Ni–Zn batteries was proposed. This designed ultrasound-assisted method induces the formation of metal double hydroxide with an elevation of interlayer spacing and bulk conductivity while maintaining the structure features of CoNi DH prepared without ultrasound assistance. As a result, the UA-CoNi DH as an electrode material displays highly enhanced electrochemical properties relative to CoNi DH prepared without ultrasound assistance. Benefitting from the improved performance of our UA-CoNi DH electrode, the Ni–Zn battery with UA-CoNi DH as the cathode(UA-CoNi DH//Zn) delivers a good specific capacity(202.36 mAh/g) and rate performance(70.49% capacity maintained at a 10-fold higher current), presenting more than 71.61%and 21.99% improvement relative to the CoNi DH//Zn battery, respectively. 17Chemically bonded multi-nanolayer inorganic aerogel with a record-low thermal conductivity in a vacuum显示文摘Inorganic aerogels have exhibited many superior characteristics with extensive applications,but are still plagued by a nearly century-old tradeoff between their mechanical and thermal properties.When reducing thermal conductivity by ultralow density,inorganic aerogels generally suffer from large fragility due to their brittle nature or weak joint crosslinking,while enhancing the mechanical robustness by material design and structural engineering,they easily sacrifice thermal insulation and stability.Here,we report a chemically bonded multi-nanolayer design and synthesis of a graphene/amorphous boron nitride aerogel to address this typical tradeoff to further enhance mechanical and thermal properties.Attributed to the chemically bonded interface and coupled toughening effect,our aerogels display a low density of 0.8 mg cm-3 with ultrahigh flexibility(elastic compressive strain up to 99%and bending strain up to 90%),and exceptional thermostability(strength degradation<3%after sharp thermal shocks),as well as the lowest thermal conductivities in a vacuum(only 1.57 mW m-1 K-1 at room temperature and 10.39 mW m-1 K-1 at500℃)among solid materials to date.This unique combination of mechanical and thermal properties offers an attractive material system for thermal superinsulation at extreme conditions.Hongxuan Yu Menglin Li Yuanpeng Deng Shubin Fu Jingran Guo Han Zhao Jianing Zhang Shixuan Dang Pengyu Zhang Jian Zhou Dizhou Liu Duola Wang Chuanwei Zhang Menglong Hao Xiang Xu 2023National Science Review2023,10,10:0
18Peripheral CD4^(+)CD8^(+) double positive T cells:A potential marker to evaluate renal impairment susceptibility during systemic lupus erythematosus显示文摘Lupus nephritis(LN) has a high incidence in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients, but there is a lack of sensitive predictive markers. The purpose of the study was to investigate the association between the CD4^(+)CD8^(+)double positive T(DPT) lymphocytes and LN. The study included patients with SLE without renal impairment(SLE-NRI), LN, nephritic syndrome(NS), or nephritis. Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by flow cytometry. Biochemical measurements were performed with peripheral blood in accordance with the recommendations proposed by the National Center for Clinical Laboratories. The proportions of DPT cells in the LN group were significantly higher than that in the SLE-NRI group(t=4.012, P<0.001), NS group(t=3.240,P=0.001), and nephritis group(t=2.57, P=0.011). In the LN group, the risk of renal impairment increased significantly in a DPT cells proportion-dependent manner. The risk of LN was 5.136 times(95% confidence interval, 2.115–12.473) higher in cases with a high proportion of DPT cells than those whose proportion of DPT cells within the normal range. 19Isolation and characterization of a Neisseria sp. from the captive wild goose (Anser anser)显示文摘The present study investigated 15 dead cases of captive wild goslings(Anser anser),which were bred in a small poultry farm in Shandong Province,China.The examined cases presented diverse clinical signs accompanied with neurological manifestations and fatal outcomes.Bacterial culture identified the gram-negative Neisseria sp.from the brain homogenate of most examined cases(10/15,66.7%).The isolated bacteria were identified based on morphologic characteristics,biochemical tests and 16S rDNA typing.Results proved that 1 identical bacteri­al strain(BNO09-3)was isolated from the positive cases.The phylogeny based on the 16S rDNA gene sequenc­es indicated that this isolate has a close relationship with various strains of genus Neisseria sp.isolated from liv­er and feces of duck.This is the first report of Neisseria sp.causing fatality in captive wild geese in China.Chengmin WANG Jing LUO Haijing WANG Said AMER Hua DING Ying DONG Hongxuan HE 2016Integrative Zoology2016,11,2:0
20Scalable rolling-structured triboelectric nanogenerator with high power density for water wave energy harvesting toward marine environmental monitoring显示文摘In the context of advocating a green and low-carbon era,ocean energy,as a renewable strategic resource,is an important part of planning and building a new energy system.Triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)arrays provide feasible and efficient routes for large-scale harvesting of ocean energy.In previous work,a spherical rolling-structured TENG with three-dimensional(3D)electrodes based on rolling motion of dielectric pellets was designed and fabricated for effectively harvesting low-frequency water wave energy.In this work,the external shape of the scalable rolling-structured TENG(SR-TENG)and internal filling amount of pellets were mainly optimized,achieving an average power density of 10.08 W∙m^(−3)under regular triggering.In actual water waves,the SR-TENG can deliver a maximum peak power density of 80.29 W∙m^(−3)and an average power density of 6.02 W∙m^(−3),which are much greater than those of most water wave-driven TENGs.Finally,through a power management,an SR-TENG array with eight units was demonstrated to successfully power portable electronic devices for monitoring the marine environment.The SR-TENGs could promote the development and utilization of ocean blue energy,providing a new paradigm for realizing the carbon neutrality goal.Yuxue Duan Hongxuan Xu Shijie Liu Pengfei Chen Xiangyi Wang Liang Xu Tao Jiang Zhong Lin Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,9:0
