1Conodont Evidence for the Age of the Panxian Fauna,Guizhou,China显示文摘Detailed conodont analysis on the Yangjuan-Chupiwa section,Xinmin,Panxian County,Guizhou Province,revealed a conodont sequence including four Anisian conodont zones,viz.Nicoraella germanica Zone,Nc.kockeli Zone,Paragondolella bifurcata Zone and Neogondolella constricta Zone.These zones indicate that the upper Guanling Formation consists of strata from the Bithynian to the Illyrian of the Anisian.Appearance of Neogondolella constricta suggests that the Anisian/Ladinian boundary might be in the overlying Yangliujing Formation.The Panxian Fauna with well-preserved marine reptile and fish fossils is proved to belong to the lower part of the conodont Nc.kockeli Zone in the studied area.Thus,the age of the Panxian Fauna could be the early Pelsonian of the Anisian.SUN Zuoyu SUN Yuanlin HAO Weicheng JIANG Dayong 2006Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2006,80,5:19
2Precise nanomedicine for intelligent therapy of cancer显示文摘Precise nanomedicine has been extensively explored for efficient cancer imaging and targeted cancer therapy, as evidenced by a few breakthroughs in their preclinical and clinical explorations. Here, we demonstrate the recent advances of intelligent cancer nanomedicine, and discuss the comprehensive understanding of their structure-function relationship for smart and efficient cancer nanomedicine including various imaging and therapeutic applications, as well as nanotoxicity. In particular, a few emerging strategies that have advanced cancer nanomedicine are also highlighted as the emerging focus such as tumor imprisonment, supramolecular chemotherapy, and DNA nanorobot. The challenge and outlook of some scientific and engineering issues are also discussed in future development. 5Guanling Biota: A Marker of Triassic Biotic Recovery from the end-Permian Extinction in the Ancient Guizhou Sea显示文摘After a slow recovery from the end-Permian extinction during the Early Triassic and rapid radiation in the Middle Triassic, evolution of organisms reached a new peak phase in the Late Triassic. The Guanling Biota from the Wayao Member (conodont Paragondolella polygnathiformis Zone), Falang Formation, Xinpu, Guanling County, Guizhou Province, southwestern China corresponds to this peak that marks the full recovery from the end-Permian extinction of marine ecosystems. The biota is of high diversity, containing well preserved and completely articulated skeletons of vertebrates comprising marine reptiles, fishes, and invertebrates including crinoids, ammonites, bivalves, and other fossils, and is one of the best examples of marine ecosystem records in life history. The fossil marine reptiles and crinoids are most significant in this biota, especially the marine reptiles, which provide an important link between the Triassic Pacific and Tethys, and between Triassic basal forms and the Jurassic-Cretaceous marine top predators. The most remarkable fossils are the large completely articulated ichthyosaur skeletons up to and more than 10 m, and the first recorded thalattosaurs and placodonts in China. Following our review, of the 17 named reptilian taxa the eight listed here are considered to be valid: three ichthyosaurs (Qianichthyosaurus zhoui Li, 1999; Guizhouichthyosaurus tangae Cao and Luo in Yin et al., 2000, Guanlingsaurus liangae Yin in Yin et al., 2000), three thalattosaurs (Anshunsaurus huangguoshuensis Liu, 1999, Xinpusaurus suni Yin in Yin et al., 2000, Xinpusaurus kohi Jiang et al., 2004), and two placodonts (Sinocyamodus xinpuensis Li, 2000, Psephochelys polyosteoderma Li and Rieppel, 2002). Mixosaurus guanlingensis Cao in Yin et al., 2000 might be a junior synonym of Qianichthyosaurus zhoui Li, 1999, and Cymbospondylus asiaticus Li and You, 2002 and Panjiangsaurus epicharis Chen and Cheng, 2003 might be junior synonyms of Guizhouichthyosaurus tangae Cao and Luo in Yin et al., 2000. 7Uniformity of the upper Famennian Milankovitch cycle in China显示文摘Research on chemo-biostratigraphy reveals that the periodic fluctuation of Ce/La ratios in carbonate sequence may reflect Milankovitch 100 ka eccentricity cyclicity. The Ce/La curve of the upper Famennian of Huangmao (Guangxi) may be well correlated to that of Muhua (Guizhou) and of Mid-Tarim (Xinjiang). They correspond not only in curve-feature, but also in number of cycles. Huangmao and Mid-Tarim are now located 3 000 km apart, during the Devonian possibly they were located farther apart. This study proves that the simultaneous sedimentary record of Milankovitch eccentricity cycles with a recurrent interval of 100 ka may be traced at different long-range sites. 9Cephalopods of the “Falang Formation” (Triassic) from Guanling and Zhenfeng Counties, Guizhou Province, China显示文摘The 'Falang Formation' of western Guizhou was previously called the 'Halobia Bed' and considered to beLadinian in age. It was subdivided upward into the Zhuganpo, Laishike and Longchang members based on ammonites andthe Trachyceras multitubertulatum Zone of the Longchang Member was put in the Lower Carnian. Here in the presentpaper, 4 genera and 9 species of ammonites and 1 nautiloid genus and species collected from the upper part of the 'FalangFormation' (i.e. the Wayao Formation used in this paper, equivalent to the Laishike Member from Guanling and Zhenfengcounties are described. 10Conodont Biostratigraphy and Age of the Early Triassic Fish-Bearing-Nodule Levels from Nanjing and Jurong, Jiangsu Province, South China显示文摘Fish-bearing-nodules are found in Early Triassic marine strata in many regions, including East Greenland, East Spitsbergen, Northwest Madagascar, Canada, Angola, and South China. A new Olenekian(Early Triassic) conodont biostratigraphic study for stratum that contains fish-bearing-nodule levels is conducted based on the Longtan(LT) Section of Nanjing City and the Qingshan(QS) Section of Jurong County, Jiangsu Province, South China. A total of 101 samples were collected at the two sections and three conodont zones were recognized: in ascending order, they are Scythogondolella(Sc.) milleri Zone, Novispathodus(Nv.) pingdingshanensis Zone, and Triassospathodus(Tr.) aff. homeri Zone. The Scythogondolella milleri Zone is globally recognized as the uppermost conodont zone of the Smithian and the base of the Novispathodus pingdingshanensis Zone was previously suggested as the marker of the Smithian-Spathian boundary in the Yangtze region. The fish-bearing-nodule levels of Nanjing and Jurong are within the conodont Scythogondolella milleri Zone, laterally correlated well with the upper part of the Novispathodus waageni Zone in Chaohu of Anhui Province that also contains fish-bearing-nodule levels. 11Introduction of fluorin into PBO polymer chains:Toward higher thermal stability and lower dielectric constant显示文摘A series of novel fluorinated benzoxazole polymers (6FPBO's) with high thermal stability and low dielectric constant were synthesized by copolymerization of 1,3-diamino-4, 6-dihydroxybenzene dihy-drochloride (DAR), 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid (PTA) and various amount of 4'4- (hexafluoroisopro-pylidene) bis (benzoic acid) (BIS-B-AF) in the medium of polyphosphoric acid (PPA). 6FPBO fibers were then obtained via dry-jet wet-spinning technique and characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), single fiber tensile testing machine and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). FTIR spectrum of 6FPBO fibers indicated that the fluorine groups had been incorporated into PBO molecular chains successfully. TGA curves revealed that 6FPBO fibers possessed high thermal stability just as pure PBO fibers. 12Relationship between Milankovitch eccentricity cyclicity and chemo-cycles from the upper Givetian (Devonian) in Guangxi, South China显示文摘The simultaneity and the regionality of the chemo-cycles are proved by cycle-to-cycle correlation integrated with conodont biostratigraphic correlation of the upper part of the Givetian (Devonian) between Liujing and Dale. 13Frequency-domain diagonal extension imaging显示文摘The pixel size of a charge-coupled device(CCD)camera plays a major role in the image resolution,and the square pixels are attributed to the physical anisotropy of the sampling frequency.We synthesize the high sampling frequency directions from multiple frames acquired with different angles to enhance the resolution by 1.4×over conventional CCD orthogonal sampling.To directly demonstrate the improvement of frequency-domain diagonal extension(FDDE)microscopy,lens-free microscopy is used,as its resolution is dominantly determined by the pixel size.We demonstrate the resolution enhancement with a mouse skin histological specimen and a clinical blood smear sample.Further,FDDE is extended to lens-based photography with an ISO 12233 resolution target.This method paves a new way for enhancing the image resolution for a variety of imaging techniques in which the resolution is primarily limited by the sampling pixel size,for example,microscopy,photography,and spectroscopy.Shan Jiang Meiling Guan Jiamin Wu Guocheng Fang Xinzhu Xu Dayong Jin Zhen Liu Kebin Shi Fan Bai Shu Wang Peng Xi 2020Advanced Photonics2020,2,3:3
14Effect of coagulation temperature on structures and properties of poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (DHPBO) fibers during dry-jet wet-spinning process显示文摘The effect of coagulation temperature on the morphology, microstructures and mechanical properties of dihydroxy poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (DHPBO) fibers was investigated during dry-jet wet- spinning process, in which the coagulation bath concentration and drawn ratio were kept as 10 wt% of PPA in water and 1.7, respectively. The structures and mechanical properties of the as-spun DHPBO fibers were characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM, and single fiber tensile testing.
