1High precision slope deformation monitoring model based on the GPS/Pseudolites technology in open-pit mine显示文摘As the number and geometric intensity of visual satellites are susceptible to large slopes in open-pit mines, we propose integration of GPS/Pseudolites (PLs) positioning technology which can increase the number of visible satellites, strengthen the geometric intensity of satellites and provide a precision solution for slope deformation monitoring. However, the un-modeled systematic errors are still the main limiting factors for high precision baseline solution. In order to eliminate the un-modeled systematic error, the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) theory is employed. The multi-scale decomposition and reconstruction architecture are defined here on the basis of the EMD theory and the systematic error mitigation model is demonstrated as well. A standard of the scale selection for the systematic error elimination is given in terms of the mean of the accumulated standardized modes. Thereafter, the scheme of the GPS/PLs baseline solution based on the EMD is suggested. The simulation and experiment results show that the precision factors (DOP) are reduced greatly when PLs is located suitably. 2Distribution and source of microplastics in China's second largest reservoir-Danjiangkou Reservoir显示文摘Fresh water microplastic pollution is of pressing concern globally,but its distribution and sources in reservoirs are poorly documented.Danjiangkou Reservoir is the second largest reservoir in China and is divided into the Han Reservoir and Dan Reservoir.In this work,microplastic abundances and morphological characteristics of the reservoir were investigated.The microplastic abundance of 15 main tributaries of the reservoir was also measured.The vertical distribution(in water column and sediment),horizontal distribution(in Han Reservoir and Dan Reservoir)and source of microplastics were analyzed.Microplastics accumulated in the middle layer of the reservoir,and the size and color of the microplastic particles changed from the surface to the bottom,which implies that surveys of surface water are not enough to determine the microplastic contamination for deep water reservoirs.In the surface water,the microplastic abundance in the Han Reservoir was lower than that in the Dan Reservoir(p<0.05),but microplastic abundance did not differ significantly in the intermediate and bottom water.Tributaries were one of the main sources of microplastics for Han Reservoir but not for Dan Reservoir.Agricultural cultivation in the hydro-fluctuation belt might be an important source of microplastics in the Dan Reservoir,which should be given additional attention.The results of this study can provide valuable information for developing microplastic sampling strategies in deep water reservoirs.Further studies are recommended to investigate the process through which microplastics in the hydro-fluctuation belt enter the reservoir and the sinking behavior of microplastics in the reservoir.Li Lin Xiong Pan Sheng Zhang Danwen Li Wenliang Zhai Zhen Wang Jingxiang Tao Changqing Mi Qingyun Li John C.Crittenden 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,4:13
3Some problems of GPS RTK technique application to mining subsidence monitoring显示文摘Owing to the variability of mine surfaces,it is difficult to obtain the deformation monitoring data of the observation stations by traditional leveling technique.GPS RTK(Real-Time Kinematic) technique was employed to the subsidence observation in this paper,and its main sources of errors including rover pole deflection of the vertical,un-modeled systematic errors(gross error,multipath delay etc.) and the height transformation error,were analyzed systematically.Based on the fundamental theories of spherical fitting and Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD),the error reduction models were studied exhaustively.And two experiments were done in different environment to test the proposed models.The results show that the proposed methods can achieve a fourth-grade leveling accuracy,with(Root-Mean-Square) RMS in three orthogonal directions(N,E and H) of 4.1,3.3 and 3.1 mm,respectively,by 3-5 min continuous shaking of the observation GPS antenna,fully satisfying for mine surface subsidence deformation monitoring.Liu Chao Zhou Feng Gao Jingxiang Wang Jian 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,2:12
4He–Ar Isotopic Tracing of Pyrite from Ore-forming Fluids of the Sanshandao Au Deposit, Jiaodong Area显示文摘The Sanshandao Au deposit is located in the famous Sanshandao metallogenic belt,Jiaodong area.To date,accumulative Au resources of 1000 t have been identified from the belt.Sanshandao is a world-class gold deposit with Au mineralization hosted in Early Cretaceous Guojialing-type granites.Thus,studies on the genesis and ore-forming element sources of the Sanshandao Au deposit are crucial.He and Ar isotopic analyses of fluid inclusions from pyrite(the carrier of Au)indicate that the fluid inclusions have 3 He/4 He=0.043–0.21 Ra with an average of 0.096 Ra and 40 Ar/36 Ar=488–664 with an average of 570.8.These values represent the initial He and Ar isotopic compositions of ore-forming fluids for trapped fluid inclusions.The comparison of H–O isotopic characteristics combined with deposit geology and wall rock alteration reveals that the ore-forming fluids of the Sanshandao Au deposit show mixed crust–mantle origin characteristics,and they mainly comprise crust-derived fluid mixed with minor mantle-derived fluid and meteoric water during the uprising process.The ore-forming elements were generally sourced from pre-Cambrian meta-basement rocks formed by Mesozoic reactivation and mixed with minor shallow crustal and mantle components.HAN Zhenyu YU Xiaowei LI Shoujun Tian Jingxiang WANG Zhongliang YU Xiaojing WANG Ligong 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,6:5
5Ag@Au core/shell triangular nanoplates with dual enzyme-like properties for the colorimetric sensing of glucose显示文摘Due to the serious harm of diabetes to human health,development of sensitive assays for glucose level is of high significance for early prevention and treatment of diabetes.Currently,most conventional enzyme-based glucose sensors suffer from high cost and low stability due to the inherent defects of natural enzymes.Herein,we develop a pure nanozyme-based glucose detection method using Ag@Au core/shell triangular nanoplates(TNPs),which combines glucose oxidase(GOD)-and horseradish peroxidase(HRP)-like activities of the Au shell and inherent plasmonic properties of Ag TNPs.The sensing mechanism is based on the fact that the Au shell possessed GOD-like activity,enabling the oxidation of glucose to produce H2O2,which can further etch the silver core,leading to the decrease of absorbance at 800 nm and the color change from blue to colorless.Compared with the previous nanozymes-based glucose sensors,our method avoids the use of enzymes and organic chromogenic agent.Moreover,the stability of the Ag@Au core/shell TNPs is much better than that of Ag TNPs due to the protection by the coating of the Au shell.This method was successfully applied to the detection of urine samples from patients with diabetes,indicating its practical applicability for real sample analysis.Ao Liu Mengmeng Li Jingxiang Wang Fan Feng Yu Zhang Zhiwei Qiu Yuzhu Chen Benjamin Edem Meteku Congying Wen Zifeng Yan Jingbin Zeng 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,5:3
6N-heterocyclic carbene as a promising metal-free electrocatalyst with high efficiency for nitrogen reduction to ammonia显示文摘Electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)at ambient conditions holds great promise for sustainably synthesizing ammonia(NH3),while developing highly-efficient,long-term stable,and inexpensive catalysts to activate the inert N≡N bond is a key scientific issue.In this work,on the basis of the concept'N-heterocyclic carbenes(NHCs)',we propose a carbon decorated graphitic-carbon nitride(C/g-C3N4)as novel metal-free NRR electrocatalyst by means of density functional theory(DFT)computations.Our results reveal that the introduced C atom in g-C3N4 surface can be regarded as NHCs and catalytic sites for activating N≡N bond,and are stabilized by the g-C3N4 substrate due to sterically disfavored dimerization.Especially,this NHCs-based heterogeneous catalysis can efficiently reduce the activated N2 molecule to NH3 with a low overpotential of 0.05 V via an enzymatic mechanism.Our work is the first report of NHCs-based electrocatalyst for N2 fixation,thus opening an alternative avenue for advancing sustainable NH3 production.Hongyan Li Le Yang Zhongxu Wang Peng Jin Jingxiang Zhao Zhongfang Chen 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,7:3
73D bioprinting of a biomimetic meniscal scaffold for application in tissue engineering显示文摘Appropriate biomimetic scaffolds created via 3D bioprinting are promising methods for treating damaged menisci.However,given the unique anatomical structure and complex stress environment of the meniscus,many studies have adopted various techniques to take full advantage of different materials,such as the printing combined with infusion,or electrospining,to chase the biomimetic meniscus,which makes the process complicated to some extent.Some researchers have tried to tackle the challenges only by 3D biopringting,while its alternative materials and models have been constrained.In this study,based on a multilayer biomimetic strategy,we optimized the preparation of meniscus-derived bioink,gelatin methacrylate(GelMA)/meniscal extracellular matrix(MECM),to take printability and cytocompatibility into account together.Subsequently,a customized 3D bioprinting system featuring a dual nozzle+multitemperature printing was used to integrate the advantages of polycaprolactone(PCL)and meniscal fibrocartilage chondrocytes(MFCs)-laden GelMA/MECM bioink to complete the biomimetic meniscal scaffold,which had the best biomimetic features in terms of morphology and components.Furthermore,cell viability,mechanics,biodegradation and tissue formation in vivo were performed to ensure that the scaffold had sufficient feasibility and functionality,thereby providing a reliable basis for its application in tissue engineering.Zhou Jian Tian Zhuang Tian Qinyu Peng Liqing Li Kun Luo Xujiang Wang Diaodiao Yang Zhen Jiang Shuangpeng Sui Xiang Huang Jingxiang Liu Shuyun Hao Libo Tang Peifu Yao Qi Guo Quanyi 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,6:3
8The Enlightenment on Urban Ecological Construction by Research Progress of Sponge City in China Based on Literature Analysis显示文摘To quantitatively analyze main figure,field,agency and level of sponge city research in China,and clear research focus and hot spot in each year,by using the Full Text Database of Chinese Sci-tech Periodicals and other retrieval tools,the statistics and analysis of 3152 research literatures on sponge city published in domestic academic journals of 2004-2016 are conducted based on bibliometrics. It is found that since the concept of ' sponge city' was firstly proposed in 2012,development research of sponge city involves 40 subject fields and is mainly published in 32 kinds of journals,which is dominated by natural science research( 1427 literatures). Researchers are mainly from each college and university,some design institutes and Chinese Academy of Sciences. 9Effect of Curing Conditions on the Hydration and Performance of CFBC Ash Cementitious System显示文摘Circulating fluidized bed combustion(CFBC) ash can be used as supplementary cementitious material for concrete production for its high pozzolanic activity. We investigated the effect of curing conditions on the hydration and performance of CFBC ash-Portland cement system(30:70, by mass) including hydration products, paste microstructure, linear expansion ratio, chemically combined water content and compressive strength. The results show that tobermorite rather than ettringite is generated under the condition of autoclaved curing. The expansion and mortar strength of the system cured in water is higher than those cured in air at a given age, and the strength and bulk volume may retract under the condition of air curing. In addition, autoclaved curing facilitates the increase of strength gain at early curing ages(the increase rate lowers down in the following ages) and the improvement of system volume stability. 11The 9L^(LUC)/Wistar rat glioma model is not suitable for immunotherapy显示文摘The availability of a well-characterized animal brain tumor model will play an important role in identifying treatments for human brain tumors. Wistar rats bearing 9L glioma cells can develop solid, well-circumcised tumors, and may be a useful animal model for the evaluation of various therapeutic approaches for gliosarcomas. In this study, the 9L/Wistar rat glioma model was produced by intracerebral implantation of 9LLUC glioma cells syngenic to Fischer 344 (F344) rats. Bioluminescence imaging showed that tumors progressively grew from day 7 to day 21 in 9LLUC/F344 rats, and tumor regression was found in some 9LLUC/Wistar rats. Hematoxylin-eosin staining verified that intracranial tumors were gliomas. Immunohistochemistry results demonstrated that no CD4- and CD8-positive cells were found in the syngeneic 9LLUC/F344 model. However, many infiltrating CD4- and CD8-positive cells were observed within the tumors of the 9LLUC/Wistar model. 16Environmental contribution to needle variation among natural populations of Pinus tabuliformis显示文摘Variations in the phenotypic characteristics of conifer needles is a consequence of genetic evolution that has been widely used in geographic variation and ecological studies.Although many studies are based on an in situ sampling strategy and generally realize the contribution of environmental effects to variation in needle traits,it is still uncertain which needle traits are most influenced by genetic effects and which are most influenced by the environment.Using both a common garden experiment to eliminate environmental heterogeneity and an in situ sampling strategy,we compared 18 Pinus tabuliformis needle traits among 10 geographical populations.Using both sampling strategies,we found significant differences in needle traits among populations and among individuals within populations.Differences in the‘‘among-population’’variance component between the two sampling strategies revealed the environmental contribution among natural populations for each trait.The among-population variance in the following traits exceeded 8%:needle length,number of stomata within 2 mm(NS2),number of stomatal lines on the planar side,number of resin canals(RCN)and the resin canal area(RCA).For the stability of needle traits,NS2,RCN,RCA,ratio of the vascular bundle area to the RCA(VBA/RCA),and MA/RCA differed significantly in more than five provenance changes between the common garden populations and natural populations,which may be susceptible to environmental effects.Conversely,the crosssectional area,mesophyll area(MA),MA/(VBA+RCA),and MA/VBA were phenotypically stable.Geographic variation patterns and systematic relation of needle traits differed between the two sampling strategies,suggesting that in situ sampling results may reflect environmental effects and deviate statistical parameters for genetic study.Future studies of genetic evolution in the context of geographic variation should be based on appropriate sampling strategies and stable phenotypic traits.Jingxiang Meng Xinyu Chen Yujie Huang Liming Wang Fangqian Xing Yue Li 2019Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,4:1
173D-printed cell-free PCL-MECM scaffold with biomimetic micro-structure and micro-environment to enhance in situ meniscus regeneration显示文摘Despite intensive effort was made to regenerate injured meniscus by cell-free strategies through recruiting endogenous stem/progenitor cells,meniscus regeneration remains a great challenge in clinic.In this study,we found decellularized meniscal extracellular matrix(MECM)preserved native meniscal collagen and glycosaminoglycans which could be a good endogenous regeneration guider for stem cells.Moreover,MECM significantly promoted meniscal fibrochondrocytes viability and proliferation,increased the expression of type II collagen and proteoglycans in vitro.Meanwhile,we designed 3D-printed polycaprolactone(PCL)scaffolds which mimic the circumferential and radial collagen orientation in native meniscus.Taken these two advantages together,a micro-structure and micro-environment dually biomimetic cell-free scaffold was manipulated.This cell-free PCL-MECM scaffold displayed superior biocompatibility and yielded favorable biomechanical capacities closely to native meniscus.Strikingly,neo-menisci were regenerated within PCL-MECM scaffolds which were transplanted into knee joints underwent medial meniscectomy in rabbits and sheep models.Histological staining confirmed neo-menisci showed meniscus-like heterogeneous staining.Mankin scores showed PCL-MECM scaffold could protect articular cartilage well,and knee X-ray examination revealed same results.Knee magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scanning also showed some neo-menisci in PCL-MECM scaffold group.In conclusion,PCL-MECM scaffold appears to optimize meniscus regeneration.This could represent a promising approach worthy of further investigation in preclinical applications.Weimin Guo Mingxue Chen Zhenyong Wang Yue Tian Jinxuan Zheng Shuang Gao Yangyang Li Yufeng Zheng Xu Li Jingxiang Huang Wei Niu Shuangpeng Jiang Chunxiang Hao Zhiguo Yuan Yu Zhang Mingjie Wang Zehao Wang Jiang Peng Aiyuan Wang Yu Wang Xiang Sui Wenjing Xu Libo Hao Xifu Zheng Shuyun Liu Quanyi Guo 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:1

19Diagenetic Sequence and Genetic Mechanism of Silurian Tight Sandstone Reservoirs in the Eastern Tarim Basin, Northwest China显示文摘The Silurian stratigraphic sequence has recently become one of the most important exploration targets in the Tarim Basin, with a considerable amount of profitable hydrocarbon pools discovered in the central Tarim Basin. Previous exploration activities indicate that the Silurian stratigraphic sequence in the eastern Tarim Basin has great hydrocarbon exploration potential. The Silurian reservoirs comprise a set of tight marine sandstones, whose diagenetic sequence and genetic mechanism are still poorly understood. The complex relationship of hydrocarbon generation, the timing of the peak expulsion of the source rocks and the evolution of the reservoirs remains unclear. An integrated description and analysis have been carried out on core samples from eleven wells selected from the eastern Tarim Basin. A range of petrographic and geochemical analyses were conducted. By using an integrated approach with thin-section petrography, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), cathodoluminescence(CL), carbon and oxygen isotope geochemistry, formation water analysis, X-ray diffractometry(XRD), electron probe microanalysis and fluid inclusion microthermometry, the genesis and occurrence of individual diagenetic events were documented to reconstruct the diagenetic sequence and diagenetic model for the Silurian sandstone. Additionally, the tight nature of the Silurian reservoirs can mainly be attributed to the compaction processes and cementation. In particular, the destructiveness of the compactional processes to the original porosity is far greater than that from the cementation. Furthermore, fluid inclusion analyses also indicate that the Silurian sandstone has experienced three phases of hydrocarbon charge. The first two phases occurred during the eodiagenesis stage(from the Late Silurian to the Early Devonian and from the Late Carboniferous to the end of the Late Permian), when the Silurian sandstone was not tight and had a porosity of greater than 20%. 20Single Epoch GPS Deformation Signals Extraction and Gross Error Detection Technique Based on Wavelet Transform显示文摘Wavelet theory is efficient as an adequate tool for analyzing single epoch GPS deformation signal. Wavelet analysis technique on gross error detection and recovery is advanced. Criteria of wavelet function choosing and Mallat decomposition levels decision are discussed. An effective deformation signal extracting method is proposed, that is wavelet noise reduction technique considering gross error recovery, which combines wavelet multi-resolution gross error detection results. Time position recognizing of gross errors and their repairing performance are realized. In the experiment, compactly supported orthogonal wavelet with short support block is more efficient than the longer one when discerning gross errors, which can obtain more finely analyses. And the shape of discerned gross error of short support wavelet is simpler than that of the longer one.
