2Effects of elevated CO_2 concentration and nitrogen supply on biomass and active carbon of freshwater marsh after two growing seasons in Sanjiang Plain, Northeast China显示文摘An experiments were carried out with treatments differing in nitrogen supply (0, 5 and 15 g N/m2) and CO2 levels (350 and 700 μmol/mol) using OTC (open top chamber) equipment to investigate the biomass of Calamagrostis angustifolia and soil active carbon contents after two years. The results showed that elevated CO2 concentration increased the biomass of C. angustifolia and the magnitude of response varied with each growth period. Elevated CO2 concentration has increased aboveground biomass by 16.7% and 17.6% during the jointing and heading periods and only 3.5% and 9.4% during dough and maturity periods. The increases in belowground biomass due to CO2 elevation was 26.5%, 34.0% and 28.7% during the heading, dough and maturity periods, respectively. The responses of biomass to enhanced CO2 concentrations are differed in N levels. Both the increase of aboveground biomass and belowground biomass were greater under high level of N supply (15 g N/m2). Elevated CO2 concentration also increased the allocation of biomass and carbon in root. Under elevated CO2 concentration, the average values of active carbon tended to increase. The increases of soil active soil contents followed the sequence of microbial biomass carbon (10.6%) > dissolved organic carbon (7.5%) > labile oxidable carbon (6.6%) > carbohydrate carbon (4.1%). Stepwise regressions indicated there were significant correlations between the soil active carbon contents and plant biomass. Particularly, microbial biomass carbon, labile oxidable carbon and carbohydrate carbon were found to be correlated with belowground biomass, while dissolved organic carbon has correlation with aboveground biomass. 6Short-term wind power prediction based on extreme learning machine with error correction显示文摘Introduction:Large-scale integration of wind generation brings great challenges to the secure operation of the power systems due to the intermittence nature of wind.The fluctuation of the wind generation has a great impact on the unit commitment.Thus accurate wind power forecasting plays a key role in dealing with the challenges of power system operation under uncertainties in an economical and technical way.Methods:In this paper,a combined approach based on Extreme Learning Machine(ELM)and an error correction model is proposed to predict wind power in the short-term time scale.Firstly an ELM is utilized to forecast the short-term wind power.Then the ultra-short-term wind power forecasting is acquired based on processing the short-term forecasting error by persistence method.Results:For short-term forecasting,the Extreme Learning Machine(ELM)doesn’t perform well.The overall NRMSE(Normalized Root Mean Square Error)of forecasting results for 66 days is 21.09%.For the ultra-short term forecasting after error correction,most of forecasting errors lie in the interval of[-10 MW,10 MW].The error distribution is concentrated and almost unbiased.The overall NRMSE is 5.76%.Conclusion:The ultra-short-term wind power forecasting accuracy is further improved by using error correction in terms of normalized root mean squared error(NRMSE).Zhi Li Lin Ye Yongning Zhao Xuri Song Jingzhu Teng Jingxin Jin 2016Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems2016,1,1:3
7Perspective of energy transfer from light energy into biological energy显示文摘Energy has always been the most concerned topic in the world due to the large consumption. Various types of energy have been exploited and developed to enhance the output amount so that high requirements can be met. Like the hydro-energy, wind energy, and tidal energy, light energy as a renewable, clean, and widespread energy can be easily harvested. In microcosmic scale, some specific proteins and enzymes in green plants and bacteria play an important role in light harvest and energy conversion via photosynthesis. Inspired by the biomimetic sparks,these bioactive macromolecules and some artificially synthetic unites have been integrated together to improve the light-harvesting, and enhance their utilization efficiency. 10Wind and Photovoltaic Power Time Series Data Aggregation Method Based on an Ensemble Clustering and Markov Chain显示文摘Reducing the input wind and photovoltaic power time series data can improve the efficiency of time sequential simulations.In this paper,a wind and photovoltaic power time series data aggregation method based on an ensemble clustering and Markov chain(ECMC)is proposed.The ECMC method can effectively reduce redundant information in the data.First,the wind and photovoltaic power time series data were divided into scenarios,and ensemble clustering was used to cluster the divided scenarios.At the same time,the Davies-Bouldin Index(DBI)is adopted to select the optimal number of clusters.Then,according to the temporal correlation between wind and photovoltaic scenarios,the wind and photovoltaic clustering results are merged and reduced to form a set of combined typical day scenarios that can reflect the characteristics of historical data within the calculation period.Finally,based on the Markov Chain,the state transition probability matrix of various combined typical day scenarios is constructed,and the aggregation state sequence of random length is generated,and then,the combined typical day scenarios of wind and photovoltaic were sampled in a sequential one-way sequence according to the state sequence and then are built into a representative wind and photovoltaic power time series aggregation sequence.A provincial power grid was chosen as an example to compare the multiple evaluation indexes of different aggregation methods.The results show that the ECMC aggregation method improves the accuracy and efficiency of time sequential simulations.Jingxin Jin Lin Ye Jiachen Li Yongning Zhao Peng Lu Weisheng Wang Xuebin Wang 2022CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,3:1

12Osteogenic and anti-tumor Cu and Mn-doped borosilicate nanoparticles for syncretic bone repair and chemodynamic therapy in bone tumor treatment显示文摘Critical bone defects caused by extensive excision of malignant bone tumor and the probability of tumor recurrence due to residual tumor cells make malignant bone tumor treatment a major clinical challenge.The present therapeutic strategy concentrates on implanting bone substitutes for defect filling but suffers from failures in both enhancing bone regeneration and inhibiting the growth of tumor cells.Herein,Cu and Mn-doped borosilicate nanoparticles(BSNs)were developed for syncretic bone repairing and anti-tumor treatment,which can enhance bone regeneration through the osteogenic effects of Cu^(2+) and Mn^(3+) ions and meanwhile induce tumor cells apoptosis through the hydroxyl radicals produced by the Fenton-like reactions of Cu^(2+) and Mn^(3+) ions.In vitro study showed that both osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs and angiogenesis of endothelial cells were promoted by BSNs,and consistently the critical bone defects of rats were efficiently repaired by BSNs through in vivo evaluation.Meanwhile,BSNs could generate hydroxyl radicals through Fenton-like reactions in the simulated tumor microenvironment,promote the generation of intracellular reactive oxygen species,and eventually induce tumor cell apoptosis.Besides,subcutaneous tumors of mice were effectively inhibited by BSNs without causing toxic side effects to normal tissues and organs.Altogether,Cu and Mn-doped BSNs developed in this work performed dual functions of enhancing osteogenesis and angiogenesis for bone regeneration,and inhibiting tumor growth for chemodynamic therapy,thus holding a great potential for syncretic bone repairing and anti-tumor therapy.Libin Pang Renliang Zhao Jing Chen Jingxin Ding Xiaochen Chen Wenwen Chai Xu Cui Xiaolin Li Deping Wang Haobo Pan 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,6:1
13High-entropy(Sm_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Gd_(0.2)Dy_(0.2)Er_(0.2))_(2)Hf_(2)O_(7) ceramic with superb resistance to radiation-induced amorphization显示文摘Nuclear engineering materials are required to possess outstanding extreme environmental tolerance and irradiation resistance.A promising novel pyrochlore-type of(Sm_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Gd_(0.2)Dy_(0.2)Er_(0.2))2 Hf_(2)O_(7)high-entropy ceramic(HE-RE2 Hf_(2)O_(7))for control rod was prepared by solid-state reaction method.The ion irradiation of HE-RE_(2) Hf_(2)O_(7)with 400 keV Kr+at 400℃was investigated using a 400 kV ion implanter and compared with single-component pyrochlore Gd2 Hf_(2)O_(7)to evaluate the irradiation resistance.For HE-RE2 Hf_(2)O_(7),the phase transition from pyrochlore to defective fluorite is revealed after irradiation at 60 dpa.After irradiation at 120 dpa,it maintained crystalline,which is comparable to Gd2 Hf_(2)O_(7)but superior to the titanate pyrochlores previously studied.Moreover,the lattice expansion of HE-RE2 Hf_(2)O_(7)(_(0.2)2%)is much lower than that of Gd2 Hf_(2)O_(7)(0.62%),indicating excellent irradiation damage resistance.Nanoindentation tests displayed an irradiation-induced increase in hardness and a decrease in elastic modulus by about 2.6%.Irradiation-induced segregation of elements is observed on the surface of irradiated samples.In addition,HE-RE2 Hf_(2)O_(7)demonstrates a more sluggish grain growth rate than Gd2 Hf_(2)O_(7)at 1200℃,suggesting better high-temperature stability.The linear thermal expansion coefficient of HE-RE2 Hf_(2)O_(7)is 10.7×10-6 K-1 at 298–1273 K.In general,it provides a new strategy for the design of the next advanced nuclear engineering materials.Jingxin Wu Meng Zhang Zhanqiang Li Minzhong Huang Huiming Xiang Liyan Xue Zhengming Jiang Zhigang Zhao Lianfeng Wei Yong Zheng Fan Yang Guang Ran Yanchun Zhou Heng Chen 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,24:1

19Detection and recognition of veterinary drug residues in beef using hyperspectral discrete wavelet transform and deep learning显示文摘A fast,non-destructive recognition method for veterinary drug residues in beef was proposed to mitigate the laborious sample preparation and long detection times associated with conventional chemical detection techniques.Control beef samples free of veterinary drug residues and four groups of beef sprayed with relevant concentrations of metronidazole,ofloxacin,salbutamol,and dexamethasone under ambient conditions were analyzed by 400-1000 nm hyperspectral imaging followed by multiplicative scatter correction preprocessing.Data dimension reduction was performed using Competitive Adaptive Reweighted Sampling(CARS),Principal Component Analysis(PCA),and Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT)based on Haar,db3,bior1.5,sym5,and rbio1.3 wavelet basis functions.Treated data were subjected to Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),Multilayer Perceptron(MLP),Random Forest(RF),and Support Vector Machine(SVM)modelling.CNN,MLP,SVM,and RF algorithms achieved overall accuracies of 91.6%,88.6%,87.6%,and 86.2%,respectively,when combined with DWT(wavelet basis functions and numbers of transform layers being Haar-4,db3-2,bior1.5-4,and sym5-3,respectively).The algorithm Kappa coefficients(0.89,0.86,0.85,and 0.83,respectively)and time consumption for prediction(140.60 ms,57.85 ms,70.67 ms,and 87.16 ms,respectively)were also superior to models based on CARS and PCA.DWT combined with deep learning can shorten prediction times,considerably improve the accuracy of classification and recognition,and alleviate the Hughes phenomenon,thus providing a new method for the fast,non-destructive detection and recognition of veterinary drug residues in beef.Rongchang Jiang Jingxin Shen Xinran Li Rui Gao Qinghe Zhao Zhongbin Su 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,1:0
