1Co3O4 nanocage derived from metal-organic frameworks: An excellent cathode catalyst for rechargeable Li-O2 battery显示文摘Rechargeable non-aqueous Li-O2 battery is regarded as one of the most promising energy-storage technologies on account of its high energy density.It is believed that the rational design of three-dimensional (3D) architecture for catalyst is a key factor for the remarkable performance.Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) derived materials possess excellent architecture,which is beneficial for Li-O2 batteries.In this work,ZIF-67 is used as precursor template and calcinated under different temperature to produce Co3O4 crystals.When the anneal treatment is under 350℃,the derived Co3O4 nanocage holds the most complete skeleton,which provides better charge transfer ability as well as O2 and Li^+ diffusion.Meanwhile,the Co3O4 nanocage owns more oxygen vacancies,offering more active sites.With the synergistic effect of nanocage structure and active sites,the Co3O4 nanocage stably delivers a large specific capacity of 15,500 mAh·g^-1 as well as a long cycle-life of 132 cycles at limited discharge capacity of 1,000 mAh·g^-1 under discharge/charge current density of 0.5 A·g^-1.Zhuoliang Jiang Hui Sun Wenke Shi Tianhang Zhou Jianyong Hu Jingyang Cheng Pengfei Hu Shigang Sun 2019Nano Research2019,12,7:5
2Nonlinear Adaptive Slewing Motion Control of Spacecraft Truss Driven by Synchronous V-gimbaled CMG Precession显示文摘The slewing motion control of a truss arm driven by a V-gimbaled control-moment-gyro (CMG) is a nonlinear control problem. The V-gimbaled CMG consists of a pair of gyros that must precess synchronously. The moment of inertia of the system, the angular momentum of the gyros and the external disturbances are not exactly known. With the help of feedback linearization and recursive Lyapunov design method, an adaptive nonlinear controller is designed to deal with the unknown items. 5An anti-freezing biomineral hydrogel of high strain sensitivity for artificial skin applications显示文摘Mineral hydrogels have caught a lot of attention for their strong competency as artificial skin-like materials.Nonetheless,it remains a great difficulty in fulfilling in one hydrogel system a range of key functionalities that are needed for practical artificial skin applications,i.e.,to be biocompatible,strain-sensitive,ion-conductive,elastic and robust,anti-swelling,and anti-freezing.Here we present a such type of versatile hydrogel that is not only capable to deliver all the above-mentioned key functionalities but also highly stable.This novel hydrogel is constructed by introducing a gelatinous and amorphous multi-ionic biomineral(denoted as Mg-ACCP,containing Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+),CO_(3)^(2−),and PO_(4)^(3−))into the network of biocompatible polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and sodium alginate(SA).The presence of Mg^(2+)and PO_(4)^(3−)in this hydrogel helps prohibit the crystallization of the biominerals,leading to significantly improved stability.The hydrogel thus obtained delivers excellent mechanical performance due to the chelation between the mineral ions and the organic matrix,and high sensitivity even to subtle pressure and strain applied,such as slight finger bending and gentle tapping.Furthermore,the novel hydrogel features high ionic conductivity,high resistance to swelling,and extraordinary anti-freezing property,holding great promise for applications in different practical scenarios,particularly in aqueous or cold environments.Junda Shen Peng Du Binbin Zhou Guobin Zhang Xinxue Tang Jie Pan Bo Li Jingyang Zhang Jian Lu Yang Yang Li 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:1

10Inhibition of cathepsin B protects pancreatic acinar cells against apoptosis in early pancreatic trauma in rats显示文摘Objectives:To observe the protective effect of cathepsin B inhibition against apoptosis of acinar cells in the early management of pancreatic contusion and laceration in rats,which would provide evidence of a potential early therapeutic for pancreatic contusion and laceration.Methods:Twenty-four rats were assigned to 2 groups:1)Model(n=12)with an induced pancreatic injury of severity I-II and 2)CA074-V(n=12):an induced pancreatic injury,severity I-II treated with the cathepsin B inhibitor CA074-me(0.01mg/g)by intravenous administration through the caudal vein at 5minutes post model establishment.The mice in these two groups were further randomly divided into 4 subgroups containing 3 rats each that were sacrificed for quantitation of apoptosis,immunohistochemistry of cathepsin B,and serum amylase and lipase measurements at different time points after model establishment(0,3,6,and 12hours).Results:The percentage of apoptotic pancreatic acinar cells collected from the injured tissues were much lower in the CA074-V group than the Model group at 3hours[9.25±3.94%vs.64.76±26.47%,P<0.10]and 6hours[14.71±8.22%vs.66.60±13.54%,P<0.10]post model establishment.The percentage of cathepsin B-positive pancreatic acinar cells were much lower in the CA074-V group than in the Model group at 3hours[31.07±12.02%vs.69.16±5.71%,P<0.10],6hours[24.84±0.93%vs.47.06±0.91%,P<0.10],and 12hours[28.33±9.14%vs.52.72±1.25%,P<0.10]post model establishment.Conclusions:Early cathepsin B inhibition effectively blocked acinar cell apoptosis in an experimental rat model of pancreatic contusion and laceration.Cong Feng Lili Wang Jingyang Peng Xiang Cui Xuan Zhou 2022Emergency and Critical Care Medicine2022,2,1:1

13隐睾下降固定术后睾丸恶变临床分析(英文)显示文摘Objective: We summarized the relationship between the descent of a testicle into the scrotum and testicular cancer.Methods: Twenty-eight patients with testicular cancer after surgical treatment of cryptorchidism were retrospective analysis.Results: All patients were performed surgical treatment of cryptorchidism from 2 to 28 years old (median,12 years;average,16 years).Testicular cancer age ranged from 19 to 53 years (median,33 years;average,36 years).Malignant transformation occurred from 3 to 25 years of operation time (average,18 years).Twenty-seven cases of malignant cryptorchidism ipsilateral,contralateral malignancy in 1 case,27 cases were underwent radical resection of testicular cancer.Pathology diagnosis was mainly seminoma.Retroperitoneal lymph node dissection was done in 3 cases,18 cases were chemotherapy and radiotherapy in 3 cases.Conclusion: The undescended testicle is the most common genital malformation in boys.When diagnosed,it should be treated as early as possible,but successful treatment appears not to lessen the risk of testicular cancer,patients must be closely monitored follow-up.Tao Ma Jingyang Guo Wenzeng Yang Hongyue Zhou Chunli Zhao Yanqiao Zhang 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,1:1
14An epidermal electrode based triboelectric walking energy harvester for wearable wireless sensing applications显示文摘Harvesting bio-kinetic energy using a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG) is one of the promising routes to solve the sustainable energy supply problem for wearable electronics. However, additional materials, complex fabricating processes or specific mechanical structures are needed for existing TENGs to harvest bio-kinetic energy. Besides, they need to be tightly attached to the human body, which may result in detachment and malfunction under tense human motion. Herein, an intrinsic epidermal electrode-based TENG(E-TENG) is proposed to harvest human walking energy. The wearing shoes and ground are used as tribo-materials, and the human epidermis is used as the back electrode of the E-TENG. Compared with the traditional TENGs,the E-TENG does not need any additional tribo-materials and complex mechanical structures. Under optimal conditions, the voltage output of E-TENG can reach 914 V. E-TENG has been used as a self-powered warning sensor and pedometer sensor for demonstration. Furthermore, E-TENG based self-powered wireless sensor system has been developed using a newly designed micro energy electronic switch(MEES). 15Enhancing maize's nitrogen-fixing potential through ZmSBT3, a gene suppressing mucilage secretion∞显示文摘Maize(Zea mays)requires substantial amounts of nitrogen,posing a challenge for its cultivation.Recent work discovered that some ancient Mexican maize landraces harbored diazotrophic bacteria in mucilage secreted by their aerial roots.To see if this trait is retained in modern maize,we conducted a field study of aerial root mucilage(ARM)in 258 inbred lines.We observed that ARM secretion is common in modern maize,but the amount significantly varies,and only a few lines have retained the nitrogen‐fixing traits found in ancient landraces.The mucilage of the high‐ARM inbred line HN5‐724 had high nitrogen‐fixing enzyme activity and abundant diazotrophic bacteria.Our genome‐wide association study identified 17 candidate genes associated with ARM across three environments.Knockouts of one candidate gene,the subtilase family gene ZmSBT3,confirmed that it negatively regulates ARM secretion.Notably,the ZmSBT3 knockout lines had increased biomass and total nitrogen accumulation under nitrogen‐free culture conditions.High ARM was associated with three ZmSBT3 haplotypes that were gradually lost during maize domestication,being retained in only a few modern inbred lines such as HN5‐724.In summary,our results identify ZmSBT3 as a potential tool for enhancing ARM,and thus nitrogen fixation,in maize.Jingyang Gao Peijiang Feng Jingli Zhang Chaopei Dong Zhao Wang Mingxiang Chen Zhongliang Yu Bowen Zhao Xin Hou Huijuan Wang Zhaokun Wu Razia Sultana Jemim Haidong Yu Doudou Sun Pei Jing Jiafa Chen Weibin Song Xuecai Zhang Zijian Zhou Jianyu Wu 2023Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2023,65,12:0

17Single-cell RNA sequencing reveals the dynamics of hepatic non-parenchymal cells in autoprotection against acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity显示文摘Gaining a better understanding of autoprotection against drug-induced liver injury(DILI)may provide new strategies for its prevention and therapy.However,little is known about the underlying mechanisms of this phenomenon.We used single-cell RNA sequencing to characterize the dynamics and functions of hepatic non-parenchymal cells(NPCs)in autoprotection against DILI,using acetaminophen(APAP)as a model drug.Autoprotection was modeled through pretreatment with a mildly hepatotoxic dose of APAP in mice,followed by a higher dose in a secondary challenge.NPC subsets and dynamic changes were identified in the APAP(hepatotoxicity-sensitive)and APAP-resistant(hepatotoxicity-resistant)groups.A chemokine(C-C motif)ligand 2^(+)endothelial cell subset almost disappeared in the APAP-resistant group,and an R-spondin 3^(+)endothelial cell subset promoted hepatocyte proliferation and played an important role in APAP autoprotection.Moreover,the dendritic cell subset DC-3 may protect the liver from APAP hepatotoxicity by inducing low reactivity and suppressing the autoimmune response and occurrence of inflammation.DC-3 cells also promoted angiogenesis through crosstalk with endothelial cells via vascular endothelial growth factor-associated ligand-receptor pairs and facilitated liver tissue repair in the APAP-resistant group.In addition,the natural killer cell subsets NK-3 and NK-4 and the Sca-1^(-)CD62L^(+)natural killer T cell subset may promote autoprotection through interferon-γ-dependent pathways.Furthermore,macrophage and neutrophil subpopulations with anti-inflammatory phenotypes promoted tolerance to APAP hepatotoxicity.Overall,this study reveals the dynamics of NPCs in the resistance to APAP hepatotoxicity and provides novel insights into the mechanism of autoprotection against DILI at a high resolution.Lingqi Yu Jun Yan Yingqi Zhan Anyao Li Lidan Zhu Jingyang Qian Fanfan Zhou Xiaoyan Lu Xiaohui Fan 2023Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,8:0
18Mobile agent-enabled framework for structuring and building distributed systems on the internet显示文摘Mobile agent has shown its promise as a powerful means to complement and enhance existing technology in various application areas. In particular, existing work has demonstrated that MA can simplify the development and improve the performance of certain classes of distributed applications, especially for those running on a wide-area, heterogeneous, and dynamic networking environment like the Internet. In our previous work, we extended the application of MA to the design of distributed control functions, which require the maintenance of logical relationship among and/or coordination of proc- essing entities in a distributed system. A novel framework is presented for structuring and building distributed systems, which use cooperating mobile agents as an aid to carry out coordination and cooperation tasks in distributed systems. The framework has been used for designing various distributed control functions such as load balancing and mutual ex- clusion in our previous work. In this paper, we use the framework to propose a novel ap- proach to detecting deadlocks in distributed system by using mobile agents, which dem- onstrates the advantage of being adaptive and flexible of mobile agents. We first describe the MAEDD (Mobile Agent Enabled Deadlock Detection) scheme, in which mobile agents are dispatched to collect and analyze deadlock information distributed across the network sites and, based on the analysis, to detect and resolve deadlocks. Then the design of an adaptive hybrid algorithm derived from the framework is presented. The algorithm can dynamically adapt itself to the changes in system state by using different deadlock detec- tion strategies. The performance of the proposed algorithm has been evaluated using simulations. 20ANovel Immersed Boundary Method Implemented by Imposing Reconstructed Velocity on Virtual Boundary显示文摘In this paper,a novel immersed boundary method is presented for simulating incompressible flows governed by Navier-Stokes equations.A virtual boundary is formed by the cell edges(for two-dimensional cases)in the vicinity of the immersed boundary.In the domain with the virtual boundary,the governing equations can be solved in the conventional way.Reconstructed velocity is imposed on the virtual boundary,which is determined via the interpolation along the direction normal to the wall and in conjunction with the no-slip condition for the actual boundary.For”freshly cleared nodes”on the virtual boundary encountered in moving-boundary problems,pressure at the previous time step is reconstructed by solving the local simplified momentum equation.In the test case for an analytical solution,the local accuracy of pressure is verified to be of the second order.In order to further validate the present method,various flows over the stationary and/or moving circular cylinder and NACA0012 airfoil have been simulated.The obtained results agree well with the available numerical or experimental data in the published literatures.Jingyang Wang Chunhua Zhou 2021Advances in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics2021,13,1:0
