1The effects of the guide field on the structures of electron density depletions in collisionless magnetic reconnection显示文摘Two-dimensional particle-in-cell simulations are performed to investigate the formation of electron density depletions in collisionless magnetic reconnection.In anti-parallel reconnection,the quadrupole structures of the out-of-plane magnetic field are formed,and four symmetric electron density depletion layers can be found along the separatrices due to the effects of magetic mirror.With the increase of the initial guide field,the symmetry of both the out-of-plane magnetic field and electron density depletion layers is distorted.When the initial guide field is sufficiently large,the electron density depletion layers along the lower left and upper right separatrices disappear.The parallel electric field in guide field reconnection is found to play an important role in forming such structures of the electron density depletion layers.The structures of the out-of-plane magnetic field By and electron depletion layers in anti-parallel and guide field reconnection are found to be related to electron flow or in-plane currents in the separatrix regions.In anti-parallel reconnection,electrons flow towards the X line along the separatrices,and are directed away from the X line along the magnetic field lines just inside the separatrices.In guide field reconnection,electrons can only flow towards the X line along the upper left and lower right separatrices due to the existence of the parallel electric field in these regions.LU San LU QuanMing CAO Yang HUANG Can XIE JinLin WANG Shui 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,1:8
2Bile acid coordinates microbiota homeostasis and systemic immunometabolism in cardiometabolic diseases显示文摘Cardiometabolic disease(CMD), characterized with metabolic disorder triggered cardiovascular events, is a leading cause of death and disability. Metabolic disorders trigger chronic low-grade inflammation, and actually, a new concept of metaflammation has been proposed to define the state of metabolism connected with immunological adaptations. Amongst the continuously increased list of systemic metabolites in regulation of immune system, bile acids(BAs) represent a distinct class of metabolites implicated in the whole process of CMD development because of its multifaceted roles in shaping systemic immunometabolism. BAs can directly modulate the immune system by either boosting or inhibiting inflammatory responses via diverse mechanisms. Moreover, BAs are key determinants in maintaining the dynamic communication between the host and microbiota. Importantly, BAs via targeting Farnesoid X receptor(FXR) and diverse other nuclear receptors play key roles in regulating metabolic homeostasis of lipids, glucose, and amino acids. Moreover, BAs axis per se is susceptible to inflammatory and metabolic intervention, and thereby BAs axis may constitute a reciprocal regulatory loop in metaflammation. We thus propose that BAs axis represents a core coordinator in integrating systemic immunometabolism implicated in the process of CMD. 33-year Treatment of Tenofovir Alafenamide vs.Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate for Chronic HBV Infection in China显示文摘Background and Aims:Tenofovir alafenamide(TAF)has similar efficacy to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)but with improved renal and bone safety in chronic hepatitis B patients studied outside of China.We report 3-year results from two phase 3 studies with TAF in China(Clinicaltrials.gov:NCT02836249 and NCT02836236).Methods:Chinese hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive and-negative chronic hepatitis B patients with viremia and elevated alanine aminotransferase were randomized 2:1 to TAF or TDF treatment groups and treated in a double-blind fashion for 144 weeks(3 years).Efficacy responses were assessed by individual study while safety was assessed by a pooled analysis.Results:Of the 334 patients(180 HBeAg-positive and 154 HBeAg-negative)randomized and treated,baseline characteristics were similar between groups.The overall mean age was 38 years and 73%were male.The mean HBV DNA was 6.4 log10 IU/mL.The median alanine aminotransferase was 88 U/L,and 37%had a history of antiviral use.At week 144,the proportion with HBV DNA<29 IU/mL was similar among the two groups,with TAF at 83%vs.TDF at 79%,and TAF at 93%vs.TDF at 92%for the HBeAg-positive and-negative patients,respectively.In each study,higher proportions of TAF than TDF patients showed normalized alanine aminotransferase(via the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases and the China criteria)and showed loss of HBsAg;meanwhile,the HBeAg seroconversion rates were similar.Treatment was well-tolerated among the TAF patients,who showed a smaller median decline in creatinine clearance(−0.4 vs.−3.2 mL/min;p=0.014)and less percentage change in bone mineral density vs.TDF at hip(−0.95%vs.−1.93%)and spine(+0.35%vs.−1.40%).Conclusions:In chronic hepatitis B patients from China,TAF treatment provided efficacy similar to TDF but with better renal and bone safety at 3 years.Jinlin Hou Qin Ning Zhongping Duan You Chen Qing Xie Fu-Sheng Wang Lunli Zhang Shanming Wu Hong Tang Jun Li Feng Lin Yongfeng Yang Guozhong Gong John FFlaherty Anuj Gaggar Shuyuan Mo Cong Cheng Gregory Camus Chengwei Chen Yan Huang Jidong Jia Mingxiang Zhang GS-US-320-0110 and GS-US-320-0108 China Investigators 2021Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,3:7

6A critical epitope in CD147 facilitates memory CD4^(+) T-cell hyper-activation in rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘The abnormal activation of CD4^(+)CD45RO+memory T(Tm)cells plays an important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Previous studies have shown that CD147 participates in T-cell activation.However,it remains unclear whether CD147 is involved in abnormal Tm-cell activation in RA patients.In this study,we demonstrated that CD147 was predominantly upregulated in Tm cells derived from RA patients.The anti-CD147 mAb 5A12 specifically inhibited Tm-cell activation and proliferation and further restrained osteoclastogenesis.Using a structural–functional approach,we depicted the interface between 5A12 and CD147.This allowed us to identify two critical residues,Lys63 and Asp65,as potential targets for RA treatment,as the double mutation K63A/D65A inhibited Tm-cell activation,mimicking the neutralization by 5A12.This study provides not only a theoretical basis for a“CD147-Tm/Osteoclast-RA chain”for the potential prevention and treatment of RA or other T-cell-mediated autoimmune diseases but also a new target for related drug design and development.Na Guo Sheng Ye Kui Zhang Xiaoling Yu Hongyong Cui Xiangmin Yang Peng lin Minghua Lv Jinlin Miao Yang Zhang Qing Han Rongguang Zhang Zhinan Chen Ping Zhu 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,6:6

9A thermodynamic potential for barium zirconate titanate solid solutions显示文摘Barium zirconate titanate[Ba(ZrxTi_(1−x))O_(3)]solid solutions are promising lead-free ferroelectric materials that have received substantial interest.Thermodynamic analysis based on phenomenological Landau–Devonshire theory is a powerful method for theoretical investigation of ferroelectric materials,but cannot be applied to Ba(ZrxTi1−x)O3 because there is no thermodynamic potential.In this paper,a thermodynamic potential for Ba(ZrxTi_(1−x))O_(3)(0≤x≤0.3)solid solutions is constructed,and then a thermodynamic analysis carried out.The results accurately reproduce known phase structures and their transition temperatures,with good agreement with experimentally measured polarization,dielectric,and piezoelectric constants.It is found that Ba(ZrxTi_(1−x))O_(3) solid solutions at room temperature have three phase boundaries,including a tetragonal–orthorhombic phase boundary at x=0.013,an orthorhombic–rhombohedral phase boundary at x=0.0798,and a rhombohedral–paraelectric phase boundary at x=0.2135.The results also indicate that the chemical composition-induced ferroelectric–paraelectric phase boundary has superior electromechanical properties,suggesting a new way to enhance electromechanical coupling in Ba(ZrxTi_(1−x))O_(3) solid solutions.Jinlin Peng Dongliang Shan Yunya Liu Kai Pan Chihou Lei Ningbo He Zhenyu Zhang Qiong Yang 2018npj Computational Materials2018,,1:3

1296-Week Treatment of Tenofovir Amibufenamide and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients显示文摘Background and Aims:Tenofovir amibufenamide(TMF)is a novel phosphoramidated prodrug of tenofovir with nonin-ferior efficacy and better bone and renal safety to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)in 48 weeks of treatment.Here,we update 96-week comparison results.Methods:Patients with chronic hepatitis B were assigned(2:1)to receive either 25 mg TMF or 300 mg TDF with matching placebo for 96 weeks.The virological suppression was defined as HBV DNA levels<20 IU/mL at week 96.Safety was evaluated thoroughly with focusing on bone,renal,and metabolic pa-rameters.Results:Virological suppression rates at week 96 were similar between TMF and TDF group in both HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative populations.Noninferior efficacy was maintained in the pooled population,while it was first achieved in patients with HBV DNA≥7 or 8 log10 IU/mL at baseline.Non-indexed estimated glomerular filtration rate for renal safety assessment was adopted,while a smaller decline of which was seen in the TMF group than in the TDF group(p=0.01).For bone mineral density,patients receiv-ing TMF displayed significantly lower reduction levels in the densities of spine,hip,and femur neck at week 96 than those receiving TDF.In addition,the lipid parameters were stable after week 48 in all groups while weight change still showed the opposite trend.Conclusions:TMF maintained similar efficacy at week 96 compared with TDF with continued superior bone and renal safety profiles(NCT03903796).Zhihong Liu Qinglong Jin Yuexin Zhang Guozhong Gong Guicheng Wu Lvfeng Yao Xiaofeng Wen Zhiliang Gao Yan Huang Daokun Yang Enqiang Chen Qing Mao Shide Lin Jia Shang Huanyu Gong Lihua Zhong Huafa Yin Fengmei Wang Peng Hu Qiong Wu Chao Pan Wen Jia Chuan Li Chang’an Sun Junqi Niu Jinlin Hou TMF Study Group 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,3:3

16From Micropores to Ultra-micropores inside Hard Carbon: Toward Enhanced Capacity in Room-/ Low-Temperature Sodium-Ion Storage显示文摘Pore structure of hard carbon has a fundamental influence on the electrochemical properties in sodium-ion batteries(SIBs).Ultra-micropores(<0.5 nm)of hard carbon can function as ionic sieves to reduce the diffusion of slovated Na+but allow the entrance of naked Na^(+) into the pores,which can reduce the interficial contact between the electrolyte and the inner pores without sacrificing the fast diffusion kinetics.Herein,a molten diffusion-carbonization method is proposed to transform the micropores(>1 nm)inside carbon into ultra-micropores(<0.5 nm).Consequently,the designed carbon anode displays an enhanced capacity of 346 mAh g^(−1) at 30 mA g^(−1) with a high ICE value of~80.6%and most of the capacity(~90%)is below 1 V.Moreover,the high-loading electrode(~19 mg cm^(−2))exhibits a good temperature endurance with a high areal capacity of 6.14 mAh cm^(−2) at 25℃ and 5.32 mAh cm^(−2) at −20℃.Based on the in situ X-ray diffraction and ex situ solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance results,the designed ultra-micropores provide the extra Na+storage sites,which mainly contributes to the enhanced capacity.This proposed strategy shows a good potential for the development of high-performance SIBs.Jinlin Yang Xiaowei Wang Wenrui Dai Xu Lian Xinhang Cui Weichao Zhang Kexin Zhang Ming Lin Ruqiang Zou Kian Ping Loh Quan-Hong Yang Wei Chen 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,6:2
17A 0.18μm CMOS GAIN-SWITCHED LNA AND MIXER WITH LARGE DYNAMIC RANGE显示文摘A 2.4GHz 0.18μm CMOS gain-switched single-end Low Noise Amplifier(LNA) and a passive mixer with no external balun for near-zero-IF(Intermediate Frequency)/RF(Radio Frequency) applications are described.The LNA,fabricated in the 0.18μm 1P6M CMOS technology,adopts a gain-switched technique to increase the linearity and enlarge the dynamic range.The mixer is an IQ-based passive topology.Measurements of the CMOS chip are performed on the FR-4 PCB and the input is matched to 50Ω.Combining LNA and mixer,the front-end measured performances in high gain state are:-15dB of S11,18.5dB of voltage gain,4.6dB of noise figure,-15dBm of ⅡP3,-85dBm to -10dBm dynamic range.The full circuit drains 6mA from a 1.8V supply.Yang Jinlin Yang Haigang Xue Bing 2008Journal of Electronics(China)2008,25,5:2

19Engineering Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) with sulfur vacancy and heterostructure as an efficient bifunctional electrocatalyst for water splitting显示文摘Defect and interface engineering have been recognized as efficient strategies for developing high-performance electrocatalysts.However,it is still challenging to couple defect and interface engineering in transition metal sulfides and understand their dynamic evolution process during electrocatalysis.Herein,we developed one-step pyrolysis of bimetallic sulfide to construct S vacancy-rich Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) heterostructure by controlling the critical decomposition temperature.The as-synthesized Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) exhibits excellent bifunctional electrocatalytic performance,with a low overpotential of 99 and 200 mV at 10 mA cm−2 towards hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in 1.0 mol/L KOH electrolyte,respectively.A symmetric two-electrode cell with Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) delivered a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2) at a low voltage of 1.43 V and showed long-term stability for 200 h.A series of in/ex-situ techniques revealed that the electrochemical reconfiguration only appeared in the OER process,resulting in the CoOOH/CuO and SO42−species promoting OER performance.Meanwhile,the S vacancy and heterostructure interface in Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) were proved to optimize the electronic structure and the adsorption of intermediates for HER by density function theory(DFT)simulations.This work provides a promising strategy to construct metal sulfides with rich defects and heterogeneous interfaces and understand their dynamic evolution process for electrochemical storage and conversion devices.Yuanhua Xiao Ya Shen Dangcheng Su Shiwei Zhang Jinlin Yang Dafeng Yan Shaoming Fang Xuezhao Wang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,23:1
20Behaviour of Haloacetic Acids in Drinking Water Distribution Systems显示文摘To guarantee the safety of drinking water quality after chlorination,the formation,distribution and factors influencing the concentrations of haloacetic acids(HAAs)in a water distribution system(WDS) were investigated both on a full-scale WDS(FWDS) and pilot-scale WDS(PWDS) within a city in northern China.The results of both investigations showed that trichloroacetic acid(TCAA) and dichloroacetic acid(DCAA) were the dominating types of HAAs.In the FWDS,variations in the HAA content showed negative correlations with total residual chlorine,pH and non-purgeable organic carbon(NPOC)and positive correlations with temperature and UV_(254).In the PWDS,the concentration of HAAs after rechlorination followed the rule of 'first rise and then fall';therefore,locating an appropriate rechlorination point and lowering the single chlorine dosage could be used as effective measures to control the HAA content in WDSs.Yimei Tian Hao Guo Yang Wang Yang Liu Jinlin Shan 2017Transactions of Tianjin University2017,23,1:1
