| 1 | Dual-band and ultra-broadband photonic spin-orbit interaction for electromagnetic shaping based on single-layer silicon metasurfaces显示文摘Achieving electromagnetic wave scattering manipulation in the multispectral and broad operation band has been a long pursuit in stealth applications. Here, we present an approach by using single-layer metasurfaces composed of space-variant amorphous silicon ridges tiled on a metallic mirror, to generate high-efficiency dual-band and ultra-wideband photonic spin-orbit interaction and geometric phase. Two scattering engineered metasurfaces have been designed to reduce specular reflection;the first one can suppress both specular reflectances at 1.05–1.08 μm and 5–12 μm below 10%. The second one is designed for an ultra-broadband of 4.6–14 μm, which is actually implemented by cleverly connecting two bands of 4.6–6.1 μm and 6.1–14 μm. | 3 | A Novel Hybrid Method to Analyze Security Vulnerabilities in Android Applications显示文摘We propose a novel hybrid method to analyze the security vulnerabilities in Android applications.Our method combines static analysis,which consists of metadata and data flow analyses with dynamic analysis,which includes dynamic executable scripts and application program interface hooks.Our hybrid method can effectively analyze nine major categories of important security vulnerabilities in Android applications.We design dynamic executable scripts that record and perform manual operations to customize the execution path of the target application.Our dynamic executable scripts can replace most manual operations,simplify the analysis process,and further verify the corresponding security vulnerabilities.We successfully statically analyze 5547 malwares in Drebin and 10 151real-world applications.The average analysis time of each application in Drebin is 4.52 s,whereas it reaches 92.02 s for real-word applications.Our system can detect all the labeled vulnerabilities among 56 labeled applications.Further dynamic verification shows that our static analysis accuracy approximates 95%for real-world applications.Experiments show that our dynamic analysis can effectively detect the vulnerability named input unverified,which is difficult to be detected by other methods.In addition,our dynamic analysis can be extended to detect more types of vulnerabilities. | Junwei Tang Ruixuan Li Kaipeng Wang Xiwu Gu Zhiyong Xu | 2020 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2020,25,5: | 2 |
| 4 | Investigation on process mechanism of a novel energy-saving synthesis for high performance Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12) anode material显示文摘Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)(LTO) anode material demonstrates superior cycling performance due to its stable spinel structure and high lithiation/de-lithiation potential.Herein,a novel energy-saving solid-phase synthesis route for LTO has been successfully designed,employing the cheap industrial intermediate product of metatitanic acid (HTO) as titanium source.Through the in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)and ex-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD),it is revealed for the first time that the amorphous crystal structure of HTO is more conducive for the Li+insertion,making it possible to prepare LTO at a relatively lower sintering temperature.Utilizing the dehydration carbonization reaction between glucose and sulfuric acid,an ingenious strategy of glucose pre-coating is adopted to avoid the generation of Li_(2)SO_(4) impurity caused by the residual sulfuric acid on the surface of HTO,which meanwhile enhances the conductivity and inhibits the particle growth of LTO.The obtained ALTO@C anode material consequently exhibits excellent electrochemical performance that 132.0 m Ah g^(-1)is remained even at 20 C,and ultra low decay rate of 0.015% per cycle is achieved during 1000 cycles at 2 C.Remarkably,LiCoO_(2)//ALTO@C full cell delivers conspicuous low-temperature property (130.7 m Ah g^(-1)at 0.5 C and almost no attenuation after 300 cycles under-20℃). | Guochuan Wang Hongmei Wang Guangqiang Ma Xinhe Du Liyu Du Peng Jing Yanqing Wang Kaipeng Wu Hao Wu Qian Wang Yun Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,7: | 1 |

| 15 | A genetic variant in pseudogene E2F3P1 contributes to prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Certain pseudogenes may regulate their protein-coding cousins by competing for miRNAs and play an active biological role in cancer.However,few studies have focused on the association of genetic variations in pseudogenes with cancer prognosis.We selected six potentially functional single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) in cancerrelated pseudogenes,and performed a case-only study to assess the association between those SNPs and the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) in 331 HBV-positive HCC patients without surgical treatment.Log-rank test and Cox proportional hazard models were used for survival analysis.We found that the A allele of rs9909601 in E2F3P1was significantly associated with a better prognosis compared with the G allele[adjusted hazard ratio(HR) = 0.69,95%confidence interval(CI) = 0.56-0.86,P = 0.001].Additionally,this protective effect was more predominant for patients without chemotherapy and transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE) treatment.Interestingly,we also detected a statistically significant multiplicative interaction between genotypes of rs9909601 and chemotherapy or TACE status on HCC survival(P for multiplicative interaction < 0.001).These findings indicate that rs9909601 in the pseudogene E2F3P1 may be a genetic marker for HCC prognosis in Chinese. | Yun Pan Chongqi Sun Mingde Huang Yao Liu Fuzhen Qi Li Liu Juan Wen Jibin Liu Kaipeng Xie Hongxia Ma Zhibin Hu Hongbing Shen | 2014 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2014,28,3: | 1 |
| 16 | Synthesis of Tungstophosphates of Heteropoly Compound and Its Catalytic Property in Oxidative Desulfurization of Diesel显示文摘Several kinds of Tungstophosphates of Heteropoly Compounds (TPHC) with different compositions and the same structure were synthesized using the method of solid-phase reaction to change the mol ratio of Na4P2O7·10H2O, WO3 and Na2WO4·2H2O. TPHC, as a catalyst, was used in oxidative desul- furization of diesel. The results show that TPHC has catalytic activ- ity. With THPC existing, the highest desulfurization rate reaches 51.85%, 32.6% higher than that yield without TPHC. And the desulfurization rate increases with decreasing WO3. FT-IR spectra of TPHC shows that the catalytic activity is related to the activity of end oxygen(Od).The more active Od is, the stronger the capability of obtaining or losing electron is. It means that TPHC has a good cata- lytic activity. | 17 | Genetic variants in pseudogene E2F3P1 confer risk for HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma in a Chinese population显示文摘Recent studies showed that pseudogenes can regulate the expression of their coding gene partners by competing for miRNAs. The E2F family plays a crucial role in the control of cell cycle checkpoint. E2F3P1 is a pseudogene of E2F3. Few studies focused on genetic variations on pseudogenes. In this study, we performed a case-control study to assess the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in E2F3P1 and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) risk in 1050 hepatitis B virus (HBV)-positive HCC cases and 1050 chronic HBV carriers. Logistic regression analysis was applied to estimate odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for the associations between genotypes and HCC risk. We found that the variant CT/TT genotypes of rs1838149 were associated with a significantly decreased risk of HCC (adjusted OR=0.66, 95% CIs=0.51-0.86, P=0.002) compared to those with wildtype CC homozygote. Furthermore, the AA genotype of rs9909601 had an increased HCC risk with an adjusted OR of 1.41 (95% CIs=1.07-1.86), and the A allele of rs9909601 was significantly associated with HCC risk compared to those with the G allele (adjusted OR=1.17, 95% CIs=1.03-1.33, P=0.017). | 18 | V-substituted pyrochlore-type polyantimonic acid for highly enhanced lithium-ion storage显示文摘Pyrochlore-structured polyantimonic acid(PAA)is a potential high-capacity electrode material,but its innately poor electroconductivity(~10^(-10)S/cm)seriously impairs its electrochemical reversibility for lithium-ion storage.Herein,we report design and synthesis of a novel V-substituted PAA(PAA-V),where V^(5+)are introduced to partially replace Sb^(5+).Owing to identical valence and close ionic radius relative to Sb^(5+),the V^(5+)cation can constitute the covalent VO_6octahedra framework without changing the pyrochlore crystal structure of PAA.As a result,the V^(5+)-substitution is capable to modulate the electronic structure of PAA with significantly improved electrical conductivity(~10^(-6)S/cm for PAA-V)and meanwhile decreases the size of crystals with reduced diffusion length for Li^(+)-ions.With varying the ratio of V^(5+)-substitution,the PAA-V with optimized substitution molar ratio(18%)exhibits the best lithium-ion storage performance,delivering a long cycling life with high reversible capacity(731 m Ah/g after 1200cycles at 1 A/g)and outstanding rate capability(279 mAh/g at 15 A/g).More importantly,by pairing the PAA-V as anode and commercial LiFePO_(4)as cathode,the full cell with a limited negative/positive capacity ratio of 1.2 exhibits decent cycling stability at 1 C after 150 cycles with 85.5%capacity retention. | Haoyu Fang Kai Yong Boya Wang Kaipeng Wu Yun Zhang Hao Wu | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,5: | 0 |
