| 1 | Genetic analysis and gene mapping of a narrow leaf mutant in rice (Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘A narrow leaf mutant was obtained after T-DNA transformation conducted on a rice variety Zhonghua 11. Several abnormal morphological characteristics, including semi-dwarf, delayed flowering time, narrow and inward rolling leaves, and lower seed-setting, were observed. The rate of net photosynthesis (un-der saturate light) of flag leaves in the mutant was significantly lower than that of the wild type. More-over, the leaf transpiration rate and stomatal conductance in the mutant flag leaf were lower than those of the wild type at the grain filling stage. It was found that the mutant phenotype was not caused by the T-DNA insertion. Genetic analysis showed that the mutant was controlled by a single recessive gene, designated as nal3(t). A genetic linkage map was constructed using a large F2 mapping population de-rived from a cross between nal3(t) and an indica variety Longtefu B with 6 polymorphic markers on chromosome 12 identified from 366 SSR markers by the BAS method. Gene nal3(t) was mapped be-tween the markers RM7018 and RM3331. | 2 | Retrospective study on Professor Zhongying Zhou's experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment on diabetic nephropathy显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To study and analyze the etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and prescription for cases of diabetic nephropathy(DN) treated by Professor Zhongying Zhou(Prof.Zhou) with the help of dada mining technique,so as to inherit his clinical experience and academic thoughts.METHODS:After pretreatment of the medical record information,statistical software SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze and process the standardized data using the descriptive analysis,cluster analysis and association rules.RESULTS:Ninety-four entries derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) four-diagnostic information were selected.Through data mining,the highest frequency was yellow-thin-greasy tongue coating,followed by dark tongue,and then by thready-slippery pulse.The main self-conscious symptoms were limb numbness,dry mouth,frequent micturition,etc.With respect to pathogenesis,the etiology related to kidney reached 73.46%.The frequency of pathological factors for deficiency,blood stasis,heat,dampness,phlegm and dryness were 137.65%,80.25%,78.40%,48.77%,21.60%,and 14.20% respectively.A total of 236 kinds of herbs were used 2913 person times,averaging 17.98 herbs per prescription.CONCLUSION:The pathological location of DN is in the kidney.The pathogenesis of the disease is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,the former of which include deficiency of the liver and kidney,and deficiency of both Qi and Yin.The main pathological factors are blood stasis,heat,dampness,phlegm,and dryness;and they act upon each other to form the complex pathogenesis in terms of blood stasis-heat,dampness-heat,phlegm-heat,and dryness-heat.All the above factors are always crucial in the aggravation of DN throughout the whole course of its pathological evolution. | Kelei Su Fangshi Zhu Lizhong Guo Yao Zhu Wenlin Li Xingjiang Xiong | 2013 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2: | 11 |

| 4 | Nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene aerogel with hierarchically porous structure for high-performance supercapacitors显示文摘Supercapacitors with unique performance have been widely utilized in many fields. Herein, we report a nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene aerogel(N/S-GA-2) prepared using a low toxic precursor for high-performance supercapacitors. The as-obtained material possesses a hierarchically porous structure and a large number of electrochemical active sites. At a current density of 1 Ag^-1, the specific capacitance of the N/S-GA-2 for supercapacitors with the ionic liquid as the electrolyte is 169.4 Fg^-1, and the corresponding energy density is 84.5 Wh kg^-1.At a power density of 8.9 k W kg^-1, the energy density can reach up to 75.7 Wh kg^-1, showing that the N/S-GA-2 has an excellent electrochemical performance. | 7 | Influence of CaO and HZSM-5 on oxygen migration in Chlorella vulgaris polysaccharide pyrolysis显示文摘With polysaccharides of Chlorella pyrenoidosa as the raw material,the effects of CaO and HZSM-5 on the yield of bio-oil and the oxygen content in each phase in the pyrolysis of Chlorella vulgaris polysaccharides(CVP),which occurred in a tube furnace at 600℃,were comprehensively investigated.The reaction path of deoxidation was also analyzed by TG,GC and GC-MS.The GC-MS analysis of liquids showed that liquids from the pyrolysis of chlorella polysaccharides included a range of light oxygenated compounds(e.g.,furans,ketones and phenols),and the oxygen content of furan compounds decreased significantly with CaO and HZSM-5.Compared with the direct pyrolysis of polysaccharides(CVP),the catalytic pyrolysis contributed to the decrease in the oxygen content of organic components by 7.32%and 5.76%.The GC analysis showed that there was a remarkable downtrend in the release of oxygen-containing gas(CO and CO_(2)),and the emission of CO_(2) decreased from 53.11%to 32.92%.The results of the thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the reaction paths of deoxidation in the pyrolysis process of polysaccharides(CVP)with CaO and HZSM-5 varied from those of the direct pyrolysis process:the catalytic pyrolysis with HZSM-5 promoted the conversion of carbohydrate from furans to aromatics over strong acid sites,which was consistent with previous studies;CaO not only acted as a catalyst but also participated in the reaction to change the reaction paths.All results and findings can help to further understand the thermochemical utilization of CPP for bio-oil. | Xiuli Zhang Chunhu Li Anhong Tian Qingjie Guo Kelei Huang | 2019 | Carbon Resources Conversion2019,2,2: | 3 |

| 9 | Self-assembly synthesis of phosphorus-doped tubular g-C_(3)N_(4);Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene Schottky junction for boosting photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Establishing highly effective charge transfer channels in carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4)) to enhance its photocatalytic activity is still a challenging issue.Herein,the delaminated 2D Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene nanosheets were employed to decorate the P-doped tubular g-C_(3)N_(4)(PTCN)for engineering 1D/2D Schottky heterojunction(PTCN/TC)through electrostatic self-assembly.The optimized PTCN/TC exhibited the highest hydrogen evolution rate(565 μmol h^(-1)g^(-1)),which was 4.3 and 2.0-fold higher than pristine bulk g-C_(3)N_(4) and PTCN,respectively.Such enhancement may be primarily attributed to the phosphorus heteroatom doped and unique structure of 1D/2D g-C_(3)N_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2) Schottky heterojunction,enhancing the light-harvesting and charges’separation.One-dimensional pathway of g-C_(3)N_(4) tube and built-in electric field of interfacial Schottky effect can significantly facilitate the spatial separation of photogenerated charge carriers,and simultaneously inhibit their recombination via Schottky barrier.In this composite,metallic Ti_(3)C_(2) was served as electrons sink and photons collector.Moreover,ultrathin Ti_(3)C_(2) flake with exposed terminal metal sites as a co-catalyst exhibited higher photocatalytic reactivity in H2 evolution compared to carbon materials(such as reduced graphene oxide).This work not only proposed the mechanism of tubular g-C_(3)N_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2) Schottky junction in photocatalysis,but also provided a feasible way to load ultrathin Ti_(3)C_(2) as a co-catalyst for designing highly efficient photocatalysts. | Kelei Huang Chunhu Li Xiuli Zhang Liang Wang Wentai Wang Xiangchao Meng | 2023 | Green Energy & Environment2023,8,1: | 2 |
| 10 | Cetyltrimethylammonium Bromide(CTAB)-Ionic Liquid Composite Modified Electrode for Sensitive Cyclic Voltammetric Determination of Bisphenol A显示文摘A sensitive electrochemical sensor for determining bisphenol A(BPA) was designed. The sensor was aglassy carbon electrode modified with the surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and the ionic liquid1-decyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate. The ability of the new sensor to measure BPA was investigated incyclic voltanmletry experiments. Under optimized conditions, the sensor gave a linear response range for BPA of2.19×10^-7 -3.28× 10^-5 mol/L and a detection limit of 7.31×10^8 mol/L(S/N=3) BPA could be determined with a lowerdetection limit, a wider linear range, and more sensitivity using the sensor than using other electrochemical sensors orhigh performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. The new sensor was used to determine BPA in tap waterwith recoveries of 97.5%--98.7% and a relative standard deviation 〈2.9%.
