| 1 | 7YSZ coating prepared by PS-PVD based on heterogeneous nucleation显示文摘Plasma spray-physical vapor deposition(PS-PVD) as a novel coating process based on low-pressure plasma spray(LPPS) has been significantly used for thermal barrier coatings(TBCs).A coating can be deposited from liquid splats, nano-sized clusters, and the vapor phase forming different structured coatings, which shows obvious advantages in contrast to conventional technologies like atmospheric plasma spray(APS) and electron beam-physical vapor deposition(EBPVD). In addition, it can be used to produce thin, dense, and porous ceramic coatings for special applications because of its special characteristics, such as high power, very low pressure, etc. These provide new opportunities to obtain different advanced microstructures, thus to meet the growing requirements of modern functional coatings. In this work, focusing on exploiting the potential of gas-phase deposition from PS-PVD, a series of 7 YSZ coating experiments with various process conditions was performed in order to better understand the deposition process in PS-PVD, where coatings were deposited on different substrates including graphite and zirconia. Meanwhile, various substrate temperatures were investigated for the same substrate. As a result, a deposition mechanism of heterogeneous nucleation has been presented showing that surface energy is an important influencing factor for coating structures. | 2 | Bio-inspired special wetting surfaces via self-assembly显示文摘Self-assembly is the fundamental principle, which can occur spontaneously in nature. Through billions of years of evolution, nature has learned what is optimal. The optimized biological solution provides some inspiration for scientists and engineers. In the past decade, under the multi-disciplinary collaboration, bio-inspired special wetting surfaces have attracted much attention for both fundamental research and practical applications. In this review, we focus on recent research progress in bio-inspired special wetting surfaces via self-assembly, such as low adhesive superhydrophobic surfaces, high adhesive superhydrophobic surfaces, superamphiphobic surfaces, and stimuli-responsive surfaces. | 5 | Reaction Mechanism and Thermal Insulation Property of Al-deposited 7YSZ Thermal Barrier Coating显示文摘To increase the performance and efficiency of thermal barrier coating(TBC), it is important to improve the thermal insulation property. In this work, a columnar Al film was deposited at the top of 7 wt% yttriastabilized zirconia(7YSZ) TBC by magnetron sputtering. A vacuum heat treatment was then carried out to improve the insulation property of Al-deposited TBC. Reaction mechanism of Al-Zr O2 system in Aldeposited TBC was studied by differential thermal analysis(DTA). The phase structures of the assprayed TBC, the Al-deposited and vacuum-treated TBC were characterized. The microstructure evolution of Al-deposited TBC was illustrated after vacuum heat treatment. And the insulation property of the assprayed TBC and treated TBC was compared. The results show that a multi-scaled layer, consisting of micron/nano structured α-Al2O3 and Al3 Zr grain was in situ synthesized at the top of 7YSZ coating via vacuum heat treatment. | 18 | Bio-inspired multifunctional metallic glass显示文摘As a novel class of metallic materials, bulk metallic glasses(BMGs) have attracted a great deal of attention owing to their technological promise for practical engineering applications. In nature, biological materials exhibit inherent multifunctional integration, which provides some inspiration for scientists and engineers to construct multifunctional artificial materials. In this contribution, inspired by superhydrophobic self-cleaning lotus leaves, multifunctional bulk metallic glasses(BMG) materials have been fabricated through the thermoplastic forming-based process followed by the SiO_2/soot deposition. To mimic the microscale papillae of the lotus leaf, the BMG micropillar with a hemispherical top was first fabricated using micro-patterned silicon templates based on thermoplastic forming. The deposited randomly distributed SiO_2/soot nanostructures covered on BMG micropillars are similar to the branch-like nanostructures on papillae of the lotus leaf. Micro-nanoscale hierarchical structures endow BMG replica with superhydrophobicity, a low adhesion towards water, and self-cleaning, similar to the natural lotus leaf. Furthermore, on the basis of the observation of the morphology of BMG replica in the Si mould, the formation mechanism of BMG replica was proposed in this work. | 19 | Efficacy of Lushi Runzao decoction(路氏润燥汤)on ameliorating Sjogren's syndrome:a network pharmacology and experimental verification-based study显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the possible mechanism underlying the effect of the Lushi Runzao decoction(路氏润燥汤)on Sjogren's syndrome using network pharmacology and to verify the mechanisms via animal experiments.METHODS:Available biological data on each drug in the Lushi Runzao decoction were retrieved from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform,and the target proteins of Sjogren's syndrome were retrieved from the GeneCards database.Information regarding Sjogren's syndrome and the targets of the drugs were compared to obtain overlapping elements.This information was imported into the STRING platform to obtain a proteinprotein interaction network diagram,following which a“component-target”network diagram was constructed using screened drug components and target information via Cytoscape software.The database for annotation,visualization,and integrated discovery was used for Gene Ontology enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways analyses.Pathway information predicted by network pharmacology was verified using animal experiments.RESULTS:The Lushi Runzao decoction ameliorated Sjogren's syndrome mainly by influencing tumor necrosis factor as well as certain cytokines and chemokines.The decoction also influenced the interleukin-17 and advanced glycosylation end products(AGE)-receptor for AGE signaling pathways.CONCLUSION:The Lushi Runzao decoction ameliorates Sjogren's syndrome via multiple targets and multiple signaling pathways.Network pharmacology is useful for making a comprehensive prediction regarding the efficacy of the Lushi Runzao decoction,and this information may be helpful in clinical research. | PANG Fengtao LI Kesong ZHANG Yi TANG Xiaopo ZHOU Xinyao | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,4: | 0 |
