| 1 | Regional Tectonic Transformation in East Kunlun Orogenic Belt in Early Paleozoic: Constraints from the Geochronology and Geochemistry of Helegangnaren Alkali-feldspar Granite显示文摘The Helegangnaren feldspar granite exposed in the eastern part of East Kunlun, is characterized by high concentrations of SiO2 and alkaline, low abundances of Fe, Mg and Ca, metaluminous-weak peraluminous. Trace elements analysis shows that the granite is depleted extremely in Ba, Sr and Eu, and rich in some large-ion lithophile elements and high field strength elements. Besides, the granite has high Ga contents, the values of 104 (Ga/Al) vary from 2.50 to 2.77, which is mainly greater than the lower limit of A-type granites (2.6), and is higher than the I-and S-type granites' average (2.1 and 2.28, respectively). Rare earth element (REE) is characterized by relatively high fractionations of light REE (LREE) and heavy REE (HREE) (LREE/HREE=9.3-13.60, (La/Yb)N =10.92-18.02), pronounced negative Eu anomalies (δEu=0.08-0.13), and exhibits right-dipping gull pattern. Major elements, rare elements and trace elements features show the granite is ascribed to A-type granite and A2 subtype in tectonic genetic type. They are plotted into post-collision or within-plate area in a variety of tectonic discriminations. Geological and geochemical data comprehensively suggest that the granite is formed in a post-collision extensive tectonic setting. Laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) zircon U-Pb dating yields a weighted mean age of 425 Ma, belonging to Middle Silurian, which is similar to the age of the post-collision geological events in the region. | 3 | Economic evaluation of cervical cancer screening strategies in urban China显示文摘Objective:This study evaluated the feasibility of different cervical cancer screening strategies in urban China.Methods:A Markov model was constructed to simulate a hypothetical cohort of 100,000 females aged 30-59 years in a 20-year period.Screening strategies included liquid-based cytology(LBC)every three years,human papillomavirus(HPV)DNA testing every three and five years,respectively,and a combination of HPV DNA testing and LBC(HPV+LBC)every three and five years,respectively.Model outcomes included cumulative incidence over 20 years,cumulative risk of cervical cancer,costs,life year saved(LYS),quality-adjusted life years(QALYs)and benefits.The cost-effectiveness ratios(CERs),incremental cost-effectiveness ratios(ICERs),costutility ratios(CURs),and benefit-cost ratios(BCRs)were used as outcomes in the health economic evaluation analysis.Univariate sensitivity analyses were performed to examine the stability of the results.Results:The cumulative incidence of the five screening strategies ranged from 833.02 to 1,158.07 cases per100,000 females.HPV DNA testing was most effective in reducing the cumulative risk of cervical cancer,saving life years and QALYs and gaining benefits.The CERs of HPV DNA testing every three and five years,and LBC every three years were considered to be very cost-effective if they were below China's GDP per capita.The CERs of HPV+LBC were considered to be cost-effective if they were below three times GDP per capita.The incremental cost-effectiveness analysis showed that HPV DNA testing every three and five years,LBC every three years and HPV+LBC every five years were dominant strategies.Conclusions:The findings of this study indicated that HPV DNA testing every five years or LBC every three years should be recommended in urban China. | Li Ma Yuying Wang Xiaohong Gao Yi Dai Yu Zhang Zhaojing Wang Xiaoxia Wang Limin Wang Jing Jiang Xinhua Jing Chunxia Yang Fanghui Zhao Jinghe Lang Youlin Qiao | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019,31,6: | 4 |
| 4 | Post-transcriptional regulator Rbm47 elevates IL-10 production and promotes the immunosuppression of B cells显示文摘Regulatory B cells(Bregs)are a functionally defined B cell subset,and IL-10 is crucial for the suppressive functions of Bregs.However,little is known regarding how IL-10 production is regulated in B cells.To explore the mechanisms by which IL-10 is regulated in B cells,we used mRNA microarrays to screen for molecules that are upregulated in IL-10-producing B cells and identified RNA-binding motif protein 47(Rbm47)as a post-transcriptional regulator.Rbm47 was found to promote IL-10 production in B cells.We found that Rbm47 promotes the stability of IL-10 mRNA by binding to AU-rich elements in the 3′untranslated region of Il10 mRNA.In addition,we demonstrated that the overexpression of Rbm47 enabled B cells to facilitate Foxp3+regulator T-cell induction and reduce the severity of DSS-induced ulcerative colitis.Taken together,these results suggest that Rbm47 plays an important role in regulating IL-10 at the post-transcriptional level,thus promoting the regulatory functions of B cells.The findings presented in this study not only increase our understanding of the post-translational regulation of IL-10 in B cells but also identify a novel strategy for the potential application of Bregs. | Yinxiang Wei Fanghui Zhang Yu Zhang Xiaoqian Wang Chen Xing Jing Guo Hui Zhang Zhimin Suo Yan Li Jianli Wang Renxi Wang Zhijian Cai | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,6: | 2 |
| 5 | Experimental Investigation on Micro Deep Drawing of Stainless Steel Foils with Different Microstructural Characteristics显示文摘In the present work,austenitic stainless steel(ASS)304 foils with a thickness of 50μm were first annealed at temperatures ranging from 700 to 1100℃for 1 h to obtain different microstructural characteristics.Then the effects of microstructural characteristics on the formability of ASS 304 foils and the quality of drawn cups using micro deep drawing(MDD)were studied,and the mechanism involved was discussed.The results show that the as-received ASS 304 foil has a poor formability and cannot be used to form a cup using MDD.Serious wrinkling problem occurs on the drawn cup,and the height profile distribution on the mouth and the symmetry of the drawn cup is quite non-uniform when the annealing temperature is 700℃.At annealing temperatures of 900 and 950℃,the drawn cups are both characterized with very few wrinkles,and the distribution of height profile,symmetry and mouth thickness are uniform on the mouths of the drawn cups.The wrinkling becomes increasingly significant with a further increase of annealing temperature from 950 to 1100℃.The optimal annealing temperatures obtained in this study are 900 and 950℃for reducing the generation of wrinkling,and therefore improving the quality of drawn cups.With non-optimized microstructure,the distribution of the compressive stress in the circumferential direction of the drawn foils becomes inhomogeneous,which is thought to be the cause of the occurrence of localized deformation till wrinkling during MDD. | Jingwei Zhao Tao Wang Fanghui Jia Zhou Li Cunlong Zhou Qingxue Huang Zhengyi Jiang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,2: | 2 |
| 6 | Transmission Efficiency of Different Shielding Structures in Wireless Power Transfer Systems for Electric Vehicles显示文摘Wireless Power Transfer(WPT)charging systems can cause eddy loss on the steel part and the chassis of an Electric Vehicle(EV).To study different shielding structures’influence on the transmission efficiency of a WPT system,boundary conditions and assumptions of the WPT model in a quasistationary electromagnetic field were established and a finite element method(FEM)was adopted.The shielding effectiveness of ferrite plate and annular aluminum plate were investigated as well as their effects on the coupling coefficient of WPT.It was found that,the setting of ferrite core enhanced the transmission field strength,improved the coupling between two coils,and increased transmit power as well as the actual eddy loss.The actual necessary shielding-area was not confined into the samesize area but distributed around the edge of the ferrite.By arranging specialized size annular aluminum plates between the chassis and ferrite core,the eddy loss can be effectively shielded and an optimal transmission efficiency can breached with an acceptable coupling coefficient decrease.The optimized ferrite bar structure and its EMC characteristics were also studied.It was also found that with equal volume,the optimized ferrite bar structure had better performance in EMC and coupling enhancement than the full ferrite plate. | Jianchao Li Fanghui Yin Liming Wang | 2021 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,6: | 1 |

| 13 | Effects of inter-layer remelting frequency on the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of equimolar CoCrFeNiMn high entropy alloys during in-situ powder-bed arc additive manufacturing(PBAAM)process显示文摘An equiatomic CoCrFeNiMn High Entropy Alloy(HEA)was in-situ deposited by the powder-bed arc ad-ditive manufacturing(PBAAM)process for the first time.Comparative research was conducted on the evolution of phase,crystallographic orientation,dislocation morphology,precipitation,and mechanical performance with the accumulation of inter-layer remelting times.The experimental outcomes mani-fested that the PBAAMed CoCrFeNiMn HEA consists of a stable solid-solution FCC structure,with de-creased lattice parameter but slightly increased(full width at half maximum)FWHM as the accumulation of the inter-layer remelting.The{001}<100>cube texture with a weakened texture intensity was de-tected with an increment of inter-layer remelting frequency from once to 5 times,yet it was transformed into{011}<100>Goss texture with a further increase to 7 times.Additionally,the mean grain diameter distinctly decreased,while the volume fraction of(low angle grain boundaries)LAGBs and dislocation density remarkably added up as the accumulated inter-layer remelts.Predominant cellular substructure generated in all process conditions and could be easily differentiated by elemental segregation.Both theσand M 23 C 6 Cr-rich precipitates in nano-scale and submicron MnS precipitate were detected on the grain boundaries of the PBAAMed deposited components,with a rather sparse distribution.Speaking of mechanical performance,the YS,UTS,and hardening rate are generally increased while the UE is grad-ually decreased as increased inter-layer remelting times.The studied PBAAMed CoCrFeNiMn HEA pos-sesses comparable mechanical performances with the counterparts of laser-deposited and as-cast ones.The strengthening mechanisms of the studied material are predominantly the grain boundary strength-ening and dislocation strengthening.This investigation would be a valuable resource in the research field of fabricating HEA alloys with acceptable microstructure and properties using the PBAAM method. | Jun Wang Yao Lu Fanghui Jia Wenzhen Xia Fei Lin Jian Han Ruichao Wang Zengxi Pan Huijun Li Zhengyi Jiang | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,18: | 0 |

| 16 | Dynamic interactive characteristics between icicle growth and corona discharge on HVDC outdoor insulators during icing accretion显示文摘In order to improve the stability and reliability of high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission lines in cold regions,this article investigated the corona discharges and the icicle growth characteristics on outdoor insulators under DC voltages.The experiments were conducted at CIGELE laboratory at University of Quebec.The simulation model of corona discharges and the theoretical model of icicle growth were established.The dynamic process and interactive characteristics between the icicle growth and corona discharges under different HVDC voltages were obtained.The results showed that the discharge activity was strong and the cooling effect of ionic air was weak under negative DC voltage,resulting in a large number of bubbles inside the icicle.More negative ions were produced under negative DC voltage,which enhanced the polarisation of water droplets,leading to a greater density of ice beads outside the icicles.In addition,the longest icicles of each insulator under high humidity could bridge the shed gap.The accumulated charge and leakage current were higher under negative DC voltage,as well as the corona discharge at the top of the icicles lasted longer.Therefore,the negative DC corona discharge more significantly inhibited the growth of the icicle,resulting in a slower growth rate of the icicles. | Yong Liu Chao Li Fanghui Yin Boxue Du Masoud Farzaneh | 2023 | High Voltage2023,8,3: | 0 |

| 18 | Characteristics of crustal variation and extensional break-up in the Western Pacific back-arc region based on a wide-angle seismic profile显示文摘The marginal sea and back-arc basins in the Western Pacific Ocean have become the focus of tectonics due to their unique tectonic location.To understand the deep crustal structure in the back-arc region,we present a 545-kmlong active-source ocean bottom seismometer(OBS)wide-angle reflection/refraction profile in the East China Sea.The P wave velocity model shows that the Moho depth rises significantly,from approximately 30 km in the East China Sea shelf to approximately 16 km in the axis of the Okinawa Trough.The lower crustal high-velocity zone(HVZ)in the southern Okinawa Trough,with V_(p) of 6.8-7.3 km/s,is a remarkable manifestation of the mantle material upwelling and accretion to the lower crust.This confirms that the lower crustal high-velocity mantle accretion is developed in the southern Okinawa Trough.During the process of back-arc extension,the crustal structure of the southern Okinawa Trough is completely invaded and penetrated by the upper mantle material in the axis region.In some areas of the southern central graben,the crust may has broken up and entered the initial stage of seafloor spreading.The discontinuous HVZs in the lower crust in the back-arc region also indicate the migration of spreading centers in the back-arc region since the Cenozoic.The asthenosphere material upwelling in the continent-ocean transition zone is constantly driving the lithosphere eastward for episodic extension,and is causing evident tectonic migration in the Western Pacific back-arc region. | Jianghao Qi Xunhua Zhang Zhiqiang Wu XiangjunMeng Luning Shang Yang Li Xingwei Guo Fanghui Hou Enyuan He QiangWang | 2021 | Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,3: | 0 |

| 20 | Salubrinal alleviates traumatic spinal cord injury through suppression of the eIF2α/ATF4 pathway in mouse model显示文摘Spinal cord injury(SCI)remains an intractable clinical challenge of neurosurgery,it can be divided into two stages:uncontrollable primary injury induced by mechanical damage and controllable secondary injury regulated by continuous cell death.The apoptosis was the one of most important events in secondary injury,previous studies revealed that excessive endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress breaks down the homeostasis and triggers apoptosis in the spinal cord.To deter or alleviate the secondary jury,we screen one of fat-soluble compounds,salubrinal,which was an inhibitor of eIF2αdephosphorylation can repair SCI by inhibiting ER stress in mice after SCI.Administration of salubrinal effectively represses apoptosis,protects neuronal cell,and promotes the restoration of locomotor function in mice SCI models.Furthermore,the level of phosphorylated eIF2αwas raised in the presence of salubrinal,but the protein expression of ATF4 and CHOP was downregulated.Unexpectedly,transcriptional expression of CHOPregulated pro-apoptotic genes was decreased.These data suggest salubrinal suppress ER stress by targeting eIF2α/ATF4 pathways and reduces cell death after SCI.It is suggested that the mitigation of secondary lesion by inhibiting ER stress induced apoptosis in the early phase of SCI is promising treatment strategy. | XINFU FAN JIE CHEN ZONGMENG ZHANG FANGHUI CHEN HAOSEN WANG YAFEI CAI JUN LI | 2022 | BIOCELL2022,46,6: | 0 |
