| 1 | Microstructure and corrosion resistance of ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation biocoatings on magnesium alloy显示文摘The ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation(UMAO)was used to fabricate ceramic coatings on magnesium alloy.UMAO coatings were produced at 60 W input ultrasonic.The effects of the ultrasound on the microstructure,phase composition,elemental distribution and corrosion resistance of the coatings were extensively investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDX)and electrochemical workstation.The results showed that ultrasound improved the homogeneous distribution of micro-porous structure.The coatings were mainly composed of MgO ceramic and small amount of calcium and phosphorus with porous structure.The Ca/P ratio of the coatings increased when 60 W ultrasonic was used.The corrosion potential in simulated body fluid(SBF)changed from��1.583 V of bare magnesium alloy to -0.353 V of magnesium alloy coated under 60 W ultrasonic.The corrosion resistance of UMAO coatings was better than that of MAO coatings. | Lijie QU Muqin LI Miao LIU Erlin ZHANG Chen MA | 2013 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2013,2,3: | 9 |
| 2 | Experimental investigation of ghost imaging of reflective objects with different surface roughness显示文摘We present an experimental demonstration of ghost imaging of reflective objects with different surface roughness.The influence of the surface roughness, the transverse size of the test detector, and the reflective angle on the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) is analyzed by measuring the second-order correlation of the light field based on classical statistical optics. It is shown that the SNR decreases with an increment of the surface roughness and the detector's transverse size or a decrease of the reflective angle. | 4 | Synthesis and Characterization of Poly(N-Hexyl-2, 7-di(2-(4-hexylthiophene)carbazole)显示文摘One conjugated polymer consisting of carbazole and 3-hexylthiophene moiety, poly(N-Hexyl-2,7-di(2-(4-hexylthiophene)carbazole)(PNDC), has been synthesized by ferric chloride oxidative polymerization. The monomer N-Hexyl-2,7-di(2-(4-hexylthiophene)carbazole was synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS. UV-vis absorption spectrum, fluorescence spectrum, photoluminescence spectrum and electrochemical properties of the polymer were investigated. Polymer PNDC shows maximum peak appearing at 394 nm in UV-vis absorption spectrum, strongest fluorescence-emission at 482 nm in fluorescence spectrum and maximum emission peak at 492 nm in photoluminescence spectrum. | 7 | kdm4aa is required for reproduction and development of zebrafish显示文摘Lysine-specific demethylase 4A(KDM4A)catalyzes demethylation of histone lysine residues,which regulates chromatin state and transcription.In drosophila and mice,KDM4A plays an important role in multiple biological processes including development,aging,metabolism,and immunity,however the functions of KDM4A in fish are still unclear.There are two copies of the kdm4a gene in zebrafish,namely kdm4aa and kdm4ab,kdm4aa was edited using CRISPR/Cas9 technology in the present study,then homozygous kdm4aa mutants(kdm4aa^(-/-)��)were obtained,and loss of kdm4aa was confirmed by sequencing and increased H3K9me3.Whole-mount in situ hybridization showed that kdm4aa is widely expressed during the embryonic development of zebrafish.Compared with WT zebrafish,kdm4aa^(-/-)��zebrafish showed no significant difference in gamete formation and fertilization,but the survival rate of kdm4aa^(-/-)��embryos dramatically reduced to 21%at 26 hpf.Further observation showed that about 80%of survived kdm4aa^(-/-)��zebrafish experienced disruption in stripe formation,and 10%of survived kdm4aa^(-/-)��zebrafish underwent vertebral malformation.Alizarin red S staining demonstrated the abnormal spinal development in kdm4aa^(-/-)��zebrafish.These results indicated that kdm4aa is required for normal embryonic development of zebrafish,loss of kdm4aa function leads to decreased survival during the early stages of zebrafish development and morphological variation in adult zebrafish. | Lijie Han Juntao Luo Songya Qu Xueling Shi Junfang Zhang Bingshe Han | 2023 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2023,8,6: | 0 |
| 8 | Lightweight quasi-layered elastic fibrous porous ceramics with high compressive stress and low thermal conductivity显示文摘Fibrous porous ceramics are attractive for use as thermal insulation materials.However,the intrinsic brit-tleness of rigid materials has remained challenging and severely restricts their applications.Here,we demonstrated a facile method for fabricating elastic fibrous porous ceramics(EFPCs)with high com-pressive strength and low thermal conductivity through ordinary press filtration and subsequent heat treatment.The quasi-layered structure and the well-bonded bridging fibers between layers are the key points for the elasticity of EFPCs.The advanced EFPCs exhibited low density(∼0.126 g cm^(−3)),high com-pressive stress(∼0.356 MPa),and low thermal conductivity(∼0.026 W m^(−1) K^(−1)).Compared with rigid porous fibrous materials,the EFPCs had deformability and excellent shape recovery.In contrast to flexible materials,the EFPCs possessed high compressive stress,thus endowing them with good resistance to de-formation.The emergence of this fascinating material may provide new insights for candidate materials in thermal insulation and other fields. | Ning Zhou Baosheng Xu Zhiliang Zhou Lijie Qu Yiguang Wang Wenbo Han Daining Fang | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,12: | 0 |

| 12 | Efficacy and mechanisms of Dingxian pill(定痫丸)combined with valproic acid on pentylenetetrazol-induced chronic epilepsy in rats显示文摘OBJECIVE:To investigate the efficacy and mechanisms of Dingxian pill(定痫丸)combined with valproic acid(VPA)on pentylenetetrazol-induced chronical epilepsy in rats.METHODS:A rat model of epilepsy was established by administering pentylenetetrazol(PTZ)water solution(35 mg/kg).Rats were divided into 4 groups,among which three groups were treated with different drugs once a day for 28 d including Dingxian pill(2.4 g/kg),VPA(0.2 g/kg),or a combination of Dingxian pill(2.4 g/kg)and VPA(0.2 g/kg)respectively,and the control group was given the same volume of saline.Rats in different groups were compared based on animal behavior,electroencephalograms,Morris water maze,immunohistochemistry,transcriptomics and real-time polymerase chain reaction.RSULTS:The combination therapy of Dingxian pill and VPA inhibited PTZ-induced seizure-like behavior and reduced seizure grades more significantly than VPA alone.Compared with the control group,the learning and memory ability of chronic PTZ-induced epileptic rats was improved in all the drug treatment groups,especially in the group that received both Dingxian pill and VPA.Similar to the results of MWM tests,expression of the neuroexcitability marker gene c-Fos was reduced after Dingxian pill and/or VPA treatment,and the effect was most pronounced in the combined treatment group.Transcriptomic analysis revealed that gene expression in the rodent hippocampus,which is involved in epilepsy,was upregulated by combined treatment with Dingxian pill and VPA,compared with VPA treatment alone.CONCLUSION:Our results not only highlight the antiepileptic effects of combined Dingxian pill and VPA treatment,but also shed light on the underlying molecular mechanisms and provide a way to apply Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of epilepsy. | QU Dongxiao GE Yiqin ZHUO Limin CHEN Liji XUE Yonghua CHENG Jiwei TAO Jie LI Guoyi ZHU Yudan XIAO Qian | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,2: | 0 |

Three novel thiophene derivatives, 4, 4′-di(4-hexyl-thiophen-2-yl)biphenyl, 4,4′-di(4-hexyl-thiophen-2-yl)-2- nitro-biphenyl and 4,4′-di(4-hexyl-thiophen-2-yl)-2,3'-dinitrobiphenyl were synthesized through Stille coupling reaction, followed by polymerization in the presence of Fe Cl3, respectively. UV-vis absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra, photoluminescence spectra and electrochemical properties of the polymers were investigated. And the band-gap(Eg), HOMO orbital energy(EHOMO), and LUMO orbital energy(ELUMO) of the polymers were calculated.
