1Preparation and coking properties of coal maceral concentrates显示文摘The concentrates with different maceral contents were obtained from Kailuan coking coals with different coal ranks(Ro;ranvarying from 0.88%to 1.73%)by float–sink separation in lab.Then these concentrates were characterized by proximate analysis,ultimate analysis,petrography analysis and coking index determination.The results show that the vitrinite is characterized as nature of lower carbon content,higher hydrogen content,higher volatile matter and stronger caking property compared to inertinite.The relationships between variation rate of volatile matter and maximum volatile matter and coal ranks are identified,and a linear model is developed for fast determination of the maceral contents.Compared to inertinite-rich concentrate,the blending ratio of vitrinite-rich concentrate is increased by 13%,which is considered to be a potential technique based on maceral separation for expanding the coking coal resources.Zhang Lei Liu Wenli Men Dongpo 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,1:12

3Channel Measurement and Path Loss Modeling from 220 GHz to 330 GHz for 6G Wireless Communications显示文摘Terahertz(THz)communication has been envisioned as a key enabling technology for sixthgeneration(6G).In this paper,we present an extensive THz channel measurement campaign for 6G wireless communications from 220 GHz to 330 GHz.Furthermore,the path loss is analyzed and modeled by using two single-frequency path loss models and a multiplefrequencies path loss model.It is found that at most frequency points,the measured path loss is larger than that in the free space.But at around 310 GHz,the propagation attenuation is relatively weaker compared to that in the free space.Also,the frequency dependence of path loss is observed and the frequency exponent of the multiple-frequencies path loss model is 2.1.Moreover,the cellular performance of THz communication systems is investigated by using the obtained path loss model.Simulation results indicate that the current inter-site distance(ISD)for the indoor scenario is too small for THz communications.Furthermore,the tremendous capacity gain can be obtained by using THz bands compared to using microwave bands and millimeter wave bands.Generally,this work can give an insight into the design and optimization of THz communication systems for 6G.Pan Tang Jianhua Zhang Haoyu Tian Zhaowei Chang Jun Men Yuxiang Zhang Lei Tian Liang Xia Qixing Wang Jingsuo He 2021China Communications2021,18,5:7
4Combination of laparoscopic and open procedure in dismembered pyeloplasty: report of 51 cases显示文摘Background Laparoscopic dismembered pyeloplasty with less trauma than open surgery is commonly performed for ureteropelvic junction obstruction despite a longer operating time and a long learning curve. We describe in this paper a new technique, which combines laparoscopic and open procedure in dismembered pyeloplasty, that we have developed in 51 patients and achieved excellent results. Methods The surgical procedure can be divided into two steps: laparoscopic dissection of the renal pelvis and proximal ureter transperitoneally; then accomplishing the pyeloplasty through the extended port incision above the ureteropelvic junction as in open surgery. Results All 51 operations were successful without conversion to open surgery. No intraoperative complications were observed. The operating time was 40 minutes to 90 minutes with an average of 57.5 minutes. The estimated blood loss was 15 ml to 30 ml with an average of 21.2 ml. Aberrant artery vessel and primary stricture as the cause of ureteropelvic junction obstruction was noted in 2 and 49 patients, respectively. Thirty-nine patients had fever to differing extents in the 4 days postoperation and no severe infection was observed. Four patients had urinary leakage with their drains being retained for 6 days, 6 days, 5 days or 8 days after the operation. The mean followup was 10.8 months (range 3 months to 36 months). The followup showed good results with symptom resolution in all the patients. Renal ultrasonography demonstrated that the average separation of the collecting systems decreased from preoperative 2.7 cm (range 2.0 cm to 4.7 cm) to postoperative 1.5 cm (range 1.0 cm to 2.3 cm). Excretory urography at 3 months postoperatively showed improved drainage. Of the 51 patients, 35 underwent two or more excretory urograms, demonstrating stable renal function, improved drainage and no evidence of recurrent obstruction. At the last followup visit, each patient was doing well. Conclusions Combination of laparoscopic and open procedure in dismembered pyeloplasty offers a simpler, timesaving method in a minimally invasive fashion with low morbidity for patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Ensuring quality of repair, the method provides a minimally invasive alternative with good results. 7Revisiting the effects of Co_(2)O_(3)on multiscale defect structures and relevant electrical properties in ZnO varistors显示文摘Element doping is an effective method to improve the performance of ZnO varistors.Previous studies mainly focused on the variation of microstructures and Schottky barriers.In this study,the effects of Co dopant on electrical properties are investigated from the aspect of multiscale defect structures,including intrinsic point defects,the heterogeneous interface of depletion/intergranular layers,and interface states at grain boundaries.Combining with analysis of phase composition and energy dispersive spectroscopy,it is found that Co tends to dissolve into ZnO grains when slightly doped.It substitutes Zn2+with the same valence and affects little on densities of donors.Segregation of Co at grain boundaries would result in the formation of spinel phase Co(Co4/3Sb2/3)O4 and transformation of the intergranular phase fromα-Bi2O3 toδ-Bi2O3.Meanwhile,densities of point defects are indirectly affected by oxygen ambient during sintering,resulting in abnormal variation of grain resistivity.And interface states are enhanced,leading to improved barriers at grain boundaries.Therefore,reduced leakage current,enhanced grain resistivity,and improved non-linear coefficient in Co-doped ZnO varistor blocks are understood from the underlying multiple defect structures.This presents a potential approach to explore short-term performance and long-term stability of ZnO varistors from the aspect of defect responses.Men Guo Yao Wang Kangning Wu Lei Zhang Xia Zhao Ying Lin Jianying Li 2020High Voltage2020,5,3:2
8Sustainability of SARS-CoV-2 Induced Humoral Immune Responses in COVID-19 Patients from Hospitalization to Convalescence Over Six Months显示文摘Understanding the persistence of antibody in convalescent COVID-19 patients may help to answer the current major concerns such as the risk of reinfection,the protection period of vaccination and the possibility of building an active herd immunity.This retrospective cohort study included 172 COVID-19 patients who were hospitalized in Wuhan.A total of404 serum samples were obtained over six months from hospitalization to convalescence.Antibodies in the specimens were quantitatively analyzed by the capture chemiluminescence immunoassays(CLIA).All patients were positive for the anti-SARS-Co V-2 Ig M/Ig G at the onset of COVID-19 symptoms,and the Ig G antibody persisted in all the patients during the convalescence.However,only approximately 25%of patients can detect the Ig M antibodies,Ig M against N protein(NIg M)and receptor binding domain of S protein(RBD-Ig M)at the 27 th week.The titers of Ig M,N-Ig M and RBD-Ig M reduced to 16.7%,17.6%and 15.2%of their peak values respectively.In contrast,the titers of Ig G,N-Ig G and RBD-Ig G peaked at 4–5 th week and reduced to 85.9%,62.6%and 87.2%of their peak values respectively at the end of observation.Dynamic behavior of antibodies and their correlation in age,gender and severity groups were investigated.In general,the COVID-19 antibody was sustained at high levels for over six months in most of the convalescent patients.Only a few patients with antibody reducing to an undetectable level which needs further attention.The humoral immune response against SARS-Co V-2 infection in COVID-19 patients exhibits a typical dynamic of acquired immunity.Yang Zheng Qing Zhang Ashaq Ali Ke Li Nan Shao Xiaoli Zhou Zhiqin Ye Xiaomin Chen Shanshan Cao Jing Cui Juan Zhou Dianbing Wang Baidong Hou Min Li Mengmeng Cui Lihua Deng Xinyi Sun Qian Zhang Qinfang Yang Yong li Hui Wang Yake Lei Bo Yu Yegang Cheng Xiaolin Tong Dong Men Xian-En Zhang 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,5:1

10Application of a UPLC–MS/MS method to the protein binding study of TM-2 in rat, human and beagle dog plasma显示文摘TM-2 known as a potential antitumor drug is a novel semi-synthetic taxane derivative. As drug–protein interactions contribute to insights into pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties, we elucidated the binding of TM-2 to plasma protein. In this study, a simple, rapid and reliable method was developed and validated employing equilibrium dialysis for the separation of bound and unbound drugs and ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC–MS/MS) for the quantitation. Protein binding reached equilibrium within 24 h of incubation at 37 °C. After liquid–liquid extraction with methyl tert-butyl ether, the samples were separated on Thermo Syncronis UPLCsC18(2.1 mm 50 mm, 1.7 mm), and acquisition of mass spectrometric data was performed in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode via positive electrospray ionization. The assay was linear over the concentration rang of 5–2000 ng/m L. The intra- and inter-day precisions were 0.1%–14.8%, and the accuracy was from 6.4% to 7.0%. This assay has been successfully applied to a protein binding study of TM-2 in rat, human and beagle dog plasma. TM-2 showed high protein binding of 81.4% 7 6.5%(rat),87.9% 7 3.6%(human) and 79.4% 7 4.0%(beagle dog). 12Effects of ambient humidity and thermal aging on properties of Nomex insulation in mining dry‐type transformer显示文摘Temperature and humidity are the main factors that cause the decomposition of Nomex paper widely used as turn‐to‐turn insulation material of mining dry‐type transformers. In this study, for understanding the effect of ambient humidity and thermal aging on the properties of Nomex paper, specimens with the initial moisture content of 7% were aged in the oven for 168, 504, 672 h at 180°C, respectively. After thermal aging, corona discharge experiments of unaged and aged specimens with different aging degrees were carried out at different relative humidity (RH) levels from 10 to 70%. The characteristic parameters of corona discharge, such as the average discharge amplitude and the number of discharges, were measured. Then, the surface conductivity and the surface potential decay rate were measured. The morphology and attenuated total internal reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were also analysed for explaining the difference of properties be-tween unaged and aged specimens. The experiment results indicate that the average discharge amplitude decreases with the increase of RH or the deepening of the aging degree of specimens, but the number of discharges shows the reversal tendency. 13Small molecules in the treatment of COVID-19显示文摘The outbreak of COVID-19 has become a global crisis,and brought severe disruptions to societies and economies.Until now,effective therapeutics against COVID-19 are in high demand.Along with our improved understanding of the structure,function,and pathogenic process of SARS-CoV-2,many small molecules with potential anti-COVID-19 effects have been developed.So far,several antiviral strategies were explored.Besides directly inhibition of viral proteins such as RdRp and M^(pro),interference of host enzymes including ACE2 and proteases,and blocking relevant immunoregulatory pathways represented by JAK/STAT,BTK,NF-κB,and NLRP3 pathways,are regarded feasible in drug development.The development of small molecules to treat COVID-19 has been achieved by several strategies,including computer-aided lead compound design and screening,natural product discovery,drug repurposing,and combination therapy.Several small molecules representative by remdesivir and paxlovid have been proved or authorized emergency use in many countries.And many candidates have entered clinical-trial stage.Nevertheless,due to the epidemiological features and variability issues of SARS-CoV-2,it is necessary to continue exploring novel strategies against COVID-19.This review discusses the current findings in the development of small molecules for COVID-19 treatment.Moreover,their detailed mechanism of action,chemical structures,and preclinical and clinical efficacies are discussed.Sibei Lei Xiaohua Chen Jieping Wu Xingmei Duan Ke Men 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,1:0

16Self-powered stimuli responsive material for dual stimulation of heat and guest molecules显示文摘Stimuli-responsive smart materials exhibit reverse chemical/physical changes in response to external stimuli and research on stimuli-responsive smart materials with self-powered properties is still uncultivated ground.Here,we report perovskite crystalline self-powered multiple stimuli-responsive materials triggered by chemical and thermal stimuli.[HMEP]PbI_(3)·(H_(2)O)(1;HMEP is a hydroxytris(1-methylethyl)phosphorus cation)crystallizes in a chiral space group P 21 at 293 K and has the piezoelectric reaction(d_(33)=10 pC/N and output voltage=1 V)of self-powered modes,this value is larger than the value of 3 pC/N for the classical piezoelectric material ZnO.Piezoelectric materials can generate energy due to mechanical deformation,and using thermal heating to lose water,[HMEP]PbI_(3)(2)can be obtained.2 crystallizes in the non-centrosymmetric space group,undergoes two reversible phase transitions at 243/255 K and 315/348 K,and shows second harmonic generation switching.Interestingly,2 can return to the hydrated form 1 after absorbing water.This work will lay the foundation for self-powered stimuli-responsive compounds and contribute to the construction of novel organic-inorganic hybrid materials with second harmonic generation switching.Jintao Men Ke Xu Taiting Sha Lei He Yan Xu Jie Mu Tijian Yin Qiong Ye 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,2:0
17Carrier Frequency Offset Estimation for FM and Symbiotic FM Radio Data System Hybrid Signal显示文摘The symbiotic FM radio data system(SRDS)is a radio data system that a specially designed OFDM signal co-lives with FM signal,which enables a significantly higher data rate than existing radio data systems.The cyclic prefix of the OFDM symbol has the same length as the OFDM body,which enables the analytic separation of the co-channel OFDM and FM signal at receiver side,utilizing the fact that the OFDM body and prefix is equal.In this work,we show that the OFDM body and prefix cannot be viewed as equal when there is sufficient carrier frequency offset(CFO).Thus,we propose a two-step CFO estimation algorithm for FM and SRDS hybrid signal.The first step estimates the coarse CFO by exploring the characteristics of the FM signal.Once the coarse CFO is removed,the residual CFO is small enough for FM and OFDM separation.The second step fine estimates CFO from the OFDM-only signal using its repeated PN structure after the separation.Detailed mathematical equations are formulated and simulation results are given.The results show that the proposed algorithm works fine with the simulation setup and has a final residual CFO less than 3.9Hz.Fei Wang Xi Chen Aidong Men Lei Zhang Sheng Wu 2020China Communications2020,17,1:0
18Research on error accumulation control of three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint显示文摘Background Currently,laser tracker is the primary instrument used to carry out three-dimensional position measurement in accelerator alignment.Theoretically,three-dimensional measuring data processed by three-dimensional adjustment are more rigorous,however,error accumulation is found in practice.Purpose In order to control error accumulation and further improve the measurement accuracy of accelerator alignment,this research introduces the laser alignment system into the activity of measurement and data processing.Methods A measurement scheme combining laser tracker and laser alignment system is proposed.To construct the constraint condition,the offset values from the measuring points to the laser straight-line datum were used.To carry out the three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint,the laser tracker observations were used.Results A three-dimensional adjustment function model of laser tracker observations is given.The construction method of the constraint equation is researched,and the calculation formulas of the three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint are derived.A 200 m linac tunnel control network is designed,using simulation measurement method,the measuring data of laser tracker and the offset values from the measuring points to the laser straight-line datum were generated.The simulated data are calculated by the method given in this paper and the result is analyzed.Conclusion Simulation result shows introducing the laser alignment system into laser tracker measurement and applying the three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint can effectively suppress the error accumulation caused by long distance move station measurement.Wang Xiaolong Kang Ling Dong Lan Li Bo Men Lingling Luo Tao Wang Tong Liang Jing He Zhenqiang Ke Zhiyong Ma Na Lu Shang Han Yuanying Yan Luping Zhang Luyan Liu Xiaoyang Yan Haoyue Li Chunhua Wu Lei 2022Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2022,6,4:0
