| 2 | A genome-wide landscape of mRNAs,lncRNAs,and circRNAs during subcutaneous adipogenesis in pigs显示文摘Background: Preadipocyte differentiation plays a critical role in subcutaneous fat deposition in pigs.However,the roles of different RNAs,such as messenger RNAs(mRNAs),long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),and circular RNAs(circRNAs) in the differentiation process of subcutaneous preadipocytes,are still largely unclear.In the present study,a transcriptome analysis,including the analysis of mRNAs,lncRNAs,and circRNAs,during different differentiation stages,namely,day 0(D0),day 2(D2),day 4(D4),and day 8(D8),of subcutaneous preadipocytes from Chinese Erhualian pigs was performed.Results: A total of 1554,470,1344,1777,and 676 differentially expressed(DE) mRNAs,112,58,95,136,and 93 DE lncRNAs,and 902,787,710,932,and 850 DE circRNAs were identified between D2 and D0,between D4 and D2,between D8 and D4,between D4 and D0,and between D8 and D0,respectively.Furthermore,functional enrichment analysis showed that the common DE mRNAs during the entire differentiation process were mainly involved in lipid metabolic and cell differentiation processes.Additionally,co-expression network analysis identified the potential lncRNAs related to adipogenesis,e.g.,MSTRG.131380 and MSTRG.62128.Conclusions: Our study provides new insights of the expression changes of RNAs during adipogenic differentiation,which might contribute to the phenotype of subcutaneous adipogenesis.These results greatly improve our understanding of the molecular mechanisms regulating subcutaneous fat deposition in pigs. | Xin Liu Kaiqing Liu Baosen Shan Shengjuan Wei Dongfeng Li Haiyin Han Wei Wei Jie Chen Honglin Liu Lifan Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2019,10,1: | 5 |

| 8 | 3D printed triboelectric nanogenerator as self-powered human–machine interactive sensor for breathing-based language expression显示文摘Human–machine interfaces(HMIs)are important windows for a human to communicate with the outside world.The current HMI devices such as cellphones,tablets,and computers can be used to help people with aphasia for language expression.However,these conventional HMI devices are not friendly to some particular groups who also lose their abilities of physical movements like in the intensive care unit(ICU)or vegetative patients to realize language expression.Herein,we report a breath-driven triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)acting as a HMI sensor for language expression through human breathing without voice controls or manual operations.The TENG is integrated within a mask and fabricated via a three-dimensional(3D)printing method.When wearing the mask,the TENG can produce responsive electric signals corresponding to the airflow from breathing,which is capable of recognizing human breathing types with different intensities,lengths,and frequencies.On the basis of the breathing recognition ability,a breathing-based language expressing system is further developed through introducing the Morse code as a communication protocol.Compared with conventional language expressing devices,this system can extract subjective information of a person from breathing behaviors and output corresponding language text,which is not relying on voices or physical movements.This research for the first time introduces the self-powered breathing-based language expressing method to the field of HMI technology by using a 3D printed TENG,and could make HMI interactions become more friendly and fascinating. | Pengcheng Zhu Baosen Zhang Hongyi Wang Yiheng Wu Hengjun Cao Liubing He Chaoyue Li Xuepeng Luo Xing Li Yanchao Mao | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,8: | 1 |

| 12 | Carbide precipitates and mechanical properties of medium Mn steel joint with metal inert gas welding显示文摘Medium Mn steel was metal inert gas(MIG)welded with NiCrMo-3 and 307 Si filler wires.The effect of filler wires on the microstructure and mechanical properties of joint was investigated,and the carbide precipitates were contrastively discussed.The results revealed that the microstructure of weld metal,heat-affected zone and base metal are austenite.Obvious grain coarsening occurred in the heat-affected zone(HAZ),and the maximum grain size grew up to 160μm.In HAZ,C and Cr segregated at grain boundaries,the carbides was identified as Cr7 C3.The dispersive(Nb,Mo)C phase was also found in weld metal with NiCrMo-3 filler wire.All the welded joints failed in HAZ during tensile tests.The tensile strength of welded joint with NiCrMo-3 filler wire was 675 MPa,which is much higher than that with307 Si filler wire.In comparison to base metal,higher microhardness and lower impact toughness were obtained in HAZ for these two welded joints,which was attributed to the precipitation of Cr7 C3 phase and grain coarsening.The impact toughness around the fusion line is the worst for these two welded joints. | Jiang Yang Honggang Dong Yueqing Xia Peng Li Xiaohu Hao Yaqiang Wang Wei Wu Baosen Wang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,16: | 1 |

| 14 | Magnetic behaviors and magnetocaloric effects in rare earth high-entropy amorphous/nanocrystalline alloys显示文摘Rare earth high-entropy alloys(RE-HEAs)exhibit great potential to be applied as refrigerants due to their good comprehensive magnetocaloric properties.In this work,octary GdTbDyHoErTmCoAl and GdTbDyHoErTmCoNi RE-HEAs with amorphous/nanocrystalline structure exhibiting comparable magnetocaloric effect were synthesized.Both RE-HEAs show a second-order magnetic phase transition in the temperature range of hydrogen liquefaction.Due to the complex magnetic interactions,a spin glasslike behavior at low temperatures is observed in the RE-HEAs.A superior magnetocaloric effect is obtained in the nanocrystalline GdTbDyHoErTmCoNi high-entropy alloy that is multiphase attributed to a stronger magnetic exchange interaction when compared with the other that exhibits single amorphous structure.Despite heterogeneous microstructure,homogeneous chemical distributions are observed in the partially crystallized high-entropy alloy.In addition,the magnetocaloric effect and magnetic transition behavior of rare earth medium-and high-entropy alloys,including the RE-HEAs in this study,are summarized and discussed.The results in this work provide a helpful guide for the design of RE-HEAs for hydrogen liquefaction applications with excellent magnetocaloric effects. | Lin Xue Liliang Shao Baosen Zhang Zongzhen Li Jiangbo Cheng Baolong Shen | 2024 | Journal of Rare Earths2024,42,1: | 0 |

| 16 | Anomalous eastward displacement of the tropical western Pacific warm pool and warming of the tropical eastern Pacific显示文摘Based on the data from the Climate Diagnostics Bulletin, Oceanographic Monthly Summary, UH Sea Level Center and TOGA─COARE IOP, the response of warm pool in the tropical western Pacific and the tropical eastern Pacific SST to the anomalous wind field during 1992/1993 EI Nino has been analyzed. The results show that the eastward transport of warm water of the tropical western Pacific due to the westerly wind burst leads not only to a drop of sea level but also to a raise of thermocline in the tropical western Pacific. Consequently the heat content in upper layer water decreases especially in the thermocline. Contrary to this, the positive anomalies Of heat content and thermocline depth appear in the tropical eastern Pacific. | 17 | Single-material-substrated triboelectric–electromagnetic hybrid generator for self-powered multifunctional sensing in intelligent greenhouse显示文摘The environmental micro-energy harvested by the triboelectric–electromagnetic hybrid generator(TEHG)can power sensors and Internet of Things(IoT)nodes in smart agriculture.However,the separation structure of traditional TEHG raises the complexity of form and material,which is harmful to the miniaturization of the device.Herein,a single-material-substrated triboelectric–electromagnetic hybrid generator(SMS-TEHG)based on the flexible magnets is designed to achieve the structural integration of triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)and electromagnetic generator(EMG).The flexible magnets serve as the electropositive triboelectric materials for TENG and the magnetic materials for EMG,simplifying the structural complexity of TEHG.The open-circuit voltage(VOC)of the TENG and EMG are 187.2 and 9.0 V at 300 rpm,respectively.After 30,000 cycles of stability testing,the VOC of the TENG and EMG retain about 95.6%and 99.3%,respectively.Additionally,the self-powered applications driven by SMS-TEHG in intelligent greenhouse have been successfully demonstrated,such as crop light supplementation,rain monitoring,and wireless temperature and humidity sensing.This work provides a new design for TEHG and possibilities for applying TEHG and IoT in smart agriculture. | Baosen Zhang Wenbo Li Jianwei Ge Chenggen Chen Xin Yu Zhong Lin Wang Tinghai Cheng | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,2: | 0 |
