2OsSIDP366,a DUF1644 gene,positively regulates responses to drought and salt stresses in rice显示文摘Domain of unknown function 1644(DUF1644) is a Rhighly conserved amino acid sequence motif present only in plants. Analysis of expression data of the family of DUF1644-containing genes indicated that they may regulate responses to abiotic stress in rice. Here we present our discovery of the role of Os SIDP366, a member of the DUF1644 gene family, in response to drought and salinity stresses in rice. Transgenic rice plants overexpressing Os SIDP366 showed enhanced drought and salinity tolerance and reduced water loss as compared to that in the control, whereas plants with downregulated Os SIDP366 expression levels using RNA interference(RNAi) were more sensitive to salinity and drought treatments. The sensitivity to abscisic acid(ABA)treatment was not changed in Os SIDP366-overexpressing plants, and Os SIDP366 expression was not affected in ABAdeficient mutants. Subcellular localization analysis revealed that Os SIDP366 is presented in the cytoplasmic foci that colocalized with protein markers for both processing bodies(PBs) and stress granules(SGs) in rice protoplasts. Digital gene expression(DGE) profile analysis indicated that stress-related genes such as SNAC1, Os HAK5 and PRs were upregulated in Os SIDP366-overexpressing plants. 4Surface coal mining impacts on land use change and ecological service value:a case study in Shengli coalfield,Inner Mongolia显示文摘Coal plays a crucial role in global economic development and remains the most common and widely distributed fossil fuel worldwide.As the world's largest developing country,China's mining and utilization of coal resources have contributed signifcantly to the country’s rapid economic growth.Inner Mongolia is an ecologically fragile arid and semi-arid area of China.The exploitation of opencast mining has seriously hindered the sustainable use of regional land and the residents'well-being.Using ENVI-based remote sensing images from 2000,2005,2010,2015,and 2020,this study employed a random forest algorithm to divide land utilization types into construction land,vegetation,cultivated land,bare land,and water areas and analyzed the characteristics of land use and ecosystem service value changes over the past 20 years.The results were as follows:(1)Construction land in the mining area changed minimally from 2000 to 2020;vegetation and water bodies showed a decreasing trend,whereas bare and cultivated lands showed an increasing trend.Bare land exhibited the largest change in area proportion and water bodies the smallest.(2)The total ecosystem service value of the mining area declined from 10.939 to 9.527 billion Yuan.Vegetation ecosystem service value was the highest,followed by cultivated land and water,with the bare land ecosystem service value the lowest.(3)On a spatial scale,the total ecosystem service value of the Shengli mining area decreased year by year,indicating that land use changes in the mining area do have an impact on ecosystem service value.Lijia Zhang Xu Zhou Yan Zhou Ji Zhou Jiwang Guo Zihan Zhai Yan Chen Xiangyan Su Lingxiao Ying Liwei Wang Ying Qiao 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,5:1

9A cross-layer design and ant-colony optimization based load-balancing routing protocol for ad-hoc networks显示文摘In order to periodically reassess the status of the alternate path route(APR)set and to improve the efficiency of alternate path construction existing in most current alter-nate path routing protocols,we present a cross-layer design and ant-colony optimization based load-balancing routing protocol for ad-hoc networks(CALRA)in this paper.In CALRA,the APR set maintained in nodes is aged and reas-sessed by the inherent mechanism of pheromone evaporation of ant-colony optimization algorithm,and load balance of network is achieved by ant-colony optimization combining with cross-layer synthetic optimization.The efficiency of APR set construction is improved by bidirectional and hop-by-hop routing update during routing discovery and routing maintenance process.Moreover,ants in CALRA deposit simulated pheromones as a function of multiple parameters corresponding to the information collected by each layer of each node visited,such as the distance from their source node,the congestion degree of the visited nodes,the current pheromones the nodes possess,the velocity of the nodes,and so on,and provide the information to the visiting nodes to update their pheromone tables by endowing the different parameters corresponding to different information and different weight values,which provides a new method to improve the congestion problem,the shortcut problem,the convergence rate and the heavy overheads commonly existed in existing ant-based routing protocols for ad-hoc networks.The performance of the algorithm is measured by the packet delivery rate,good-put ratio(routing overhead),and end-to-end delay.Simulation results show that CALRA performs well in decreasing the route overheads,balancing traffic load,as well as increasing the packet delivery rate,etc.ZHENG Xiangquan GUO Wei GE Lijia LIU Renting 2007Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2007,2,2:1

12A tumor-penetrable drug nanococktail made from human histones for interventional nucleus-targeted chemophotothermal therapy of drug-resistant tumors显示文摘Nanoparticle-based chemophotothermal therapy(CPT)is a promising treatment for multidrug resistant tumors.In this study,a drug nanococktail of DIR825@histone was developed by employing doxorubicin(DOX),NIR dye IR825 and human histones for interventional nucleus-targeted CPT of multidrug resistant tumors with an interventional laser.After localized intervention,DIR825@histone penetrated tumor tissues by transcytosis,efficiently entered tumor cells and targeted the cell nuclei.DIR825@histone also exhibited good photothermal performance and thermal-triggered drug release.Efficient multidrug resistant tumor inhibition was achieved by enhanced CPT sensitization and MDR reversion via nuclear targeting.Moreover,an interventional laser assisted DIR825@histone in inhibiting multidrug resistant tumors by promoting the sufficient delivery of laser energy inside the tumor while reducing skin injury.Therefore,DIR825@histone together with this interventional nucleus-targeted CPT strategy holds great promise for treating multidrug resistant tumors.Jianquan Guo Dongsheng Tan Chenmei Lou Shiying Guo Xing Jin Haijing Qu Lijia Jing Sijin Li 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,3:0
13Relationship of Microchannels and Plaque Erosion in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction: An Optical Coherence Tomography Study显示文摘Objective:Microchannels are associated with the progression of atherosclerotic vulnerable plaques.However,in patients with culprit optical coherence tomography(OCT)-defined plaque erosion,the knowledge of microchannels and culprit lesion vulnerability is limited.The aim of this study was to investigate culprit lesion characteristics in patients with ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction(STEMI)caused by plaque erosion with and without microchannels using OCT.Methods:In all,348 STEMI patients with plaque erosion who underwent OCT of the culprit lesion at the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University(Harbin,China)from August 2014 to December 2017 were included and divided into the microchannel group(n=116,33.3%)and no-microchannel group(n=232,66.7%).The clinical characteristics and OCT-derived plaque features were compared between both groups.Results:Among the 348 STEMI patients with plaque erosion,culprit lesions with microchannels had higher incidence of lipid plaque(59.5%vs.45.3%,P=0.012);calcification(41.4%vs.24.6%,P=0.002);spotty calcification(30.2%vs.18.1%,P=0.014);macrophages accumulation(72.4%vs.45.7%,P<0.001);and cholesterol crystals(32.8%vs.14.2%,P<0.001)than those without microchannels.In addition,minimal lumen area was smaller((1.9±0.9)mm2 vs.(2.8±2.3)mm2,P<0.001)and lumen area stenosis was greater((71.3%±13.4%)vs.(65.3%±19.3%),P=0.001)in the microchannel group than in the no-microchannel group.Conclusion:In patients with STEMI caused by plaque erosion,one-third manifested typical microchannel characteristics,and those with microchannels were associated with more severe luminal stenosis and more vulnerable plaque features than those without microchannels.Senqing Jiang Junchen Guo Yanwei Yin Chao Fang Jifei Wang Yidan Wang Fangmeng Lei Sibo Sun Xueying Pei Ruyi Jia Shaotao Zhang Lulu Li Yini Wang Lei Xing Huai Yu Huimin Liu Maoen Xu Xuefeng Ren Lijia Ma Guo Wei Jingbo Hou Jiannan Dai Bo Yu 2022Cardiology Discovery2022,2,2:0
14Mesenchymal stem cell-derived apoptotic bodies alleviate alveolar bone destruction by regulating osteoclast differentiation and function显示文摘Periodontitis is caused by overactive osteoclast activity that results in the loss of periodontal supporting tissue and mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are essential for periodontal regeneration.However,the hypoxic periodontal microenvironment during periodontitis induces the apoptosis of MSCs.Apoptotic bodies(ABs)are the major product of apoptotic cells and have been attracting increased attention as potential mediators for periodontitis treatment,thus we investigated the effects of ABs derived from MSCs on periodontitis.MSCs were derived from bone marrows of mice and were cultured under hypoxic conditions for 72 h,after which ABs were isolated from the culture supernatant using a multi-filtration system.The results demonstrate that ABs derived from MSCs inhibited osteoclast differentiation and alveolar bone resorption.miRNA array analysis showed that miR-223-3p is highly enriched in those ABs and is critical for their therapeutic effects.Targetscan and luciferase activity results confirmed that Itgb1 is targeted by miR-223-3p,which interferes with the function of osteoclasts.Additionally,DC-STAMP is a key regulator that mediates membrane infusion.ABs and pre-osteoclasts expressed high levels of DC-STAMP on their membranes,which mediates the engulfment of ABs by pre-osteoclasts.ABs with knock-down of DC-STAMP failed to be engulfed by pre-osteoclasts.Collectively,MSC-derived ABs are targeted to be engulfed by pre-osteoclasts via DC-STAMP,which rescued alveolar bone loss by transferring miR-223-3p to osteoclasts,which in turn led to the attenuation of their differentiation and bone resorption.These results suggest that MSC-derived ABs are promising therapeutic agents for the treatment of periodontitis.Xiaoyan Li Yiyang Jiang Xu Liu Jingfei Fu Juan Du Zhenhua Luo Junji Xu Ujjal Kumar Bhawal Yi Liu Lijia Guo 2023International Journal of Oral Science2023,15,4:0
15Purpurolide C-based microneedle promotes macrophage-mediated diabetic wound healing via inhibiting TLR4-MD2 dimerization and MYD88 phosphorylation显示文摘Delayed wound healing in diabetes is a global challenge,and the development of related drugs is a clinical problem to be solved.In this study,purpurolide C(PC),a small-molecule secondary metabolite of the endophytic fungus Penicillium purpurogenum,was found to promote diabetic wound healing.To investigate the key regulation targets of PC,in vitro RNA-seq,molecular docking calcula-tions,TLR4-MD2 dimerization SDS-PAGE detection,and surface plasmon resonance(SPR)were per-formed,indicating that PC inhibited inflammatory macrophage activation by inhibiting both TLR4-MD2 dimerization and MYD88 phosphorylation.Tlr4 knockout in vivo attenuated the promotion effect of PC on wound healing.Furthermore,a delivery system consisting of macrophage liposome and GelMA-based microneedle patches combined with PC(PC@MLIP MN)was developed,which overcame the poor water solubility and weak skin permeability of PC,so that successfully punctured the skin and delivered PC to local tissues,and accurately regulated macrophage polarization in diabetic wound management.Overall,PC is an anti-inflammatory small molecule compound with a well-defined structure and dualtarget regulation,and the PC@MLIP MN is a promising novel biomaterial for the management of diabetic wound.Yitong Liu Guiyang Xia Yingyi Chen Huan Xia Junji Xu Lijia Guo Sheng Lin Yi Liu 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:0
16Gradient defects mediate negative thermal quenching in phosphors显示文摘Luminescent materials often suffer from thermal quenching(TQ),limiting the continuation of their applications under high temperatures up to 473 K.The formation of defect levels could suppress TQ,but rational synthesis and deep understanding of multiple defects-regulated luminescent materials working in such a wide temperature range still remain challenging.Here,we prepare a negative thermal quenching(NTQ)phosphor LiTaO_(3)∶Tb^(3+)by introducing gradient defects V_(Ta)^(5−),Tb_(Li)^(2+),and(V_(Ta)Tb_(Li))^(3−)as identified by advanced experimental and theoretical studies.Its photoluminescence significantly becomes intense with rising temperatures and then slowly increases at 373 to 473 K.The mechanism studies reveal that gradient defects with varied trapping depths could act as energy buffer layers to effectively capture the carriers.Under thermal disturbance,the stored carriers could successively migrate to the activators in consecutive and wide temperature zones,compensating for TQ to enhance luminescence emission.This study initiates the synthesis of multi-defect NTQ phosphors for temperature-dependent applications.Mingxue Deng Xingzhong Cao Yangmin Tang Zhenzhen Zhou Lijia Liu Xiaofeng Liu Peng Zhang Lo-Yueh Chang Hao Ruan Xinjun Guo Jiacheng Wang Qian Liu 2023Advanced Photonics2023,5,2:0
17Metallogenic model of the Shuangjianzishan Ag-Pb-Zn district,Northeast China:Revealed from integrated geophysical investigation显示文摘The Shuangjianzishan deposit in Inner Mongolia is a typical Ag-Pb-Zn deposit of the southern Great Xing’an Range.Proven reserves of Ag,Pb,and Zn in this deposit have reached the scale of super-large deposits,with favorable metallogenic conditions,strong prospecting signs,and high metallogenic potential.This paper reports a study involving integrated geophysical methods,including controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotelluric,gravity,magnetic,and shallow-seismic-reflection methods,to determine the spatial distribution of ore-controlling structures and subsurface intrusive rock for a depth range of<2000 m in the Shuangjianzishan ore district.The objective of this study is to construct a metallogenic model of the ore district and provide a scientific basis for the exploration of similar deposits in the deep and surrounding regions.We used three-dimensional inversion for controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotelluric data based on the limited memory quasi-Newton algorithm,and three-dimensional physical-property inversion for the gravity and magnetic data to obtain information about the subsurface distribution of ore-controlling structures and intrusive rocks.Under seismic reflection results,regional geology,petrophysical properties,and borehole information,the geophysical investigation shows that the Dashizhai group,which contains the main ore-bearing strata in the ore district,is distributed within a depth range of<1239 m,and is thick in the Xinglongshan ore block and the eastern part of the Shuangjianzishan ore block.The mineralization is spatially associated with a fault system characterized by NE-,NW-,and N-trending faults.The magnetic and electrical models identify large,deep bodies of intrusive rock that are inferred to have been involved in mineralization,with local shallow emplacement of some intrusions.Combining the subsurface spatial distributions of ore-bearing strata,ore-controlling faults,and intrusive rock,we propose two different metallogenic models for the Shuangjianzishan ore district,which provide a scientific basis for further prospecting in the deep regions of the ore district and surrounding areas.Yihao Wu Jiangtao Han Yunhe Liu Guoqing Ma Fuxing Han Yanchen Yang Lijia Liu Lei Guo Ye Guan Yinghui Zhang Zhenyu Guo Qian Mu 2022Geoscience Frontiers2022,13,2:0
18The OsFTIP6-OsHB22-OsMYBR57 module regulates drought response in rice显示文摘Plants have evolved a sophisticated set of mechanisms to adapt to drought stress.Transcription factors play crucial roles in plant responses to various environmental stimuli by modulating the expression of numerous stress-responsive genes.However,how the crosstalk between different transcription factor families orchestrates initiation of the key transcriptional network and the role of posttranscriptional modification of transcription factors,especially in cellular localization/trafficking in response to stress in rice,remain still largely unknown.In this study,we isolated an Osmybr57 mutant that displays a drought-sensitive phenotype through a genetic screen for drought stress sensitivity.We found that OsMYBR57,an MYB-related protein,directly regulates the expression of several key drought-related OsbZ/Ps in response to drought treatment.Further studies revealed that OsMYBR57 interacts with a homeodomain transcription factor,OsHB22,which also plays a positive role in drought signaling.We further demonstrate that OsFTIP6 interacts with OsHB22 and promotes the nucleocytoplasmic translocation of OsHB22 into the nucleus,where OsHB22 cooperates with OsMYBR57 to regulate the expression of drought-responsive genes.Our findings have revealed a mechanistic framework underlying the OsFTIP6-0sHB22-0sMYBR57 module-mediated regulation of drought response in rice.The OsFTIP6-mediated OsHB22 nucleocytoplasmic shuttling and OsMYBR57-0sHB22 regulation of OsbZIP transcription ensure precise control of expression of OsLEA3 and Rab21,and thereby regulate the response to water deficiency in rice.Lijia Yang Ying Chen Liang Xu Jiaxuan Wang Haoyue Qi Jiazhuo Guo Liang Zhang Jun Shen Huanyu Wang Fan Zhang Lijun Xie Wenjun Zhu Peitao Lü Qian Qian Hao Yu Shiyong Song 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,7:0
