1Geochemistry and Zircon U–Pb age of the Yao'an pseudoleucite porphyry,Yunnan Province,China显示文摘The Yao'an Pb–Ag deposit, located in the Chuxiong Basin, western Yangtze Block, is an important component of the Jinshajiang–Ailaoshan alkaline porphyry–related polymetallic intrusive belt. This complex suite of rock bodies includes a vein of pseudoleucite porphyry within deposits of syenite porphyry and trachyte.The pseudoleucite is characterized by a variable greyish,greyish-white, and greyish-green porphyritic texture. Phenocrysts are mainly pseudoleucite with small amounts of alkali feldspar and biotite. In an intense event, leucite phenocrysts altered to orthoclase, kaolinite, and quartz.Both the pseudoleucite porphyry and the syenite porphyry samples were typical alkali-rich, K-rich, al-rich rocks with high LaN/YbNratios; enriched in light rare earth elements and large-ion lithophile elements, and depleted in high field strength elements; and with strongly negative Ta, Nb, and Ti(TNT) anomalies and slightly negative Eu anomalies—all characteristics of subduction-zone mantle-derived rock.We obtained a LA-ICP-MS zircon U–Pb age of 34.1 ± 0.3 Ma(MSWD = 2.4), which is younger than the established age of the Indian and Eurasian Plate collision.The magma derived from a Type-II enriched mantle formed in a post-collisional plate tectonic setting. 2The Relationship between Tectonic Subsidence and BSR of Upper Neogene in the Deep-Water Area of the Northern Continental Slope, South China Sea显示文摘BSR (Bottom Simulating Reflector) occurs widely in the strata since the late Miocene in the deep-water area of the northern continental slope of South China Sea (SCS). It is an important seismic reference mark which identifies the gas hydrate and its distribution influenced by the tectonic movements. Single-point basin modeling was conducted using 473 points in the study area. To discuss the relationships between the tectonic subsidence and BSR, the volume and rate of tectonic subsidence in each geological time have been simulated. The results show that there are three tectonic accelerate subsidence processes in the study area since the late Miocene, especially since 1.8Ma the tectonic subsidence accelerates more apparently. Since the Late Miocene to Pleistocene, the rate of tectonic subsidence in deep-water underwent a transformation from weak to strong. The ratio of tectonic subsidence to the total subsidence was relatively high (65-70%). 3Computational investigation of hydrodynamics and cracking reaction in a heavy oil riser reactor显示文摘This paper presents a computational investigation of hydrodynamics, heat transfer and cracking reaction in a heavy oil riser operated in a novel operating mode of low temperature contact and high catalyst-to-oil ratio. Through incorporating feedstock vaporization and a 12-lump cracking kinetics model, a validated gas-solid flow model has been extended to the analysis of the hydrodynamic and reaction behavior in an industrial riser. The results indicate that the hydrodynamics, temperature and species concentration exhibit significantly nonuniform behavior inside the riser, especially in the atomization nozzle region. The lump concentration profiles along the riser height provide useful information for riser optimization. Compared to conventional fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) process, feedstock conversion and gasoline yield are respectively increased by 1.9 units and 1.0 unit in the new FCC process, the yield of liquefied petroleum gas is increased by about 1.0 unit while dry gas yield is reduced by about 0.3 unit.Jian Chang Kai Zhang Fandong Meng Longyan Wang Xiaoli Wei 2012Particuology2012,10,2:3

10Self-aligned offset gate poly-Si TFTs using photoresist trimming technology显示文摘This paper reports a simple method of fabricating self-aligned offset gate(SAOG) polycrystalline silicon(poly-Si) thin film transistors(TFTs). The SAOG structure was formed by two key steps, i.e. an isotropic photoresist trimming and an additional gate fringe etching. The fabricated SAOG devices with this proposed method exhibit a significantly suppressed off-current increase with gate bias compared with the non-offset ones,and have identical bi-directional transfer characteristics under reversed source/drain biases.
