Behavior and Kinetics of Non-isothermal Pyrolysis of Coal at Different Heating Rates显示文摘Investigations on the pyrolysis and kinetic behaviors during pyrolysis of fossil fuel samples, such as coal, are fundamental for developing the related technology and practical application. In this work, pyrolysis behavior and kinetics in the pyrolysis process of a coal sample were investigated by the thermogravimetric analyzer at a heating rate of 10, 40, 70,100, 200, and 500 °C/min, respectively. The pyrolysis process could be divided into four stages according to the TG/DTG curves. The first stage was mainly attributed to the removal of volatiles, and the second peak was the polycondensation reaction between the volatile components. It was found that more volatiles could be released from coal during pyrolysis at higher heating rate and the higher pyrolysis temperature was necessary for a rapid pyrolysis process. Kinetic analysis revealed that both the model-free(KAS and FWO) and the Coats-Redfern methods were suitable to describing the pyrolysis process, and the variation of activation energy(E) with the two types of kinetic models was consistent during the whole pyrolysis process. Furthermore, the heating rate did not alter the reaction sequence of the whole pyrolysis process, but higher heating rate could make the E value of the initial pyrolysis stage smaller. | Fan Junfeng Tian Bin An Xiaoxi Yin Mengmeng Qiao Yingyun Tian Yuanyu | 2017 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2017,19,3: | 2
Modeling, analysis, and simulation of X-shape quasi-zero-stiffness-roller vibration isolators显示文摘Existing quasi-zero stiffness(QZS)isolators are reviewed. In terms of their advantages,a novel X-shape QZS isolator combined with the cam-roller-spring mechanism(CRSM)is proposed.Different from the existing X-shape isolators, oblique springs are used to enhance the negative stiffness of the system.Meanwhile, the CRSM is used to eliminate the gravity of the loading mass, while the X-shape structure leaves its static position. The existing QZS isolators are demonstrated and classified according to their nonlinearity mechanisms and classical shapes. It is shown that the oblique spring can realize negative stiffness based on the simplest mechanism. The X-shape has a strong capacity of loading mass, while the CRSM can achieve a designed restoring force at any position. The proposed isolator combines all these advantages together.Based on the harmonic balance method(HBM)and the simulation, the displacement transmissibilities of the proposed isolator, the X-shape isolators just with oblique springs, and the X-shape isolators in the traditional form are studied. The results show that the proposed isolator has the lowest beginning isolation frequency and the smallest maximum displacement transmissibility. However,it still has some disadvantages similar to the existing QZS isolators. This means that its parameters should be designed carefully so as to avoid becoming a bistable system,in which there are two potential wells in the potential energy curve and thus the isolation performance will be worsened. | Xiaoye MAO Mengmeng YIN Hu DING Xiaofeng GENG Yongjun SHEN Liqun CHEN | 2022 | Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2022,43,7: | 2

Synthesis and electromagnetic wave absorption performances of a novel(Mo_(0.25)Cr_(0.25)Ti_(0.25)V_(0.25))_(3)AlC_(2)high-entropy MAX phase显示文摘Herein,a novel kind of high-entropy MAX phases,(Mo_(0.25)Cr_(0.25)Ti_(0.25)V_(0.25))_(3)AlC_(2)powders were success-fully synthesized by a newly proposed two-step solid state reaction process. The oxidation experiments demonstrate that the oxidation products of Al_(2)Mo_(3)O_(12) and rutile TiO 2 are formed at about 600 and 800℃,respectively.Besides,the dielectric and electromagnetic(EM)wave absorption properties of(Mo_(0.25)Cr_(0.25)Ti_(0.25)V_(0.25))_(3)AlC_(2)powders and those after oxidation at different temperatures were also exam-ined.The results show that the as-synthesized(Mo_(0.25)Cr_(0.25)Ti_(0.25)V_(0.25))_(3)AlC_(2)powders possess excellent EM wave absorption performances with the minimum reflection loss(RL)of-45.80 dB(at 1.7 mm thickness)and the maximum effective absorption bandwidth(E AB)of 3.6 GHz(at 1.5 mm thickness). After oxidation at 400-800℃,due to the coupling of conductivity loss and polarization loss,(Mo_(0.25)Cr_(0.25)Ti_(0.25)V_(0.25))_(3)AlC_(2)powders can retain good EM wave absorption properties in a certain frequency range. In this paper, the effects of oxidation on EM wave absorption properties of high-entropy MAX phases were systematically investigated for the first time. This work manifests that high-entropy MAX phases are promising EM wave absorbing candidates and can maintain good EM wave absorption performances after oxidation. | Linjing Qiao Jianqiang Bi Guandong Liang Chen Liu Zhuangzhuang Yin Yao Yang Hongyi Wang Shaoyin Wang Mengmeng Shang Weili Wang | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,6: | 1

Hyperelastic Graphene Aerogels Reinforced by In‑suit Welding Polyimide Nano Fiber with Leaf Skeleton Structure and Adjustable Thermal Conductivity for Morphology and Temperature Sensing显示文摘Graphene-aerogel-based flexible sensors have heat tolerances and electric-resistance sensitivities superior to those of polymer-based sensors. However, graphene sheets are prone to slips under repeated compression due to inadequate chemical con-nections.In addition, the heat-transfer performance of existing compression strain sensors under stress is unclear and lacks research, making it difficult to perform real-temperature detections. To address these issues,a hyperelastic polyimide fiber/graphene aerogel(PINF/GA)with a three-dimensional interconnected structure was fabricated by simple one-pot compound-ing and in-situ welding methods. The welding of fiber lap joints promotes in-suit formation of three-dimensional crosslinked networks of polyimide fibers, which can effectively avoid slidings between fibers to form reinforced ribs, preventing graphene from damage during compression. In particular, the inner core of the fiber maintains its macromolecular chain structure and toughness during welding.Thus,PINF/GA has good structural stabilities under a large strain compression(99%).Moreover,the thermal and electrical conductivities of PINF/GA could not only change with various stresses and strains but also keep the change steady at specific stresses and strains, with its thermal-conductivity change ratio reaching up to 9.8.Hyperelastic PINF/GA,with dynamically stable thermal and electrical conductivity,as well as high heat tolerance, shows broad applica-tion prospects as sensors in detecting the shapes and temperatures of unknown objects in extreme environments. | Weida Yin Mengmeng Qin Huitao Yu Jinxu Sun Wei Feng | 2023 | Advanced Fiber Materials2023,5,3: | 1
Effectiveness and safety evaluation of graded levels of N-carbamylglutamate in growing-finishing pigs显示文摘The aim of this study was as follows:1)to investigate the effects of graded levels of N-carbamylglutamate(NCG)on performance, blood biochemical indexes, carcass traits and related indicators in growingfinishing pigs, and 2)to determine the optimal supplemental level. The toxicity of high-dose(much higher than recommended levels)NCG was assessed by routine blood tests and blood biochemical and histopathologic examinations of the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and stomach. One hundred and forty-four growing-finishing pigs(DurocLarge WhiteLandrace,32.24±1.03 kg)were used in a 74-d experiment and each treatment was replicated 6 times with 4 pigs(2 barrows and 2 gilts)per replicate. The dietary treatments were a corn-soybean meal basal diet supplemented with 0%(control),0.05%,0.1%,0.15%,0.2%or 1%NCG.The first 5 groups were used to explore the optimal supplemental level of NCG,while the control,0.1%and 1%NCG groups were used to explore the safety of high-dose NCG.Compared with the normal control group, the final body weight and average daily gain tended to be higher in the 0.1%group(P=0.08),the lean percentage tended to be higher in the 0.05%group(P=0.07),the levels of free amino acids in the blood significantly increased in the 0.1%group(P<0.05),both 0.1%and 0.15%NCG supplementation increased the levels of nitric oxide(NO)in serum(P=0.07)and muscle growth-and lipid metabolism-related gene expression(P<0.05)and NCG supplementation improved C18:1N9C monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA)in a dose-dependent manner(P=0.08).In addition, routine blood tests, blood biochemical indexes and histopathological examination revealed no abnormalities.Overall, increasing the levels of NCG did not linearly improve the above indicators;the 0.1%dose showed the best effect, and a high dose(1%)did not pose a toxicity risk. | Chunping Wang Lijun Shang Qiuping Guo Yehui Duan Mengmeng Han Fengna Li Yulong Yin Shiyan Qiao | 2022 | Animal Nutrition2022,,3: | 1
Mass Loss Behavior and Volatile Composition during Pyrolysis of a Bituminous Coal显示文摘The thermogravimetry analyzer coupled with the pyrolysis gas chromatography/time-of-flight mass spectrometry technology was used in this study to investigate the mass loss behavior and volatile release characteristics of a bituminous coal. The results showed that with an increasing heating rate, the characteristic parameters and TG/DTG curves shifted obviously to the higher temperature region. The pyrolysis of a bituminous coal at different heating rates can be divided into two stages according to the Coats-Redfern(C-R) plots. The activation energy obtained from the C-R method is 50.21—85.14 kJ/mol and 5.14—7.24 kJ/mol at a heating rate range of 8—300 °C/min for the first and second pyrolysis stages, respectively. Aromatic hydrocarbons were dominant in the volatile products during fast pyrolysis of the coal, followed by the olefins, whereas the phenols were the third major components. With the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the heavy components in the volatile species increased; meanwhile the phenol cracking reactions were intensified. The carbon number of olefins was mainly concentrated in 3—9, and the aromatics were mainly composed of the compounds of C_6—C_(13).This study can provide a basic reference for fast pyrolysis of coal and other thermal chemical conversion processes. | Fan Junfeng Tian Bin An Xiaoxi Zhang Yaqing Yin Mengmeng Tian Yuanyu | 2018 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2018,20,4: | 0

Aligning Fe_(2)O_(3)photo-sheets on TiO_(2)nanofibers with hydrophilic and aerophobic surface for boosting photoelectrochemical performance显示文摘Photoelectrochemical(PEC)nanomaterials are critical to producing clean oxygenation or value-added chemical production by utilizing sustainable solar energy, but are always limited by simultaneous integration of architectural engineering and electronic regulation in one structure.Directed by density functional theory(DFT)calculations and finite element analysis(FEA),the bioinspired ivy-like Fe_(2)O_(3)heterostructures with enriched oxygen defects on TiO_(2)nanofibers are designed for boosting PEC performances.Ivy-like Fe_(2)O_(3)photo-sheets remarkably enhanced the light harvesting by multiple light-mater interactions. The oxygen vacancies on Fe_(2)O_(3)photo-sheets could aid the photons catching and promote the reactivity at active sites.More importantly, demonstrated by a well-designed dynamic observation, the abundant tip-edges within ivy-like Fe_(2)O_(3)photo-sheets enabled the surface of heterostructure with hydrophilic and aerophobic properties. The functionalized surface allowed the rapid desorption of produced bubbles and thus ensured a high density of unoccupied active sites for electrolyte accessing.Featured by these attributes, the Fe_(2)O_(3)@TiO_(2)nanofibers delivered an excellent photocurrent of 40.8 mA/mg,high donor density(1.2×10^(18)cm^(−3)),and rapid oxygen production rate(1 mmol/(L∙h)).This work demonstrates a new strategy on nano-structural design for enhancing light-harvesting and making a hydrophilic/aerophobic surface on low-dimensional oxide nanomaterial, holding great potential on designing high-performance PEC devices for producing survival source gas,carbon-neutral fuel, and valuedchemicals. | Xiangyu Meng Qi Zhan Yanan Wu Mengmeng Zhu Ken Liu Na Wang Kuibo Yin Yueming Sun Shuai Dong Yunqian Dai | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,3: | 0
Venous thromboembolism in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in China:a report from the Chinese Children’s Cancer Group-ALL-2015显示文摘Venous thromboembolism(VTE)is a complication in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).The Chinese Children’s Cancer Group-ALL-2015 protocol was carried out in China, and epidemiology, clinical characteristics, and risk factors associated with VTE were analyzed. We collected data on VTE in a multiinstitutional clinical study of 7640 patients with ALL diagnosed in 20 hospitals from January 2015 to December 2019.First,VTE occurred in 159(2.08%)patients,including 90(56.6%)during induction therapy and 108(67.92%)in the upper extremities.T-ALL had a 1.74-fold increased risk of VTE(95%CI 1.08–2.8,P=0.022).Septicemia,as an adverse event of ALL treatment, can significantly promote the occurrence of VTE(P<0.001).Catheter-related thrombosis(CRT)accounted for 75.47%(n=120);and,symptomatic VTE,58.49%(n=93),which was more common in patients aged 12–18 years(P=0.023),non-CRT patients(P<0.001),or patients with cerebral thrombosis(P<0.001).Of the patients with VTE treated with anticoagulation therapy(n=147),4.08%(n=6)had bleeding. The VTE recurrence rate was 5.03%(n=8).Patients with VTE treated by non-ultrasoundguided venous cannulation(P=0.02),with residual thrombus(P=0.006),or with short anticoagulation period(P=0.026)had high recurrence rates. Thus, preventing repeated venous puncture and appropriately prolonged anticoagulation time can reduce the risk of VTE recurrence. | Mengmeng Yin Hongsheng Wang Xianmin Guan Ju Gao Minghua Yang Ningling Wang Tianfeng Liu Jingyan Tang Alex WK Leung Fen Zhou Xuedong Wu Jie Huang Hong Li Shaoyan Hu Xin Tian Hua Jiang Jiaoyang Cai Xiaowen Zhai Shuhong Shen Qun Hu | 2023 | Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,3: | 0
A novel mechanism of PHB2-mediated mitophagy participating in the development of Parkinson's disease显示文摘Endoplasmic reticulum stress and mitochondrial dysfunction play important roles in Parkinson s disease, but the regulato ry mechanism remains elusive.Prohibitin-2(PHB2)is a newly discove red autophagy receptor in the mitochondrial inner membrane, and its role in Parkinson’s disease remains unclear.Protein kinase R(PKR)-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase(PERK)is a factor that regulates cell fate during endoplasmic reticulum stress.Parkin is regulated by PERK and is a target of the unfolded protein response. It is unclear whether PERK regulates PHB2-mediated mitophagy thro ugh Parkin. In this study,we established a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP)-induced mouse model of Parkinson’s disease. We used adeno-associated virus to knockdown PHB2 expression. Our res ults showed that loss of dopaminergic neurons and motor deficits were aggravated in the MPTP-induced mouse model of Parkinson’s disease.Ove rexpression of PHB2 inhibited these abnormalities. We also established a 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridine(MPP+)-induced SH-SY5Y cell model of Parkinson’s disease. We found that ove rexpression of Parkin increased co-localization of PHB2 and microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3,and promoted mitophagy. In addition,MPP+regulated Parkin involvement in PHB2-mediated mitophagy through phosphorylation of PERK.These findings suggest that PHB2 participates in the development of Parkinson’s disease by intera cting with endoplasmic reticulum stress and Parkin. | Yongjiang Zhang Shiyi Yin Run Song Xiaoyi Lai Mengmeng Shen Jiannan Wu Junqiang Yan | 2024 | Neural Regeneration Research2024,19,8: | 0
Response of MaHMA2 gene expression and stress tolerance to zinc stress in mulberry(Morus alba L.)显示文摘HMA2(heavy metal ATPase 2)plays a crucial role in extracellular and intracellular Zn^(2+)transport across biomembranes, maintaining ion homeostasis, and playing an important role in the normal physiological metabolism, growth, and development of plants. In our study,a novel HMA2 gene, named MaHMA2,was isolated and cloned from white mulberry(Morus alba L.).The gene sequence obtained was 1,342 bp long, with an open reading frame of 1,194 bp,encoding a protein of 397 amino acids, with a predicted molecular mass of 42.852 kD and an isoelectric point of 7.53.This protein belonged to the PIB-type ATPase transport protein family. We analyzed the expression of the MaHMA2 gene by quantitative real-time PCR.The results showed that the level of MaHMA2 gene expression decreased to a Zn concentration of 800 mg/kg.Malondialdehyde and proline levels increased and responded to increasing Zn when the MaHMA2 gene was silenced, whereas the activities of peroxidase and superoxide dismutase tended to increase in response to increasing Zn^(2+)ion stress concentrations but were lower in the gene-silenced plants. These findings suggested that the MaHMA2 gene played an active role in the tolerance response of mulberry to Zn stress. | LEI WANG QIUXIA DU YISU SHI MICHAEL ACKAH PENG GUO DANYAN ZHENG MENGMENG WU XIN JIN PEILAN LI QIAONAN ZHANG RUIXUE LI ZHI YIN MENGDI ZHAO WEIGUO ZHAO | 2022 | BIOCELL2022,46,10: | 0
Simulating soil erodibility in southeastern China using a sequential Gaussian algorithm显示文摘Soil erodibility(K)is a key factor of soil erosion, and its appropriate quantification and interpolation are vitally important for soil and water conservation. The traditional point-represent-polygon approaches and common kriging method for the estimation of K,however,do not sufficiently represent the original data. The objectives of this study were to simulate the spatial distribution of K using a sequential Gaussian algorithm and analyze the uncertainty in evaluating the risk of soil erodibility in southeastern China. We determined 101 sampling points in the area and collected disturbed soil samples from the 0-20 cm layer at each point.Soil properties were determined, and K was calculated using five common models:the EPIC(Erosion/Productivity Impact Calculator),approximate nomograph,Torri,Shirazi, and Wang models.Among the chosen models, the EPIC model performed the best at estimating K(KEPIC),which ranged from 0.019 to 0.060 t ha h(ha MJ mm)^(-1),with a mean of 0.043 t ha h(ha MJ mm)^(-1).The KEPIC was moderately spatially variable and had a limited spatial structure, increasing from south to north in our study area, and all spatial simulations using the cooperative kriging(CK)interpolation and the sequential Gaussian simulation(SGS)with 10,25,50,100,200,and 500 realizations had acceptable accuracies. The CK interpolation narrowed the range, and the SGS maintained the original characteristics of the calculated data. The proportions of the risk area were 38.0% and 10.1%,when the risk probability for K was 60% and 80%,respectively,and high risk areas were mostly located in the north. The results provide scientific guidance for managing the risk of soil erodibility in southeastern China. | Xuchao ZHU Yin LIANG Zhiyuan TIAN Yi ZHANG Yugang ZHANG Jing DU Xin WANG Yu LI Lili QU Mengmeng DAI | 2021 | Pedosphere2021,31,5: | 0
A single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas of primate liver aging uncovers the pro-senescence role of SREBP2 in hepatocytes显示文摘Aging increases the risk ofliver diseases and systemic susceptibility to aging-related diseases. However, cell type-specific changes and the underlying mechanism of liver aging in higher vertebrates remain incompletely characterized. Here,we constructed the first single-nucleus transcriptomic landscape of primate liver aging,in which we resolved cell type-specific gene expression fluctuation in hepatocytes across three liver zonations and detected aberrant cell-cell interactions between hepatocytes and niche cells.Upon in-depth dissection of this rich dataset,we identifed impaired lipid metabolism and upregulation of chronic inflammation-related genes prominently associated with declined liver functions during aging. In particular, hyperactivated sterol regulatory element-binding protein(SREBP)signaling was a hallmark of the aged liver, and consequently, forced activation of SREBP2 in human primary hepatocytes recapitulated in vivo aging phenotypes, manifesting as impaired detoxification and accelerated cellular senescence. This study expands our knowledge of primate liver aging and informs the development of diagnostics and therapeutic interventions for liver aging and associated diseases. | Shanshan Yang Chengyu Liu Mengmeng Jiang Xiaoqian Liu Lingling Geng Yiyuan Zhang Shuhui Sun Kang Wang jian Yin Shuai Ma Si Wang Juan Carlos Izpisua Belmonte Weiqi Zhang Jing Qu Guang-Hui Liu | 2024 | Protein & Cell2024,15,2: | 0
