1Alkaloid profiling of the traditional Chinese medicine Rhizoma corydalis using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry显示文摘Since alkaloids are the major active constituents of Rhizoma corydalis(RC),a convenient and accurate analytical method is needed for their identification and characterization.Here we report a method to profile the alkaloids in RC based on liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(LC–Q-TOF-MS/MS).A total of 16 alkaloids belonging to four different classes were identified by comparison with authentic standards.The fragmentation pathway of each class of alkaloid was clarified and their differences were elucidated.Furthermore,based on an analysis of fragmentation pathways and alkaloid profiling,a rapid and accurate method for the identification of unknown alkaloids in RC is proposed.The method could also be useful for the quality control of RC.Mingqian Sun Jianxun Liu Chengren Lin Lan Miao Li Lin 2014Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2014,4,3:14

6Principle, system, and applications of tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘Raman spectroscopy is a powerful technique in chemical information characterization. However, this spectral method is subject to two obstacles in nano-material detection. One is diffraction limited spatial resolution, and the other is its inherent small Raman cross section and weak signaling. To resolve these problems, a new approach has been developed, denoted as tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS). TERS is capable of high-resolution and high-sensitivity detection and demonstrated to be a promising spectroscopic and micro-topographic method to characterize nano-materials and nanostructures. In this paper, the principle and experimental system of TERS are discussed. 7Sini decoction as an adjuvant therapy for angina pectoris:a systematic review of randomized controlled trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To systematically assess the effects and safety of Sini decoction as an adjuvant therapy for patients with angina pectoris.METHODS: We searched Pub Med, Excerpt Medica Database, the Cochrane library, Wanfang Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database from the date of its inception until August 1, in2014. Available literatures were selected according to the inclusion criteria. Two reviewers finished data extraction, checked the data and assessed the methodological quality of studies, independently.The Review Manage Software 5.1.0 was used for data analysis.RESULTS: Six trials involving 453 participants were eligible. None of the trials reported the mortality due to angina pectoris. The secondary outcomes showed that Sini decoction, together with nitroglycerin when necessary, may have some effects on reducing the number of angina attacks and the amount of nitroglycerin. But in terms of reducing the duration of angina and improvement of electrocardiogram, there were no statistical differences between Sini decoction group and isosorbide dinitrate group. 11Analysis of the Conservation of T Cell Receptor Alpha and Beta Chain Variable Regions Gene in pp65 Peptide-Specific HLA-A~*0201-Restricted CD8^+ T Cells显示文摘Many viral epitope specific T cell receptors (TCRs) in MHC-matched individuals have been demonstrated to involve conserved amino acid motifs in β chain complementarity-determining region 3 (CDR3). However, it is not sure whether the conserved motifs can also be found in TCR α chain. In previous studies, we developed a modified method to enlarge the percentage of cytomegalovirus (CMV) pp65 peptide-specific CD8+ T cells in PBMC by continuous peptide stimulation in vitro, which provides sufficient number of specific T cells for detection. In this study, we further analyzed the restrictive usage of TCR Vα and Vβ gene families and investigated the CDR3 gene sequence of pp65 peptide-specific CD8+ T cells. Analysis of CDR3 spectratypes suggested a restricted usage of TCR α chain AV8, AV12, AV21, AV31 families and TCR β chain BV3, BV14, BV21, BV23, BV11 families in donor CD8+ T cells stimulated by pp65 peptide. 12Elevated CO_2 facilitates C and N accumulation in a rice paddy ecosystem显示文摘Elevated CO2 can stimulate wetland carbon(C) and nitrogen(N) exports through gaseous and dissolved pathways, however, the consequent influences on the C and N pools are still not fully known. Therefore, we set up a free-air CO2 enrichment experiment in a paddy field in Eastern China. After five year fumigation, we studied C and N in the plant–water–soil system. The results showed:(1) elevated CO2 stimulated rice aboveground biomass and N accumulations by 19.1% and 12.5%, respectively.(2) Elevated CO2 significantly increased paddy soil TOC and TN contents by 12.5% and 15.5%, respectively in the 0–15 cm layer, and22.7% and 26.0% in the 15–30 cm soil layer.(3) Averaged across the rice growing period,elevated CO2 greatly increased TOC and TN contents in the surface water by 7.6% and 11.4%,respectively.(4) The TOC/TN ratio and natural δ15N value in the surface soil showed a decreasing trend under elevated CO2. The above results indicate that elevated CO2 can benefit C and N accumulation in paddy fields. 13Rock Mass Characteristics in Beishan,A Preselected Area for China's High-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal显示文摘Geological and hydrological characteristics, joint geometric features, rock physical and mechanical properties and rock mass quality are studied in the Beishan area, preselected for China5 s high-level radioactive waste(HLW) disposal engineering. A comprehensive survey method is developed to study joint geometric features in the outcrop and samples from borehole BS06 into the Xinchang rock mass were tested. The optimal joint sets are determined by rose diagrams and equal-area lower hemisphere plots of joint poles. Results show that: 1) the distribution of joint occurrence obeys a normal distribution, while the distribution of joint spacing obeys a negative exponential distribution; 2) concentric circular and tangent circular sampling windows are applied to study the trace length and the trace midpoint density. Results indicate that tangent circular sampling window is more stable and reasonable; 3) Beishan granite shows high density, low porosity and high strength based on many laboratory tests and the physical properties and mechanical properties are closely related; and4) a synthesis index, Joint Structure Rating(JSR), is applied to evaluate the quality of rock mass. 14A Survey: FPGA-Based Dynamic Scheduling of Hardware Tasks显示文摘To meet the increasing computing needs of various application fields, Field programmable gate array(FPGA) has been widely deployed. In FPGA-based processing, hardware tasks can be better accelerated by allocating appropriate computing resources. Therefore,FPGA-based hardware task scheduling has become one of the mainstream research directions in academia and industry. However, the optimization objectives of existing FPGA-based hardware task scheduling methods are relatively scattered. In this regard, this paper summarizes the research status of hardware task dynamic scheduling from the three essential elements of FPGA processing: time, resources, and power consumption.This paper analyzes, sorts out, categorizes the ideas and implementations of various scheduling methods and analyzes and evaluates optimization effects of various scheduling methods from multiple dimensions. Then, the shortcomings of the existing methods are summarized and some practical applications are introduced. 15Transferrin plays a central role in coagulation balance by interacting with clotting factors显示文摘Coagulation balance is maintained through fine-tuned interactions among clotting factors,whose physiological concentrations vary substantially.In particular,the concentrations of coagulation proteases(pM to nM)are much lower than their natural inactivator antithrombin(AT,〜3μM),suggesting the existence of other coordinators.In the current study,we found that transferrin(norm plasma concentration〜40 μM)interacts with fibrinogen,thrombin,factor Xlla(FXlla),and AT with different affinity to maintain coagulation balance.Normally,transferrin is sequestered by binding with fibrinogen(normal plasma concentration〜10 μM)at a molar ratio of 4:1.In atherosclerosis,abnormally up-regulated transferrin interacts with and potentiates thrombin/FXlla and blocks ATs inactivation effect on coagulation proteases by binding to AT,thus inducing hypercoagulability.In the mouse model,transferrin overexpression aggravated atherosclerosis,whereas transferrin inhibition via shRNA knockdown or treatment with antitransferrin antibody or designed peptides interfering with transferrin-thrombin/FXlla interactions alleviated atherosclerosis.Collectively,these findings identify that transferrin is an important clotting regulator and an adjuster in the maintenance of coagulation balance and modifies the coagulation cascade.Xiaopeng Tang Zhiye Zhang Mingqian Fang Yajun Han Gan Wang Sheng Wang Min Xue Yaxiong Li Li Zhang Jian Wu Biqing Yang James Mwangi Qiumin Lu Xiaoping Du Ren Lai 2020Cell Research2020,30,2:2

17Superoxide dismutase mimetic ability of Mn-doped ZnS QDs显示文摘Superoxide dismutase(SOD) is an important antioxidant enzyme in the body. SOD has special physiological activity and is the primary substance for scavenging free radicals in living organisms.However, the expensive and complex extraction processes, low SOD yield, as well as difficult to store at room temperature have seriously hindered its application pace. Herein, the enzyme mimetic function of Mn-doped ZnS quantum dots(QDs) was discovered. The improved Marklund and McCord method both showed that Mn-doped ZnS QDs possess intrinsic SOD-like activity. 19Intelligent Passive Detection of Aerial Target in Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks显示文摘Passive detection of moving target is an important part of intelligent surveillance. Satellite has the potential to play a key role in many applications of space-air-ground integrated networks(SAGIN). In this paper, we propose a novel intelligent passive detection method for aerial target based on reservoir computing networks. Specifically, delayed feedback networks are utilized to refine the direct signals from the satellite in the reference channels. In addition, the satellite direct wave interference in the monitoring channels adopts adaptive interference suppression using the minimum mean square error filter. Furthermore, we employ decoupling echo state networks to predict the clutter interference in the monitoring channels and construct the detection statistics accordingly. Finally, a multilayer perceptron is adopted to detect the echo signal after interference suppression. Extensive simulations is conducted to evaluate the performance of our proposed method. Results show that the detection probability is almost 100% when the signal-to-interference ratio of echo signal is-36 dB, which demonstrates that our proposed method achieves efficient passive detection for aerial targets in typical SAGIN scenarios.Mingqian Liu Chunheng Liu Ming Li Yunfei Chen Shifei Zheng Nan Zhao 2022China Communications2022,19,1:1
