| 1 | Photocatalytic oxidation of phenol in aqueous solutions with oxygen catalyzed by supported metallophthalocyanine catalyst显示文摘In this paper, zinc tetraaminophthalocyanine (Zn-APc) was immobilized on cellulosic fiber by covalent bond to obtain a novel cellulosic fiber supported metallophthalocyanine, named Zn-TDTAPc-F. At pH 11, upon visible light irradiation for 6 h in the presence of O2, Zn-TDTAPc-F was found to be highly effective for the degradation of phenol in aqueous solution, and the degradation rate of phenol was more than 95%. | 2 | Effect of NH_4F and Nano-SiO_2 on Morphological Control of α-Al_2O_3 Platelets via Solid-state Reaction显示文摘Alpha-alumina(α-Al_2O_3) platelets were prepared via solid-state reaction using pseudo-boehmite as the starting material, while NH_4F and nano-SiO_2 were used as additives, and nitric acid was used as the binder. The effect of these additives on properties of the alumina platelets was determined via scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and measurements of the surface area and silicon content. A mechanism governing their role in the synthesis process was proposed. The results indicated that NH_4F could promote the formation of highly crystalline platelets. Addition of nano-SiO_2 could lead to increase in the diameter and reduction in the thickness of the platelets, and could also prevent their transformation to α-Al_2O_3. | 5 | Effect of cobalt and its adding sequence on the catalytic performance of MoO_3/Al_2O_3 toward sulfur-resistant methanation显示文摘The effect of promoter cobalt and the sequences of adding cobalt and molybdenum precursors on the performance of sulfur-resistant methanation were investigated. All these samples were prepared by impregnation method and characterized by N2-adsorption, X-ray diffraction(XRD), temperature-programmed reduction(TPR) and laser Raman spectroscopy(LRS). The conversions of CO for Mo-Co/Al, Co-Mo/Al and CoMo/Al catalysts were 59.7%, 54.3% and 53.9%, respectively. Among these catalysts, the Mo-Co/Al catalyst prepared stepwisely by impregnating Mo precursor firstly showed the best catalytic performance. Meanwhile, the conversions of CO were 48.9% for Mo/Al catalyst and 10.5% for Co/Al catalyst. The addition of cobalt species could improve the catalytic activity of Mo/Al catalyst. The N2-adsorption results showed that Co-Mo/Al catalyst had the smallest specific surface area among these catalysts. CoMoO4species in CoMo/Al catalyst were detected with XRD, TPR and LRS. Moreover, crystal MoS2which was reported to be less active than amorphous MoS2was found in both Co-Mo/Al and CoMo/Al catalysts. | 6 | Analyses of spring mean circulations for major andminor dust storm years in China-Mongolia area显示文摘To better understand the dust storm (hereafter DS) inducing circulation in the China-Mongolia (CM) DS activity area,the spring mean circulation features and differences on lower levels in three subregions of the CM DS area for the majorandminor-DS years have,as a whole (not partly),been analyzed,utilizing the National Centers for Environmental Prediction and the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) reanalyzed gridded data,the observed DS frequency data in the CM area,and the composite analysis method.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Judging from the differences in the DS-inducing systems,dust origins,paths of invading cold air,and main DS-strike areas,the whole CM DS area is roughly divided into the three subre-gions:the East-,Middleand West-CM subregions (in this paper,referred to as E-,M-,and W-CM).(2) In major DSs during spring over the E-CM,the middleand lower-level troughs or cyclones over the Japan Sea and northeastern China (NEC) domi-nate.The invading cold air along the northeastern (NE) or north by east (NE) path often causes the DS in the E-CM region.But nearly the opposite is true inminor DS during spring in E-CM.(3) In the major DS during spring over the M-CM region,the Mongolian troughs or cyclones are the main DS-inducing systems.The strong invading cold air along the northwestern (NW)or north by west (Nw) path causes the DSs in the M-CM region.(4) In the major DSs during spring over the W-CM region,the South Xinjiang heat lows prevail,the intruding cold air has a western path,and creates the DSs in South Xinjiang.(5) In the past 50 years,the DSs over the M-CM region have had the most severe impact on the preceding three subregions of the CM DS area.Overall,DS activities over all of three regions of the CM area decreased in the past (particularly,over Mand W-CM regions since the mid-1980s.But there existed a short and sudden increasing in E-CM in the years 2000-2002.(6) It is circulation changes and desertification evolutions that cause the yearly and decadal changes of DS in CM area,especially the former.With the backdrop of global warming in the future,perhaps the decreased DS activities over Mand W-CM will persist for some time again,and special attention should be paid to ones over E-CM or to the individual DS events over Mand W-CM. | MinHong Song 1,ZhengAn Qian 1,Ying Cai 1,ChungMing Liu 2 1.Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Lanzhou Gansu 730000,China.2.Department of Atmospheric Sciences,Taiwan University,Taipei 106,China. | 2009 | Research in Cold and Arid Regions2009,1,4: | 3 |

| 9 | An off-line simulation of land surface processes over the northern Tibetan Plateau显示文摘In order to further understand the land surface processes over the northern Tibetan Plateau, this study produced an off-line simulated examination at the Bujiao site on the northern Tibetan Plateau from June 2002 to April 2004, using the Noah Land Surface Model(Noah LSM) and observed data from the CAMP/Tibet experiment. The observed data were necessarily corrected and the number of soil layers in the Noah LSM was changed from 4 to 10 to enable this off-line simulation and analysis. The main conclusions are as follows: the Noah LSM performed well on the northern Tibetan Plateau. The simulated net radiation, upward longwave radiation, and upward shortwave radiation demonstrated the same remarkable annual and seasonal variation as the observed data, especially the upward longwave radiation. The simulated soil temperatures were acceptably close to the observed temperatures, especially in the shallow soil layers. The simulated freezing and melting processes were shown to start from the surface soil layer and spread down to the deep soil layers, but they took longer than the observed processes. However, Noah LSM did not adequately simulate the soil moisture. | 10 | Determination of optimal dietary selenium levels by full expression of selenoproteins in various tissues of broilers from 1 to 21 d of age显示文摘The current NRC dietary selenium(Se)requirement(0.15 mg/kg)of broilers is primarily based on growth performance data reported in 1986.Our study aimed to determine optimal dietary Se levels of broilers fed a practical corn-soybean meal diet for the full expression of selenoproteins in various tissues.A total of 384 one-d-old male broilers(n=8 replicates/diet)were fed a basal corn-soybean meal diet or the basal diet supplemented with 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4 or 0.5 mg Se/kg in the form of Na_(2)SeO_(3) for 21 d.Regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the optimal dietary Se levels using broken-line,quadratic or asymptotic models.The activity of glutathione peroxidase(GPX)in the plasma,liver,kidney and pancreas,iodothyronine deiodinase(DIO)in the plasma,liver and pancreas,and thioredoxin reductase(Txnrd)in the liver and pancreas,the mRNA levels of Gpx1,Gpx4,Dio1,selenoprotein(Seleno)h,Selenop and Selenou in the liver,Gpx4,Dio1,Txnrd1,Txnrd2,Selenoh,Selenop and Selenou in the kidney,and Gpx1,Gpx4,Selenoh and Selenou in the pancreas,and the protein levels of GPX4 in the liver and kidney of broilers were influenced(P<0.05)by added Se levels,and increased quadratically(P<0.05)with the increase of added Se levels.The estimates of optimal dietary Se levels were 0.07 to 0.36 mg/kg based on the fitted broken-line,quadratic or asymptotic models(P<0.001)of the aforementioned selenoprotein expression in the plasma,liver and kidney,and 0.09 to 0.46 mg/kg based on the fitted broken-line models(P<0.001)of the aforementioned selenoprotein expression in the pancreas.The results indicate that the optimal dietary Se levels would be 0.36 mg/kg to support the full expression of selenoproteins in the plasma,liver and kidney,and 0.46 mg/kg to support the full expression of selenoproteins in the pancreas of broilers fed a practical corn-soybean meal diet from 1 to 21 d of age. | Xiudong Liao Guoqing Liu Guangming Sun Xiaoming Sun Tao Liu Lin Lu Liyang Zhang Minhong Zhang Yanli Guo Xugang Luo | 2021 | Animal Nutrition2021,,4: | 2 |
