| 1 | 超声乳化术治疗假性剥脱综合征白内障患者的疗效分析(英文)显示文摘目的:评估在白内障超声乳化手术时使用适当的手术技巧及相应设备对假性剥脱综合征白内障患者的视力及术中、术后并发症的影响。方法:回顾性研究。选取53例67眼假性剥脱综合征白内障患者接受超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术。平均年龄71.68±9.96(53~89)岁,其中男性24例(45%),女性29例(55%),包括核性、皮质性及后囊下和成熟期的白内障。结果:核性白内障较其他类型更为常见(P=0.00)。术前平均最佳矫正视力为0.99±0.30(0.40~1.50)LogM AR,术后平均最佳矫正视力为0.32±0.31(0.00~1.00)LogM AR(P=0.00)。运用虹膜牵拉器12眼(18%)。囊袋张力环植入15眼(22%),其中按计划植入8眼(12%),未计划7眼(10%)。后囊破裂4眼(6%),其中玻璃体脱出2眼(3%),并接受前段玻璃体切割术;且由于后囊破裂较大,此2眼(3%)转为白内障囊外摘除术。持续性角膜水肿4眼(6%),前房反应5眼(7%)。人工晶体脱位4眼(6%),仅1眼(1.5%)需复位。后囊混浊并接受Nd:YAG激光后囊切开术13眼(20%)。结论:假性剥脱综合征白内障患者术后视力良好,但术中及术后可能出现的并发症包括后囊破裂,玻璃体脱出,转为白内障囊外摘除术,持续性角膜水肿,前房反应及人工晶状体脱位。为避免并发症的发生,适当的手术技巧和相应设备的使用在手术时是必不可少的。 | Servet Cetinkaya Yasemin Fatma Cetinkaya Zeynep Dadaci Nursen Oncel Acir | 2016 | 国际眼科杂志2016，16，6： | 4 |
| 2 | Late in-the-bag spontaneous IOL dislocation: risk factors and surgical outcomes显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the possible predisposing risk factors for late in-the-bag spontaneous IOL dislocations and to study the early surgical and visual outcomes of repositioning and exchange surgeries.METHODS: Medical and surgical records of 39 eyes of 39 patients who underwent IOL repositioning or exchange surgery for dislocation between 2010 and 2018 were reviewed. Possible predisposing risk factors and some characteristics of late in-the-bag spontaneous IOL dislocations;outcomes of IOL repositioning and exchange surgeries, including visual acuity, refractive status before and after surgery and postoperative complications were evaluated.RESULTS: The predisposing factors for late in-the-bag spontaneous IOL dislocations were pseudoexfoliation [PEX;12/39(30.8%)], previous vitreoretinal surgery [7/39(17.9%)], axial myopia [3/39(7.7%)], both PEX and axial myopia [1/39(2.6%)], both previous vitreoretinal surgery and axial myopia [2/39(5.1%)] and uveitis (1/39(2.6%))The mean interval between cataract and dislocation surgery was 7.23 y, greater in PEX positive group(8.63 y). The mean best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) improved significantly after dislocation surgery(P<0.001) and also improved significantly after exchange surgery(P=0.001). The mean value of spherical equivalant decreased significantly after dislocation surgery(P=0.011), whereas corneal astigmatism increased but this difference was not significant after dislocation surgery and exchange surgery(P=0.191, P=0.074, respectively).CONCLUSION: The most prevelant risk factors for late inthe-bag spontaneous IOL dislocations are PEX, previous vitreoretinal surgery and axial myopia. | 3 | Neuroprotective effect of edaravone in experimental glaucoma model in rats: a immunofluorescence and biochemical analysis显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the neuroprotective activity of systemically administered edaravone in early and late stage of experimental glaucoma in rats.METHODS: In this study, 60 Wistar albino rats were used. Experimental glaucoma model was created by injecting hyaluronic acid to the anterior chamber once a week for 6wk in 46 of 60 subjects. Fourteen subjects without any medication were included as control group.Edaravone administered intraperitoneally 3 mg/kg/d to the 15 of 30 subjects starting at the onset of glaucoma induction and also administered intraperitoneally3 mg/kg/d to the other 15 subjects starting at three weeks after the onset of glaucoma induction. The other16 subjects who underwent glaucoma induction was administered any therapy. Retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)have been marked with dextran tetramethylrhodamine(DTMR) retrograde at the end of the sixth week and after48 h, subjects were sacrificed by the method of cardiac perfusion. Alive RGC density was assessed in the wholemount retina. Whole-mount retinal tissues homogenized and nitric oxide(NO), malondialdehyde(MDA) and total antioxidant capacity(TAC) values were measured biochemically.RESULTS: RGCs counted with Image-Pro Plus program, in the treatment group were found to be statistically significantly protected, compared to the glaucoma group(Bonferroni,P <0.05). The neuroprotective activity of edaravone was found to be more influential byadministration at the start of the glaucoma process.Statistically significant lower NO levels were determined in the glaucoma group comparing treatment groups(Bonferroni, P <0.05). MDA levels were found to be highest in untreated glaucoma group, TAC levels were found to be lower in the glaucoma induction groups than the control group(Bonferroni, P <0.05).CONCLUSION: Systemic administration of edaravone in experimental glaucoma showed potent neuroprotective activity. | 4 | 前房内给予莫西沙星预防眼内炎在白内障手术中的应用(英文)显示文摘目的:评价在白内障手术中采用前房内应用莫西沙星预防眼内炎的安全性和效果。 方法:选取2012年1-6 mo在我院行白内障手术患者65例65眼。部分患者手术结束时前房给予莫西沙星,另外一部分作为对照组未使用莫西沙星。对患者术前和术后logMAR最佳矫正视力、眼内压、角膜水肿、前房形态进行检查。 结果:共33例患者(男19,女14)使用了莫西沙星,平均年龄64.81±11.61(41~82)岁;32例患者(男15,女17)没有使用,平均年龄65.43±11.10(42-81)岁。患者的年龄(P=0.827)和性别(P=0.396)无统计学差异。术前两组的最佳矫正视力均接近20/130。术后,莫西沙星组和对照组的最佳矫正视力分别为20/25和20/23( P=0.160)。术前莫西沙星组眼内压为14.93±2.77(11-21) mmHg,对照组为15.06±2.42(12-21)mmHg(P=0.850)。术后,两组眼内压均无统计学差异[莫西沙星组:14.06±2.31(10-19) mmHg;对照组:14.03±2.36(10-19) mmHg ( P=0.726)]。两组角膜水肿(P=0.623)与前房细胞发生率(P=0.726)均无统计学差异。 结论:白内障手术后给予莫西沙星预防眼内炎是安全而有效的。 | Servet Cetinkaya Yasemin F Cetinkaya Nursen O Acir Zeynep Dadaci | 2015 | 国际眼科杂志2015，15，10： | 2 |
