2Clinical research linking Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution types with diseases:a literature review of 1639 observational studies显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To analyze clinical studies on correlations between Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)body constitution types and diseases published in the past 10 years,and to provide an evidence base to support the use of such correlations for health maintenance and disease prevention.METHODS:We searched five databases for the period April 2009 to December 2019:China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database,PubMed and Embase.Three types of observational studies on correlation between constitution types and diseases were included:cross-sectional,case-control and cohort studies.Descriptive statistical methods were employed for data analysis.RESULTS:A total of 1639 clinical studies were identified:1452(88.59%)cross-sectional studies,115(7.02%)case-control studies and 72(4.39%)cohort studies covering 30 regions of China and five other countries(Malaysia,South Korea,Singapore,Thailand and France).The collection of studies comprised 19 disease categories and 333 different diseases.The 10 most commonly studied diseases were hypertension,diabetes,stroke,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAHD),sleep disorders,neoplasm of the breast,dysmenorrhea,fatty liver disease,chronic viral hepatitis B and dyslipidemia.We found high distributions for each biased constitution type in different patient populations as follows:Qi-deficiency constitution in stroke,diabetes,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and hypertension;Yang-deficiency constitution in female infertility,osteoporosis,irritable bowel syndrome,gonarthrosis and dysmenorrhea;Yin-deficiency constitution in hypertension,diabetes,constipation,female climacteric states and osteoporosis;phlegm-dampness constitution in hypertension,stroke,fatty liver disease,diabetes and metabolic syndrome;damp-heat constitution in acne,chronic gastritis,chronic viral hepatitis B,human papillomavirus infection and hyperuricemia;blood-stasis constitution in CAHD,endometriosis and stroke;Qi-stagnation constitution in hyperplasia and neoplasms of the breast,insomnia,depression and thyroid nodules;and inherited-special constitution in asthma and allergic rhinitis.CONCLUSION:Eight biased TCM constitutions were closely related to specific diseases,and could be used to guide individualized prevention and treatment.More rigorously designed studies are recommended to further verify the constitution-disease relationship.Liang Xue Wang Qi Jiang Zeqiang Li Zhuqing Zhang Mengxing Yang Peiying Wang Xin Wang Yanqiu Qin Yuehua Li Tianxing Zhang Tianyi Wang Yi Sun Jianxiang Li Yusi Luo Hui Li Lingru 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4:29

4Vision,application scenarios,and key technology trends for 6G mobile communications显示文摘With the global commercialization of the fifth-generation(5G)network,many countries,including China,USA,European countries,Japan,and Korea,have started exploring 6G mobile communication network,following the tradition of“planning the next while commercializing one generation”.Currently,studies on 6G networks are at the infancy stage.Research on the vision and requirements for 6G is still ongoing,and the industry is yet to clarify the key enabling technologies for 6G.However,6G will certainly build on the success of 5G.Therefore,developing high-quality 5G networks and seamlessly integrating 5G with verticals are the priorities before 2030,when 6G is projected to be commercialized.Also,global 5G standards will keep evolving to better support vertical applications.As a milestone,the Third-Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)published Release 16 in July 2020,which continuously enhanced the capabilities of mobile broadband service based on Release 15 and realized the support for low-delay and high-reliability applications,such as Internet of Vehicles and industrial Internet.Currently,3GPP is working on Releases 17 and 18,focusing on meeting the demands of medium-and high-data-rate machine communication with low-cost and high-precision positioning,which will be published in June 2022.Thus,6G networks will further expand the application fields and scope of the Internet of Things to accommodate those services and applications that are beyond the capabilities of 5G networks.Herein,we present our vision,application scenarios,and key technological trends for 6G networks.Furthermore,we propose several future research opportunities in 6G networks with regard to industrialization and standardization.Zhiqin WANG Ying DU Kejun WEI Kaifeng HAN Xiaoyan XU Guiming WEI Wen TONG Peiying ZHU Jianglei MA Jun WANG Guangjian WANG Xueqiang YAN Jiying XIANG He HUANG Ruyue LI Xinhui WANG Yingmin WANG Shaohui SUN Shiqiang SUO Qiubin GAO Xin SU 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,5:17

6Small Angle X-ray Scattering Study of Precipitation Kinetics in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloys显示文摘The evolution of microstructure parameters (precipitate size and volume fraction) for two types of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys (7075 and 7055) during aging has been studied by synchrotron-radiation small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS).The results show that the precipitates are only a few nanometers for both alloys ageing even at higher temperature of 160℃ for 72 h (4.44 and 5.82 nm, respectively). The maximum of the precipitate volume fraction increases with in creasing Zn content and is about 0.023~0.028 and 0.052~0.054, respectively. 7Siglec genes confer resistance to systemic lupus erythematosus in humans and mice显示文摘A recent meta-analysis revealed the contribution of the SIGLEC6 locus to the risk of developing systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).However,no specific Siglec(sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin)genes(Siglecs)have been implicated in the pathogenesis of SLE.Here,we performed in silico analysis of the function of three major protective alleles in the locus and found that these alleles were expression quantitative trait loci that enhanced expression of the adjacent SIGLEC12 gene.These data suggest that SIGLEC12 may protect against the development of SLE in Asian populations.Consistent with human genetic data,we identified two missense mutations in lupus-prone B6.NZMSle1/Sle2/Sle3(Sle1–3)mice in Siglece,which is the murine Siglec with the greatest homology to human SIGLEC12.Since the mutations resulted in reduced binding of Siglec E to splenic cells,we evaluated whether Siglece−/−mice had SLE phenotypes.We found that Siglece−/−mice showed increased autoantibody production,glomerular immune complex deposition and severe renal pathology reminiscent of human SLE nephropathy.Our data demonstrate that the Siglec genes confer resistance to SLE in mice and humans.Rhonda Flores Peng Zhang Wei Wu Xu Wang Peiying Ye Pan Zheng Yang Liu 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,2:3
8The Contents of Terpene Trilactone and Flavonoid in Leaves of Seedlings from Ancient Female Ginkgo Trees in China显示文摘Flavonoids and terpene trilactones, especially, ginkgo flavonglycosides, ginkgolides and bilobalides in leaves of ginkgo trees, need to be studied for effective application of these active components with high medical and health-care values. This study was aimed to provide scientific bases for genealogies selection and harvest season confirmation for Ginkgo biloba. A high-performance liquid chromatographic method(HPLC-ELSD)was developed to determine the contents of terpene trilactone and flavonoid of 36 ancient G. biloba genealogies from 19 provinces in China.The study indicated that the content gradually increased from April to August, and thereafter declined. Analysis of variance indicated that the contents of terpene trilactone, flavonoids, and their respective components had significant difference among 36 genealogies. The cluster analysis showed that No. 72(Xing'an, Guangxi), No. 58(Youyang, Chongqing), No. 82(Rugao, Jiangsu), No. 123(Huixian, Gansu), No. 99(Dujun, Guizhou),No. 10(Tai'an, Shandong) and No. 133(Mentougou, Beijing) genealogies have higher content of terpene trilactone and flavonoid. 9A PSO Based Multi-Domain Virtual Network Embedding Approach显示文摘This paper proposed a multi-domain virtual network embedding algorithm based on multi-controller SDN architecture. The local controller first selects candidate substrate nodes for each virtual node in the domain. Then the global controller abstracts substrate network topology based on the candidate nodes and boundary nodes of each domain, and applies Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm on it to divide virtual network requests. Each local controller then embeds the virtual nodes of the divided single-domain virtual network requests in the domain, and cooperates with other local controllers to embed the inter-domain virtual links. 12Topology Based Reliable Virtual Network Embedding from a QoE Perspective显示文摘In the network virtualization environments, one of the most challenges is how to map the virtual networks(VNs) onto a shared substrate network managed by an infrastructure provider(In P), which is termed as virtual network embedding problem. Prior studies on this issue only emphasize on maximizing the revenue or minimizing the energy consumption while ignoring the reliability requirements of end-users. In our work, we incorporate the reliability probability into the virtual network embedding process with an aim to improve the Qo S/Qo E of end users from a new perspective. We devised two novel reliable virtual network embedding algorithms called RRW-Max Match and RDCC-VNE based on RW-Max Match and DCC-VNE, respectively. 13Effects of Ti and Cu on the Microstructure Evolution of AlCoCrFeNi High-Entropy Alloy During Heat Treatment显示文摘The microstructure evolution of AlCoCrFeNiTi0.5 alloy and AlCoCrFeNiCu alloy during heat treatment was systematically studied,to reveal the influence rules of chemical activity of adding element on the microstructure evolution of AlCoCrFeNi system.Owing to the negative mixing enthalpy with the constituent elements,Ti element was mainly dissolved in the Al-Nirich phases,and aggravated the lattice distortion of B2 phase.The structure variation of BCC phase by adding Ti inhibited the formation of FCC phase and enhanced the precipitation ofσphase during heat treatment.Owing to the positive mixing enthalpy with constituent elements,Cu element tended to be repelled to the ID region and formed metastable Cu-rich FCC1 phase which would transform into Cu-Al-Ni-rich FCC2 phase with increasing temperature.The addition of Cu inhibited the precipitation ofσphase during heat treatment.Adding Ti maintained the stable dendritic morphology,while adding Cu reduced the thermal stability of microstructure.Two dramatic morphology changes occurred at 1000℃and 1100℃in the AlCoCrFeNiCu alloy.The lattice distortion of phase in AlCoCrFeNiTi0.5 alloy was aggravated with increasing temperature up to 800℃,then relaxed together with the dissolution ofσphase when temperature was above 900℃.The variation in lattice distortion dominated the hardness of AlCoCrFeNiTi0.5 alloy.With increasing heating temperature,the increasing volume fraction of region with FCC structure due to the transformation between FCC phases,and the pronounced coarsening in microstructure due to the reduced thermal stability,resulted in the mainly decreasing trend in the hardness of AlCoCrFeNiCu alloy.Yuan Yu Peiying Shi Kai Feng Jiongjie Liu Jun Cheng Zhuhui Qiao Jun Yang Jinshan Li Weimin Liu 2020Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2020,33,8:2
14Multifunctional MXene/C Aerogels for Enhanced Microwave Absorption and Thermal Insulation显示文摘Two-dimensional transition metal carbides and nitrides(MXene)have emerged as promising candidates for microwave absorption(MA)materials.However,they also have some drawbacks,such as poor impedance matching,high self-stacking tendency,and high density.To tackle these challenges,MXene nanosheets were incorporated into polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanofibers and subsequently assembled into a three-dimensional(3D)network structure through PAN carbonization,yielding MXene/C aerogels.The 3D network effectively extends the path of microcurrent transmission,leading to enhanced conductive loss of electromagnetic(EM)waves.Moreover,the aerogel’s rich pore structure significantly improves the impedance matching while effectively reducing the density of the MXenebased absorbers.EM parameter analysis shows that the MXene/C aerogels exhibit a minimum reflection loss(RL_(min))value of−53.02 dB(f=4.44 GHz,t=3.8 mm),and an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 5.3 GHz(t=2.4 mm,7.44–12.72 GHz).Radar cross-sectional(RCS)simulations were employed to assess the radar stealth effect of the aerogels,revealing that the maximum RCS reduction value of the perfect electric conductor covered by the MXene/C aerogel reaches 12.02 dB m^(2).In addition to the MA performance,the MXene/C aerogel also demonstrates good thermal insulation performance,and a 5-mm-thick aerogel can generate a temperature gradient of over 30℃ at 82℃.This study provides a feasible design approach for creating lightweight,efficient,and multifunctional MXene-based MA materials.Fushuo Wu Peiying Hu Feiyue Hu Zhihua Tian Jingwen Tang Peigen Zhang Long Pan Michel WBarsoum Longzhu Cai ZhengMing Sun 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,11:2
