1Petroleum Geology in Deepwater Settings in a Passive Continental Margin of a Marginal Sea:A Case Study from the South China Sea显示文摘Deepwater oil and gas exploration has become a global hotspot in recent years and the study of the deep waters of marginal seas is an important frontier research area.The South China Sea(SCS)is a typical marginal sea that includes Paleo SCS and New SCS tectonic cycles.The latter includes continental marginal rifting,intercontinental oceanic expansion and oceanic shrinking,which controlled the evolution of basins,and the generation,migration and accumulation of hydrocarbons in the deepwater basins on the continental margin of the northern SCS.In the Paleogene,the basins rifted along the margin of the continent and were filled mainly with sediments in marine-continental transitional environments.In the Neogene–Quaternary,due to thermal subsidence,neritic-abyssal facies sediments from the passive continental margin of the SCS mainly filled the basins.The source rocks include mainly Oligocene coal-bearing deltaic and marine mudstones,which were heated by multiple events with high geothermal temperature and terrestrial heat flow,resulting in the generation of gas and oil.The faults,diapirs and sandstones controlled the migration of hydrocarbons that accumulated principally in a large canyon channel,a continental deepwater fan,and a shelf-margin delta.ZHANG Gongcheng FENG Congjun YAO Xingzong JI Mo YANG Haizhang QU Hongjun ZENG Qingbo ZHAO Zhao SUN Rui 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,1:6
2Single-source-precursor synthesis and phase evolution of SiC-TaC-C ceramic nanocomposites containing core-shell structured TaC@C nanoparticles显示文摘A novel single-source-precursor for SiC-TaC-C nanocomposites was successfully synthesized by the chemical reaction between a polycarbosilane(allylhydridopolycarbosilane,AHPCS)and tantalum(V)chloride(TaCls),which was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR)measurement.After pyrolysis of the resultant single-source-precursors at 900'C,amorphous ceramic powders were obtained.The 900 C ceramics were anncaled at different temperatures in the range of 1200-1600℃ to gain SiC-TaC-C nanocomposites.The phase evolution of ceramic nanocomposites was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicate that the TaC starts to crystallize at lower temperature than theβ-SiC.It is particularly worth pointing out that the unique core-shell structured TaC-C nanoparticles were in-situ formed and homogeneously distributed in the ceramic matrix after annealing at 1400 C.Even at a high temperature of 1600 C,the grain sizes ofβ-SiC and TaC are smaller than 30 nm,flilling the definition of nanocomposites.The present study related to SiC-TaC C nanocomposites paves a new road for enriching ultra-high temperature ceramic family suitable for structural/functional applications in harsh environment.Zhaoju YU Yujing YANG Kangwei MAO Yao FENG Qingbo WEN Ralf RIEDEL 2020Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,3:5
3Improved perovskite solar cell efficiency by tuning the colloidal size and free ion concentration in precursor solution using formic acid additive显示文摘Improving the quality of the perovskite active layer is crucial to obtaining high performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs). In this work, by introducing formic acid into the formamidinium lead iodide(FAPbI3)precursor solution, we managed to achieve reduced colloidal size in the solution, leading to more uniform deposition of FAPbI3 film with lower trap state density and higher carrier mobility. The solar cells based on the FAPbI3 absorber layer modified with formic acid show significantly better photovoltaic performance than that on the reference FAPbI3 film without formic acid. The device performance shows a close correlation with the colloidal size. Within the range studied from 6.7 to 1.0 nm, the smaller the colloidal size is, the higher the solar cell efficiency. More specifically, the cell efficiency is improved from17.82% for the control cell without formic acid to 19.81% when 0.764 M formic acid was used. 11Formable porous biochar loaded with La-Fe(hydr)oxides/montmorillonite for efficient removal of phosphorus in wastewater:process and mechanisms显示文摘The development of biochar-based granule-like adsorbents suitable for scaled-up application has been attracting increasing attention in the field of water treatment.Herein,a new formable porous granulated biochar loaded with La-Fe(hydr)oxides/montmorillonite(LaFe/MB)was fabricated via a granulation and pyrolysis process for enhanced phosphorus(P)removal from wastewater.Montmorillonite acted as a binder that increased the size of the granulated biochar,while the use of Fe promoted the surface charge and facilitated the dispersion of La,which was responsible for selective phosphate removal.LaFe/MB exhibited rapid phosphate adsorption kinetics and a high maximum adsorption capacity(Langmuir model,52.12 mg P g^(−1)),which were better than those of many existing granulated materials.The desorption and recyclability experiments showed that LaFe/MB could be regenerated,and maintained 76.7%of its initial phosphate adsorption capacity after four adsorption cycles.The high hydraulic endurance strength retention rate of the developed material(91.6%)suggested high practical applicability in actual wastewater.Electro-static attraction,surface precipitation,and inner-sphere complexation via ligand exchange were found to be involved in selective P removal over a wide pH range of 3-9.The thermodynamic parameters were determined,which revealed the feasibility and spontaneity of adsorption.Based on approximate site energy distribution analyses,high distribution frequency contributed to efficient P removal.The research results provide a new insight that LaFe/MB shows great application prospects for advanced phosphate removal from wastewater.Enhui Sun Yanyang Zhang Qingbo Xiao Huayong Li Ping Qu Cheng Yong Bingyu Wang Yanfang Feng Hongying Huang Linzhang Yang Charles Hunter 2022Biochar2022,4,1:1

14Highly stable and efficient perovskite solar cells produced via high-boiling point solvents and additive engineering synergistically显示文摘The active absorber layer plays a crucial role in a perovskite solar cell.Herein,we used high boiling pointγ-butyrolactone(GBL)as the main solvent,Pb(SCN)2 and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)as an effective additive in the FA0.83MA0.17Cs0.05PbI(3-x)Brx solution to improve the quality of perovskite films.The GBL will delay the crystallization speed of the perovskite,and lead to the grain growth assisted by thiocyanate.The synergistic effect of the solvent engineering and additive engineering is beneficial to the slow growth of the grain size.It is found that the addition of Pb(SCN)2 increases Gibbs free energy barrier for the nucleation,leading to the formation of fewer nuclei,which results in a high quality of perovskite absorbers with larger grains and smoother surfaces.The synergistic effect of solvents and Pb(SCN)2 on the morphology and photovoltaic performances is investigated.Compared to devices without the additive,the efficiency of devices with 5%Pb(SCN)2-doped FA0.83MA0.17Cs0.05PbI(3-x)Brx is raised to 19.01%from 15.21%.We believe this breakthrough regarding high efficiency perovskite solar cells will help for their transitions.Qingbo Wei Zhangwen Ye Xiaodong Ren Feng Fu Zhou Yang Shengzhong(Frank)Liu Dong Yang 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,6:1
15Microstructural evolution and electromagnetic wave absorbing performance of single-source-precursor-synthesized SiCuCN-based ceramic nanocomposites显示文摘Copper(Cu)-containing single-source precursors(SSPs)for the preparation of SiCuCN-based ceramic nanocomposites were successfully synthesized for the first time using polysilazane(PSZ),copper(II)acetate monohydrate(CuAc),and 2-aminoethanol via nucleophilic substitution reactions at silicon(Si)centers of PSZ.The synthesis process,polymer-to-ceramic transformation,and high-temperature microstructural evolution of the prepared ceramics were characterized.Dielectric properties and electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorbing performance of the ceramics were investigated as well.The results show that the polymer-to-ceramic transformation finishes at ca.900 ℃,and Cu nanoparticles are homogeneously distributed in a SiCN matrix,forming a SiCN/Cu nanocomposite.After annealing at 1200 ℃,the Cu nanoparticles completely transform into copper silicide(CusSi).Interestingly,the thermal stability of the Cu nanoparticles can be strongly improved by increasing the free carbon content,so that a part of metallic Cu nanoparticles can be detected in the ceramics annealed even at 1300 ℃,forming a SiCN/Cu/Cu_(3)Si/C nanocomposite.Compared with SiCN,the SiCuCN-based nanocomposites exhibit strongly enhanced dielectric properties,which results in outstanding EMW absorbing performance.The minimum reflection coefficient(RC_(min))of the SiCN/Cu/Cu_(3)Si/C nanocomposites annealed at 1300 ℃ achieves-59.85 dB with a sample thickness of 1.55 mm,and the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)broadens to 5.55 GHz at 1.45 mm.The enhanced EMW absorbing performance can be attributed to an in situ formed unique network,which was constructed with Cu and Cu_(3)Si nanoparticles connected by ring-like carbon ribbons within the SiCN matrix.Jincan Yang Qingbo Wen Bo Feng Yalei Wang Xiang Xiong 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,7:0
16Antioxidant induced bulk passivation for efficient and stable hole transport layer-free carbon electrode perovskite solar cells显示文摘Defect passivation is one of the important strategies to improve the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells.In this work,2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol(BHT)as antioxidant was introduced into the perovskite precursor solution to improve the quality of the prepared perovskite films,so that these films performed a larger and uniform grain size.Moreover,the-OH functional group in BHT interacts with I-,thus reducing the density of defect states and inhibiting the non-radiative recombination.The presence of hydrophobic groups in BHT protects the film from moisture erosion and improves the long-term stability of PSCs devices.The maximum photoelectric conversion efficiency of the constructed ITO/SnO_(2)/BHTMAPbI_(3)/Carbon device is 16.88%,and the unpackaged cell maintains the initial efficiency of 99.3%after698 h of storage under the environmental condition of 30%humidity.This work provides an efficient approach to improve the performance of printable hole transport layer-free carbon electrode perovskite solar cells.Yetai Cheng Qingbo Wei Nannan Wang Zhangwen Ye Yanbin Zhao Qiongyao Wang Depeng Chu Lingxing Zan Feng Fu Yucheng Liu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:0
