1120 mm Single-crystalline perovskite and wafers: towards viable applications显示文摘As the large single-crystalline silicon wafers have revolutionized many industries including electronics and solar cells, it is envisioned that the availability of large single-crystalline perovskite crystals and wafers will revolutionize its broad applications in photovoltaics, optoelectronics, lasers, photodetectors, light emitting diodes(LEDs), etc. Here we report a method to grow large single-crystalline perovskites including single-halide crystals: CH3NH3PbX3(X=I, Br, Cl), and dual-halide ones:CH3NH3Pb(ClxBr1.x)3 and CH3NH3Pb(BrxI1.x)3, with the largest crystal being 120 mm in length. Meanwhile, we have advanced a process to slice the large perovskite crystals into thin wafers. It is found that the wafers exhibit remarkable features:(1)its trap-state density is a million times smaller than that in the microcrystalline perovskite thin films(MPTF);(2) its carrier mobility is 410 times higher than its most popular organic counterpart P3HT;(3) its optical absorption is expanded to as high as910 nm comparing to 797 nm for the MPTF;(4) while MPTF decomposes at 150 °C, the wafer is stable at high temperature up to270 °C;(5) when exposed to high humidity(75% RH), MPTF decomposes in 5 h while the wafer shows no change for overnight;(6) its photocurrent response is 250 times higher than its MPTF counterpart. A few electronic devices have been fabricated using the crystalline wafers. Among them, the Hall test gives low carrier concentration with high mobility. The trap-state density is measured much lower than common semiconductors. Moreover, the large SC-wafer is found particularly useful for mass production of integrated circuits. By adjusting the halide composition, both the optical absorption and the light emission can be fine-tuned across the entire visible spectrum from 400 nm to 800 nm. It is envisioned that a range of visible lasers and LEDs may be developed using the dual-halide perovskites. 2Effects of dietary ratio of n-6 to n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on immunoglobulins, cytokines, fatty acid composition, and performance of lactating sows and suckling piglets显示文摘This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary ratios of n-6:n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) on the performance of lactating sows and their piglets. Thirty pregnant Landrace sows were assigned to one of three treatments from d 108 of gestation until weaning (26-29 d) and were fed diets containing different ratios of n-6:n-3 PUFA including 3:1, 9:1 and 13:1. The effects on sow and litter production traits were examined together with an assessment of sow body condition. No differences were detected among the treatments for the daily feed intake of sows or changes in sow weight and back-fat levels during lactation (P > 0.05). Litter size at d 14 and d 21 were tended to increase in 3:1 treatment compared with 9:1 and 13:1 treatments (P < 0.10). Litter weight gain (1.77 kg/d) from d 0 to d 14 was tended to increase in 9:1 groups compared with the other two treatments (P < 0.10). A significant difference was observed for the content of α -linolenic acid, total n-3 PUFA, and the ratio of n-6:n-3 PUFA in the colostrum, milk, and piglets plasma (P < 0.01). The effects of different ratios of n-6:n-3 PUFA in sow diets on colostrum, milk, and piglet plasma immunoglobulin concentrations are studied. No difference was observed among treatments in the concentrations of IgM, and IgA in colostrum (P > 0.05). A great significant difference for IgG concentration was observed among 3 group in colostrum. A great significant difference for IgA, and IgM (P < 0.01) concentrations in piglet plasma at d14 and a significant difference for IgG(P < 0.05) was observed at d14. Furthermore, at d 21 of lactation, piglet plasma IgG and IgA concentration were greater in 3:1 compared with 13:1 group (P < 0.01). 3Improved perovskite solar cell efficiency by tuning the colloidal size and free ion concentration in precursor solution using formic acid additive显示文摘Improving the quality of the perovskite active layer is crucial to obtaining high performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs). In this work, by introducing formic acid into the formamidinium lead iodide(FAPbI3)precursor solution, we managed to achieve reduced colloidal size in the solution, leading to more uniform deposition of FAPbI3 film with lower trap state density and higher carrier mobility. The solar cells based on the FAPbI3 absorber layer modified with formic acid show significantly better photovoltaic performance than that on the reference FAPbI3 film without formic acid. The device performance shows a close correlation with the colloidal size. Within the range studied from 6.7 to 1.0 nm, the smaller the colloidal size is, the higher the solar cell efficiency. More specifically, the cell efficiency is improved from17.82% for the control cell without formic acid to 19.81% when 0.764 M formic acid was used. 15Highly stable and efficient perovskite solar cells produced via high-boiling point solvents and additive engineering synergistically显示文摘The active absorber layer plays a crucial role in a perovskite solar cell.Herein,we used high boiling pointγ-butyrolactone(GBL)as the main solvent,Pb(SCN)2 and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)as an effective additive in the FA0.83MA0.17Cs0.05PbI(3-x)Brx solution to improve the quality of perovskite films.The GBL will delay the crystallization speed of the perovskite,and lead to the grain growth assisted by thiocyanate.The synergistic effect of the solvent engineering and additive engineering is beneficial to the slow growth of the grain size.It is found that the addition of Pb(SCN)2 increases Gibbs free energy barrier for the nucleation,leading to the formation of fewer nuclei,which results in a high quality of perovskite absorbers with larger grains and smoother surfaces.The synergistic effect of solvents and Pb(SCN)2 on the morphology and photovoltaic performances is investigated.Compared to devices without the additive,the efficiency of devices with 5%Pb(SCN)2-doped FA0.83MA0.17Cs0.05PbI(3-x)Brx is raised to 19.01%from 15.21%.We believe this breakthrough regarding high efficiency perovskite solar cells will help for their transitions.Qingbo Wei Zhangwen Ye Xiaodong Ren Feng Fu Zhou Yang Shengzhong(Frank)Liu Dong Yang 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,6:1

19Effects of Loading-Dose Statins Combined with PCSK9 Inhibitor Pre-Treatment before Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention on the Short-Term Prognosis in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction显示文摘Objective:This study was aimed at investigating the effects of preoperative treatment with a loading dose of statins combined with a PCSK9 inhibitor on coronary blood perfusion and short-term cardiovascular adverse events in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Method:Sixty-five patients with STEMI who had visited the Shanxi Cardiovascular Disease Hospital between May 2018 and May 2021 were enrolled in the study.The enrolled patients had no history of oral statins or antiplatelet therapy.The patients were divided into a combined treatment group(loading dose of statins combined with PCSK9 inhibitors,35 patients)and a routine treatment group(loading dose of statins only,30 patients).The primary endpoints were thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)blood flow grading,corrected TIMI frame count(CTFC),and TIMI myocardial perfusion grading(TMPG),immediately after and 30 days after the operation.The secondary endpoint was a composite endpoint of cardiovascular death,nonfatal myocardial infarction,and target vessel revascularization 30 days after the operation.Results:The combined treatment group had significantly lower CTFC(14.09±8.42 vs 26±12.42,P=0.04)and better TMPG(2.74±0.61 vs 2.5±0.73,P=0.04)than the routine treatment group immediately after the operation.Similarly,the combined treatment group had a significantly lower CTFC(16.29±7.39 vs 26.23±11.53,P=0.04)and significantly better TMPG(2.94±0.24 vs 2.76±0.43,P=0.01)than the routine treatment group 1 month after the operation.Conclusion:Preoperative treatment with a loading dose of high-intensity statins combined with PCSK9 inhibitors increased coronary blood flow and myocardial perfusion after emergency thrombus aspiration in patients with STEMI.However,the treatment did not significantly decrease the incidence of cardiovascular death,nonfatal myocardial infarction,or target vessel revascularization.Zhe Wang Qingbo Bao Xiaojian Song Hengjie Song Shoudong Wei Junwei Lv Fei Wang Jian An 2022Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2022,7,3:0
20Building damage mapping based on Touzi decomposition using quad-polarimetric ALOS PALSAR data显示文摘Building damage assessment is of great significance to disaster monitoring.Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR)can record the polarization scattering measurement matrix of ground objects and obtain more abundant ground object information,meaning that they can be used for assessing damage to buildings.In this paper,a new approach is proposed to assess building damage using the Touzi incoherent decomposition and SAR-based characteristics of buildings before and after damage.The March 11th,2011 earthquake that struck the coast of northeast Japan serves as the demonstration of the technique using quad-polarimetric ALOS PALSAR data acquired before and after the disaster.The analysis shows that after the buildings are damaged,there is a clear decrease in theαs1(the dominant scattering-type magnitude)components and the degree of this reduction corresponds to the degree of building damage.This means that theαs1 components obtained by Touzi decomposition can effectively reflect the degree of building damage.On this basis,a model based on Touzi decomposition was established to evaluate the degree of damage to buildings,and the accuracy of the model was validated using high-resolution optical data acquired before and after the earthquake.The experimental results show that Touzi decomposition can be effectively used for damage assessment mapping in built-up areas.Shan LIU Fengli ZHANG Shiying WEI Qingbo LIU Na LIU Yun SHAO Steven JBURIAN 2020Frontiers of Earth Science2020,14,2:0
