2The multiple-parameter fractional Fourier transform显示文摘The fractional Fourier transform(FRFT) has multiplicity, which is intrinsic in frac-tional operator.A new source for the multiplicity of the weight-type fractional Fou-rier transform(WFRFT) is proposed, which can generalize the weight coefficients of WFRFT to contain two vector parameters M,N ∈ZM.Therefore a generalized frac-tional Fourier transform can be defined, which is denoted by the multiple-parameter fractional Fourier transform(MPFRFT).It enlarges the multiplicity of the FRFT,which not only includes the conventional FRFT and general multi-fractional Fourier transform as special cases, but also introduces new fractional Fourier transforms. It provides a unified framework for the FRFT,and the method is also available for fractionalizing other linear operators. In addition, numerical simulations of the MPFRFT on the Hermite-Gaussian and rectangular functions have been performed as a simple application of MPFRFT to signal processing.LANG Jun TAO Ran RAN QiWen WANG Yue 2008Science in China(Series F)2008,51,8:12
3Expression of neurocan mRNA and ultrastructure of brain tissue after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rats treated by electroacupuncture显示文摘We established a stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rat model by bilateral constriction of the renal artery with sliver loop clips. After ten weeks, middle cerebral artery occlusion was induced for 2 hours. The rats then received electro-acupuncture at Baihui (DU 20) and Dazhui (DU 14) after onset of ischemia for 30 days. In situ hybridization study showed that electroacupuncture significantly reduced the number of neurocan mRNA-positive cells in the ischemic penumbra and hippocampal tissues of rats. Electron microscopy results demonstrated that the structure of neurons and blood vessels in the ischemic tissues were restored with electroacupuncture. Overall, these data suggest that electroacupuncture may protect neurons against ischemic reperfusion injury in stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rats, which may be regulated by downregulation of expression of nerve inhibitory factor neurocan mRNA.Feng Tan Saiying Wan Haike Wu Qiwen HUO Jinliang Wang Wenlin Chen Meifeng Fang Xiaolin Liu Xuewen Wang Jingbo Sun 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,36:8
4Recent advances in photodynamic therapy based on emerging two-dimensional layered nanomaterials显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a promising non-invasive therapy approach for various diseases including malignant tumor. The process of PDT involves three interrelated aspects, namely photosensitizer(PS),light source, and oxygen, among which PS is the decisive factor that determines its anticancer efficiency. There exist some defects in currently applied PDT,such as inadequate production of reactive oxygen species(ROS),poor penetration of exciting light, insufficient oxygen supply, and nonselective distribution of PS.With unique physicochemical and optical properties,two-dimensional nanomaterials(2DNMs)have aroused great interest in biomedical fields.2DNMs-based PDT is promising to significantly improve antitumor efficacy compared to conventional PDT.In this review,we will firstly introduce the underlying mechanism of PDT and how 2DNMs are absorbed and distribute inside tumor cells. After that,we will not only illustrate how 2DNMs-based PDT can enhance tumor-killing efficacy and minimize side-effects through conquering the above-mentioned defects of conventional PDT and the preparation process of 2DNMs,but also elaborate recent advances about 2DNMs-based PDT.Lastly,we will summarize the challenges and future prospects of 2DNMs-based PDT.Xinqiang Wu Xiaofeng Jiang Taojian Fan Zhiwei Zheng Zhaoyuan Liu Yubin Chen Liangqi Cao Zhongjian Xie Dawei Zhang Jiaqi Zhao Qiwen Wang Zhenhui Huang Zhijian Chen Ping Xue Han Zhang 2020Nano Research2020,13,6:6
5Determination of the ^(12)C(p, γ)^(13)N reaction rates fromthe ^(12)C(~7Li,~6He)^(13)N reaction显示文摘The angular distribution of the 12C(7Li,6He)13N reaction at E(7Li) = 44.0 MeV was measured at the HI-13 tandem accelerator of Beijing, China. The asymptotic normalization coefficient (ANC) of 13N → 12C + p was derived to be (1.64 ± 0.11) fm-1/2 through the distorted wave Born approximation (DWBA) analysis. The ANC was then used to deduce the astrophysical S (E) factors and reaction rates for the 12C(p,γ)13N direct capture reaction at energies of astrophysical relevance.LI ZhiHong, SU Jun, GUO Bing, LI ZhiChang, BAI XiXiang, LIU JianCheng, LI YunJu, YAN ShengQuan, WANG BaoXiang, WANG YouBao, LIAN Gang, ZENG Sheng, LI ErTao, CHEN YongShou, SHU NengChuan, FAN QiWen & LIU WeiPing China Institute of Atomic Energy, Beijing 102413, China 2010Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2010,53,4:6
6Mapping the immune microenvironment for mandibular alveolar bone homeostasis at single-cell resolution显示文摘Alveolar bone is the thickened ridge of jaw bone that supports teeth. It is subject to constant occlusal force and pathogens invasion, and is therefore under active bone remodeling and immunomodulation.Alveolar bone holds a distinct niche from long bone considering their different developmental origin and postnatal remodeling pattern. However,a systematic explanation of alveolar bone at single-cell level is still lacking. Here,we construct a single-cell atlas of mouse mandibular alveolar bone through single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq).A more active immune microenvironment is identified in alveolar bone, with a higher proportion of mature immune cells than in long bone.Among all immune cell populations, the monocyte/macrophage subpopulation most actively interacts with mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)subpopulation.Alveolar bone monocytes/macrophages express a higher level of Oncostatin M(Osm)compared to long bone, which promotes osteogenic differentiation and inhibits adipogenic differentiation of MSCs.In summary, our study reveals a unique immune microenvironment of alveolar bone, which may provide a more precise immune-modulatory target for therapeutic treatment of oral diseases.Weimin Lin Qiwen Li Danting Zhang Xiaohan Zhang Xingying Qi Qian Wang Yaqian Chen Caojie Liu Hanwen Li Shiwen Zhang Yuan Wang Bin Shao Li Zhang Quan Yuan 2021Bone Research2021,9,1:6
7Self-starting passively mode-locked all fiber laser based on carbon nanotubes with radially polarized emission显示文摘We demonstrate an all fiber passively mode-locked laser emitting a radially polarized beam by using a few-mode fiber Bragg grating to achieve mode selection and spectrum filtering. An offset splicing of single-mode fiber with four-mode fiber is utilized as a mode coupler in the laser cavity. Carbon nanotubes are introduced into the laser cavity as the saturable absorber to achieve self-start mode locking. The laser operates at 1547.5 nm with a narrow spectrum width of 0.3 nm at 30 d B. The emitted mode-locked pulses have a duration of 22.73 ps and repetition of10.61 MHz. A radially polarized beam has been obtained with high mode purity by adjusting the polarization in the laser cavity.Yong Zhou Jian Lin Xiaoqiang Zhang Lixin Xu Chun Gu Biao Sun Anting Wang Qiwen Zhan 2016Photonics Research2016,4,6:6
8800 Gbit/s transmission over 1 km single-mode fiber using a four-channel silicon photonic transmitter显示文摘We demonstrate the optical transmission of an 800 Gbit/s(4×200 Gbit/s)pulse amplitude modulation-4(PAM-4)signal and a 480 Gbit/s(4×120 Gbit/s)on–off-keying(OOK)signal by using a high-bandwidth(BW)silicon photonic(SiP)transmitter with the aid of digital signal processing(DSP).In this transmitter,a four-channel SiP modulator chip is co-packaged with a four-channel driver chip, with a measured 3 dB BW of 40 GHz.DSP is applied in both the transmitter and receiver sides for pre-/post-compensation and bit error rate(BER)calculation.Back-to-back(B2B)BERs of the PAM-4 signal and OOK signal are first measured for each channel of the transmitter with respect to a variety of data rates.Similar BER performance of four channels shows good uniformity of the transmitter between different channels. The BER penalty of the PAM-4 and OOK signals for 500 m and 1 km standard single-mode fiber(SSMF)transmission is then experimentally tested by using one channel of the transmitter. For a 200 Gbit/s PAM-4 signal, the BER is below the hard-decision forward error correction(HD-FEC)threshold for B2B and below the soft-decision FEC(SD-FEC)threshold after 1 km transmission. For a 120 Gbit/s OOK signal, the BER is below SD-FEC threshold for B2B.After 500 m and 1 km transmission, the data rate of the OOK signal shrinks to 119 Gbit/s and 118 Gbit/s with the SD-FEC threshold, respectively. Finally, the 800 Gbit/s PAM-4 signal with 1 km transmission is achieved with the BER of all four channels below the SD-FEC threshold.Hongguang Zhang Miaofeng Li Yuguang Zhang Di Zhang Qiwen Liao Jian He Shenglei Hu Bo Zhang Lei Wang Xi Xiao Nan Qi Shaohua Yu 2020Photonics Research2020,8,11:5
9Survival difference between EGFR Del19 and L858R mutant advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients receiving gefitinib:a propensity score matching analysis显示文摘Objective: Although superior clinical benefits of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs) in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) had been reported, the survival difference between exon 19 deletion(Del19) and exon 21 Leu858 Arg substitution(L858 R) remains controversial. The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS) between different EGFR mutant subtypes among advanced NSCLC patients receiving gefitinib. Methods: There were 204 advanced NSCLC patients with EGFR mutations treated with gefitinib were enrolled in this retrospective cohort study.Patients were divided into the EGFR Del19 group and the L858 R mutated group according to their mutant subtype.Propensity score matching(PSM) was conducted by using a nearest-neighbor algorithm(1:1) to adjust for demographical and clinical covariates.Survival curves were constructed with the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by using the log-rank test. Results: The PFS in Del19 group was similar to that in the L858 R group [before PSM 8.6 vs.7.2 months,P=0.072; after PSM 7.3 vs.7.2 months,P=0.155].No differences were detected in OS between the L858 R and the Del19 group(before PSM 17.8 vs.13.1 months,P=0.253; after PSM 16.9 vs.13.1 months,P=0.339).The Del19 group was significantly younger compared with the L858 R mutation group in age(P=0.015).Conclusions: No significant difference was found in the PFS or OS between the Del19 and L858 R mutant NSCLC patients receiving gefitinib. The age gap might contribute to the survival differences between Del19 and L858 R groups.PSM is of important value to the elimination of potential bias.Minglei Zhuo Qiwen Zheng Jun Zhao Meina Wu Tongtong An Yuyan Wang Jianjie Li Shuhang Wang Jia Zhong Xue Yang Hanxiao Chen Bo Jia Zhi Dong Emei Gao JingjingWang Ziping Wang 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,6:4
10Optically induced rotation of Rayleigh particles by arbitrary photonic spin显示文摘Optical trapping techniques hold great interest for their advantages that enable direct handling of nanoparticles. In this work, we study the optical trapping effects of a diffraction-limited focal field possessing an arbitrary photonic spin and propose a convenient method to manipulate the movement behavior of the trapped nanoparticles. In order to achieve controllable spin axis orientation and ellipticity of the tightly focused beam in three dimensions, an efficient method to analytically calculate and experimentally generate complex optical fields at the pupil plane of a high numerical aperture lens is developed. By numerically calculating the optical forces and torques of Rayleigh particles with spherical/ellipsoidal shape, we demonstrate that the interactions between the tunable photonic spin and nanoparticles lead to not only 3D trapping but also precise control of the nanoparticles' movements in terms of stable orientation, rotational orientation, and rotation frequency. This versatile trapping method may open up new avenues for optical trapping and their applications in various scientific fields.GUANGHAO RUI YING LI SICHAO ZHOU YUSONG WANG BING GU YIPING CUI QIWEN ZHAN 2019Photonics Research2019,7,1:4
11Optimizing the grain size and grain boundary morphology of (K,Na) NbO_(3)-based ceramics: Paving the way for ultrahigh energy storage capacitors显示文摘Relaxor dielectric ceramic capacitors are very attractive for high-power energy storage. However, the low breakdown strength severely restricts improvements to the energy storage density and practical application. Here,a strategy of designing small grain sizes and abundant amorphous grain boundaries is proposed to improve the energy storage properties under the guidance of phase field theory.0.925(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))NbO_(3)-e0.075Bi(Zn_(2/3)(Ta_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))1/3)O_(3)(KNNe-BZTN)relaxor ferroelectric ceramic is taken as an example to verify our strategy. The grain sizes and grain boundaries of the KNNeBZTN ceramics are carefully controlled by the high-energy ball milling method and twoestep sintering strategy.Impedance analysis and diffusion reflectance spectra demonstrate that KNNeBZTN ceramics with a small grain size and abundant amorphous grain boundary exhibit a lower charge carrier concentration and higher band gap.As a consequence, the breakdown electric field of KNNeBZTN ceramics increases from 222 kV/cm to 317 kV/cm when the grain size is decreased from 410 nm to 200 nm,accompanied by a slightly degraded maximum polarization.KNNeBZTN ceramics with an average grain size of~250 nm and abundant amorphous grain boundaries exhibit optimum energy storage properties with a high recoverable energy density of 4.02 J/cm^(3) and a high energy efficiency of 87.4%.This successful local structural design opens up a new paradigm to improve the energy storage performance of other dielectric ceramic capacitors for electrical energy storage.Xiaozhi Wang Yu Huan Peiyao Zhao Xiaoming Liu Tao Wei Qiwen Zhang Xiaohui Wang 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,4:3
12C.elegans-based screen identifies lysosome-damaging alkaloids that induce STAT3-dependent lysosomal cell death显示文摘Lysosomes are degradation and signaling centers within the cell, and their dysfunction impairs a wide variety of cellular processes. To understand the cellular effect of lysosome damage,we screened natural smallmolecule compounds that induce iysosomal abnormality using Caenorhabditis elegans (C.elegans)as a model system.A group of vobasinyl-ibogan type bisindole alkaloids (ervachinines A-D)were identified that caused lysosome enlargement in C.elegans macrophage-like cells.Intriguingly, these compounds triggered cell death in the germ line independently of the canonical apoptosis pathway. In mammalian cells, ervachinines A-D induced lysosomal enlargement and damage, leading to leakage of cathepsin proteases, inhibition of autophagosome degradation and necrotic cell death.Further analysis revealed that this ervachinine-induced lysosome damage and lysosomal cell death depended on STAT3 signaling, but not RIP1 or RIP3 signaling. These findings suggest that lysosomedamaging compounds are promising reagents for dissecting signaling mechanisms underlying lysosome homeostasis and lysosome-related human disorders.Yang Li Yu Zhang Qiwen Gan Meng Xu Xiao Ding Guihua Tang Jingjing Liang Kai Liu Xuezhao Liu Xin Wang Lingli Guo Zhiyang Gao Xiaojiang Hao Chonglin Yang 2018Protein & Cell2018,9,12:2
13Defective arginine metabolism impairs mitochondrial homeostasis in Caenorhabditis elegans显示文摘Arginine catabolism involves enzyme-dependent reactions in both mitochondria and the cytosol, defects in which may lead to hyperargininemia,a devastating developmental disorder. It is largely unknown if defective arginine catabolism has any effects on mitochondria. Here we report that normal arginine catabolism is essential for mitochondrial homeostasis in Caenorhabditis elegans.Mutations of the arginase gene argn-1 lead to abnormal mitochondrial enlargement and reduced adenosine triphosphate(ATP)production in C elegans hypodermal cells.ARGN-1 localizes to mitochondria and its loss causes arginine accumulation, which disrupts mitochondrial dynamics.Heterologous expression of human ARGl or ARG2 rescued the mitochondrial defects of argn-1 mutants.Importantly, genetic inactivation of the mitochondrial basic amino acid transporter SLC-25A29 or the mitochondrial glutamate transporter SLC-25A18.1 fully suppressed the mitochondrial defects caused by argn-1 mutations. These findings suggest that mitochondrial damage probably contributes to the pathogenesis of hyperargininemia and provide clues for developing therapeutic treatments for hyperargininemia.Ruofeng Tang Xin Wang Junxiang Zhou Fengxia Zhang Shan Zhao Qiwen Gan Liyuan Zhao Fengyang Wang Qian Zhang Jie Zhang Guodong Wang Chonglin Yang 2020Journal of Genetics and Genomics2020,47,3:2
14A complete solution of an improved universal 3D coordinate similarity transformation model显示文摘When linearizing three-dimensional(3 D)coordinate similarity transformation model with large rotations,we usually encounter the ill-posed normal matrix which may aggravate the instability of solutions. To alleviate the problem,a series of conversions are contributed to the 3 D coordinate similarity transformation model in this paper. We deduced a complete solution for the 3 D coordinate similarity transformation at any rotation with the nonlinear adjustment methodology, which involves the errors of the common and the non-common points.Furthermore,as the large condition number of the normal matrix resulted in an intractable form,we introduced the bary-centralization technique and a surrogate process for deterministic element of the normal matrix, and proved its benefit for alleviating the condition number. The experimental results show that our approach can obtain the smaller condition number to stabilize the convergence of the interested parameters.Especially, our approach can be implemented for considering the errors of the common and the non-common points, thus the accuracy of the transformed coordinates improves.Leyang Wang Jianqiang Sun Qiwen Wu 2021Geodesy and Geodynamics2021,12,2:2
15Management of extramedullary plasmacytoma: Role of radiotherapy and prognostic factor analysis in 55 patients显示文摘Objective: To investigate potential prognostic factors affecting patient outcomes and to evaluate the optimal methods and effects of radiotherapy(RT) in the management of extramedullary plasmacytoma(EMP).Methods: Data from 55 patients with EMP between November 1999 and August 2015 were collected. The median age was 51(range, 22–77) years. The median tumor size was 3.5(range, 1.0–15.0) cm. The median applied dose was 50.0(range, 30.0–70.0) Gy. Thirty-nine patients(70.9%) presented with disease in the head or neck region. Twelve patients received RT alone, 9 received surgery(S) alone, 3 received chemotherapy(CT) alone, and 3 patients did not receive any treatment. Combination therapies were applied in 28 patients. Results:The median follow-up duration was 56 months. The 5-year local recurrence-free survival(LRFS),multiple myeloma-free survival(MMFS),progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)rates were 79.8%,78.6%,65.2% and 76.0%,respectively.Univariate analysis revealed that RT was a favourable factor for all examined endpoints.Furthermore, head and neck EMPs were associated with superior LRFS,MMFS and PFS.Tumor size<4 cm was associated with superior MMFS,PFS and OS;serum M protein negativity was associated with superior MMFS and PFS;age≥50 years and local recurrence were associated with poor MMFS.The dose≥45 Gy group exhibited superior 5-year LRFS,MMFS and PFS rates(94.7%,94.4%,90.0%,respectively),while the corresponding values for the dose<45 Gy group were 62.5%(P=0.008),53.3%(P=0.036)and 41.7%(P<0.001).Conclusions:Involved-site RT of at least 45 Gy should be considered for EMP.Furthermore, patients with head and neck EMP,tumor size<4 cm,age<50 years and serum M protein negativity had better outcomes.Ge Wen Weihu Wang Yujing Zhang Shaoqing Niu Qiwen Li Yexiong Li 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,5:2
16Alterations in intestinal microbiota composition coincide with impaired intestinal morphology and dysfunctional ileal immune response in growing-finishing pigs under constant chronic heat stress显示文摘Background:Previous studies had shown that short-term acute heat stress(HS)affected the host’s metabolism and intestinal microbiota independent of feed intake(FI)reduction, and long-term calorie restriction caused intestinal morphological injuries and gut microbial alterations. However, research on the effects of constant chronic HS on intestinal microbial composition and the roles of FI reduction played in is limited. This study aimed to investigate the effects of 7-day constant chronic HS on the composition of intestinal microbes in growing-finishing pigs, and its relationship with pigs’performance, intestinal morphology, and ileal immune response.Twenty-four growingfinishing pigs(Duroc×Large White×Landrace,30±1 kg body weight)were randomly assigned to three treatments(n=8),1)thermal neutral(TN)conditions(25±1℃)with ad libitum FI,2)HS conditions(35±1℃)with ad libitum FI,3)pair-fed(PF)with HS under TN conditions to discriminate the confounding effects of dissimilar FI,and the FI was the previous day’s average FI of HS.The small intestinal segments(duodenum, jejunum, and ileum)and feces were collected on d 8.Results:Results indicated that HS drastically declined(P<0.05)average daily gain(ADG)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)(about 61%)in comparison with TN,and caused hyperpyrexia, meanwhile PF caused hypothermia.Morphological observation by light and electron microscopes showed that both HS and PF treatment decreased(P<0.05)the villus and microvillus height compared with TN.Additionally,HS increased(P<0.05)protein expression of heat shock protein 70 in the duodenum, jejunum, and ileum.Furthermore, the expression of tight junction protein zonula occluden-1(ZO-1)in the duodenum and ileum, and Occludin in the ileum were enhanced(P<0.05)compared with TN and PF.Moreover,HS significantly enhanced(P<0.05)the mRNA relative expression of inflammatory cytokines(TLR-2,TLR-4,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-6,IL-8,PG1–5,β-defensin 2(pBD-2)),mucins(mucin-1 and mucin-2)and P65 protein level in the ileal mucosa tissue.Intestinal microbiota analysis by 16S rRNA sequencing showed lower(P<0.10)αdiversity in both HS and PF,and a separated cluster ofβdiversity among groups.Compared with TN,HS but not PF mainly reduced(FDR<0.05)Bacteroidetes(phylum),Bacteroidia(class)and elevated the proportions of Proteobacteria(phylum,FDR<0.05),Bacillales(order,FDR<0.05),Planococcaceae(family,FDR<0.05),Kurthia(genus,FDR<0.05),Streptococcaceae(family,FDR<0.10)and Streptococcus(genus,FDR<0.10).Notably,Lactobacillales(order)was decreased(FDR<0.05)by PF alone.Furthermore, the Spearman correlation analysis indicated that the microbes prevalent in HS were positively(P<0.05)associated with intestinal morphological injuries indicators and ileal immune response parameters, and the microbes reduced in HS were negatively(P<0.05)with the performance data. Conclusions:Intestinal morphological injuries and ileal immune response caused by constant chronic HS independent of FI showed close connections with alterations in intestinal microbiota in growing-finishing pigs.Yunxia Xiong Shuting Cao Hao Xiao Qiwen Wu Hongbo Yi Zongyong Jiang Li Wang 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,3:2
17The influence of total ionizing dose on the hot carrier injection of 22 nm bulk nFinFET显示文摘We investigate the hot carrier injection effect(HCI)and how X-ray radiation impacts the HCI of 22-nm nFinFETs as a function of device geometry and irradiation bias conditions in this paper. In the HCI test, the degradation of threshold voltage and saturation current decreases with the increase of fin number, which means that HCI weakens when the fin number increases. The reason is attributed to the coupling effect between fins. Moreover, irradiation is shown to weaken the degradation during the subsequent hot carrier test. The influence of irradiation on HCI is more obvious with ON bias than that of OFF bias and transmission gate bias.It is supposed that the Si–H bonds can be broken by irradiation before the HCI test, which is one reason for the irradiation influence on HCI.Besides, trapped charges are generated in the shallow trench isolation by the radiation, which could reduce the channel electric field, and then weaken the HCI.Baoshun Wang Jiangwei Cui Qi Guo Qiwen Zheng Ying Wei Shanxue Xi 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,12:2
18Bottom-up lithium growth guided by Ag concentration gradient in 3D PVDF framework towards stable lithium metal anode显示文摘Three-dimensional(3 D)frameworks have received much attention as an effective modification strategy for next-generation high-energy-density lithium metal batteries. However, the top-growth mode of lithium(Li)on the 3 D framework remains a tough challenge. To achieve a uniform bottom-up Li growth,a scheme involving Ag concentration gradient in 3 D PVDF framework(C-Ag/PVDF)is proposed.Ag nanoparticles with a concentration gradient induce an interface activity gradient in the 3 D framework, and this gradient feature is still maintained during the cycle. As a result, the C-Ag/PVDF framework delivers a long lifespan over 1800 h at a current density of 1 mA cm^(-2) with a capacity of 1 mAh cm^(-2),and shows an ultra-long life(>1300 h)even at a high current density of 4 mA cm^(-2) with a capacity of 4 mAh cm^(-2).The advantage of concentration gradient provides further insights into the optimal design of the 3 D framework for stable Li metal anode.Yulin Zhao Liping Wang Jian Zou Qiwen Ran Li Li Pengyu Chen Hailong Yu Jian Gao Xiaobin Niu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2:2

20Studies of Sulphur- and Iron-induced Copper Deficiency in Tibetan Sheep显示文摘The clinical signs of Tibetan sheep with sulphur- and iron-induced copper deficiency in Maqu County of Gansu Province were defined as thin, decreased appetite, neonatal ataxia, pica, emaciation, and loss of hair color and anemia. The mineral composition of soil and forage, and samples of liver, blood and hair from Tibetan sheep in affected ranches in this region were compared with those from unaffected areas. The mean concentration of iron in soil and forage in affected pasture was 19 675 ±791 and 1 763 ±197 μg/g, respectively, compared with 8 761 ±871 and 357 ±39 μg/g in unaffected pasture. The mean concentration of sulphur in soil and forage in affected pasture was 1.98% ±0.79% and 0.88% ±0.16%, respectively, compared with 1.16%±0.26% and 0.47%±0.16%in unaffected pasture. The mean copper concentrations in soil and forage from the affected pastures were 15.9±1.8 and 6.7±1.6 μg/g, respectively, compared with 16.7±1.9 and 8.9±2.7 μg/g in unaffected pasture. The mean concentration of Cu in blood, liver, and hair from the affected Tibetan sheep were 0.32±0.12, 51.2±3.1 and 2.16±0.65μg/g, respectively, compared with 0.76±0.21, 191±11 and 3.27±0.96 μg/g for healthy animals. Oral administration of CuClO(OH)3prevented and cured anemia. We conclude that wool eating of Tibetan sheep in this region is probably caused by secondary Cu deficiency, mainly due to the high iron and sulphur contents in soils and forage.Shige LI Jiahai WU Qiwen WANG Zhiwei WANG Bentian MO 2016Agricultural Science & Technology2016,17,8:1
