2Stability and bifurcation control of a neuron system under a novel fractional-order PD controller显示文摘In this paper, we address the problem of bifurcation control for a delayed neuron system. By introducing a new fractional-order Proportional-Derivative(PD) feedback controller, this paper aims to control the stability and Hopf bifurcation through adjusting the control gain parameters. The order chosen in PD controller is different with that of the integer-order neuron system. Sufficient conditions for guaranteeing the stability and generating Hopf bifurcation are constructed for the controlled neuron system. 3LHCGR and ALMS1 defects likely cooperate in the development of polycystic ovary syndrome indicated by double-mutant mice显示文摘Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a heterogeneous disorder with evidence of polygenetic components,and obesity may be a risk factor for hyperandrogen ism.Previous studies have shown that LHCGR is en riched in the ovary and LHCGR deficiency causes infertility without typical PCOS phenotypes.ALMS1 is implicated in obesity and hyperandrogenism,the common phenotypes among PCOS patients.Through whole-exome sequencing of 22 PCOS families and targeted candidate gene sequencing of additional 65 sporadic PCOS patients,we identified potential causative mutations in LHCGR and ALMS1 in a sibling-pair PCOS family and three sporadic PCOS patients.The expression of LHCGRL638 P in granulosa-like tumor cell line(KGN)cells promoted cyclic adenosine monophosphate production and granulosa cell proliferation,indicating that LHCGRL638 P is an activating mutation.Lhcgr~(L642 P/L642 P)mice showed an irregular estrous cycle,reduced follicles with dynamic folliculogenesis,and increased testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),and dehydroepiandrosterone.Lhcgr~(+/L642 P)AIms1~(+/PB)mice displayed increased T and E2 but decreased late secondary and preovulatory follicles.We showed that activating mutation of LHCGR likely plays important roles in the pathophysiology of PCOS involving abnormal reproductive physiology,whereas ALMS1 deficiency may promote anovulatory infertility via elevated androgens,suggesting that the disturbed LHCGR and ALMS1 cooperatively induce PCOS phenotypes,characterized as anovulation and hyperandrogenemia frequently observed in PCOS patients with obesity.Li Yu Lina Wang Wufan Tao Wenxiang Zhang Shuanghao Yang Jian Wang Jia Fei Rui Peng Yiming Wu Xiumei Zhen Hong Shao Weiyue Gu Rong Li Bai-Lin Wu Hongyan Wang 2021Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,5:3
4Ni(dmgH)_(2) complex coupled with metal-organic frameworks MIL-101(Cr)for photocatalytic H_(2) evolution under visible light irradiation显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been tremendously used as photocatalysts for H_(2) generation in recent years.Lacking native active sites(so-called co-catalyst)for H_(2) generation motivates the incorporation of noble metals and their molecular complexes,hydrogenase active site mimics into MOFs to promote H_(2)generation.We herein report an noble-metal-free photocatalytic H_(2) generation system consisting of Erythrosin B dye-sensitized MIL-101(Cr)as a light absorber and Ni(dmgH)_(2) as a co-catalyst.It is found that Ni(dmgH)_(2) can serve as an efficient co-catalyst to boost H_(2) generation in the presence of triethanolamine(TEOA)as an electron donor under visible light irradiation.The optimal MIL-101(Cr)/Ni(dmgH)_(2) hybrid(5 wt%Ni(dmgH)_(2))displays a hydrogen H_(2) rate of 45.5 mmol h^(-1),which is 10 times greater than the control sample without Ni(dmgH)_(2) loading.This paper provides a novel design route for active H_(2) generation systems by combining molecular complexes of earth-abundant metal and MOFs photocatalysts.Rong Wang Li Wu Bryant Chica Lina Gu Gengsheng Xu Yupeng Yuan 2017Journal of Materiomics2017,3,1:2

6Clinical Applications of Serum Anti-Mullerian Hormone€Measurements in Both Males and Females:An Update显示文摘Infertility is one of the most common non-communicable diseases,affecting both men and women equally.Ovarian reserve,the number of primordial follicles in the ovaries is believed to be the most important determinants for female fertility.Anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)secreted from granulosa cells of growing follicles is recognized as the most important biomarker for ovarian reserve.Ovarian reserve models have been developed using AMH and other hormonal indicators,thus childbearing plans and reproductive choices could be arranged by women.In assisted reproductive technology cycles,measurement of AMH helps to predict ovarian response and guide recombinant follicle-stimulating hormone dosing in women.Serum AMH level is increasingly being recognized as a potential surrogate marker for polycystic ovarian morphology,one of the criteria for diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome.AMH is also secreted by Sertoli cells of testes in men,and AMH measurements in the prediction of surgical sperm recovery rate in men have also been investigated.AMH levels are significantly higher in boys than in girls before puberty.Therefore,serum levels of AMH in combination with testosterone is used for the differential diagnosis of disorders of sex development,anorchia,non-obstructive azoospermia,and persistent Mullerian duct syndrome.Recently,serum AMH measurements have also been used in fertility preservation programs in oncofertility,screening for granulosa cell tumors,and prediction of menopause applications.In this review,we will focus on clinical application of AMH in fertility assessments for healthy men and women,as well as for cancer patients.Huiyu Xu Mengqian Zhang Hongxian Zhang Kannan Alpadi Lina Wang Rong Li Jie Qiao 2021The Innovation2021,2,1:1

20The environmental analysis and site selection of mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas based on high resolution remote sensing显示文摘Mussel aquaculture and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas and their environmental characteristics in Zhoushan were analyzed using satellite data and in-situ surveys.A new two-step remote sensing method was proposed and applied to determine the basic environmental characteristics of the best mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas.This methodology includes the first step of extraction of the location distribution and the second step of the extraction of internal environmental factors.The fishery ranching index(FRI1,FRI2)was established to extract the mussel and the large yellow croaker aquaculture area in Zhoushan,using Gaofen-1(GF-1)and Gaofen-6(GF-6)satellite data with a special resolution of 2 m.In the second step,the environmental factors such as sea surface temperature(SST),chlorophyll a(Chl-a)concentration,current and tide,suspended sediment concentration(SSC)in mussel aquaculture area and large yellow croaker aquaculture area were extracted and analyzed in detail.The results show the following three points.(1)For the extraction of the mussel aquaculture area,FRI1 and FRI2 are complementary,and the combination of FRI1 and FRI2 is suitable to extract the mussel aquaculture area.As for the large yellow croaker aquaculture area extraction,FRI2 is suitable.(2)Mussel aquaculture and the large yellow croaker aquaculture area in Zhoushan are mainly located on the side near the islands that are away from the eastern open waters.The water environment factor template suitable for mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture was determined.(3)This two-step remote sensing method can be used for the preliminary screening of potential site selection for the mussels and large yellow croaker aquaculture area in the future.the fishery ranching index(FRI1,FRI2)in this paper can be applied to extract the mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas in coastal waters around the world.Lina Cai Jie Yin Xiaojun Yan Yongdong Zhou Rong Tang Menghan Yu 2024Acta Oceanologica Sinica2024,43,3:0
