| 1 | New technological partition for “three zones” spontaneous coal combustion in goaf显示文摘On detailed analysis basis of spontaneous coal combustion for the three zones in mine goaf,we use O2 and CO concentrations to divide the three zones of the coal combustion.Through our experiment,we selected a typical working face and focused on the changes in gas concentrations.In order to overcome establishment limitations of actual layout location and underground conditions in a mine goaf,we based our observations on the three zones,combined them with numerical simulation,described the distribution and the changes in O2 and CO concentrations during the coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf,which provided us with an understanding of the distribution of coal spontaneous combustion in the three zones in the form of maps.Essentially,our study summarizes the changes of O2and CO concentrations in the entire goaf and shows them to be in agreement with our observations at the scene.The study shows that it is feasible to divide the three zones,given our comprehensive targets of O2,CO and our numerical simulation.This method avoids the limitation of dividing the three zones with a single target and the likely errors of observations at the scene.In addition,the method offers a basis for optimizing measures of fre-fghting with important and practical effects. | Pan Rongkun Cheng Yuanping Yu Minggao Lu Chang Yang Ke | 2013 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,4: | 20 |
| 2 | A point mutation of PRL gene in pituitary prolactin- secreting adenoma induced by 17-β-estradiol in SD rats显示文摘Animal model bearing pituitary prolactin-secreting adenomas (prolactinoma) induced by 17-β-estradiol (E2) in both eutopic pituitary and ectopic pituitary grafted under the renal capsule was generated. Northern blotting assay indicated that PRL mRNA level in eutopic prolactinomas was higher than that in normal pituitaries and ectopic prolactinomas (P<0.05 - 0.01). By polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-single-strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) analysis and DNA sequencing, a point mutation from C to A occurring at -36 nt in proximal promoter of rat PRL (rPRL) gene was found only in eutopic prolactinomas. No base change was detected in ectopic prolactinomas. Fusion gene transfection assay in vitro exhibited increased activity of the mutant promoter derived from eutopic prolactinoma (P<0.01). These data suggested that the base change in the proximal promoter of rPRL gene may be associated with hyperexpression of rPRL gene in eutopic prolactinomas. | 3 | Directivity effect of unloading bedding coal induced fracture evolution and its application显示文摘In the coal mining process, the gas contained in the coalbed is one source of the most serious accident hazards. Stress releasing from the coal deposit is the main controlling factor that leads to such accidents.Based on the bedding of coal samples, the gas permeability well describes the evolution of fracture, so the paper carries out research on the permeability properties of coal under different unloading directions.The research obtains that when the stress unloading direction is perpendicular to bedding, more penetrating fractures and bedding fractures occur, and the permeability significantly increases. Although the axial stress reduced, the confining pressure makes the permeability of the bedding plane fracture exist under constant. The permeability obtained when the unloading direction was perpendicular to the bedding is 52 times larger than that when it is parallel to the bedding. The results show that the efficiency of gas drainage is impacted by the relative direction of gas drainage drilling in relation to the bedding orientations. | 6 | Engineer Nanoscale Defects into Selective Channels:MOF-Enhanced Li^(+) Separation by Porous Layered Double Hydroxide Membrane显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)membrane-based ion separation technology has been increasingly explored to address the problem of lithium resource shortage,yet it remains a sound challenge to design 2D membranes of high selectivity and permeability for ion separation applications.Zeolitic imidazolate framework functionalized modified layered double hydroxide(ZIF-8@MLDH)composite membranes with high lithium-ion(Li^(+)) permeability and excellent operational stability were obtained in this work by in situ depositing functional ZIF-8 nanoparticles into the nanopores acting as framework defects in MLDH membranes.The defect-rich framework amplified the permeability of Li^(+),and the site-selective growth of ZIF-8 in the framework defects bettered its selectivity.Specifically speaking,the ZIF-8@MLDH membranes featured a high permeation rate of Li^(+) up to 1.73 mol m^(−2) h^(−1) and a desirable selectiv-ity of Li^(+)/Mg^(2+) up to 31.9.Simulations supported that the simultaneously enhanced selectivity and permeability of Li+are attributed to changes in the type of mass transfer channels and the difference in the dehydration capacity of hydrated metal cations when they pass through nanochannels of ZIF-8.This study will inspire the ongoing research of high-performance 2D membranes through the engineering of defects. | Yahua Lu Rongkun Zhou Naixin Wang Yuye Yang Zilong Zheng Miao Zhang Quan-Fu An Jiayin Yuan | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,9: | 1 |
