| 1 | Viewpoint Optimization Using Genetic Algorithm for Flying Robot Inspection of Electricity Transmission Tower Equipment显示文摘To fully exploit the limited flight-time of the flying robot, and ensure the successful visibility of target, viewpoint optimization is proposed in this paper for the inspection of electricity transmission tower equipment with an optimization function to determine the best viewpoints in a local viewpoint region. The local viewpoint regions are generated from the local objective regions which are determined by the geometrical structure of a priori3 D model for the electricity transmission tower equipment.The optimization function is structured based on three factors including visibility, viewing quality and observation distance. In addition, the fitness function of genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal viewpoint. | 2 | The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. | 3 | A Self-certified Cross-Cluster Asymmetric Group Key Agreement for Wireless Sensor Networks显示文摘Wireless sensor networks have some obvious characteristics, such as communication range is limited, computing power is limited and energy is limited. Group key agreement in this environment requires a cross-cluster, computation and communication overhead are lightweight and highly safe group key agreement protocol. Aiming at these demands, the paper proposes a Self-certified cross-cluster Asymmetric group key agreement(SC-AGKA). To establish a lightweight and efficient group communication channel among sensor nodes. According to the cluster head as the bridge node to realize the sensor nodes in different cluster have the same group key information, and negotiate a pair of asymmetric group keys to realize the cross cluster secure communication. The group communication adopts asymmetric encryption mechanism. It realizes the group security communication mechanism of message sender unconstraint. The asymmetric group key agreement has the key self-certified, which does not need additional rounds to verify the correctness of group key. | 4 | Viewpoint Optimization Method for Flying Robot Inspecting Transmission Towers Based on Point Cloud Model显示文摘This paper presents a method to derive optimal viewpoints for flying robot based transmission tower inspection, which applies point cloud model. A safe envelope is established according to safe transmission tower inspection rules. Essential inspection factors are proposed to evaluate the quality of candidate viewpoints, which includes visibility, dimensionality feature of point cloud as well as the distance between viewpoint and transmission power. A score function is constructed to quantify candidate viewpoints, while multiple attribute decision theory is applied to calculate the weight of each factor. Particle swarm optimization(PSO) is used to find the optimal viewpoints set. Both simulation experiment and practical observations are carried out. The results prove that optimal viewpoints have a great contribution for accurate transmission tower inspection. | 9 | Adjuvant chemotherapy versus adjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy after radical surgery for early-stage cervical cancer:a randomized,non-inferiority,multicenter trial显示文摘We conducted a prospective study to assess the non-inferiority of adjuvant chemotherapy alone versus adjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) as an alternative strategy for patients with early-stage (FIGO 2009 stage IB–IIA) cervical cancer having risk factors after surgery. The condition was assessed in terms of prognosis, adverse effects, and quality of life. This randomized trial involved nine centers across China. Eligible patients were randomized to receive adjuvant chemotherapy or CCRT after surgery. The primary end-point was progression-free survival (PFS). From December 2012 to December 2014, 337 patients were subjected to randomization. Final analysis included 329 patients, including 165 in the adjuvant chemotherapy group and 164 in the adjuvant CCRT group. The median follow-up was 72.1 months. The three-year PFS rates were both 91.9%, and the five-year OS was 90.6% versus 90.0% in adjuvant chemotherapy and CCRT groups, respectively. No significant differences were observed in the PFS or OS between groups. The adjusted HR for PFS was 0.854 (95% confidence interval 0.415–1.757;P = 0.667) favoring adjuvant chemotherapy, excluding the predefined non-inferiority boundary of 1.9. The chemotherapy group showed a tendency toward good quality of life. In comparison with post-operative adjuvant CCRT, adjuvant chemotherapy treatment showed non-inferior efficacy in patients with early-stage cervical cancer having pathological risk factors.
