2Reconstructing past subsistence patterns on Zhongba Site using stable carbon and oxygen isotopes of fossil tooth enamel显示文摘The oxygen and carbon isotopic ratios in human and animal tooth enamel were measured to reconstruct the subsistence patterns on Zhongba Site between 2400 and 4200 aBP.The results indicate that human consumed chiefly C4 resources,such as millet,and the C3 plants,such as rice and wheat,constituted only a small fraction of the human diets,normally no more than 15%.There are significant differences in food sources between human and pig,and the percentages of C3 plants in pig diets were higher than those in human diets.But theδ13C values of pig partially overlap those of human,demonstrating some similarities in their food sources.The differences in water sources between human and pig are significant.There are significant differences in food and water sources between cattle and deer. 3Si-DLC films deposited by a novel method equipped with a co-potential auxiliary cathode for anti-corrosion and anti-wear application显示文摘A novel DLC film deposition method was proposed to realize the deposition of DLC film on the surface of complex shaped workpiece.Meanwhile,Si-DLC film was deposited on the surface of M2 high-speed steel(HSS M2)and 304 stainless steel(304SS),and the microstructure,surface roughness,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and tribological properties of Si-DLC films were characterized in detail.Results show that Si-DLC film at different axial positions of the auxiliary cathode possesses similar microstructure,film thickness and surface roughness,and the as-deposited Si-DLC film shows the low intrinsic stress of<0.3 GPa.Compared with the 304SS substrate,the Si-DLC film presents more noble corrosion potential,lower corrosion current density and higher polarization resistance,exhibiting higher corrosion resistance.Moreover,the Si-DLC film exhibits higher hardness,elastic factor and plastic factor than HSS M2 substrate and the corresponding adhesive strength is more than 10 N.The Si-DLC film sliding against GCr15 steel ball shows a lower friction coefficient than that of HSS M2 substrate and the wear rate of GCr15 steel ball sliding against the Si-DLC is lower than that of HSS M2 substrate.In addition,this novel method was used to deposit Si-DLC film on gears,drills and bearings without rotating sample racks.As a consequence,this method possesses great potential and can be generalized for the deposition of DLC film on the surface of complex shape workpiece.Xubing Wei Shaomiao Shi Chuangming Ning Zhibin Lu Guangan Zhang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,14:4
4Biocompatibility of nano-hydroxyapatite/Mg-Zn-Ca alloy composite scaffolds to human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells from Wharton's jelly in vitro显示文摘Seeding cells and scaffolds play pivotal roles in bone tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.Wharton’s jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells(WJCs)from human umbilical cord represent attractive and promising seeding cells in tissue regeneration and engineering for treatment applications.This study was carried out to explore the biocompatibility of scaffolds to seeding cells in vitro.Rod-like nano-hydroxyapatite(RN-HA)and flake-like micro-hydroxyapatite(FM-HA)coatings were prepared on Mg-Zn-Ca alloy substrates using micro-arc oxidation and electrochemical deposition.WJCs were utilized to investigate the cellular biocompatibility of Mg-Zn-Ca alloys after different surface modifications by observing the cell adhesion,morphology,proliferation,and osteoblastic differentiation.The in vitro results indicated that the RN-HA coating group was more suitable for cell proliferation and cell osteoblastic differentiation than the FM-HA group,demonstrating better biocompatibility.Our results suggested that the RN-HA coating on Mg-Zn-Ca alloy substrates might be of great potential in bone tissue engineering.GUAN FangXia MA ShanShan SHI XinYi MA Xun CHI LianKai LIANG Shuo CUI YuanBo WANG ZhiBin YAO Ning GUAN ShaoKang YANG Bo 2014Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,2:4
5Genetic and Molecular Characterization of H9N2 Avian Influenza Viruses Isolated from Live Poultry Markets in Hubei Province, Central China, 2013–2017显示文摘H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus(AIV)is an influenza A virus that is widely spread throughout Asia,where it jeopardizes the poultry industry and provides genetic material for emerging human pathogens.To better understand the epidemicity and genetics of H9 subtype AIVs,we conducted active surveillance in live poultry markets(LPMs)in Hubei Province from 2013 to 2017.A total of 4798 samples were collected from apparent healthy poultry and environment.Realtime RT-PCR revealed that the positivity rate of influenza A was 26.6%(1275/4798),of which the H9 subtype accounted for 50.3%(641/1275)of the positive samples.Of the 132 H9N2 viral strains isolated,48 representative strains were subjected to evolutionary analysis and genotyping.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that all H9N2 viral genes had 91.1%–100%nucleotide homology,clustered with genotype 57,and had high homology with human H9N2 viruses isolated from2013 to 2017 in China.Using a nucleotide divergence cutoff of 95%,we identified ten distinct H9N2 genotypes that continued to change over time.Molecular analysis demonstrated that six H9N2 isolates had additional potential glycosylation sites at position 218 in the hemagglutinin protein,and all isolates had I155 T and Q226 L mutations.Moreover,44 strains had A558 V mutations in the PB2 protein and four had E627 V mutations,along with H9N2 human infection strains A/Beijing/1/2016 and A/Beijing/1/2017.These results emphasize that the H9N2 influenza virus in Hubei continues to mutate and undergo mammalian adaptation changes,indicating the necessity of strengthening the surveillance of the AIV H9N2 subtype in LPMs.Zhibin Hu Fuhu Peng Zhenghui Xiong Wanpo Zhang Tingting Li Yuejun Shi Jun Xie Xin Jin Jingjing Huang Hongde Xiao Dingren Bi Nianhua Song Zili Li 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:4

7Effects of Panax notoginseng saponins on apoptosis induced by hydrogen peroxide in cultured rabbit bone marrow stromal cells via altering the oxidative stress level and down-regulating caspase-3显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effects of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced apoptosis in cultured rabbit bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs). Methods: The effects of different concentrations of PNS on proliferation and early osteoblast differentiation of BMSCs were determined by the MTT assay and an alkaline phosphatase (ALP) assay. An optimal effective concentration of PNS was determined and used in subsequent experiments. The cultured BMSCs were divided into three groups: untreated control, H2O2 treated, and PNS pretreatment of H2O2 treated. The oxidative stress level was assessed by superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) assays. Flow cytometry was used to determine BMSC apoptosis by staining with annexinV-FITC/propidium iodide (PI). The activity of caspase-3 enzyme was measured by spectrofluorometry. Results: PNS (0.1g/L) significantly increased both BMSC proliferation rate and ALP activity, while it decreased the indicators of oxidative stress, caspase-3 activity, and the apoptosis rate of BMSCs induced by H2O2.. 8The pain-related behavior changes correlate with the bone damage in a rat model of rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Objective: In view of the extensive bone damage in rheumatoid arthritis, we used a commonly utilized animal model to detect behavioral changes in pain-related and the bone damage during the early disease, and to explore the correlation between bone damage and pain-related behavioral changes. Methods: Arthritis were induced in Sprague-Dawley (SD) male rats by injecting complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) into the tails. Pain-related behavior changes were studied using the Hargreaves, VonFrey, and acetone tests on the 0, 7, 14, day and 28 day after CFA injection. The rats were sacrificed according the same schedule. The bone damage of the right proximal tibia was studied by microCT scan and bone histological slices. Results: Animals developed soft tissue inflammation and polyarthritis on 7 days after CFA injection, and arthritic score proved obvious arthritis were established within the study period. Mechanical hyperalgesia and cold allodynia were present in the affected hind paw from the 7 day through the 28 day, but the heat hyperalgesia and the mechanical allodynia lasted a short time after CFA injection. Trabecular bone number (Tb.N), Tissue Mineral Content (TMC) and Bone Volume to Tissue Volume (BV/TV) in the proximal tibia by microCT scan were also reduced after induction, especial 14 days after CFA injection. The bone histological slices showed the trabecular bone and proteoglycan diminished, the bone damage severity scores became more severely on the 7 day after CFA injection. Using analysis of covariance, these changes had statistical significance compared with baseline. By linear regression analysis demonstrated mechanical hyperalgesia and cold allodynia correlated well with arthritic score, bone damage parameters and bone damage severity scores. Conclusion: Adjuvant-induced arthritis (AA) were observed after CFA injection and lasted within the later experimental period. Pain-related behavioral changes were observed in the early time of AA. Bone damage was also occurred with arthritis development. 10Relations between man and nature reflected by the evolution of the Neolithic production tools in the Three Gorges region of Yangtze River,China显示文摘The relations between man and nature reflected by evolution of Neolithic production tools in the Three Gorges region of Yangtze River is discussed in this paper.Our results show that there is a good correlation between the percentage vibration of cutting tool types and the environmental evolution indicated by the natural profile nearby.It is possible for ancestors from the Three Gorges region to learn the advantage of mortise and tenon in the early Neolithic Age because they used the stones as vital tools for processing woods.The hunting method in the early Neolithic is throwing,which was inherited in the mid-Neolithic Age when hunting with arrow and bow was developed.Fishing tools are found at the same period.Numbers of net sinkers and spinning wheels unearthed from the strata of the Western Zhou Dynasty from Zhongba Site reveal the fact of fishing with net,while a mass of fishbone pits indi- cate the powerful productivity brought by new production tools.Quantity of stone spades and stone hoes proves that cultivation agriculture by hoe is extremely attached importance by the ancestors in the Three Gorges region.Moreover,the developed agriculture in Daxi Culture at Zhongbao Island benefits from the landform,climate,traffic location,etc.Otherwise,the reason that the farming tools declined in the late Neolithic Age is related to the extreme flood during the early Xia Dynasty and the fishing hunting preference of some ancient settlements.This research shows that ancestors of the Three Gorges region during the Neolithic Age attached importance to fish hunting and cultivation, fought against the natural environment by production tools,constantly created and improved them, then comprehensively utilized them to evolve the relations between man and nature.GuangYao Zhu Cheng Zhu GuangYue Shi ZhiBin Sun 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,S1:2
11Solvothermal-assisted liquid-phase exfoliation of large size and high quality black phosphorus显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP),especially for BP nanosheets,with unique layered structure among two dimensional(2D)materials has attracted much attention due to its outstanding physical properties,such as ultra-high mobility,in-plane anisotropic properties.However,the small horizontal-size of reported BP limits its applications in the integrated circuit or some functional devices.In this work,a solvothermalassisted liquid-phase exfoliation technique is firstly employed for preparing large size and high-quality BP nanosheets.In the high-polar acetonitrile solvent,solvothermal treatment weakens the Van der Waals forces of block BP.Together with the subsequently ultrasonic processing,effective exfoliation of large size and high-quality BP nanosheets are realized.The TEM,AFM and Raman results indicate that the prepared BP nanosheets are high quality with an average thickness of about 2 nm,and the horizontalsize is up to 10μm.This facile and effective method for exfoliated BP nanosheets provides a promising strategy for the exfoliation of other 2D materials.Zhe Yan Xuexia He Liaona She Jie Sun Ruibing Jiang Hua Xu Feng Shi Zhibin Lei Zong-Huai Liu 2018Journal of Materiomics2018,4,2:2
12原发性肺滑膜肉瘤术后胸膜转移1例报告并文献复习(英文)显示文摘We describe a case of primary pulmonary synovial sarcoma arising in the lung of a 35-year-old woman.The tumor was a single mass and had a well-defined pleural-based with homogeneous density in the edge of the middle lobe,with no calcification and a fat component on plain CT scan.On the contrast-enhanced CT scan,the tumor showed moderately enhancement and circular enhancement with no enlargement of mediastinal,hilar lymph nodes.Skeleton single photon emission CT(ECT) was unremarkable.Gross and histological findings by postoperative pathology showed the tumor had pseudo-capsule and was well-circumscribed with foci of necrosis,hemorrhage and cystic change,under microscope tumor was typically mitotically active,spindle cells growing in intersecting fascicles or in solid sheets with epithelial differentiation.The immunohistochemical examination of CD99,Vim,PCK and EMA were positive.The tumor recurred with multiple pleural nodules and mass at 5 months after surgery,chest CT revealed the tumor was in the ipsilateral costophrenic angle for chest pain of the patient.After dynamic contrast-enhanced,the solid parts and the capsule of the lesion showed progressive enhancement and the liquefied area of the lesion without enhancement.This case indicates that a primary pulmonary synovial sarcoma is extremely rare and malignant,its prognosis is poor.There are some relatively specific imaging findings.Haiquan Yao Zhibin Hu Hongping Lin Heshui Shi 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,9:2

18Force-controlled Compensation Scheme for P-Q Valve-controlled Asymmetric Cylinder used on Hydraulic Quadruped Robots显示文摘Under the requirement of the force controller of hydraulic quadruped robots,the goal of this work is to accurately track the force commands at the level of the hydraulic drive unit.The main contribution focuses on the development of a force-controlled compensation scheme,which is specifically aimed at the key issues affecting the hydraulic quadrupedal locomotion.With this idea,based on a P-Q valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder,we first establish a mathematical model for the hydraulic drive unit force control system.With the desired force commands,a force feed-forward algorithm is presented to improve the dynamic performance of the system.Meanwhile,we propose a disturbance compensation algorithm to reduce the influence induced by external disturbances due to foot-ground impacts.Afterwards,combining with a variable gain PI controller,a series of experiments are implemented on a force control performance test platform to verify the proposed scheme.The results demonstrate that the force-controlled compensation scheme has the ability to notably improve the force tracking accuracy,reduce the response time and redundant force.Yapeng Shi Mantian Li Fusheng Zha Lining Sun Wei Guo Cong Ma Zhibin Li 2020Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,6:1
19The Improved Simulated Annealing Algorithm and Application in the Surface Wave Dispersion Inversion显示文摘The velocity distribution of layers from surface wave dispersion curve is a severely nonlinear program. Base on the Metropolis rule,we improved the simulated annealing algorithm to simultaneously inverse the velocities and thicknesses using the dispersion data and identified the Moho and the bottom of lithosphere. The application to the numerical examples with 5% noise shows the velocity RMS is 1. 56% between the non-linear results and the original models when the condition of selecting method for temperature parameters and initial temperature are satisfied. Using the pure dispersions of Rayleigh wave,the nonlinear inversion has been carried out for S-wave velocities and thicknesses of the vertical profile crossing the Indian Plate,the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,and the Tarim Basin.
